We use Furry Walks and Wash for their boarding services with our senior basset hound. The home is beautiful, Andre is super easy to communicate with, and most importantly, I have a very happy pup when I pick him up. Andre and his team are amazing, we trust them with two of our most precious things; our dog and the keys to our home. They are extremely reliable, responsive, dynamic and caring. From the first time I met Andre and his interactions with my dog and cat, I knew this was a person that loves animals. In the times since, he has shown extra TLC to my animals and I feel very confident and comfortable with him taking care of my furry family members. Andre did a fantastic job with some very challenging personalities without having a real chance to get to know each of them and their quirks. I used Furry Walks and Wash to cat sit when I was going on vacation. Andre, with Furry Walks, was incredibly responsive and easy to work with regarding scheduling the sit and meeting in advance. During the actual sit I received an email and pictures with an update on my animal and what they did during the sit. Overall I will use again and definitely recommend!

5 Star service for taking on walking my spoiled, large energetic Shepherd-Husky on short notice after I injured my knee and couldn't do the job myself. Extra points for answering all questions and adjusting schedule on an as needed basis. Prompt service and easy scheduling too. A knowledgeable and kind neighbor steered me to Furry Walks and Wash, and I will not hesitate to use them again.

I can’t stop telling my friends about this business! Over a decade in Vet medicine, compassionate, reliable, and it’s inexpensive compared to the Rover and wagtime. I love the edible arrangements and toys they leave on the last day for my pet. Also making sure my mail box isn’t full and my plants are also taken care of. I didn’t say this, but I have a camera in my home and District Sitting touch anything they were suppose too or go in any room that was closed. I love this service!

Patrick’s is a leader in the DC community. I’ve been to the gamut of conventional doggie daycare places and they are the best. The truly individual attention my pup receives gives me peace of mind while at work. The personalized video report cards and photos at daycare also give me a chance to see just how joyous his day was. You can really tell that dog development is their passion. It comes through in the quality of service and great care they take with your dog family. So happy to have found them!

Pluto absolutely adores Patrick’s Pet Care, and so do we! We have gone a couple of times for their fear-free grooming, and Rebecca’s attention and care for Pluto has been wonderful. We had been in contact with Emma for a couple of months as we wanted Pluto to join the Montessori school when he turned 6 months. We just started taking Pluto for daycare and the experience has been amazing. He was welcomed for an assessment, and Emma asked us about any goals we had for Pluto. She informed us that we could watch through their cameras all day as Pluto played with the other pups and participated in enrichment activities with Patrick’s Pet Care staff. Emma gave us a call midday to give us an update on Pluto which is something we never get at any other places. After the day was through, Emma talked to us for a while about Pluto’s experience, and provided an extremely thorough and illuminating report card with absolutely adorable photos of Pluto having a great time all day. According to the report, he performed really well except for during the dogs’ structured downtime. Pluto had a hard time settling down, especially with no humans around to comfort him. No surprises there - it’s something we’ve wanted to work on with Pluto. As a result, Emma recommended that Pluto work with Joe at Daycare 101 before he joins the full daycare program. She helped us secure an appointment for that the very next day, and Joe went right to work with activities to help Pluto become more accustomed to settling down when he’s by himself. When we went to pick up Pluto, Joe talked us through what they did, what worked, and he wants us to practice with Pluto at home. He also provided his own thorough report card and a video report, as well as some cute pics of Pluto in action. We anticipate that Pluto’ll probably need a few more weeks of 101 before he “graduates” to the full daycare class. We’ve been promised a graduation cap when he’s finally ready :) All in all, we are so thrilled to be working with Patrick’s Pet Care to give Pluto the enrichment, care, and training that he needs to be the best dog that he can be. We’re so excited to keep working with the entire Patrick’s Pet Care team. Thank you to everyone at Patrick’s who shower all the pups with so much love!

My wife and I have had our dog Curry at Patricks from before we adopted him at 3 months (his foster mom took him to the Columbia Heights location) to when he was about 3 years old. We stopped because we moved out of DC into the suburbs (for our dog of course). I will start with the negatives. Patricks is admittedly pretty expensive and they've raised thier prices since Covid as they've focused more on their dog training 'Montessori School' aspect of daycare. I also wish they still had boarding but that went away after Covid and it could be a little difficult to get a booking there due to high demand but I imagine that's the case at many other doggy daycares in DC. However, I have to give them 5 stars because Curry can be a difficult dog and is extremely hesitant around strangers and can be very reactive (We've worked with multiple trainers and it's an ongoing process though he's much more calm as he's older now.) Patrick's has worked with him throughout the years to adapt to new staff members and I think he considers many of the staff to be in his small group of people he trusts (especially Melissa). We are very thankful for Patrick's for their patience with Curry and his various foodmongering, demand barking, and constant chewing as a puppy. The staff are all well-trained and very diligent and absolutely know what they are doing. I also do like the activities they have the pups doing and it's always a treat to watch Curry having fun on the daycare webcams. The daily report cards with a video to the pet owners is also a nice touch as well. I can't speak to the value of the training since Curry was kind of an old-timer when they started incorporating the Montessori School aspects (and he will literally sit completely still for an hour to get more food) but Curry was always completely exhausted coming back from daycare and we continued to take him once a week even when working from home because of the valuable socialization I think Patrick's offers. I think the more valuable training with Curry was getting him used to new staff and working on his reactivity towards strangers, which has DEFINITELY improved and I think Patrick's was a large reason why. This was a very long review but I had an overall very positive experience with Patrick's over three years and I highly recommend them if the cost is within your price range.

Patrick's Pet Care is excellent. I have worked with Melissa from the fear-free grooming department at the Brookdale location, and she has been able to groom my extremely fearful Covid-pup. She is highly skilled and just the kindest person. I have also worked with Joe to help my dog with his guarding problem and aggression. He is also highly knowledgeable, and his work with my dog has made me hopeful. At Patricks Pet Care, I have a great team to support Ruprecht and myself. They rock!

I brought my nervous Samoyed in for grooming and was thrilled with the quality of the fear-free grooming program they have at Patrick’s. They took all of the steps at my dog’s pace and made her feel comfortable along the way. My dog’s comfort was my top priority and they put lots of effort into making sure this was a positive experience for her. They provided me with a detailed report of how they did each step and how she felt about each part of the process. We will definitely be back!

Our Cookie loves going to Patrick's Montessori daycare! She thrives from the personal attention, especially from Emma. We can tell how much Emma and her team care about our pup. Cookie comes back happy and most importantly, relaxed. And we like the thorough report cards and awesome photos (have no idea how they capture the right moments). Overall Cookie is thrilled every time she goes to Patrick’s and we’re happy to support a thoughtful locally owned business.

I really can't say enough to express how wonderful Patrick's Pet Care is. We've been taking our Miniature Schnauzer, Steven, here since October 2020 and have had nothing but phenomenal experiences in every aspect - in Day Care 101, the staff worked extremely hard to help Steven with his severe separation anxiety, and Joe (who is now the training/dog walking manager) went above and beyond to form a trusting relationship with Steven so he could learn and thrive. After several months of consistent training, Steven was able to go to Montessori School, where he continues to enthusiastically engage in every activity and playtime that is provided by Emma, Bradley, Hannah, and Melissa. We will be forever grateful to the staff at Patrick's for helping our boy overcome his anxiety and be the fun-loving, energetic little ball of happiness that he currently is!

The staff was super friendly. My golden retriever enjoyed his time there and he looks extremely dapper now. Great place for all your dog grooming needs in DC.

Josephine and Chris are a godsend! We have a very energetic and dog reactive Pudelpointer and they have been taking great care of her off and on for the last 2 years. She gets plenty of love and has been able to socialize with many dogs which is helpful in her behavior training. Highly recommended service!

Chris and his team have been so wonderful! Chris is responsive, and works with my ever-changing schedule, and is great with my dog. I love that he uses the Pet Check technology - I get an email when they arrive, and again when they leave with a note about the walk, and sometimes a picture :) Paying invoices is smooth and easy. After using two other dog walkers, we've stuck with Chris for quite some time now and I highly recommend using him and his team.

We've used Chris and Peticular Charm Per Care several times. They've always done a great job and have been consistent, reliable, and professional. Our dogs are French Bulldogs and they have special needs. Chris and team did a great job with them and the dogs loved them. Finally, you can tell when you meet Chris and team that they are really animal lovers...

I highly recommend Peticular Charm Pet Care to anyone who is looking for dog walking services in the DC area. Chris is always very responsive and helpful when I reach out to him via email about scheduling extra walks or cancelling walks. Our little dog adores his walker and looks forward to his daily afternoon walks. Our walker is diligent in checking in with us and texting us updates as needed. Lastly, the app used by Peticular Charm is very convenient--you can see when your dog was walked, what route they took, and what your dog, ahem, *did* on his walk. I really trust Peticular Charm to look after my dog and give him the walks he craves in the middle of the day.

Chris and his team of walkers are great. Mark has walked our dog for a number of months and we've been super happy (as has our puppy). Their use of the Pet Check system makes tracking and paying for service so easy and convenient. We have recommended them to several families already and will continue to do so.

I’m thrilled with the dog walking services of PETicular Charm! The owner, Chris, came by to meet our little guys, took notes on behavior and routine. Very good rates! An added plus is that Chris and his crew can board a dog at the last minute in case we have an emergency. I trust Chris and his employees explicitly with our dogs and our house! Chris is also a very well read, traveled, cultured musician with a fascinating life. My dogs are in interesting company - kinda jealous!

The team at Peticular Charm has been great! We use them for daily walks, doggy daycare once a week, and they also watched our 8 month old puppy when we were out of town for a week. They sent daily pictures and videos so that we knew our puppy was having a good time. Honestly, I think our puppy would rather live with his friends from Peticular Charm than us!

We met Chris while he was out walking one of his clients and enjoyed talking with him so much, we decided he would be our new dog walker. He is reliable and wonderful with our scaredy-pup. I've recommended him to our neighbors and friends, and we rest easy when we leave town knowing Chris is looking in on our pup.

I cannot begin to sing the praises of Patrick's loudly enough. I brought my 7 month old puppy, Emet, who is a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, to see them today for his first ever grooming appointment. They were so communicative during the appointment, including me in Zoom calls throughout the day and letting me know how he did on breaks. It was obvious from the video chats that they put a lot of effort into getting him comfortable and gaining his trust. He's already an outgoing little guy, but they were so patient with him and it showed in how happy he was in the videos. Their report card was incredibly thorough and really let me know how things went, and included bonus videos of him getting trimmed as well as photos of the process. It's clear that they really love dogs and love what they do. He came out looking great, and they laid the foundation for many more happy grooming appointments to come.

Posy absolutely loves Mini Mondays at Patrick's. As soon as we get anywhere near the building, she starts whining with excitement, and once through the front door, she doesn't look back at me once. Ian and Emma are such wonderful trainers with her and I can tell she's getting a ton of enrichment playing with other dogs and doing activities all day. I've already noticed a huge improvement in her sharing abilities and recall and can't recommend the Mini Mondays Montessori program highly enough for small dogs! It is the highlight of her week and I love seeing her so excited.

Baloo just completed Patrick's Puppy Head Start Part One and Part Two with Nikita, and I can't say enough good things about it. The first day I dropped him off, he was shaking and clinging to me. The second time, and every time after that, he ran right in. He clearly loves going and absolutely adores Nikita. I don't know what we would have done without them, we were very overwhelmed when we enrolled Baloo in their program. It really gave us a structured plan to work on with him, and it's been amazing to see him improve from week to week. Nikita is a puppy whisperer. She helped us with every problematic behavior he had, and he's grown into a really good boy. There are still a few things we need to work on with him, so I won't say we've 100% solved everything....but he is miles ahead of most other dogs his age that I meet. He's polite, he comes when he's called (even in distracted environment ). He's good about checking in. He also has all his important commands down. They introduced it during Head Start, and we reinforced it at home. I find that with new commands, the hardest part is getting it to click, which Patrick's does amazingly. Concepts that take me multiple days to teach the puppy, Nikita manages to do in a few short hours. They've helped him become socialized to grooming, weird noises and different surfaces, all important in a city! He's also learned excellent play behavior with other dogs. Nikita does such a great job of monitoring the puppies and reinforcing positive, healthy behavior. I also loved the photos and report cards at the end of the day, so did Baloo. When Baloo hears Nikita's voice, he drops whatever he's doing to come over and look for her. Overall, such a positive experience. I find that you really get out of the program what you put into it! The more you work with the puppy out of hours and reach out to the instructors for help, the more progress you see. Highly recommend it!

I already recommend Patrick's to everyone I encounter on my walks so making it more official here. Emma Teller first did an amazing job training and guiding my cautious puppy through the newly created Dog Daycare 101. Then in the regular daycare Emma continues training all the attendees. She does the most to make sure the dogs are playing in appropriate energy level play groups, learning new things, and getting constant attention. The end of day report cards are lovely. Getting a video of my puppy walking up stairs, and activity she had completely refused to do, was the highlight of my week! We do grooming at Patrick's as well and they do a great job while still keeping my puppy so excited to attend.

I highly recommend the Puppy Head Start program at Patrick's Pet Care. The trainers are fantastic and really know how to get the best out of your pup. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this puppy training program. Friends of mine have commented how impressed they were that my puppy is a well-behaved and socialized dog, and I have the trainers to thank for that. I wholeheartedly recommend Patrick's Pet Care!! Hands down, Patrick's Pet Care is one of the best doggy daycares in DC. My dog has slight anxiety around larger dogs and would prefer to spend all day cuddling with humans, which doesn't make for a great time at most of the other daycares in DC. Patrick's Pet Care not only has a location specifically for smaller dogs but their enrichment activities are a sure fire way to make sure your pup comes home happy and exhausted. The entire team at Patrick's Pet Care is great, but Emma is by far the best. Emma takes great care of my dog and makes the best report card videos that I look forward to watching every single time. I'm so happy that I found Patrick's Pet Care!

Patrick's Pet Care is 5 star! After researching various doggy daycare options, I decided to give Patrick's a try. It is one of the best decisions I've made for my 11 month old Frenchie! My pup is a very "spirited" dog who goes from 0 to 100 in an instant, and never meets a stranger. Emma has done a great job helping her to focus, learn how to regulate her excitement level, and learn how to play at appropriate levels. I love that Emma teaches her new things and has helped her meet her goals in such a short amount of time. Although I pass several doggy daycares on my way to Patrick's in Columbia Heights, I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

Patrick's is amazing. We have a puppy who can be anxious at times and Patrick's is wonderful for him. It's not just a day care like many where dogs run around randomly - it's structured and each dog gets individual attention. Seriously, it's worth doing Patrick's over something else, even if Patrick's is a couple extra dollars. We had Patrick's recommended as the best in DC, and it definitely did not disappoint...

We love having Patrick’s Pet Care in the neighborhood – and our pup loves it, too. Our dog was a bit shy and uneasy around some of the other dogs when she first started attending daycare. Now she can’t wait to go and pulls towards the building whenever we’re out on a walk nearby. Emma and Nikita are wonderful with the dogs and have a done a tremendous job building our pup’s confidence through play, structured activities, and one-on-one time. It turns out our dog really likes puzzles, and they are always creating new challenges for her. We highly recommend Patrick’s Pet Care Dog Montessori – and added bonus that you can watch your pup play on the webcams!

We are so happy with the service and attention that our Shih Tzu/Mini Poodle mix Rocco has been receiving that if I could give Patrick's 6 stars I would. Their attention to detail and general concern for every dog in their care is amazing from Ian with Mini Dog Mondays to Emma with small dog Montessori. Their reports are frankly more informative than anything I ever received for my kids and given our dog's separation anxiety, knowing exactly how Rocco is doing is very helpful. In addition, the webcams give us the option to check on Rocco throughout the day. Great organization.

We recently boarded our dog at Fuzzy Critters for a week, and she absolutely loved it! The boarding stay was incredibly caring and attentive, providing regular updates that put us at ease. Our dog came home happy and well taken care of, clearly having enjoyed her stay. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience—highly recommend Fuzzy Critters!

Fuzzy Critters has been a life saver! Our dog Maple absolutely loves going there. She starts whimpering when she realizes we are getting close and then bounds out of the car to run into Jessica's yard, leaving me in the dust. She loves hanging out with all the other doggies and still being in a home environment with access to the outside. Highly recommend!

Jessica is an amazing person who really cares about the dogs who are staying with her. Our Pepper (pit/lab mix) had a great time with Jessica. Pepper stayed for a week and every time we walk past Jessica's house, she tries to get me to let her go say hello to Jessica and her dogs. I started taking my dog, Missy, here during the pandemic and she LOVES it. Whenever we get close to the house, Missy starts jumping and getting super excited and almost busts out of the car door! I love leaving her with Jess because they treat Missy like one of their own furry family members with cuddles and playtime - and that means a lot to me.

Jess is amazing with our pups!! We can travel with ease of mind knowing they are well taken care of. They always have a great time!!

I have to start by saying that my puppy really loved this place. I was so excited to have finally found a daycare home for him. Unfortunately, it was short lived. The first instance of difficulty we had was the employees didn’t know how to start my membership, so it was a real headache. I was wrongfully charged a couple times too. Then, my leash was given away to someone else and while that’s annoying, it’s a human error so we wanted to offer grace. my wife and I were super thankful because the fixed both issues!! They bought a new Kong leash AND harness to replace it, and we were given I think $150 credit to use for the errors in charges. I used the credit initially to see if we wanted to move forward with membership given everything, and unfortunately it still went a bit left. I drop my puppy off with food daily, and that day I sent lunch and dinner because we had a late work day. I picked him up after more than 11 hours there and they gave him NO FOOD the whole day. Gave his bag back to me full of his food. Even worse, Farmers dog is fresh food and it’s very expensive, so when I realized as I got settled that his lunchbox was still full of two portions of food, I was highly disappointed. My dog is a puppy, so food is super important right now for his development, especially in a high activity environment. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from this place because they really are sweet. But they lack certain routine structure that checks and balances where humans may cause errors. I won’t be a customer again because it was all too much for me, but I do hope the tighten those loose ends. We take our pup to DoozyDog now and it’s A M A Z I N G. Check em out if you want a more well rounded option! Atlas doghouse also doesn’t have a bath service like DoozyDog, so your dog will definitely come home smelling of urine and whatever else unless you bathe him yourself daily. Best of luck to atlas nonetheless.

Atlas just recently opened it's location at my building in Navy Yard and it is the best place EVER!!! To see all of the pups daily is a dream come true, it's impossible to not want to walk in and play with them constantly! They are the best addition to our community and I'm so happy to have them here with us!!

We LOVE bringing our dog here! She always has so much fun when she knows she will spend the day here. The staff absolutely adore our dog and she feels the same way. We joke that she likes the staff, especially the woman who greets her in the morning, more than us. They are great for boarding or daycare, because you know they will do a good job taking care of your pup!

I reached out to Atlas for their one on one training services. Prior to I had gone through a few trainers and I did not want to sign up for those super expensive one time training sessions with no guarantee. Thomas was a miracle worker honestly. Benny went from a sweet fluffy 15 pound puppy to a 60 pound 6 month terror! Was just unmanageable and overwhelming to deal with outside our home. In the house, he was the sweetest dog. We kept trying our previous trainer’s method and it was just not working to modify his behavior at all. I was pretty frustrated and super stressed taking him outside for walks. Everyone in the building was scared of him, it was just generally not a good time in our home lol. Thomas sat down and explained everything for the first 30min, and then we went on a walk. I can honestly say I watched my dog transform. It was such a weight off my shoulder, within an hour he was more manageable, well behaved, and calm. Then I would walk him and Thomas would give me pointers. Thomas made it VERY clear this was a one and done training session, not an on going saga of just handing over your money. He trained you and showed you the tools he uses. You are expected to do the work after that. He does offer follow up sessions if you are having specific problems. Which we did! He was great following up to see how things have progressed and when I had an issue he came right back, which I appreciated alot! I can honestly say Benny is a new dog and I feel much more in control and confident about handling him. Ive recommended Thomas to strangers on the street who have the same look I had when my dog was barking, lunging, pulling and not listening.

You can trust Atlas Doghouse with your pup and the guidance they give. I was on the brink of having to return my rescue and needed to board him until I could finalize the arrangements. A 30 minute conversation with the owner, Danny, and his counsel put me on the path to keep my new family member, Buddy. Since that day in 2018, Buddy and I have grown and learned together and Atlas is with us every step of the way.

When I first called I said that she wasn't the best with strangers or other dogs and Danny said, "she's a puppy, I'm not worried at all." When I tell you that Atlas is her favorite place, I couldn't mean it more. From a treat every morning from Nicolle to the best belly runs from Stephanie every night. Our girl loves it at Atlas. She still hates most people and doesn't get along with other dogs at dog parks but Atlas is a place that I've always been able to trust with our reactive dog and I have absolutely no idea what we'd do without them. Rest easy sending your pups here, they really know how to make them happy and keep them safe at the same time.

I have used Atlas Doghouse for training, walking, boarding, and daycare. Ruby was a wild woman who wouldn’t listen to the training methods that worked on all my other dogs, so I sent her to Danny and now she is a very well behaved young lady. Prior to the pandemic, I used Atlas for walking. Ruby absolutely loved Marcus and all my neighbors would tell me what a good job he did with her. Ruby now lives for going to daycare! She actually gets depressed if I don’t send her enough. She is well taken care of even with all her food allergies so I never have to worry. Can’t say enough good things about this place and everyone who works there!

We have been using Atlas for over five years and there are not enough good words to describe the professionalism, experience, thoroughness, and overall friendliness we've experienced at their primary H St location as well as their new Capitol Hill location. Our dog loves each and every staff member and (sometimes frustratingly) is so well-behaved with all of them. Aside from the wonderful daycare and boarding experiences, Roxy will run up to their walkers on the street while we're on our own walks to greet them; they've alerted us a cut on her eye that we didn't see and helped treat it; they kept her separate and comfortable from other dogs when she suddenly got sick until we could return; they watched her with absolutely no notice for a week when we had to rush to the hospital for an early labor delivery; and these are just the extraordinary moments that stand out among the "routine" care we receive.

My eight-month-old Spinone had only ever done daycare in small settings via Rover, and Atlas was the first place where she’d ever gone to big girl daycare. The folks at Atlas were both patient with my neuroses (no, youuuuuu called them multiple times to inquire after your dog’s emotional well-being and the composition of her friend group) and accommodating to my little Birdie. She boarded for an evening a couple weeks later, and came home tuckered out and blissful. The staff clearly loves dogs and they keep a close eye on your pups! Her first day at daycare, Birdie approached a dog who wasn’t into her affections. They separated them, told me about it when I rang to check in, and appear to have been proactive at the first sign that the other dog wasn’t in the mood. The fact that they group dogs based on play style and energy levels rather than temperament is also a huge plus, as I have a gentle giant who prefers a small dog friend. The only drawbacks: No camera feed! I would also love it if they adopted a District Dogs-style approach of composing a report card with pictures. Neither of these things makes me want to take Birdie somewhere that isn’t Atlas, though— that’s saying something from this helicopter dog parent!

Update: I wanted to add info on their training services with Thomas. I needed help getting my dog to walk without trying to lunge towards every other dog on the sidewalk, and I met with Thomas. It was really remarkable how fast my dog responded to his methods! I previously was using methods from another trainer and they just weren't working, but Thomas does things differently. It's more of a holistic approach that makes a lot of sense intuitively, and I really think I'm well set up for success now. I completely recommend him and will be returning to him whenever I need more help with my energetic young pup! Atlas Doghouse is really helping my new rescue dog build her social skills! She went in for her evaluation for daycare, and they gave me a nice detailed update with pictures halfway through her day, and I got more helpful feedback when I picked her up. She was shy that first time, but bust out of her shell the next time, and the plan is to keep going every week so she can work on her socialization. My training can only do so much, so interacting with other dogs is filling in that missing piece. I have full confidence in the staff to watch over her and the other dogs, so I'm not worried about her while she's there. This is going to be a great boarding option now too since I know she enjoys going. I'm grateful for Atlas!

Danny's Pet Care has been walking my dogs since I moved to Brookland in 2015. I cannot say enough about the personalized care and communication of my pets. Danny has always been great about accommodating changes to my schedule, and I appreciate them beyond what I can say in this review. The team at Danny's Pet Care has taken wonderful care of our cat Solo for 11 years, and our second cat Chapati during the latter half of that time. Throughout, Kathy, Elise, and Danny have provided trusted care during our many frequent weekend trips and vacations. Danny walked our senior girl for her last year and he was very sweet with her. He's clearly very comfortable managing all sorts of dogs and combinations of dogs. It made me happy thinking her having a little social life with neighborhood doggies during the week. Danny was also extremely flexible and accommodating with my frequently changing schedule. When we get a new dog we will have Danny walk them too.

Elise is so wonderful with our kitties. It is amazing to know they are in good hands when we are out of town - she's a great communicator, incredibly sweet, and responsible!

We have been using Danny’s Pet Care for the last 4 years- they are amazing! We are very happy with the care they provide to our 2 dogs. I have truly never written a review before, but I am so grateful to The Puppy Au Pair and Anne Marie that I needed to share my experience. I got married last month, and that meant that time snuck up on me fast. After frantic Googling way too close to the wedding, I found The Puppy Au Pair and their many services. Anne Marie put together a special, affordable package that met our needs and was a dream to work with. I hope to find an opportunity to work with them again and strongly recommend you hire them—whether for your special day, or just because. I had plans for everything except for how to manage my dog. We had a complex plan, it had many steps, and we needed someone to pick her up from our friend's house, take her to our first look location, and then babysit her at the hotel. Complicated! And on top of that, places that specialize in dogs at weddings have a ridiculous markup amd were like $500 for three hours of dog watching. And they couldn't pick up my dog and drive her around anyway. It was so wonderful to know I could hand off this very important and complex item to Anne Marie and her amazing team member, Madison. I am a single dog dad of one adorable little girl named Briseis. When I started going back to the office for work, I was in need of someone I trusted to walk her. I found Anne Marie & The Puppy Au Pair online & couldn't be happier with the service I have received. Anne Marie is like family to us & her staff are top notch. They take excellent care of Briseis while I am away at work or when I have to board her for travel. The Puppy au Pair is the BEST! The owner, Anne Marie, has been walking and boarding my dog for close to10 years and she is just wonderful - 100% reliable, goes the extra mile in caring for my dog, sends "pupdates" after every walk/daily when boarding (with pics!), and always has a great staff. My dog is very wary of new people so Anne Marie always walks with a new staff member so that my dog can get used to her before going on solo walks. Best of all - my dog absolutely loves her! I recently had a flight delay and cancelation that left me getting home several hours after my expected arrival. We’ve been using Puppy Au Pair for the past 4 years since we moved to Old Town and our two fur babies love Anne Marie and the other walkers. They are always excited when it’s time for their walk and I love receiving the daily updates and pictures from the team. We also use Anne Marie and her team for overnights when we’re out of town and I can see how happy and relaxed my boys are while we’re away. I can’t recommend this team enough!

We use The Puppy Au Pair for both midday walks and boarding when we can't have Gus with us. Anne Marie and her team are diligent and caring. Gus looks forward to seeing them and we look forward to regular "Pupdates." You might find a cheaper price, but you won't find a better deal.

Anne Marie and the Puppy Au Pair team have been crucial to raising and taking care of my dog Ace since he was 8 weeks. The Puppy Au Pair team is reliable, communicative and flexible. They treat Ace as if he was there own dog on every single walk. They always send pictures and a detailed report post walk, which I look forward to so much. Putting your dog in someone else’s care can be nerve wracking at first, but meeting the Puppy Au Pair team changes that instantly. As long as they’ll have us, Ace and I will be loyal members of the Puppy Au Pair fam!!

We have an indoor/outdoor cat and a couple times a year we go on a weekend trip. C-PUP has always provided great service for our critter and has always been there, even on short notice. They feed our cat, top off or change the water, clean the litter, give some pets and playtime, email us a picture of our cat, and bring our mail and packages inside once a day. They've taken care of our cat when we decided to leave her in the house or outside. They have also kept our garden alive during summer trips by watering for a little extra charge. I would highly recommend C-PUP! We have used their services a couple times a year for the past 5 years or so.

We've been working with C-PUP for dog walking and dog sitting for over a year now. If you are looking for a walker or in-home sitting service, I'll assume that your fur family members are incredibly important to you and you want to make sure they are getting the best care possible. C-PUP provides just that. They are incredibly professional, well-organize, thorough and meticulous when it comes to understanding what your pet needs for care. We have three dogs of various ages, including a senior dog that requires extra-special care and C-PUP is incredibly attentive to all of their different needs. They are wonderfully communicative as well, especially during over-night pet-sitting. Your fur family will be in wonderful hands with C-PUP.

Over the years, all of our cats have been well taken care of by C-Pup. They are a pleasure to work with, trustworthy, and they always keep us posted (text msg and e-mail) on how things are going with our fur babies. Also, for us what is very important is that they are a local neighborhood business. Being local means being able to provide their services quickly.

Shannon (owner) is very professional, thorough in interviewing dog(s) owner(s), getting detailed information on what the needs and desires are of owners and pets!!! She is incredibly organized and meticulous in ensuring that pets and owners may leave each other with an easy mind. All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. Wonderful, wonderful people and service. I can't say enough good things about Shannon and C-PUP! I recommend them to anyone and everyone expressing an interest in pet services. C-Pup is fantastic! We had someone stay overnight with our pets while we were gone and she did a great job. Typically when I go away I worry about our pets, but with C-Pup we got frequent updates and I knew they were in good hands. When we arrived home our cats and dogs were well-adjusted and excited to see us. I can't imagine going on vacation and having anyone else stay with our pets. I highly recommend C-Pup.

The team at C-PUP has been taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze since we brought her home 4 years ago. While my husband and I worked in full-time jobs during the day, we had multiple scheduled walks for her energy level. During that time, Breeze was so well cared for and loved, just as we would have done if we were there. As I transitioned to full-time work from home, I now call on C-PUP for our overnight sitting needs. When we go out of town, whoever stays with Breeze loves her just as much as we do. They provide detailed notes, pictures/updates and take care of any worries we have while we're away. I would recommend any of their services if you wish for your pet to receive the highest quality of care when you can't do it yourself!

We've been using C-PUP to look after our cats for several years, and we've always had an outstanding experience. We get email updates once or twice while we're away. We arrive home to find a written daily log of feeding, meds, visits, etc. I can recommend them without hesitation.
