We were VERY thankful we found Christine to care for our dog while we were away. Christine took great care of our dog, sent photos and updates. He had a blast with her dogs and was showered with attention. It was evident from all of our conversations that Christine LOVES dogs and this came through in photos and just how our dog behaved at and after pick-up. When we picked him up he was content and happy, and not at all in a hurry to leave. (Prior to this we always felt terrible leaving him at a kennel, even if he got some playtime he always seemed nervous for a few days after pickup). Our dog looks forward to his next stay with Christine, we called it his dog-vacation since he had so much fun. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Christine was with my 2 dogs!!!! I have never felt so comfortable leaving my dogs anywhere before!!! Christine is extremely attentive to the dogs and their individual needs. I left my dogs with her for 6 days and recieved frequent updates and pictures, they had SO much fun. They were able to play in the fenced in yard as much as they wanted every day that they were there! And when I came back they just seemed so relaxed and happy in her home!! I don't think they wanted to leave!! This is the only place I will be leaving them from now on!!

Recently had our 10 month old golden stay with Christine, our dog loved it! Christine did a great jobs of keeping us updated and clearly loves does and truly wants her home to be their home while their owners are away. This was the first time that we’ve left our pup Harley with someone other then family, so we were a bit nervous at first. But Christine had us come over a few days before hand to meet her and her two pups and so she could meet Harley. I could tell right away the good care she would take in making sure our dog was happy and healthy while staying with her. She only takes two dogs at a time so our dog got plenty of attention! There’s a fenced in yard for the pups to play in and plenty of toys too. Christine checked in regularly to make us feel at ease and Harley wasn’t in a rush to leave when we picked her up so it was clear she had a good time. We will definitely have Harley stay with Christine again and I would highly recommend her.

Christine is an absolute angel! I just moved here this summer and am super new to the North East. I don't know a soul here besides my coworkers. I had to leave town for several days to tend to an emergency back home. I had no idea what I was going to do with my dog. I found Christine online, and to be honest I was nervous having to find someone here to watch my baby, but she exceeded any and all expectations. Christine has a great personality and you can see the love and passion she has for taking great care of dogs the second you meet her. Her house is nice and cozy, she has a yard that is double gated, and is supervising 24/7. She even slept downstairs in the living room every single night to ensure my dog never felt alone or uncomfortable! I heard from Christine every single day, got updates, pictures, videos, etc. I am so grateful for finding Christine and for the love she has for other's pets. Christine is amazing and I am truly so thankful for her care and hospitality. If I am ever in need of someone to care for my pup, she is the first person I will reach out to without any hesitation! Thank you so much Christine for all that you do! It means more than you know.

We have used Christine to watch our pup twice now (once overnight). She has a well fenced in a yard and two very friendly dogs our puppy got along with great. Christine is a great communicator and was very accommodating. She understood our concerns as pet owners (probably easy being one herself). You should feel very comfortable leaving your dog with her.

Christine took amazing care of our puppy when we went away for the weekend. She is a very kind person and truly loves animals. She kept us updated with pictures of our puppy having a great time throughout. We will definitely be bringing our dog back to her next time we go away. When I picked our dog up I could tell she felt right at home at Christine’s place. Thanks again Christine, Maya can’t wait to see you again.

Christine is so amazing and kind. She really loves the animals and does so much to make the parents feel comfortable. I got pictures and videos through the stay. I have an adolescent 8 month old and she had so much fun. Slept so well once home. Christine even gave us a personalized gift for our first stay which warms my heart. Christine is great! Our dog boarded with her for a week and she got a lot of attention and play time. Christine provided us with updates/pictures every morning and evening which was great. She’s with the dogs 24/7 which really eased our worries about leaving for vacation.

There need to be more people like Christine in this world! This was our first time leaving "Thea" with anyone, and we were nervous wrecks until meeting with Christine. After talking to us over the phone, she invited us to her place so we could see if Thea would be comfortable staying there. Once we arrived, she slowly introduced her dogs to Thea and ensured that Thea was comfortable throughout the whole experience. Christine answered all of our questions and made us feel as if we were family. We agreed to let Christine watch Thea for nine days while we were gone, and we do not regret it. The hospitality and professionalism did not stop there. Christine informed us that we could drop Thea off at any time, and we took her up on that offer. I had a banquet that I had to attend and would not be able to get Thea there until 10 P.M. That was no problem for Christine, and she happily took Thea in at that time. Christine would send us updates, pictures, and videos every day throughout Thea's stay. She answered all of my calls and ensured that Thea and we were comfortable throughout the whole experience. She also allowed us to extend for a day and was happy to keep Thea for an additional day. Christine's place is a must if you are looking for someone to watch your dog for a few days or a few weeks. She never puts your dog in a kennel/cage; she is with them throughout the whole experience, and she goes over every detail with you. Thea did not want to leave when we arrived. Not only did we go home with a happy dog, but Christine added her personal touch by sending us home with a surprise that we now have hanging in our house. We have also booked another week with Christine this summer. We have officially found "A Home Away From Home" for Thea! Thank you again, Christine; you genuinely care about all animals.

Let’s just start by saying I don’t think these people get enough praise and respect. My dog has been going here for almost 3 years and since day 1 he has always been treated like their own pet. They always go above and beyond I feel with dogs and that tells you something. More people should leave reviews because they deserve it as there the best around . From Leanne, to Dan and the rest of the staff are truly amazing .

This place is incredible. The staff are amazing! My dog loves it there and always comes home exhausted.

If I could give a zero star I would. The people here are horrendous and I wouldn’t trust them with your dog. Lots of screaming and cussing goes on in this building among co workers and at the dogs. Most of the people employed here vape all day long while clocked in for their shift. Very unprofessional people.

The best people ever there. I hate leaving my dog with just anyone but when he’s there I know they treat him just as I want him to be treated. Hometown Pet Resort is the best! I can tell my dog loves it here and he always comes home so tired after a long day of playing. Francine and LeeAnne love my dog like he is one of their own.

Heidi has been a great assist in helping me train my 6 month year old chihuahua puppy. Her instructions are easy to follow and homework with my dog has become fun. Heidi’s hounds is amazing. Huge shoutout to Heidi’s Hounds! They have taken such excellent care of my cats over the years when I travel. Recently I was having work done on house while away and one of workers inadvertently let one of my cats out. They came for their daily visit and found her outside. They came back multiple times during the day to try to coax him back inside and making sure he was safe and fed. They communicated what was going on and what they were doing. Just cannot say enough. Really CARE for our fur babies.

We were delighted at the incredible care our dog and cat received during our weeklong vacation. The attention to detail and the loving they gave our pets was outstanding. I’ve been using services since this summer and am very appreciative of the care the staff at Heidi’s Hounds provides for my dog. The pictures and journal entries are always so fun to read. The communication is excellent - you can tell the staff genuinely care about the animals. I highly recommend!

Heidi‘s hounds were nothing but amazing. They were great when I went on vacation. They took great care of my Layla and she loved them as well. They were very responsive, professional, and arrived in a timely manner ! I would recommend them for sure.

This company is more concerned with money than the well being of pets in their care. They’ve taken on too much customers without enough staff to support it. There are some ‘boutique’ features such as online bookings and pet journals. They were good to use when we had a senior dog. Don’t expect consistent contacts. You never know who will be scheduled, the staff seems to change regularly, there isn’t much flexibility. 3 hour timeframes for the walk times is like working with the cable company. I want more for my puppy.

Seaside K9s is a great business and resource for animals in the community. Molly and Ethan are both kind loving and caring. They donate to many community non profits, rescue many animals and are great advocates for pets. I came to them 7 years ago (2018) when I got my rescue dog. He was severely abused and borderline feral when I got him and they were a huge part in helping me to rehab him to the snuggle bug he is today. At one point I traveled for months at a time for work and without them and their care I would not have been able to have advanced my career cause I would not have had pet care. My dog was with them in their care for many weeks at a time and I always knew he was safe and loved in their care. They love my grumpy needy little guy like he is one of their own. They have created a safe loving environment for their pack members. I'm so fortunate to have Seaside K9 in my life for me and for Jimmy Choo. They are an asset to the local dog community!

Our dog has been a regular of Seaside K9s since May 2019. From his first visit, we immediately felt so comfortable with Molly & Ethan and knew our dog would be in great hands. My dog Sheldon has been going to Seaside since he was a puppy. He goes to daycare about 3 days a week and gets boarded when I’m away. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. Ethan, Molly and the team are basically his other family. We are so grateful for all they do and the love and amazing services they provide. They are truly a neighborhood staple! We moved from Quincy to Dorchester and still come to them!

Seaside K9s has been such a blessing in our lives! They are accommodating, friendly, and provide a safe clean environment for your fur babies! Bruno is a high energy dog that can be a handful but he is always welcomed and has a blast! The best part is they always take great action shots of your four legged friends! I have been bringing my pup to Seaside for three years since he was 6 months old, and I can’t tell you enough how great they have been. They take amazing care of him as if he was their own dog so that I never have to worry. He has stayed with them for a weekend and the only person he trusts to trim his nails is Ethan. He gets exposure to new things, socialization with all different types of dogs, and enrichment to keep him occupied. The love they give the pups is unmatched, I highly recommend SeasideK9!

Seaside has been amazing for our dogs and the dogs of friends and family members. I can personally vouch for their patience, understanding, flexibility, communication, and of course, their services. We have used them for grooming, daycare, and overnight stays, and our dogs always look and feel great afterwards. Nothing but happy, appreciative dogs for every visit.

Seaside is our go to for day care and sleepovers. There’s no one we trust more than Ethan and Molly to look after our pups. I love seeing pictures of them and having fun with all the other dogs. They have a great pack! Our Shibas are always so happy when we pick them up from Seaside!

I am extremely particular when it comes to bringing my dog to daycare. Before I started to go to SeasideK9s, I drove to Pembroke from Quincy 2 times a week. Once I brought Maverick to Seaside I knew there was no longer a need to do the drive. They are amazing. They care for your dog as if it was their own. I cannot imagine take Mav to any other daycare!!! As you can tell, he is quite happy and I do believe he is smiling!!

I absolutely recommend SeasideK9s for your dog. I love the smaller side daycare and overnight component because not all dogs do well in a large facility and Ethan and his team are able to provide my dog with individualized attention and the specific care he needs. My dog has specific eating instructions and I have never had an issue with them feeding him, that’s how I know they are the best! Fairly priced and they truly care about dogs, they do not overcrowd either!! Highly recommend

It was the first time he was away from his home for this length of time. When I picked him up, it was business as usual. The staff at Got Pawz are so caring and thoughtful. The staff treat the dogs right, keep us updated with posting pics and also keep us informed. They have a dog of the month and for holidays/ specific times of year will create a cute keepsake (like the one attached). We feel great having our dog go here, and know we can trust the staff; they are amazing and hardworking.

This was my pup's 1st boarding experience and he seems to have absolutely loved it. He had a 6 day stay with Got Pawz, and I picked him up this morning, to a frenzy of wiggles wags and happiness. The staff knelt down to give him a big hug and say goodbye, and talked with him about how they hoped to see him visit again. He went right over to them and melted into theitr arms and just generally looked like he loved them after his stay. Got an update from the staff on how he did with meals/eating, his general demeanor while I was gone, and a rundown on some of the friends he made. I think if there's any endorsement of a boarding place, it's probably the animal's that means the most. My pup was thrilled with everyone, clean, well cared for, and very happy. He says he'd stay again. He's currently snoozing, probably dreaming about playing with his new friends at daycare. Thank you Got Pawz for taking such great care of my dog while I was gone.

Got Pawz is the best! I highly recommend for daycare needs as well as boarding!! The majority of the time we use for boarding. Our boxer is always well taken care of , loved, and tired when she comes home! Recently, we got stuck away and couldn’t get back home in time to pick up our dog. Got Pawz understood, made the appropriate accommodations, and was flexible! We have been going to Got Pawz for 15 years & greatly trust all the staff with our pup!!

We left Jasper and Josi in the care of Tom, Katelyn, Dawn and the Got Pawz squad for four nights and five days while on vacation. We were completely reassured that the dogs would be loved and cared for like so many times before. We highly recommend Got Pawz as your place for doggy daycare and boarding, so that you can be left with the same piece of mind as we were! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars!

I was just walking my dog by this place and she pulled me over to the grass in front because the dogs go the bathroom there. She is a dog with a nose that goes to other dog smells. They have a barrel there for you to place the dog poop so I know dogs go potty in this area. My dog pooped I had my own bag , I picked it up and deposited in the barrell there. The owner came out and told me not to do that again. What a jerk, I’m a responsible dog owner and that didn’t harm anything for him. Now I would never even consider brining my dog there and wouldn’t suggest it to any dog owner I know.

Gotpawz is a godsend. I’ve used this amazing family oriented daycare/boarding since 2022! From the very first day, Louie feels at home. When we arrive at the facility, my dog runs for the door. He absolutely loves the environment. I board my dog while I am at work. My shifts are all over the place and Gotpawz has me covered. Can’t thank you enough!

After getting 2 puppies during the pandemic, we were unsure of what we would do when I had to return to the office. The staff at Got Pawz treat our dogs like members of their own families! Our pups love it there and we do daycare, boarding, and grooming! It is awesome to have a local, well priced place that my dogs are so excited to go to. Ruby and Rosy love it and so do we!

My toy ShihPoo loves it here! They separate the small dogs from the larger ones, this is the only way to ensure his safety and comfort. They are very attentive and caring, all dog lovers! Note there is a trial period to ensure your dog is a good fit, also usually a waiting list to get your pup in.

My dogs have been staying with Fox and Hound for 5 years now. My first service animal, Jack, was attacked and pretty badly injured. They paid the vet bill but it was tough to see a 16 year old dog go through the trauma and lengthy recovery. Now my new pal, who stayed there overnight last week contracted kennel cough. My vet said that even though immunized, certain strains of the virus can still infect. She's a sick pup. They should shut the place down for a thorough disinfection and more importantly, ask for medical records for all their dogs. The have never asked me for mine. Despite that they offer pick up and drop off, the main reason I continued to use them, I will never board my best pal there again. It's a far cry from the days that Robin was in charge and handled each account personally. Now it's just money, money, money.

Friendly, caring staff who manage the dogs well, giving them plenty of exercise and socialization, including outside activity as weather allows. My dog loves coming here, and our boarding experiences have been very positive.

My 4.5 year old lab mix has been going to Fox & Hound for 2 years, twice a week, for doggy daycare. She comes home happy and tired. The staff is phenominal!!! I highly recommend bringing your furbaby here for daycare, boarding and grooming. You will be very happy that you did!! And so will your pet.

My dog has had the opportunity to take advantage of many Fox & Hound programs - from Petit daycare and boarding in Norwell to puppy and now “adult” day training in Hingham. The staff is amazing!! Oh, and grooming by Lyndsey @ the Hingham location. She’s amazing too!

By far the best place I've ever taken my dog to board and for daycare. She loves going and comes home tired and happy. The staff is great and takes care of her like she's their own.

I've tried other kennels, but, this one is the best. My dogs tell me that anyway. And I tend to agree with them. They are happy and well-adjusted each time I pick them up. The owner cares and so do the staff.

Surprisingly disappointed - did not meet basic expectations. Felt like doing us a favor - not a good positive vibe. Appeared regulars get treated differently. Example: We enthusiastcally signed up for daily 15 minute walks over 6 day stay and we’re told these would occur unless there was really poor weather. When we picked him up we were ‘asked’ if it was ok that they walked him only 3 times - due to lack of available staff. Come on, you tell us after the fact that what was expected to happen did not happen - because you didn’t have staff?? Not cool - not how to run a business. I guess he was treated ok - seemed ok when I picked him up. But still, I feel bad, mostly disappointed in myself for putting trust in them - felt like I let my dog down. Not going back.

Viviane took care of our 2 cats while we were on vacation. She went above and beyond and was truly amazing! She would provide us detailed updates, sent us tons of cute photos, brought over toys (we are purchasing the one she brought since our kitties loved it SO much). We felt at ease while they were in her care. We will definitely be calling Viviane again for our next trip, and would recommend her to anyone with pets. Thank you!

We loved using VIVE pet care to drop in on our cats! We received detailed messages and pictures every day while we were away and it was so comforting to see and hear about how our babies were doing! Our pet care professional paid close attention to the detail of our notes and went above and beyond what we had written. Would highly recommend and will use again!!

I am SO lucky to have found Viviane via a recommendation from another resident at my apartment complex. She came highly recommended and now I know why! I have been fortunate to always have family and friends look after my dog Philly while I am away. I was anxious about leaving him with someone new for a few days while I traveled, but Viviane put my worries at ease. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and sent detailed updates each day. I could tell by the many pictures I received that Philly was so happy and having a blast playing fetch all day. He was in great spirits when I returned from my trip, it was obvious he had been well taken care of! Leaving our pets can be hard, trusting that someone is caring for them the same way that we do can me even harder. With Viviane you'll have no worries.

Viviane is simply amazing. My husband and I left the country for 10 days. This was the first time we’ve left our cat Basil for an extended time, needless to say we were very anxious. Viviane was able to accommodate visiting twice a day, providing thorough updates with lots of pictures for each visit even if nothing out of the ordinary happened. We were most worried about Basil receiving his oral medication once a day, but Viviane did this with ease. Viviane was extremely professional and we will absolutely be using her services again in the future.

I cannot express my gratitude to Viviane and the Vive team enough! I was looking for someone to watch my pup Eric whilst I was visiting family in Hong Kong and was anxious about leaving him for 10 days. I received constant updates of how Eric was doing, photos daily and a little message of what they got up to. He also had other pup friends to hang out with, I honestly don't think he wanted to come home as he was having a blast!! (just look at the pics!) Thank you again, there is no doubt in my mind who I will be calling next time I go away. My friend recommended Vive and I am so so so thankful for the care and love that Eric got whilst I was away. Leaving your fur children with someone who is capable and caring is SO important and if you are looking for someone that is communicative, caring and honestly going to spoil your pup whilst you're away, Vive is the one!!!

I can’t recommend Viviane enough! This was our first time with a sitter but I had nothing to worry about with Viviane. Super easy to schedule with and every day we loved looking forward to the updates we’d get from her.

We have had the best experience working with Viviane at VIVE Pet Care. Our cat, Autumn, is 18 years old and I get incredibly anxious leaving her now because of her age. Boston Best Dog Walkers have been amazing with my reactive dog, Bernie! They communicate extremely well, always respect my excessive house guidelines given Bern's tendency to get into any cabinet, and provide great notes/photos after every interaction. I love the flexibility they offer and their system is incredibly easy to use. I have worked with them for almost a year now and have no complaints!

Great group of people! I've been nothing but pleased with the team. The customer services has been phenomenal. Rex (my German Short Haired Pointer) comes home tuckered out after every time. They also offer a train and play structured day care which has helped us with recall. Book training with Aaron you won't be disappointed. He's very clear with what's needed and super passionate and funny. I've went to another training and they were trying way too hard.

We have had a great experience with Boston's Best so far. Aaron was a huge help getting us set up with a walker quickly when we needed to change providers fast. They are super responsive and I love the GPS tracking feature and daily updates with pictures and comments. We know our puppy is now being walked properly and taken care of every day - that peace of mind is priceless. Thank you BBDW!

We started using Boston's Best Dog Walkers after regularly boarding our dog outside our home when we traveled. I am so pleased with this company! Having someone come to our house on our schedule is soooooo much more convenient than having to deal with an out of home boarding facility with hours that never seem to match what we need (never mind ridiculous late pick up fees on a Sunday!). It's also nice not to have to add a pick up and drop off to our busy schedule when we are trying to get a family of four out of the house for a trip. Now our girl stays in the comfort of her own home and gets all the love and care she needs. And the cost is either the same or less than a boarding facility in Boston. I also love the easy online scheduling and the ton of communication I get while she is being cared for. I never have to worry that someone won't come when they are scheduled. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Boston’s Best Dog Walkers truly have the best dog walkers! We always get a daily report for our dog Romo, along with great pictures. He looks so happy and the walkers go above and beyond to take care of him!

Bostons best dog walkers are the best of all time! They take such great care of penny and can accommodate all of my requests for penny! Highly highly recommend!

I made it very clear that my dog was aggressive and I was told “no problem” and they specialize in that. After about a month and a half, of receiving positive feedback from the walkers, pictures and all. I was called on the day he was supposed to be walked, was told they could no longer walk him as the walkers were fearful of him. I had no previous notification of this and the change happened after I asked to change the automatic tip, which unbeknownst to the walkers I wanted to pay in cash in person, as it was easier for me. Their services were misleading and left me in a tight spot as I was at work and my dog was left home with out a walker. If stated beforehand I would have been able to set up an alternative source. Instead I had to leave my job at the hospital to accommodate these last minute alterations the company did. They were unable to fulfill the service I explicitly asked for and they said they could offer

I have used Boston's Best for over a year now and I travel frequently. They always provide great care for my 2 cats and Angela specifically is great with them! I love that I get photo and written updates and can see in real time when they are there. They are great at communicating whenever there is an issue and have been quick to correct things when needed.

Our boy George has the best time on his group walks with BBDW. We’re given daily updates on his walks and specifically how he did. The transparency is always great and we feel he is constantly in good hands. BBDW went to great lengths to make sure to answer all of our questions and in depth when we were first introduced to the service. Would absolutely recommend and are so happy we found a service in the Seaport that is 100% reliable.
