She is the most friendly, thoughtful, reliable, courteous, and clean-loving sitter I’ve ever had. She took incredible care of my two wild dogs, the house, and the plants. Over the month that she stayed, made friends with my neighbors and truly joined the local community. Karen and Gary could not have been more wonderful. There’s a saying that “you should always leave a place better than how you found it when you’re a guest.” There were a little traces of sweetness around the apartment. A new dog toy here ,a new cat toy there and a metal flower in the plant in the entry which had not been there before .Violet, Noah and Sabrina seemed so happy and healthy. Karen and Gary were very very clean and great communicators . They were perfect perfect people to take care of the kitties , the house and Violet. I think my pets are missing them to be honest.

I have no idea how I got so lucky as to have Yara and Rizan as our house/dog sitters for this past week. They are absolutely amazing in everyway. They took great care of our dogs/cat and our house was spotless when we came home. They even made dinner for my husband since his flight was arriving later in the evening. I sincerely hope that Yara and Rizan would like to come back to Puerto Rico when we travel again because they are the BEST house sitters and anyone who will have them at their home is very lucky. They are trustworthy, kind, loving towards our dogs and super clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better situation and this was our first time using this service and they both made the experience absolutely perfect!

Retired couple looking to love your pets so that you can travel
We had the pleasure of hosting Ray and Vicky whilst they looked after Shadow for us. They were able to arrive the day before we went on holiday which we like, as we do like to meet the people who are looking after Shadow and our home for us. We had the opportunity to eat together and to share stories of our lives and families and our retirement journeys. They were a lovely couple and very easy to talk with. Theirs is a far more interesting retirement journey than ours and hence how they became involved in zeewoi :) Shadow was well looked after in our absence with his medication given regularly and he clearly felt at home with Ray and Vicky as he took to sleeping on the bottom of their bed. Shadow appeared well fed and relaxed on our return. Ray dealt well with a minor but irritating issue with our boiler and resolved it with just a quick message between us and him. We would be happy to have Ray and Vicky sit for us again should they make it back to the UK and we wish them well on their travels.

I wish I could give Alexis a glowing review, but unfortunately I probably wouldn't have her house and petsit for us again. She was so bad at communication that I worried she might not even show up. There were several times I reached out to her on zeewoi and her phone, and I often didn't hear back for days and only then I'd have to ping her again to get her to respond. After I shared all my housesitting info, I asked if she had any questions, she assured me she read everything and didn't have any questions, but then she clearly did not read through well because she missed some important stuff. A major one was that I had asked her to arrive mid morning because we had left out at 5am and my dog would need to go out around that time. I asked her ETA that day, and she told me she wouldn't be able to be there until 5pm and asked if that would be a problem. That struck me as a problematic question. She arrived around 6-7 hours after I asked her to and didn't think that would be an issue. So, I had to scramble to find a friend to go by and let my dog out. She also texted me for the address and how to get into the house. It was all in the info that she assured me she had already read through. Our pets seemed to be fine when we got home so that is the most important, but many requests I made or instructions I left were just not done. Some of it was related to how I give water to my cat and change his litterbox, but some was household related. A bunch of my plants died-- my whole vegetable garden as well as plants in my yard were completely dried up. Alexis happened to still be at the house when I arrived home. She showed me where packages were, but when I asked about where she had put my mail, she said that she had forgotten to check it and it was probably overflowing. Overall, I feel like I upheld my side by providing a clean, comfortable house and clear instructions, but I feel like she did not uphold her side of the agreement by caring for my house well by reading through and following the instructions I left for her.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Another amazing sit by Anna and her lovely family - our cocker spaniel Holly has had the best fortnight with these guys with lots of adventures and endless amounts of love and attention! Highly recommend as 5-star house and pet sitters - thank you Anna - hope to see you again!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Laura is incredible! For starters, she is a clear and considerate communicator who is reliable and trustworthy while setting up details for a sit in advance. From there... where do we start?! Laura (and her sister Stephanie, for a few days) took care of our cat & dog for a week-long sit. We were immediately at ease with both of them, and it was clear that they were excited to meet our pets and love them, and relaxed and comfortable in this role. They asked informed and curious questions about our pets, routines, and the surrounding area to set up a successful sit. When we departed, our dog hardly seemed to notice, because she was getting to know her new people! The snuggle-fest and hiking adventures that took place while we were gone resulted in happy pets who were calm and content. We received daily photos, which were heart warming, and assured us that dog hugs and cat exercise were taking place. Our dog is very affectionate, and Laura made sure that she received plenty of love while we were gone. Upon return, our home was spotless - tidy and clean (possibly cleaner than when we left, and we tried really hard!) We are games people, and Laura left us some of her favorite games to play (yay), and gifts for our pets, which were so fun to open when we got home. Everything was so thoughtful and kind. Laura is absolutely one of the top sitters we've ever had, and we are so grateful for her care. She went above and beyond basic home/pet care, and her compassion shines through in all of her communications and actions. She (and Stephanie) are welcome anytime, and we (Zora and Morris especially) hope they will come stay again!

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

The staff are all very caring people!! I took my cat to get shaved and Ms. Cynthia did a great job, even though my cat didn't want to cooperate!! Everyone was so nice and professional!!
I have been using parking ranch for about 7 years now. I love their paddocks for the dogs. My cat I just leave at home because he's not happy there in a cage. But I get it that there's not a lot you can do with a cat.
Wonderful experience for my dog and myself. They were so helpful since it was our 1st time. They bragged about my dog when I picked him up. Gave us a goody bag with treats for Tucker and a t shirt for me. Will certainly return!

We board our dogs here often. The people are amazing and our pups are always exhausted when they get home! This last stay we had to extend because of an emergency. They were so helpful and accommodating. We really appreciate it!!
We recently boarded our dogs here for 10 days. We called almost every day we were away to check on them and were always met with patience and kindness. One of our dogs had a hard time with anxiety and the staff at BRPR went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable as well as taking her to the vet to make sure she wasn’t sick after typical calming wasn’t working. BRPR has many fenced off yards for doggies of all different social levels so they got lots of playtime as well as naptime. The doggies even got a good bath and we’re nice and shiny when we picked them up. We are so thankful and impressed with the care they received and wouldn’t go anywhere else next time we need to board them. Thank you again BRPR for taking the best care of our furbabies 🥹

Love this place so much!! They take excellent care of our big dogs while we are away. We do not have to worry about them being loved and getting exercise - and if they were ever to get sick under their care, there is a veterinary clinic next door!
