When I returned from my nearly 3 week overseas trip, I came home to two very happy dogs who were happy to see me, yes, but immediately jumped back into Kris & Shaun’s laps for continued pets and snuggles. It was obvious my girls adored them, and I sensed Kris & Shaun had formed a bond with them as well, as their good-byes were heartfelt. This was Debra's second pet sit with us. You will not find anyone more capable and caring. She takes the time to get to know your pet and provide so she can provide customized care based on their personality and quirks. When she noticed that Maggie wasn't eating her food, she bought a different brand to see if that would help. (It did). I think one of the best signs of how a pet has been treated is how they feel when the sitter leaves. Maggie was actually a little blue for a day or so and I think that says a lot.

Abby and Matt were so easy to work with and we immediately felt comfortable with them in our home and with our beloved fur babies. They were communicative and clear leading up to the visit. They stopped by our place the evening before the sit started to meet our pets and get the lay of the land. During the visit, they sent just the right amount of updates and photos to give us peace of mind. We returned to a clean home and happy pets and plants. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!
