She followed through on all the instructions on my guide and kept in contact with photos and comments throughout the sit. The house was sparkling when I returned and the cats calm and happy. She is lovely to work with - cooperative and a great communicator. I would be delighted to have Ann Marie sit again for me.

I wish there was an option for bonus stars when someone is absolutely exceptional. If there was, I’d give Julia all of them and the request more. She is the most friendly, thoughtful, reliable, courteous, and clean-loving sitter I’ve ever had. She took incredible care of my two wild dogs, the house, and the plants. Over the month that she stayed, made friends with my neighbors and truly joined the local community. Jana and Erik were amazing house and pet sitters! They had great communication from start to finish and were incredibly friendly as an added bonus. We even enjoyed homemade cookies on our trip courtesy of Erik. :) The house was perfectly clean when we returned home and the cats were relaxed and happy after spending 5 days with their new friends. I highly recommend them and hope they'll come back again!

My dogs loved Paul. He gave them meds and took pictures so we could see how our babies were doing while we were away. He watered my plants, and I have a LOT! (Mostly outside) They were healthy when I got home. He vacuumed also as the main floor can get quite hairy with 3 dogs. When we got home, he had washed a d dried the sheets and towels..I didn't have to do a thing!!!! I would recommend Paul for any sits.

Retired couple looking to love your pets so that you can travel
We had the pleasure of hosting Ray and Vicky whilst they looked after Shadow for us. They were able to arrive the day before we went on holiday which we like, as we do like to meet the people who are looking after Shadow and our home for us. We had the opportunity to eat together and to share stories of our lives and families and our retirement journeys. They were a lovely couple and very easy to talk with. Theirs is a far more interesting retirement journey than ours and hence how they became involved in zeewoi :) Shadow was well looked after in our absence with his medication given regularly and he clearly felt at home with Ray and Vicky as he took to sleeping on the bottom of their bed. Shadow appeared well fed and relaxed on our return. Ray dealt well with a minor but irritating issue with our boiler and resolved it with just a quick message between us and him. We would be happy to have Ray and Vicky sit for us again should they make it back to the UK and we wish them well on their travels.

honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.

Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for! She was communicative and easy going. She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi. She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday. While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation". I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos. They definitely bonded. :) I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies.
