Great staff. My dogs always come home super happy, (but worn slam out). The Kennel manager Ashley really knows how to deal with the dogs and clients, very friendly and knowledgeable. And they like to throw themed parties, like this one for St. Patrick's day

Our newest puppy Angus loves Boarding here and Doggy Day Care - Jennifer has groomed our dogs for many many years and we call her the dog whisperer. Our last dog could not be near other dogs and she could walk him right past any dog and being 120lb dog it was amazing to see every time. Angus is our first puppy and Doggy Day Care has been a life saver to get his energy out but also to give him a place to go on days he would be stuck inside all day-you don't have to go to doggy day care daily it can be used as an as needed day care. Angus was just as happy coming home after I boarded him for 3 days so it makes my heart smile knowing he's having a great vacation while we are.

Only people I want to ever trim my babys nails! They're amazing. Every other place I have ever tried has had issues, we are even banned from PetSmart as they said she bit the girl... No muzzle ever needed here and they say she's no problem at all. Definitely some amazing people here. Dogs are an excellent judge of character. Thank you Rae-Zors!!

My baby has separation anxiety and doesn’t like to be boarded. RGB is a winner! He loves it here. They even hand feed him and give him extra love if he needs it. I do not worry about Ace when he is with the RGB family.

Great grooming services and boarding. Our goldendoodle loves the employees and is always happy to see them.

We love Rae-Zor, not only for daycare and boarding but also training. Our dog recently began training with Megan, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. She is working wonders with our dog and providing excellent feedback for us to continue training at home in between sessions. Our dog is learning so much, thanks to Megan’s knowledge and expertise!

I always feel great knowing my dogs are loved and taken care of by the great staff. Really appreciate Teri who got my little Buddy in on short notice when he desperately needed grooming. Can't say enough good things about Rae-Zor and their great staff.

I kept forgetting to post my rating until I was reminded by one of their emails. I dropped my fur baby off while on vacation last year 2022...Only to come back home and not only pay them for horrible services rendered but then got hit with an outrageous vet bill. My Pug had barked and cried so much from being in pain until he was hoarse. He had red eyes and a UTI......they did not bathe him.....it was my first experience leaving my baby. Hopefully this year I will find somewhere else to leave him that will take better care of him.

Friendly staff, and great facility. We have been boarding our dog here for almost three years, and she is always excited when we arrive. We were especially happy this summer when they accommodated her needs within a week of an eye surgery. They work well with our vet across the parking lot, and even made her available for the appointment to get her stitches out while we were still away. I recommend this kennel to everyone I know.

My dogs just spent a few days here for the first time. The family here is very caring for the dogs. They sent photos and texts so I would know how they were doing. Very kind people!!!

I am extremely thankful to have found Andrea and Dustin. They took excellent care of my 2 pups and kept me updated with pictures and texts. They were very accommodating and and communicative. Will definitely be using their services in the future!

This is the BEST place to board your pet! We received photos of our girl the whole time she was with them, and she had a blast! The folks here are so nice, so kind and true dog people! I know it’s not something we as pet owners look forward to, but if you need to board your dog, this is the place to go! Stress free, friendly, and so so good to the dogs they watch! Will absolutely use them again!

10/10 would recommend! My dog absolutely loves going to daycare and he has so much fun! I love that he gets to be with other dogs and people which is really what I was looking for. In the beginning he had severe separation anxiety however Andrea and Dustin have been working with him and we’re actually able to leave him at home more often so they’ve been such an amazing help to us. They also are great with his feeding schedule! They are such an amazing family and business, I would highly recommend for sure!!

Andrea and Dustin did an amazing job watching over my Husky and German Shepherd. We were wary that they would be shedding horribly after a week, but when my husband and I saw them, they looked like they had just stepped out of a grooming parlor. Andrea kept me updated throughout the week and sent photos as well. Thank you so much and we will definitely be using your services again!

I loved having my fur baby stay with the Saulsburys. I worried about putting him in a kennel, where he would be alone. Finding an in home boarding made me feel so much better. They answered my texts without issue and updated me often. I absolutely recommend them and will use them again!!

i'm glad we were able to leave our dog with them last minute, but we won't be back. they did not provide updates without us asking, and when we did get pictures our dog looked miserable. there was trash and junk all over the very small "play areas". we were unable to easily drop off or pick up, and our dog had not been fed or watered when we finally picked him up mid-day. sloppy and unprofessional. we were charged a different rate than is posted on their facebook page as well.

Last minute drop in for our two pups and it could not have worked out better for the dogs and us. We would definitely use Dog Spoiling again. Thanks for helping us have a great afternoon.

Absolutely wonderful people and our pup Opie loved them even more! We got a picture and update every-time they visited our house. They were on time, stayed the entire time that was agreed upon, and did extra things as we asked them, like get the mail. We will definitely be using them in the future!

They are great. They sent pictures of my dogs every time they made a visit. They even picked up the dog poop in the yard and I did not ask them to do that. They also took out the trash that was full of used pee pads and I did not ask them to do that.

Sanford Pet Sitters are amazing! They took such good care of our two dogs! Everytime they came to walk or feed them they took pictures to send to us. They even took in our mail and washed the dogs bowls! So glad to have found them. We are looking forward to taking trips without worrying about leaving our spoiled dogs!

We love Lee-Ann and the team at Sanford Pet Sitting! We have two dogs (one larger, one smaller) and use them any time we go out of town (which is quite frequently with kids sports). Our pups are always super happy when we return and they take them on walks and keep them entertained while we're gone. Would definitely recommend Sanford Pet Sitting to anyone!!

Peace of mind, reliability , good communication I am so happy to find a reliable pet sitter for my cat Oreo. Leeann and Alan are great with our hound! They are accommodating to our inconsistent work schedule and they're very reliable. When Hank needed an extra last minute visit they were able to make time for him. I recommend their services for your four legged friends!

We used Peak City Puppy during a recent family trip to the beach. Heather took wonderful care of our dogs and cat and provided photos and recaps after each visit. One of our dogs is very nervous when meeting new people but Heather gave her time and space to feel comfortable and gained her trust. Knowing that our fur babies were happy and in great care allowed to have a wonderful and stress-free vacation. We will definitely use Peak City again!

We just used Peak City Puppy for the second time and had another amazing experience. Lauren took care of our 4 year old Golden Retriever and 2 cats… one being an energetic and mischievous kitten. We were gone for 8 days and didn’t have service some of the time, so when we were able we had lovely updates and pics of our pets to catch up on. Lauren not only took care of our pets, but took out the trash and recycling! While we were gone Hurricane Debby came through and Lauren didn’t skip a beat. She had Willow out on her walks and also dried her off (and wasn’t annoyed when she got all goofy during this process lol) It has been so wonderful to have a great person watching our pets while we are gone. Lauren goes above and beyond and makes leaving town much less stressful. I’m also pretty sure Willow was a little depressed when we returned and Lauren wouldn’t be back!

We've been using dog walking services with Peak City Puppy for about a month now 3 days per week and are SO impressed and highly recommend them. We have have two young, large puppies and they love our dog walker, Courtney! One of our dogs is really shy and she's been so wonderful and patient with him and they are now besties :) The whole team is professional, their online portal for scheduling and payment and communication is so easy to use! We couldn't recommend them enough!

I used Peak City Puppy for the first time 2 weeks ago. They were phenomenal! Jenna and Jess were the ladies that took care of my 4 fur babies. From the "meet and greet" to each visit, they were very caring and professional. They let me know when they arrived, when they left, and sent me pictures with updates during each visit. I used the 30 minute visit and the 12 hour overnight since I have a senior dog who needs more care. Jess and Jenna provided the type of excellent care that gave me piece of mind on my trip. I would definitely use them again!

Peak City Puppy did an amazing job caring for our Boston Terrier and 2 cats for 5 days while we were out of town recently. Dwayne, Kristin and Erin treated our fur babies like they were their own. I was so impressed by the detailed updates, messages and pictures that I received after every visit. I love that PCP allows you to customize the timing and duration of visits. It helped our dog tremendously to have Kristin here for a full 2 hours each evening. I will definitely be using PCP for our future animals care needs, I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

We had such a great experience with Peak City Puppy! We were out of town for 2 weeks and needed care for our 2 labs. Angela immediately made us feel comfortable! Our older lab has anxiety issues and had to have unplanned abdominal surgery 2 weeks prior to our trip. Angela was very accommodating and made us feel at ease about leaving her. She sent pictures and videos everyday and it was obvious our puppies were very happy and very well taken care of. We were able to enjoy our trip without one bit of worry! We will definitely use Peak City and Angela again. I would highly recommend for any pet owner!

My first experience with Peak City puppy could not have been any better! I had just rescued a 6 year old American Bulldog when I was called into in-person work for several days. On very short notice, Peak City Puppy was able to match me with an in-their-home pet sitter for those days with morning drop-off and evening pick-up. I offered to pay the overnight rate since this was a custom request. My new pup got along great with the sitter’s other two dogs and didn’t want to leave each evening. They took such good care of him and provided updated with pictures throughout each day. It was just a wonderful experience and they alleviated any anxiety I had about leaving a dog who was just beginning to adjust to a new life outside of the rescue environment. They will be my choice next time, no question. I highly recommend Peak City Puppy and their pet sitting services!

We have been thrilled with the excellent care that Peak City Puppy has provided for our sweet dog. Our walker Cris has already formed a bond with her and I love getting updates and pictures after their walks. The on-line platform for requesting dates and services is very easy to use. We use Peak City Puppy whenever we're out of town for a few days. Debbie and Erin have done such a great job taking care of our cats - Tofu and Miso! They send us updates every visit which reduces my anxiety of being away from my kitties haha. Peak City Puppy is very reliable and I would very much recommend them for any cat sitting needs!

I don’t like leaving my fur baby but we boarded him here for vacation! Kennels are really nice and clean! The staff is fantastic! I received updates on him while we were gone, which I loved! He was well taken care of and got a bath before pick up! Would 1000% recommend, and will be my go to kennel from now on! Thanks for everything!

I highly recommend BackCountry Kennels. After reading many other reviews prior to booking him I just knew this would be the perfect place for our boy Jake and it was! Erin sent updates and pictures during his stay which I love. When we picked him up he was so happy and content with her which made me very happy and relieved to know he felt comfortable and relaxed and taken care of!! Erin and her staff were amazing! My dogs were well take care of. Her place was very clean. They walk the dogs three times a day. I forgot to bring their dog bed but it was no problem Erin had one for them. I will be recommending Backcountry kennels to everyone I know. Small but very clean facility. Received pictures and updates every other day. Erin didn’t hesitate to contact me when his stools became looser than normal; obviously keeps a close eye on dogs. Like that kennels are indoor/outdoor and that the dogs get walked each day.

I am so happy!! I will be recommending BackCountry Kennels to all my friends and family! Erin is awesome! While Bear & Sadie were there Erin let us know how they were doing and sent pictures. Typically when we have boarded our babies at other places and get back to pick them up, they about pull my arms off to leave, not this time. Bear and Sadie were so calm and even stopped to say good bye to Erin, it was amazing! Great place, clean, the indoor/outdoor runs are big enough for two big dogs to stay together and very reasonable pricing! Best of all, peace of mind that they were well taken care of. Our moose just got back from a 5 night stay and I can not say enough good things! I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. Immediately upon touring me and my husband were so impressed and canceled our plans elsewhere for the following week. I got daily updates and pictures while we were gone and any questions were followed with a very quick response. They even taught him to shake while he was there! This will definitely be our go to boarding facility from now on!

I felt totally at ease leaving my two fur babies at Back Country Kennels. Erin allowed me to bring the girls by to meet her prior to their stay. When I walked in, all my anxiety of leaving them for nearly two weeks melted away. The facility is so cute and clean. Erin was so sweet and accommodating from the get go. She sent me pictures and updates throughout their stay. They definitely received the attention that I feel they wouldn’t have gotten at a large kennel. Erin even messaged to check in on them several days after we returned to make sure they were doing good. My babies have found their new home away from home and I couldn’t be more happy. A big thank you to Back Country Kennels for taking such good care of my girls.

Just picked our girls up from an extended stay with Erin. I can not say enough good things about this place. Spotlessly clean, very responsive to questions and concerns. Five Points Pet Resort has always been a wonderful experience for my German Shepherd pup. She has been going there for 4 years (her entire life so far) and absolutely loves it! I never have to worry about her safety or welfare while out of town and can remotely check in on her anytime via the security webcam set up in her Suite! Their “Pawsidential” Suite is by far the best as she can look through the glass door facing the lobby from her little palace consisting of a cozy room with a bed and a couch and see the incoming customers and animals. She loves the socialization play time with the other pups during their supervised play time events. She is always happy, healthy and gets the full service spa bath and grooming package prior to pick up, which saves time of having to take her to the groomers. Wonderful resort which is why they’re consistently rated the best around! Highly recommended for all pet loving owners that want peace of mind when they go on business or vacation trips!!!

We boarded our dog Pinkie for the first time while we went on vacation. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to our dog. Being a pit bull, it was much appreciated that they loved on her just like any other breed. She had a great experience and made friends. We will definitely be back again for grooming and also boarding for future vacations. Thank you all so much!!

Our babies had a great experience with the Five Points team. We had piece of mind having webcam access so we can check in on them anytime, and they had plenty of room in their accommodations. The team was so helpful with their feeding and potty schedule and our babies loved cuddle time! So glad we found a reliable pet resort!

My two labs spent 9 days at Five Points while we went on vacation. I can’t say enough good things about it. We loved being able to watch them in their room on the camera and the staff kept me in the loop nearly every day about how they were doing. They care immensely about the dogs well being and safety and the cost is 100% worth the peace of mind. My dogs tonight after being picked up are happy and playful which is a change from picking them up previously from another facility where they seemed sad and out of it. I will definitely take them back to Five Points again! Thank you so much for taking good care of my dogs.

We used the pet resort for 1 night only, due to being in the area, from Texas, to attend a funeral. We spoke to April on the phone to confirm an online reservation. We had to pick up our two Miniature Schnauzers early Sunday morning. Even though the pickup hours for a Sunday are not until 4 p.m., we were able to make arrangements with April to pick them up early so we could get back on the road for our long drive back to Texas. It was April who greeted us for early pickup (there was an early pickup fee, which we didn’t mind paying). She was very helpful and courteous. We also received a report card for their stay. We highly recommend this pet resort, and especially interacting with April.

Five points staff treats the animals as if they are their own! Will definitely be a repeat customer. The prices are very reasonable and having access to log in anytime to check on my puppy was awesome.

This was my first time boarding my dogs here. I have friends that have used them and love them, I just get very anxious leaving my dogs new places. The people at the front desk were very thorough when explaining to me how often they got walked where they would be staying what to bring them etc. I checked in on the second day and they sent me a very detailed email. They were super understanding when my friend had to pick them up due to travel delays. When I unpacked their bag everything that I brought was there plus two magnets with their pictures from their boarding which I loved. Also a very detailed report of their eating and potty habits and activities everyday. I would definitely recommend boarding your pets here!

Had a family emergency and trusted this facility to care for my dog in a time of need. Left her for 5 days, came back to her peeing blood in my car before I could even shut the car door. Not to mention she was COVERED in dry pee. I mean the hair on her entire underside from waist to chest was CAKED in dry pee like she'd been laying in it all day every day since I dropped her off. I immediately went back inside and said something to the front desk. The manager literally threw his hands up and said "it's normal for dogs to have accidents during boarding". He blew it (and me) off saying there was nothing in her "boarding log" that would indicate there was an issue during her stay. My dog NEVER has accidents and I mean NEVER. And, they claim to have taken her out 3+ times a day every day but marked on her report card she didn't potty during the midday outing. But she's having accidents between walks? Doesn't sound logical. Nothing was offered to be done to help me or my dog, just a recommendation to give my dog a cranberry supplement TO A DOG WHO IS PEEING BLOOD! The level of audacity from this place is astounding. It's a boarding facility for christ sake. You have ONE JOB; take care of the animals who are staying there! I expect to be able to pick up my dog in the condition she was left in and not be further inconvenienced to now spend the time, effort and money to fix what their neglect has caused. How this place has 5 stars reviews and has won so many best of the pines awards is beyond me. I know lots of people who board here and I can promise you, I will be changing their mind about trusting this facility with their pets.

First time boarding my dog here after a less than favorable experience at a previous place. I'm so glad I gave Five Points a try! My dog is happy (and exhausted- which is a good thing!), and I can tell he's been well cared for. Staff showed me pictures of him playing and I love the daily report card they gave me. I will absolutely board there again!

Marissa is wonderful! She took wonderful care of my two dogs while we were out of town. Sending multiple videos and photos each time she stopped by. She is responsive and always provides awesome updates… I never had to worry about how my dogs were doing. I highly recommend her and her business.

Marisa, was dependable and kind to my Fur pets. She sent pictures at every visit and even requested us to tell her when we got home to ensure my Fur pets were safe.

Marissa did an amazing job taking care of our puppy for the weekend! We were nervous leaving her with someone we didn’t know but as soon as I spoke with her on the phone I knew our baby was in good hands. Marissa sent so many pictures and videos to reassure that she was being taken care of and happy! We will definitely be using her again next time we are out of town!

I don’t know if I can put into words how grateful I am to Marissa and her crew. We have never hired a pet sitter before and had never left our fur babies this long, but the minute we connected I knew our babies would be in great hands. The daily pictures put my mind at ease and I just knew that we found the perfect pet sitter. They will be our first call when we plan our next trip because I know whole heartedly out babies are in the best hands!

Absolutely love Marissa and Ciara! Jax is very spoiled and typically only eats when I’m home, but these ladies make him feel so comfortable that isn’t an issue. They provide daily updates and pictures so you know when your dog is being a total goof or if they’re feeling a bit ill. Extremely happy we discovered these extremely kind and compassionate ladies and definitely giant spoiled dog approved.

Marissa just took care of our fur baby Xen. He's really hyper and loves to play but instead of her getting annoyed, she connected right with him and helped him adjust to our absence by playing with him. Now he has a new buddy. We appreciate you guys so much.

Husband in another country and I’m a travel nurse, can’t just leave the care of my husband’s fur babies to anyone. Outstanding care, professionalism and knowledgeable about animals. Initial interview was awesome and provided the care instructed and went above and beyond. Also protector of my home, didn’t know my husband was my husband but questioned his existence and business at my home. 🤣🤣 To go above and beyond like that, I’ll look nowhere else. Extremely dependable also. I can’t say enough good things or I’ll never stop talking. But if the best is what you’re used to then Marissa is the only one you want! I’m completely satisfied and so is my husband!!!!!

My wife found PetTastics while we were scrambling to find a new boarding kennel for our 3 dogs after our usual go-to was full. Peter immediately won our confidence and the adoration of our 3 dogs and 2 cats. Now Peter is our go-to for everything from day trips to week-long vacations. He is always very quick to confirm our requested schedule and goes above and beyond making sure all the animals are taken care of and stimulated while we’re away. My wife especially loves that he sends lots of pictures of their activities and walks. Since finding Peter and PetTastics we haven’t used a boarding kennel at all and the animals are much happier being able to stay at home and play with their new friend. I can’t recommend PetTastics enough!

I learned about PetTastics through a dear friend. It was our very first time using a pet sitter outside of us using family, I was a bit nervous. I met with Pete and Brady prior to our departure and by the time our meeting was complete, I knew I had made the right choice! While away I was updated each visit and was sent multiple pictures of our pup. We extended our trip and Pete was able to accommodate an extra day of pet sitting! What life savers and I wish I could give 10 stars! This is a phenomenal company!

Peter deserves a 20 out of 5 stars rating! I'm in the Army and was frantically looking for a dog-sitter as I was gone for 50 days. What I like about this service is my dog can comfortably stay at home. Additionally, my dog does better when it's the same person around him. Although, the boarding places around here are nice, the one thing I was worried about is how my dog would conform to the change of environment. My dog is typically nervous around new settings and comes off aggressive (at the end of the day he loves everyone), therefore I was unsure how he would react to the workers at the boarding centers. Fortunately, I found Peter's service online. Called him, and he came to see the dog beforehand. My dog immediately took well to him, so I knew it would turn out well. However, because my dog stays in his kennel when home alone, he typically gets nervous if anyone other than myself walks through the door. The first day Peter started, my dog did the typical barking in his kennel as he was not used to seeing Peter open the door. However, Peter is VERY WELL with animals. He's almost like a dog whisperer! My dog was taken care of and I was glad that everything went extremely well! I highly recommend his service. Peter has a passion for taking care of animals. He knows how to read animals body language and figure out what they want! Another cool thing he does is take/sends pictures of the animals. I can definitely say my dog was happy, and will give trust Peter anytime!

Peter took excellent care of our furry children for a very reasonable price. His professionalism and dedication to the job and our animals allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying. We had constant updates for every visit and photos. I highly recommend this business for your pet sitting needs. I know we will continue to use them in the future.

I went out of town for the weekend and had recently gotten a NEW puppy just weeks before my trip! I was panicked because I didn’t want to bring her while she was so young and not yet completely house broken. So I called around to some of my pet loving friends and they told me about the services PetTastics provide!!! BEST DECISION EVER to have them care for my Bailey, they took pictures of her during the visits, sometimes videos, gave me updates, fed, and gave water to my baby while I was gone. I felt completely secure and had no worries while I was on my trip. Also, it was always a little “treat” for me every time I got to see her while I was away from her thanks to the updates! Dr. Myers has been incredibly sincere and logical about our dog Luna who was just recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. Our family thanks him with all of our hearts for all of his help with tumor removals and treatment. Dr. Myers and his professional staff helped us make all the right decisions and he is a true professional. Our family thanks him and his staff very very much.

I had a wonderful experience at Myers. They got me in quickly with an emergency situation. The woman at the front was great when I called and gave me a ton of helpful information before I even made the appointment. The front desk staff were attentive and thorough. The vet and support staff were great and my fur baby was taken care of quickly. The waiting area is pleasant and I will definitely be using this clinic going forward!

I can not say enough good things about this place. The prices are very affordable, they actually care about you and your pets, (even pretend pets), and in times of an emergency they make sure to fit you and get your fur baby’s feeling comfortable again. The entire staff is knowledgeable, patient and polite. Dr. Myres doesn’t miss a beat, when my son brought in his “hurt” lemur, he went above and beyond showing compassion and care. My son still talks about that visit. It meant so much and I didn’t realize it at the time but it made a permanent impression on my son about how important it is to take care of our pets. It is a forever memory.

did not want to really take my pup as a new patient. The two women I spoke with just seem to shrub me off, my experience on the phone in my opinion was just not the customer service I expected which is really sad. I wanted this Vet to be my go to place for my pet care because they offer so much advice and services. I did not want to go to petsmart or any other chain vets I want that personal care and build a relationship with I guess they didn't feel that they needed to service my baby mini Bernedoddle Pharoah Hernia, but we will find somewhere else to go. The experience was awful and I will make sure to let everyone know about my experience with them!

This is BY FAR the most expensive vet there is absolutely no reason a tooth extraction should be nearly $600 for one single tooth when the vets in Fayetteville are doing it for less than half that. They also require a flu vaccine in dogs which is just completely unnecessary 100% money scam would stay away.

We were referred here by our family vet. Very friendly, attentive staff. Had to have emergency surgery on a dog. She is doing well. My only criticism is that we never spoke with a veterinarian, either pre- or post-operatively. The vet tech was great, but still would have been more reassured speaking directly with the veterinarian.

We took our dog to be neutered there. My husband mentioned that the person who answered the phone was not very knowledgeable about the services they provide and they were not super friendly. We also weren’t happy that they make the owners to give the dog a flu vaccine to have them neutered there. That’s why 4 stars.

Polite, efficient and fast. So... my husband had my credit card. Once I figured out what was going on, it still took 30+ min to resolve. The staff patiently put my stuff on hold. I never felt rushed. My cat and dog are both patients there Dr Myers is GREAT with my dog, Dr Seals is GREAT with my cat. They're both awesome & I am quite pleased with how each of them interact with & treat my animals. If you're looking for a vet be I recommend Myers Animal.

The younger staff have no idea what is going on. You have to take your dogs medication everytime you go because noone has any idea but you. Shouldn't it be in the records? My baby passed in this office ..... the vet kept calling him a she until I pointed it out. It was very hard on us and still is. The kick in the stomach was when I called today to see when my boys ashes would be available for pick up and was told oh they just pick him up today! Like no big deal my baby was sitting in cold storage (hopefully) for a week. Wonder if the receptionist woululd feel that way if it where her dog? If they would have told me he was going to sit there that long I would have taken him myself but they didn't. It just adds more sorrow to a very sad situation. I will never do business with them again.

Excellent pet sitting service!! We were contemplating going through a boarding service at a few locations until I came across WoofPack Pet Care. I sent a message requesting information and received a prompt response. Steve provided excellent service with daily updates and photos on each visit. I know our fur babies were taking care of and I would highly recommend WoofPack for your pet care and home needs while you are away. WoofPack watered our plants, took out the trash opened our blinds daily, and ensured our home was safe while we were away. When they came to visit, our cat liked them right away and he can be skittish sometimes around new people. While we were on vacation, we looked forward to each of the updates. This is the first time we used their services and it was also the first time in years that I was not worried about our sweet kitty while we were away from home. We have been with WoofPack since 2019. The owner is so easy to work with. Every caregiver has been wonderful. I am very thankful that they took time to play with our Bella. They even had to take her to the Vet because of her breathing issue. Now they even give her breathing treatment. We know that they will get the trash bin, mail and packages. I had to apologize to our caregiver once at the amount of pkgs arrived in one day – They said, No problem! It is very comforting to know that when we are gone our girl is safe and happy. WoofPack Pet Care is the best!! I hate leaving my golden doodle and golden retriever and I felt so much better leaving them in the hands of Steve and Kayleigh! My doggies felt so much more comfortable at home with their care and it was nice to get all their updates with tons of pictures! They made sure to take care of every need, like watching my one dog eat to make sure the other didn't eat their food etc. and seem very experienced at what they do. My golden gets a bit temperamental around other dogs in my apartment complex and they knew exactly what to do and avoided all other dogs. Their app is super easy to use as well. Super easy to schedule, loved that they do a complementary visit to meet the dogs and see what they would need to do. I also did a test run with them with a walk and my dogs loved it! Can't wait to use them again when I go away at Christmas!

I have been a Woof Pack customer for over 3 years and could not be happier. Even more important than my opinion, my cats love the service too. My cats were feral when I took them in and still don't trust many people. They come out for Woof Pack though. They have an easy to use app which is used for scheduling, billing & communication. I truly appreciate their diligent communications after each visit including pictures. Additionally, they'll bring in packages left at the door and water my house plants. I find that it helps reduce my stress when I have to leave home for a couple of days or a couple of weeks that Woof Pack is there. I have found the staff at Woof Pack is thorough, on time and compassionate; that's all I expect and that's what you get with Woof Pack. I highly recommend this service to all of my pet owning friends and neighbors.

Ashley is our dog sitter and she is the absolute best! We have two large dogs that can be rather nervous and skittish around people but Ashley was wonderful with working with them slowly to get them accustomed to her and now the three of them are besties for life lol. Having WoofPack Pet Care makes it so much easier to leave our pets home when we're traveling, because we know they are going to be in the absolute best of hands.

I was 8 hours away in NJ for holiday vacation. My dog Mason was boarded for less than 24 hours when I received a call they LOST MY DOG. The owner Julio said he climbed over the fence and proceeded to twist blame on me. Which is absolutely ridiculous being I trusted this establishment with my dog. My dog Mason allegedly went missing at 7am and instead of immediately calling me I did not receive a call until about 9am. They said they were “starting the search protocol” and will update. I waited by the phone and heard nothing. After reaching out to many helpful people at 1:30pm a kind hearted woman found my dog and called me to alert me. At this point I started the 8 hour drive back to NC. When I called back the “boarding facility” to alert them, I was told the owner would call me back. This is the part that’s even more unprofessional than losing my dog who was in their custody. After a conversation with the owner, he never even apologized. He asked me why I wouldn’t say my dog could climb a fence (I never sat down and tested to see if my dog could climb fences) and than I asked if they had cameras. He said no and than said I am not required to have cameras. He than told me I can pick up my dogs stuff in the morning and not this evening. There was zero remorse for his major error. Long story short, the owner is unprofessional, rude, and shouldn’t be trusted to watch any humans pets. I will proceed to go through a battle to ensure this situation is corrected. Thankfully after 8 hours and a 500 mile drive my dog is safe and back home.

Firstly, Julio is a VERY knowledgeable and understanding dog person. He understands breeds, their needs, and how to handle them. The woman who is sometimes up front (I’m so sorry, I wish I could remember names better), is incredibly nice and wonderful to talk to. Every single person that has come to get / give me back my pup has been nice and patient as well, not pushing him too much and not rushing and invading his space/face. My boy always seems content when he leaves and doesn’t seem to mind going with them much, and considering he’s a brand new foster that’s pretty great! I’ve also walked to the back where he’s kept and everything is very neat, tidy, and well kept. They clearly have an efficient system running and it has helped me IMMENSELY. It’s also very well priced for what it is. He could easily charge more and it would be justifiable given the facility, but he keeps his prices fair. Thank you guys! You’re awesome!

I highly recommend Mutt Motel's boarding service! I have a reactive and very suspicious Australian Cattle Dog who had never been boarded before stay here for two weeks. I asked questions and Julio was very reassuring, telling me they had the facility and experience to care for dogs just like my Rio. Only thing that caught me off-guard was I didn't know until drop-off that they do not take personal items like bowls, toys, blankets and that they provide all of that. I had packed up some things for my pup and ended up taking them back home with me after seeing the sign posted in the office. So, don't pack up a lot of personal doggy things to leave. If this was specified elsewhere online, I must have missed it! Not a problem, just more of an FYI. Two weeks later, I was so glad to pick up my dog and see her well taken care of and happy to see me. I haven't experienced any bahavioral changes in these several days after having her back with me. I had a wonderful experience with the Mutt Motel team and will not hesitate to bring Rio back if the need arises. HUGE thank yous to Julio and the Mutt Motel team!

Jack came home extra itchy and resistant to go play in the yard, did not bark for the first 12 hours, which is out of character. ( he's a Cairn Terrier who loves to run and bark). He was eager to get in the car and seemed to be stressed out when we picked him up. little too, no communication, we are not happy and will not be using again.

I currently use Mutt Motel for boarding my dog, and have had great customer service every time. I really appreciate they have some weekend hours for pick-up/drop-off, this makes planning so much easier, as well as my dog isn't sitting and waiting extra days because some places are closed on the weekends. The last place I was boarding stopped suddenly without much notice, which left me trying to find a new place for my "Mal". The first place I called in spring lake, was "too full" and didn't seem to care. Mutt Motel was the next place, I made reservations online, and received a confirmation email soon after. I called and spoke with Julio the owner to verify my reservation's and just make sure there wasn't any other vet info they would need before showing up to drop off my dog. Every time has been a great experience easy drop off/ pick up, my boy is always happy and looks great when I pick him up. Julio and Staff, thank you for taking such good care of my boy!
