Linda and Jack were great pet sitters and I'd have them back anytime. The kept me up to date with pictures of my cats and played with them. I so appreciated the updates as it makes it easier to enjoy my trip. The house was very clean when I returned which is always a plus when coming back from vacation. They even replaced my cat litter scooper that broke while they were using it. You can't go wrong with them.

Jana and Erik were amazing house and pet sitters! They had great communication from start to finish and were incredibly friendly as an added bonus. We even enjoyed homemade cookies on our trip courtesy of Erik. :) The house was perfectly clean when we returned home and the cats were relaxed and happy after spending 5 days with their new friends. Retired couple looking to love your pets so that you can travel
We had the pleasure of hosting Ray and Vicky whilst they looked after Shadow for us. They were able to arrive the day before we went on holiday which we like, as we do like to meet the people who are looking after Shadow and our home for us. We had the opportunity to eat together and to share stories of our lives and families and our retirement journeys. They were a lovely couple and very easy to talk with. Theirs is a far more interesting retirement journey than ours and hence how they became involved in zeewoi :) Shadow was well looked after in our absence with his medication given regularly and he clearly felt at home with Ray and Vicky as he took to sleeping on the bottom of their bed. Shadow appeared well fed and relaxed on our return. Ray dealt well with a minor but irritating issue with our boiler and resolved it with just a quick message between us and him. We would be happy to have Ray and Vicky sit for us again should they make it back to the UK and we wish them well on their travels.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! I enjoyed meeting Samara. Sosha arrived after I left so we only communicated in writing. Samara is a sweet, considerate pet sitter. She brought her cat, who posed no difficulties to my pets. Samara was in good communication with me during her stay. She used my car without incident. My home was left much cleaner than upon her arrival. Samara proved to be an honest and responsible pet sitter and I would open my home to her at any time in the future.

Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. Do. Not. Board. Here. Staff does not follow your instructions, I'm fairly certain they kenneled my two dogs together when given explicit instructions not to due to the size difference in my dogs. The result? Both dogs had eye problems that required a $300 emergency visit in this town since we were vacationing here (about 2 hours from home). One had an eye infection in her third eyelid and the other had blunt trauma to her eye that resulted in broken blood vessels. It's been one week since their single, overnight staff and we are still administering medicines. If they did not board them together then someone or something hit my little dog in the face hard enough to cause her injury. My big dog rarely eats all her food but mysteriously she ate all 4 cups in her one, overnight stay, hmmm... I am posting under a different email so I'm sure the staff will show "no record" of our stay and attempt to write it off as such. The receiving area was full of grooming dogs just wondering around as well, making it difficult to even wade through for drop off. Just don't board here, it's right off a busy highway and only has a small yard for playtime with a lot of hot sidewalks they made us wait on while we waited for check in since we couldn't wait in the receiving area full of about 5 dogs. Sorry for the long post but dang, this place is not good and others should know.
This place is everything I was looking for! they gave me such peace of mind, I knew my two dogs were in great hands after dropping them off for the week. I have a 1 year old boxer and a 10 year old boxer, they greatly accommodated them both and really showed individual care for them. It was cute seeing the old dogs hanging out with each other taking it easy and the young ones running around playing with each other. The enclosures look incredibly well maintained and secure. For the first time ever I did not worry about them a single day while I was gone I knew they were in good hands. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. We will definitely be using this place every time for now on. We hit the jackpot with this place, it really shows they have passion for what they do.
My pitbull is a very sweet and lovable dog and appeared to be very happy at FURbabies for the week I was on vacation.
The experience of registering our Daisy for a couple days was thorough and reassuring. Lots of thought put into the questions asked to help make her comfortable and safe. Unfortunately COVID hit our family this week so I had to cancel actual visit but I found the staff to be caring in all our conversations. Hope to be able to use their services at a later date.
I had previously given 5 stars for my visit in January for my 2 dogs, after today's visit, that changed. When someone drops their babies off for a groom, you don't leave either one outside in the cold rain! I'm very mad about this situation. I had to wait while Lola was blow dried after I asked why she was wet, which the response was it's been raining. It's 39* outside and she's an inside baby. If both can't be treated with the same love and attention, they wont be there. ExLoyal & Livid customer done!
My daughter-in-law took her dogs to Furbabies to get them groomed. She took them up there that morning. They never did call to let her know they were ready. She finally went up there before they closed to get them. When she got home, she saw that one of the dog's eye was very purple. No one told her anything about it. I WOULD NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM FOR ANYTHING. THEY APPARENTLY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET'S.
We boarded our little dog Lucky, but my wife calls him Speedy, but it's my dog, so his name is Lucky. Anyway Lucky had a great time, he must have played all day, he was tired. The staff there is Friendly and took very good care of him, and loved on him too. I would not board Lucky anywhere else. This is the best place in town to board your dogs.
Sadie, our rescue 4- legged family member has stayed many places over the years when we go visit family out of town, but now she only wants to go to Furbabies. She always comes home happy, clean and just a little worn out. Highly recommend Furbabies.

Barb is the best! I drove my dog from Pismo Beach because I don't want her staying anywhere else.
Barb and Tony do an amazing job. My pups are always happy when I pick them up and both seem excited when we pull into the GBA driveway. I enjoy having the option to receive occasional pictures and updates and know they're well taken care of and having a great time when I'm off on my own adventure. It's great to work with folks that have a heart for animals.
My wife and I were displaced from our home for nearly three months due to a house fire, during that time GBA looked after our dogs and took fantastic care of them. We missed our pups terribly during the time we were out of our home, but it was a major relief knowing that Barb and Antonio were watching after them. They would send us texts with pictures and little updates about their days and the new friends they had made just so we would know how they were doing. These folks truly love animals and aren't like other places that just lock up your dog in a cage for hours on end, they treat them with love and respect, just like they were their own family. Our pups have been there a few times since then and every time they have been very excited and happy to go, almost like it was a 2nd home to them. If you want to have a complete peace of mind in knowing your pet is being well taken care of than I can think of no other place than GBA.
My 2 dogs have been going to Barb and Tony’s for over a year. They are treated like royalty and come home happy and healthy. When I ask if they want to visit Barb and Tony, they run to the door and fuss until we get in the car and get to their house! I will never use anyone else to take care of my “fur kids”. They are exceptional.
I am always nervous leaving my critters with anyone especially when there are other dogs around. You know how yours behave but there's no telling with other people's pets. They did a great job at a fair price and updated me with pics everyday to ease my anxiety. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to board their furry family members.
