Active, responsible, retired couple who love pets.
Dave and Belinda sent regular updates and pictures of the cats who warmed to them almost immediately, and bought treats for them :) They were kind enough to do the laundry and remake my bed which was much appreciated after a long trip home. The house was exactly as I left it; I would definitely have them back!

Traveling, Learning, Discovering and hanging out with cool pets.
Ann Marie was an excellent pet and house sitter. She prepared well and had good questions when she came before the sit to meet me and Laverne and Shirley. She followed through on all the instructions on my guide and kept in contact with photos and comments throughout the sit. The house was sparkling when I returned and the cats calm and happy. She is lovely to work with - cooperative and a great communicator. I would be delighted to have Ann Marie sit again for me.

Fit and fun "young" retired couple offer peace of mind while you are away!
Everything was great even though they were here for some unfortunate circumstances (hurricane and extended power outage). Sent frequent updates and our cat seemed to like them.

Your home will be kept clean and tidy. Your pets will miss us when we leave.
Jerry and Melani were the absolute BEST sitters. They not only were a total joy to host (we shared pizza, stories, and good laughs the night before we left), but they cared so well for all three of our fur family members: Kitty, Willi and Fluffy. Willi, our 60 lb 3 year old mutt started having some resource guarding and aggression, and Jerry and Melanie were so open to supporting Willi in all the ways to make our week away more comfortable for him. Our neighbors even commented how much they had the doggos out! They left the house immaculate, and we're happy to say we have two new friends! Thank you Jerry and Melani!

Over a decade working at an animal hospital!
Ashley communicated with me prior to the pet sit and kept me informed of my pets' daily shenanigans. She was patient with my youngsters, and we came up solutions to any issues that arose. I came back to a sparkling home and that was so welcome! Ashley was a great sitter!

We were so thankful to have Noriko care for our pets and our home while we were out of town for our wedding. She was very self sufficient and easy going - which was much appreciated given how busy and stressful our trip was. Our pups were very well cared for and the house was spotless on our return. Thank you so much Noriko!

Brandi and Drue are more than exceptional sitters! My Leo, who is very timid around strangers, has a second set of parents in this couple. He LOVES them, and they love him! Both Leo and the cats are a bit high maintenance, yet, Brandi and Drue have managed to handle their special needs with persistence, skill and affection. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They have our highest recommendation!

Bruce is an absolute diamond - what a lovely man, and so good with the dogs. We felt completely confident leaving him in charge and he didn't disappoint. We would have Bruce back again in a shot as he already feels like an honorary member of the family.

Chre and Ty were absolutely fabulous. They took great care of our dogs, kept us updated and sent lots of photos. Excellent, responsible, reliable and clean—overall we highly recommend having them as housesitters.
Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.
Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.
We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!
Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.
Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. We would absolutely recommend them as responsible and thoughtful pet sitters who can be entrusted with the care of your home and pets.
Felecia was an excellent sitter and perfect companion for Livi, our 3 yr old Aussie mix! She was always prompt with communication when needed, took great care of our pet and house and was just as clean coming home as we left it. I would not hesitate to recommend Felecia for other sits.
I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.
Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. I honestly think she left it cleaner than I left it for her! We certainly hope she is around the next time our best friend needs a friend. If you're looking for a responsible caregiver for your pets and home - look no further!
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Jessica was an awesome pet sitter for my cat Fifi. She texted photos and updates everyday so I knew that Fifi was being well cared for. She was communicative and asked a lot of good questions to make sure she understood Fifi's needs. My home was equally as clean (if not more so) upon my return. I would highly recommend Jessica!

EDITED: I am revising my original post. The owner reached out to me and explained the situation was the result of the prior owner of the facility. We've agreed to start things fresh and I appreciate him contacting me to resolve this. We boarded our dog here in 2022 and shortly after coming home, he was diagnosed with an ear infection. When we raised this with the facility, we provided the vet notes and they kindly agreed to pay for the vet bill. That was the good. I recently called to make arrangements to board my dog and was told there was a note in our file not to accept him anymore due to the incident in 2022. However, he was boarded there (without incident) earlier this year (2024). I received a text message with this note, not a phone call or further explanation. That's a pretty chicken way out. One other time I made a reservation and I called a couple days prior to the drop-off date to confirm and was told the reservation had been cancelled but the facility never communicated that with me, leaving me in a bind to find an alternative option just before my trip. The customer service is unprofessional and they're free not to do business with whomever they want but I am similarly inclined not to recommend them to anyone I know for behaving in such a petty manner.
I would give about a 4.5 here's why: They were *awesome*. Was super nervous about leaving my dog. He has separation anxiety, is a rescue and frankly is honestly one of the few things in my life right now that make everything worth it. But, I had a trip planned and had to leave him somewhere. They were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in. I think they picked up on my nerves and did everything they could to answer my question and ease my concerns. I was there probably for a good 15 minutes before I left him there and even got to tour where they would put him. They sent me daily updates when I was gone which included pictures, outside play time, story time, cuddle time and brain stimulation activities (an enrichment activity I paid extra for). My dog came back and he looked super content initally. I also had to extend my dog's stay last minute due to my return being delayed. They were very accomodating with that. Here's where they get points off: Later that evening my pooch started to cry out of one eye, his skin got red around the eyes and nose and he was super lethargic. He got fine within a day later and didn't need to take him to the vet but I think he was allergic to something there. My hunch is that the shampoo they used on his bath the last day gave him this allergy because in the pictures they sent me up until the day I picked him up, he looked fine and quite happy. So... I can't really fully fault the place for this, this stuff does happen at boarding facilities, but I also can't provide a full 5 stars because of it.. That being said, please enjoy some pictures of my dog. These are the updates they sent me every day. You can see he's quite happy.
Booking boarding for our cat was easy and convenient. Price was competitive with other facilities in the area. My complaint was the check in and check out process. It just seemed very cold. When we checked in, they asked me the same questions I had answered in the pre-check in form, including if I wanted any extra services, and then told me I was all set and began to walk around and away from us while we were still in the lobby. We didn't even get to say a proper good bye or check out the facilities that our cat would be staying in for the next several days. Then when we checked out, they just told us we were all set in terms of payment and had us on our way. I was expecting some kind of "progress report" since this was the first time our cat had ever been boarded. Had she eaten well? Did she drink a lot of water? Did she use the litter box consistently? Was she meowing constantly? Was she cuddled with? Did she stay hydrated? (She has CKD) We wouldn't know. Again, it seemed very cold, like we were just dropping off and picking up a piece of property, not a pet. She came back with a crusty tail, dull fur, and a weird smell. And her wet food can cover wasn't returned. The last thing I wanted to say that I feel like $10 a day for a e-postcard seems like a bit much. And we can't leave them with any toys that smell like their owners or home? Boo. All in all. Glad our cat was looked after but I won't be returning to this facility!
The good: they tend to be flexible as far as dates and timing. It’s convenient. Also, since it is a smaller facility, our dog doesn’t come back as “shell-shocked” as he sometimes does from boarding places that have lots and lots of dogs. The bad: On the two most recent visits, our dog came back with some sort of skin condition that wasn’t there before. After the first one, he was scratching himself like mad. Had to take him to the vet. Vet said it was probably an allergic reaction of some sort and gave him an injection. A couple month’s later, we had another stay at the Pampered Pet Inn for boarding. Our dog came back with a 1” x 3” patch of fur on his neck totally missing, and an angry reddish coloration on his belly and in his front armpits. How did they not notice this a? Again, our dog was scratching himself like mad. We took him to the vet, who said he had an infection. It wasn’t a staph infection, but rather a “rod” infection (presumably based on the shape of the bacterium). So we started on a course of antibiotics and some pills for the skin irritation. Also, we’ve been giving him medicated baths twice a week. It has helped but it has been a bit of an ordeal dealing with this infection. I would suggest that the Pampered Pet Inn needs to figure out some sort of better cleaning/hygiene regimen that might keep a dog from coming home from their facilities with a serious skin infection.
First time here, I was a little nervous being that my fur baby was a rescue and I wasn’t sure if he’d fit into the daycare program. I felt relieved when I saw his happy pictures and his report. Pricing was unbeatable and the staff was very nice. I will definitely be back!
We love Pampered Pet Inn! The staff is so caring and friendly with our fur baby. We have boarded our chihuahua with them multiple times over both short and long trips and they always take wonderful care of her! Their hours are great as well for drop offs and pick ups. Definitely would recommend!
Jeanette is the best groomer, always! We miss Ellen, but so happy that P.Pets lives on. Thanks so much for always taking such great care of our fur babies.
Thanks to Pampered Pet for making my first ever kennel experiences available to my adoptive 20 year old lady cat, Mickey Francis! We are forever grateful for your support and hospitality!
We dropped our long, straight-haired golden doodle off for a grooming. We told the person who picked him up that we wanted a little bit shorter, but still long, and cleaned up. When we picked him up, he had been shaved. I'm not a grooming expert, but long haired dogs' undercoats should NOT be shaved. It can be bad for their health and may NEVER grow back the same as it was. Not only is it not what we asked for, it's not proper grooming in general. When we called afterwards and they were apologetic, said it was a miscommunication and they refunded our money. I guess that's all they can do, but I would be extremely wary of this place. We will not be going back.
We brought our cat in for a haircut and had a terrible experience. First of all, we were quoted over the phone that it would be $55 for the haircut and $60 for haircut and bath. I picked up our cat and was charged $75 instead. When I got there, the lady at the front desk said they usually charge $40 for a haircut without the bath, and adding the bath would bump it up to $75.... So I was quoted incorrectly multiple times. It doesn't stop there. Our cat was in her carrier so we didn't see her haircut until we got home. It was the worst haircut she has ever gotten. We asked for a lion cut, and they shaved way far up her neck almost up to her ears. The rest of her body was shaved unevenly and they didn't even clean up the fur that was shaved off. Her carrier was filled with loose fur, and she walked around the house shedding loose fur for the rest of the day. I am never bringing my cat back here again.
One of the best and most affordable place for bath, daycare, and boarding in Houston (I checked quite a few places before ending up settling with this one)!!! This is a family business so every staff is very friendly, patient, and willing to accommodate my schedule and questions! One time, my flight was delayed, the staff was even willing to wait an extra 1-2 hours after closing time without extra charges so I could come back and pick up my puppy Hotpot! They also sent me regular videos and photos about Hotpot when I am out of town so that I won’t be concerned!!! I did the weekly bath, teeth, and nail trimming for my dog here toooo! Highly recommend this place!
I have been going to The Pets Play Palace for over 10 years now. Anthony and his team offer the best customer service ever! I have taken my dogs here for grooming and boarding and have been pleased each time. Plus my dogs just love them! I would for sure recommend The Pets Play Palace to anyone!
I'm very grateful to the Pet's Play Palace for taking such good care of my sweet Falafel. My dog loves going to daycare and she does great with boarding. She's never gotten sick or hurt. It warms my heart to see her tail wag when I tell her she is going to daycare. The rates are very reasonable and they provide lots of love and care. Pet's Play Palace is family owned and you can really see how much they love what they do.
I love the care at Pet’s Play Palace. I use them regularly for grooming and appreciate the friendly family run atmosphere. I am always comfortable leaving my pup Romeo in their capable hands.
My pup Lila went here for daycare for over 3 years while I was living in Houston. By the end of my time in Houston, Will and Anthony were like family and I was so so sad to have to say goodbye. I knew that they would play with Lila every day, and the nights she went to daycare I could tell by how she zonked out on the couch as soon as the sun went down. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a high energy dog that works a lot.
We have been going to PetsPlayPalace since they opened. Our dog just loves going to play w other dogs. He also gets a lot of attention from Anthony and Will. Very dependable, flexible, and they love their work and animals.
Love the owners. Very nice and professional. They've groomed my dog twice and she has come out looking great both times. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Will definitely keep taking my fur baby there.
I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years and they are always so well taken care of. Daycare and hotel are both affordable and my pup comes home happy and sleepy
I bring my miniature schnauzer here to get groomed and they do a wonderful job. I highly recommend.
I’ve tried a few places in the houston area and this is one of my favorites! They are really good about communication and were very patient with me! (I get very picky about my Eskies care) Kody loves their daycare and he is happy after their grooming.
I love Jackson’s Place!!! I won’t take Snoopy anywhere else for grooming. I take Snoopy here for grooming and each time he comes out, he smells like an angel and is super soft. They take great care of him and the groomer here always makes him feel at ease and is so sweet! He also gets a cute bandana at the end!
Jackson's Place is the Four Seasons for dogs. My dog literally RUNS in the door and doesn't look back when I pull into the parking lot. It is like he is going to Disneyland for the day. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and the whole place just has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We feel lucky to have found this treasure of a place for our furry family member.
Everything is wonderful!! They have the sweetest receptionist who’s always in the holiday spirit as well as an amazing & kind staff. They’re always so sweet with my dog
We were over the moon with our experience with grooming at Jackson's Place! Paige took excellent care of our good girl and made the time to consult with us about our specific preferences prior to grooming. The results were outstanding: a clean, shiny coat, impeccably trimmed/cleaned feet, ears, etc. and most importantly - a calm dog. She even smelled so delicious that she served as a roving air freshener in our home for a few days. We also really loved that the booking and appointment process was seamless. Overall, a superior experience!
We decided to check out Jackson’s Place for our sweet dog who is just 6.5 lbs. The place was so welcoming and clean. Being able to watch her on video throughout the day put our worries at ease and showed us how much fun she was having with her new doggy friends.
My two Labrador Retrievers love going to Jackson's place. They have attended daycare since they were 11 weeks old and this place is by far our favorite. They run in everyday and cant wait to see their teachers and furiends. Its clean and the staff is friendly, loving, and will treat your four legged children like their own!
Jackson’s Place is absolutely beautiful! My 2year old Lab Mix has been twice and was initially apprehensive about getting out of the car, but clearly she has enjoyed her time there! She’s only been twice, but this is now her place!
I’m super thrilled with taking Harley to Jackson’s Place. My neighbor had recommended this business which is so well worth the drive. Ksenia had done a wonderful job with Harley! She was so sweet to our pup and gave her the cutest haircut. Sometimes we run into our Goldendoodle looking a tad poodle like. Not our preference but Ksenia did it exactly how we love it. Thanks so much!! We will be back soon.
Nala is my little love. She’s the puppy that I called myself rescuing, but she rescued me. But, I do have to work and she can’t be trusted to avoid chewing furniture and wood railings while I am on conference calls. And is she is with me, I want to play with her. So, I needed a daycare solution. I tried a few doggy daycares in the area, but Nala loves Jackson’s Place. The staff at Jackson’s Place loves Nala. So, of course, I love Jackson’s Place. She gets very excited the closer we get to the daycare. She loves the staff members and I can tell they truly love her. It isn’t just a job for them, they truly enjoy your pets. You can tell from the daily report cards, photos and write-ups you get. So funny. So cute. Nala has been going to Jackson’s 3 to 4 days a week since October 2021. She boards sometimes too. On average twice a month or so. She really loves to board. It’s just a big slumber party because they all sleep on pallets on the floor. There’s no caging at Jackson’s. Jackson’s also teaches basic obedience commands. I had done a bit of training with her, but the reinforcement at Jackson’s has been really great. She truly grasped the concept of “wait” from the staff at Jackson’s. Then there’s the grooming and bakery services. Nala hates getting groomed. Petco, PetSmart and a few other chains did a fine enough job, but she was not feeling it. But now she is groomed at Jackson’s. And don’t get me wrong, she is still not a big fan, but she is in an environment that is really safe to her. Anyway, I could go on and on. In fact, I have waited for the 6 month mark before I did a review so that you the reader could have perspective from someone who has regularly sent their pup to Jackson’s. You really can’t go wrong here.
I just love Jacksons Place! I’ve been taking my dogs here for years. Debbie has created a space where your dogs are number one. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. Willie is the best groomer ever. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who loves their dogs.
The most AMAZING place! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Meadowlake Pet Resort! They truly go above and beyond to make sure you and your fur babies feel loved and well cared for. The team genuinely cares and makes each visit feel special. I am incredibly grateful to have found them over three years ago. Highly recommend for both daycare and grooming – they’re simply the best!
Excellent place to take your pet for grooming! I've tried many different groomers because I have a maltipoo who is very nervous 😥 but they are able to groom him with no issues! The fastest and most efficient service! They don't have your baby waiting for hours! In addition prices are fantastic and everyone here is super nice! Definitely recommend!
Meadow lake truly cares. They contacted me immediately with a concern and took my dog to his vet and covered the cost. I have 0 concerns of my pet being with them and won’t take them anywhere else but meadow lake. A great place to board your animals while away.
My puppy, your honor, loves Meadowlake. We send her every weekday. Your honor enjoyed to play with the staffs and her friends. The staffs are very friendly and nice. They treat my girl well. She is excited to get there.
Love Meadowlake in the Galleria. I take my dog at least two times a week. He absolutely loves going to daycare, sometimes he has so much fun he doesn’t want to leave! The staff is so nice, sweet, and active/attentive with the animals. They have a fun calendar of events each month that you can opt in for your dog to join in that are very cute and creative. My dog loves all his furry friends and human friends at daycare.
Meadowlake is great!! Our dog is always to glad to see us when we pick him up, and seeing him run around with the other pups before we get him is reassuring that he’s having a fun time. :)
Meadowlake is phenomenal! Someone recommended at the last minute, and I had no trouble boarding my boxer for 7 days. The resort was friendly throughout the entire process, they provided updates during my trip and took extra special care of Rex since this was his first time. The cost was exactly what I expected, the amount mentioned from the initial phone consultation. I was never forced to add any extras other than what I needed. There were good "new client" options I was able to take advantage of. I'll definitely bring him back for day care of overnights again.
They are really easy Going. All dogs, PP, and staff get along well. They’re very thorough with their check-in process and always go over the food, room, their agenda, Etc.. I’m very pleased we found them.
My dog and I love Meadowlake!! They are sos wet to Bentley and patient with him. They do a lot of themes and fun activities for the dogs which keeps my very active dog happy. I’m so lucky to have found the perfect place for my dog. :)
Our Dog (Teddy) loves Meadowlake Pet Resort -- 5 stars!! Teddy is so excited each week that he gets to go! I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From the moment you call to book all the way to pick-up -- you can tell that everyone enjoys what they do. The staff welcome Teddy each week with his name, makes dropping him off so easy! He is in great hands. This really is a premiere facility and being a part of the Houston community. Thank you so much for taking care of our Teddy!
