What a joy and an honor it was to have Phyllis and Jerry care for my home and my pets. I could write an epistle to describe in detail how much they did and how well they accomplished each responsibility. Our correspondence began many months ahead of my posted dates. Throughout this time, we stayed connected, and as we got closer, we shared more details about my home and care for the pets. Response time was prompt, friendly and courteous. They were incredibly flexible and understanding when I had to adjust my flight time and date. They arrived early on my departure day so we could have time for orientation, lunch, and conversation. Phyllis and Jerry were meticulous in following the instructions I left for cat and home care. They were dedicated to assuring me that things at home were going well by sending pictures of the cats included with special vignettes. They were respectful of my home and took great care of everything as if it were their own. For example, when the hose unexpectedly burst in the back yard on a hot day, they carried water in a bucket to my young Arbor Vitae trees. They are the kind of people who go the “extra mile” based on their high values and elevated work ethics. When I returned home, everything was glistening and spotless. The carpets had been vacuumed, the laundry completed, the dishwasher and waste baskets emptied, the stove shined, and the kitty litter was scooped and cleaned. My fur babies were happy and relaxed, an indication that they had excellent care while I was away. A delightful surprise was the colorful Autumn gift basket and note they left on the counter. I highly recommend Phyllis and Jerry in every way. They exceeded my expectations and fulfilled every task. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and fun to be around, and both have had a wide variety of experiences that translate into good common sense and wise decisions. It was truly my privilege to have the opportunity to meet them and to benefit from all they had to offer me, my home, and my cats.

Hodan and Sami continue to be great guests in our home and caretakers of our cats! We’ve had them stay before and they continue to be a pleasure. Our cats were well taken care of and Sami does a fantastic job at keeping us updated. He even checked in to make sure that the food machines were full and double checked to make sure that the right food was used to refill them. They were also flexible with our schedule as our flight was cancelled and we had to arrive the next day. To make sure our cats were well taken care of, they stayed longer to keep the cats company. We’d recommend Hodan and Sami to anyone who wants to ensure a great stay!

Kim was an incredible cat sitter! She was very friendly, organized, asked great questions before the sit, and took amazing care of our anxious cat Oscar. Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues.
