Pet Sitters in West Newbury

This was my third time with Diane as my petsitter. I felt very fortunate to have her taking care of B, my cat, and my home. She is truly amazing and I hope she will be able to return for future sits.

Koreena was a nice person and good house sitter. I appreciated the time she spent with the cqts they were happy upon my return and i got almost daily photos and check in which was great. The house was clean upon return and she even washed my towels and sheets which I didn’t expect and appreciated. She was able to give my cats medicine and monitor their health, which was great. She monitored the cats well and would update me. The only small thing is she saw improvement and made the decision to stop a medication my cat was getting without discussing it with me (because she saw improvement in his eating and stool). I expressed disappointment, and she apologized however my cat regressed in improvement as a result. I would have handled it differently and kept him on the med or alternated days and just wish she would have run it by me before making that decision for my cat. Besides that I would definitely use her again and feel overall very happy with her care.

Cindy and Dan are real pros - absolutely wonderful! We feel really lucky that they saw our sitting request and pursued staying with Kona for our long 25 day trip. We had a zoom call while they were sitting in Asia, and felt confident that we could trust them with our dog and our house. Their communication before and during the sit was perfect and thorough. They sent us many photos and videos every single day of our trip, and indulged me in long exchanges about how much I love Kona. It was obvious that they gave her all the love during their stay too. Kona got to go on her twice a day ball walks in the national forest near us, and she got to go on lots of excursions with them as well. She's a lab, so we needed sitters who would exercise her multiple times a day. Cindy and Dan are athletes too so fulfilled Kona's need for movement. It was obvious that Kona was comfortable and she even seemed to be confused when Cindy and Dan left the house at the end. We are so grateful for the love and time they put into making it a great experience, and I hope they feel the same about their time in the Colorado foothills with Kona the chocolate lab. From the moment we met, it was evident that Jenny has a genuine passion for animals. Your pet will not only be in capable hands but will also experience a level of love and attention that goes beyond expectations. Jenny went above and beyond to ensure my dog felt comfortable and loved. Regular updates, including photos, videos and messages, kept me informed about their activities and adventures. It was heartwarming to see my dog enjoying walks, playtime, and even some special treats—all tailored to meet Millie's needs. In addition to Jenny's exceptional pet-sitting skills, she demonstrated a respectful and responsible approach to house care. Coming home to a tidy house made my return even more pleasant.

I would highly recommend Victoria and Dan as house sitters. They were very responsive and took the time before the sit to have a video call to get to know our home and dogs. They sent updates, were self sufficient, and we came home to clean home and happy dogs.

Carla is a wonderful sitter. Both my cats love her, even Shyla the very time shelter cat. Carla sent me pictures of them so I knew they were in good hands. It was so easy for me to not worry about things knowing that Carla was there taking care of it all. I would love to have her sit again and will definitely check with her on future sit needs. Having her only a few miles away is a real bonus,.

Amanda and Kaitlyn were wonderful sitters for our elderly cat, Chloe. They left the apartment clean and were responsive during planning and the sit itself.

Starlet was excellent, and we enjoyed meeting her. She looked after Alice impeccably, arrived as scheduled, and all around did a great job! We would definitely ask her back.

This was the second time that Christine and Phil have been our zeewoi. First time was last winter when it was white and cold and this time it was full summer. They are fantastic people with good communication and perfect caregivers for our cats. The experience could not be better. 

Outside of a couple of little bumps, she did a good job of taking care of my two dogs.
