Great place for your dog to either spend the day in the daycare or boarding over night. The staff really loves the dogs like their own.

My dog Walter loves this place. He gets to play with other dogs and they take good care of him when boarding. They don’t even mind when an over protective pet parent calls to check up on there pet. The grooming here is amazing Walter always looks and smells so good! I would highly recommend this place for your pet.

This is a great place to take your pets. They are mostly allowed to roam and play throughout the day. The staff is great to deal with and very polite. Be sure to book early.

My family and I, and our dear dog, Daisy, has had a relationship with April and staff at K-9 Clubhouse for years. We lost our beloved Daisy just weeks ago. I felt compelled to write a review because for years she was loved, genuinely cared for, enjoyed play dates, was boarded for trips and vacations, was groomed impeccably, and received her food and many toys from K-9 Clubhouse. I stopped in yesterday for another reason, but in doing so shared our loss of Daisy, and the owner was immediately brought to heartfelt emotion. The people in this place are second to none. They loved her. And Daisy knew they loved her. She looked forward to and had such fun going there with a broad smile and a wagging tail. We will not only miss our treasured Golden Retriever of nearly 13 years, but we will also miss the high quality professional and loving care she received here. I could not provide a higher recommendation for a business that deals with your pets. Thank you K-9 Clubhouse, a million times thank you!

I have to say I was very nervous leaving my dogs for the weekend because they have never been left at a boarding facility. I was really impressed with the facility, it was super clean, the staff is very friendly and organized. The suite was very nice for my fur babies and I was able to login to view them anytime I wanted. They were taken to daycare and had daily walks. I would recommend the Clubhouse to any pet owner.

First time ever boarding our Australian Shepherd. Clean, nice facility. Bandit had a blast playing with other dogs. Great place, great experience.

We are so thankful to have K-9 Clubhouse! We use both their daycare and boarding for our 1 year old golden doodle. Been going to K-9 Club House for 3 years. Our dogs can't wait to go in. They have a play area plus dogs are walked at least 3 times a day. Call right away if a dog is sick.

These guys are awesome. We take our dog there quite a bit to get groomed and also for boarding he absolutely loves it and they are incredibly friendly and good to all the dogs. Highly recommend them

They are wonderful! I needed to board my cat at the last minute and they were able to save the day. Prices were reasonable and the staff is lovely and seem to truly enjoy taking care of the animals. My cat was in great shape after 5 days in their care. Two thumbs way up and I would absolutely use them again and highly, highly recommend. Facility was very clean and I was impressed that a place with that many animals didn’t smell like animals at all. Really impressive.

Have used RJ pets twice and they are a great place to leave your pet

We've been using RJ for years. Every time we leave town and we can't bring our fur babies, we trust that they'll be in good hands and we don't have to worry. Their pricing is competitive and they've almost always been able to squeeze us in even if we forgot to make a reservation. Make sure your pups are vaccinated or you'll be turned away!

We never like to leave our guy behind, but at RJ Pets we know that he is well loved and taken care of!

I have brought my dog there a few times in the past few weeks and they have been very polite and courteous when I go in. They remember my dogs name and allow me to pay when I drop her off so that my other half can just go get her after he is out of work. They seam to really lime there job and the animals they work with. The only down side was that I wanted to put my dog in the monthly payment and they said they couldn't because all the slots are full so now I pay more in 2 weeks then I would to pay for a whole month.

Really like RJs. My boys seemed to like staying there. Will definitely be going back.

I love bringing our pup here for boarding and for grooming services. I know he’s well taken care of when he’s there. If he or the other dogs are starting to get a little rough with each other, they are separated and taken out at different times so everyone can play but no one gets hurts. The level of attention they have for each pup is wonderful. This may sound bad but I don’t sit and think about my pup continuously while away from home when he’s here—because I know he’s in good care. Highly recommend.

We boarded our 3 large dogs for 10 days during a long distance family vacation. They were responsive while we were gone, and the dogs were so happy with their stay they all 3 went back for a goodbye boop before we walked out! Last year we took our two dogs there and they had the best experience. One of my dogs is a very anxious dog, so I worried how it would go. They eased my worry and his as soon as he got there! They treat them as if they are their own! Amazing place! Thank you!

We have taken our dogs other places only to pick them up sick or terrified. Absolutely no issues at all this time. So, with confidence, we would have no problem returning to the pooch parlor on our next vacation. The dogs came out happy and normal. Thank you so much for working with our schedule and helping us adjust drop-off and pick-up times for them. Really do appreciate it. Oh yes, the cost was very, very manageable for a week's time and two dogs!!!

Excellent customer service. Helped my family out during an emergency situation which required immediate boarding of my father’s dog. Very helpful and worked with us when we did not have a lot of information about future plans. Plus, they were very observant with his behavior/health changes. Made timely and accurate recommendations to help ease the stress of being in a new environment for an extended period of time. Thank you for all the help. My father was very appreciative of everything you did for his much beloved dog.

We are grateful for Conway's Pooch Parlor taking such great care of our Great Dane while we were on vacation. Our minds were at ease when we could see the videos posted of him playing outside with the other dogs. I think our vacation proved to be his vacation as well and he had a great time playing and running around. They're very reasonably priced and overall a kind family. We will definitely use their services again for future vacations if they'll have us. 10/10 recommend!

Took my puppy there when we went on vacation in July, She didn't try to pay attention to her or pet her till 3/5 days. She also said my dog is "wild and not calm like her dog", well I mean she's only a puppy and loves to play. When checking in, Jeannie did not let us see where she was going to stay or help make her comfortable. When my mother in law went to pick her up, she was very rude to her and put my dog down. I understand if you think that about my puppy, but If you're running a business then that's very unprofessional to speak about her like that to your customers. 1/10 would not recommend sending your dog there.

We have been boarding our dog at Jeannie’s Pooch Parlor for many years. She loves it there! She enjoys playing with the other dogs in the large play yard and pond! It is such a relief to go on vacation and know that she is being well taken care of by Jeannie and Gary!

Love this place for our dogs. She is really good with them and takes care of them. They have a nice heart shaped pond that the dogs can play in when they are taken out. It's a huge fenced in yard as well. Reasonably priced. Taking our dogs there again tomorrow for a week.

I would not take my beloved furbaby anywhere near this lady. My youngest daughter called for an appointment for our 2 shih-tzus to be groomed and the lady had asked where they had been getting groomed in the past so she told her the name of the business and that she just wasn't satisfied with the last couple of cuts. This lady told her she needed a deposit and proof of shots to be able to schedule. This was understandable because so many people are no shows. So I drove her out to make the deposit the cost for 2 cuts was about $80.00. I gave $60.00 for the deposit and I sat in the car while my daughter went in and paid the deposit. Here is where it starts. Number one she contacted the other business about my daughters dogs. It turned out that she was friendly with the other groomer. That right there is unprofessional in my book. The second thing was she asked my daughter when the last heat cycle she went thru and my daughter told her she did not know. This lady told her my daughter had no business having a pet if she couldn't tell. And she was not sure she would be able to have the dog there the day of the appointment if she was in heat because of the other animals. Okay number one is our little furbaby is now 11 years old and she has never been fixed and she has never went into a heat cycle . She has had regular visits to our family veteran ans kept up on all shots and has lived with a Male dog most of her life. She has never had any signs of a heat no discharge no swelling and never had a pregnancy or even had a Male dog be interested in her. Another thing is when I take my dogs in for a grooming I dont expect other dogs to be allowed around mine in the first place and not for many more reasons than a heat there is a possibility of another dog being aggressive or not having an illness. Needless to say my daughter came out of this lady's office near tears. She had just turned 18 and moved out in her first place . I stayed in the car for a reason it was time for her to do all these things on her own. No more mom taking care of it all. Making her grooming appointments were one of those things. Driving herself was up next her drivers exam was in a week. We never went back and never called. I told my daughter it was worth 60.00 to find out what kind of person would be caring for our pets. It wont be this lady. She is rude and unprofessional . I have heard good things from others and bad this was just our experience with her.

We had to arrive in town due to an unexpected funeral and had no time to make kenneling arrangements for our 2 year old Lab, Hank. K9to5 Doggy Daycare has been so helpful. It’s been such a relief knowing our dog Hank has been having fun while we attend to stressful funeral arrangements. Picking Hank up after playing with other dogs has been very comforting.

do research before applying here. facilities in poor condition. management is not the brightest. lack of organization and cleanliness. HIGHLY recommend looking for a different business to trust with your fur babies!!

They take good care of my cockapoo. He loves going there for boarding. He hates baths. I appreciate their patience when it comes to grooming him.

Could not be more happy with the service. Brought my two large rottweilers in for a wash and it went so well. I was able to run all my arrends and pick them up two hours later. staff was extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely return!

The owner is very personable and I know why she has this business. Her heart sees the hearts of animals and humans. She can see that true need of our dog and our family working with our dog. The staff has taught us so much about working with our 6 mo. old golden retriever. They have modeled training and showed my children how to work with our dog as well. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Our dog comes home exhausted and literal gets so excited to go each week for a 3-4 day stay. We can see progress each week and we see our dog's personality shining through as he learns new things. We are especially pleased with our dog's manners with other dogs. Our dog's skills of learning to be social and demonstrating proper dog play is very evident. I can always see what he has worked on each week. I highly recommend this doggie daycare.

The ladies (no gentlemen were working any day I have visited so far) are always helpful, sweet, and generally seem to love their job. My dogs have come home happy every time, but they've also gone backed in, tails a-wagging, with each new visit. I highly recommend them!

Staff is friendly, unfortunately, the owner is only concerned about money, not your animals or your patronage. Basically, took over $170 in return for no services. Owner stated I was not a good customer because I don't take my dog to daycare everyday. I utilized the daycare and overnight services for about 2 years, but will never again. I highly recommend you find a daycare service elsewhere with an owner that has some concept of customer service. As a business owner myself, I know how important customer service is.
