Retro Mutts is a wonderful service! I have been using them for about a year. Their online system is extremely easy to use, and Julia is very responsive. My dog gets great care with RetroMutts. They even send pictures of your doggie!

I HIGHLY recommend using Retro Mutts for your pups. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets. I have a high energy dutch shepherd mix and two of the worst behaved cats in the world. Ian did a great job of making sure they were well cared for and that we had nothing to worry about. We used Retro Mutts to pet sit while we were getting married. Everything went smoothly and we had nothing to worry about. Julia is incredibly professional and runs her business with care and expertise.

We had a superb experience using RetroMutts! Jessie and Alex were our dog walkers for the New Years Eve/New Years Day weekend. Each day I would receive a report with pictures of our dog, Melody. This made it so comforting in knowing she was doing just fine while we were away. Jessie and Alex were so wonderful with Melody during our meet and greet that I had a really good feeling this would all work out, and it did! Julia has been our primary Petsitter for my mini poodle since we brought him home. A year and half later our puppy loves to see Julia and her team arrive to stay and play! Julia is reliable and kind! We are so happy to have found Julia !

Julia and her sister Diana are awesome! Julia has gone above and beyond for my dog Cooper, taking him to the emergency vet and cleaning up my house after he found his way out of his crate (and into the toilet paper). They are timely and professional, and care very much about your pet! I love that they send picture and text updates about Coopers walk. I would highly recommend Retro Mutts!

I have to say that leaving our Pet with Retro Mutts was the best decision we could have made. Julia and isabel were fabulous and my family and I were so impressed and comforted knowing that each visit we would receive updates and pictures on our Minnie was doing. We were able to enjoy our vacation and also be at ease knowing that Minnie was in such excellent care. Minnie fell in love with Julia and isabel. They are loving and definitely treated our Minnie like one of their own. We have found our Pet Sitting and Dog Walkers for life!!!!

We used Retro Mutts for the first time this summer and it was a great experience. Julia and Isabel visited our dog 3 times a day while we were gone. They took great care of him and kept us updated with texts and pictures for each visit. We plan to use them again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Julia and Ian were fantastic! They did 3 visits a day for our kitties while we were on vacation and I think our kitties were happier with them than us :-). Julia and Ian communicated with us after every visit and sent pictures of the cats. They were great and we'll continue to use Retro Mutts!

My puppy loves his daycare! He is an energetic and very social dog and I am so glad he has a safe, fun place to socialize. The owners really care for your pets! They are always flexible with my schedule as needed and are always happy to see my puppy. They have also been helpful with tips for myself as first time dog owner. So thankful to have found a great place for my dog!

Any compliment I give them is less. They took great care of my dog Roman who is a very energetic Husky puppy! I felt at ease leaving Roman with them, great communication and would send pictures whenever I asked. Roman loved them too!! It was very short notice and they were very communicative. The house is very clean and the pets are treated with great care. Hoping your business sky rockets!! When I come back to Maryland will make sure to leave Roman with them.

If I could give them more than five stars I definitely would! I feel so comfortable leaving both of my pups with them knowing that they will be in great care. They go out of their way to make sure all of their pups are cared for well and loved! I enjoy that when I go drop off my pups even they are super excited, tails wagging to see both Steve and Justin. Emily and her husband are amazing with animals! I felt comforted every time I left my dog Penny for a stay. I had no worries and I love that Emily keeps us updated with photos throughout the day. Penny busts out of the car with so much energy and joy when she realizes where we are! I would definitely recommend using Home Away From Home Pet Boarding! The people are so nice and amazing, it’s affordable, and they offer overnight stays, as well as doggy day care!

Love Home Away From Home. Emily and Mario (and office staff) are amazing. Millie, my pup gets so excited when Emily comes to greet. She gets soooo much play and exercise in throughout the day and is exhausted and such a happy dog at the end of the day. Definitely the best day care in the area! Hands down! I haven’t had any home services yet, but I trust them to do an amazing job just like they do with doggy daycare and would certainly take advantage of their others services when in need. Millie and I are big fans and will always come back.

Emily was very inviting and comforting from our first meeting with our pup Cyrus. Animals love her. I was very nervous leaving my dog after our initial pet sitter fell through but emily eased all of our fears. She was easy going, honest, polite, and kind. I received a ton of pics throughout the vacation, i saw my baby running around with other dogs, playing ball, and just having a blast. I highly recommend Emily and her husband for any pet boarding needs!

Emily is absolutely fantastic and I trust her completely with my dog Ruby. Every time I go to drop her off Ruby goes running into her house because she's so excited. Emily is the best. I am an extremely nervous dog mama (because I’m obsessed with my dogs... of course) and really struggled to allow anyone to watch them. We’ve used Emily/HAFH twice now and we’re so happy! I swear they probably are so happy they don’t want to come home. Lots of interaction and exercise, and Emily is really easy to communicate with, always sending pictures while we’re away. I would recommend her without hesitation and I’m sure we’ll continue to send our pups her way!

If I could give Emily a 7 star rating I would. She did an excellent job in taking care of our guinea pigs Choco and Maple. Choco is my senior guinea pig and she needed medical attention (antibiotic feeding) while we were away on vacation. She took care if them so well they didn't want to come back. We highly recommend Home Away from Home Pet Boarding.

Emily and Mario were really great in taking care of our puppers Sheldon. They made sure to give him enough exercise and sent me a ton of pictures and was always very responsive.. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We had problems in the past with other dog sitters. Our black lab is very anxious. He barks and hides when strangers come into the house. Kira and Josh were amazing. They took the time to get to know him and he looked forward to their visits. Most have not been able to do that. We truly appreciated the great care they got while we were away. It allowed us to relax on vacation. We will definitely use them again.

Pet and Home Care did a great job caring for my cat while I had surgery. They came twice/day, provided food and water, cleaned the litter and provided affection. They also provided online pictures and comments to me after each visit which I greatly enjoyed. I intend to use them in the future.

After many months of guiltily asking friends to watch our two rabbits while we’re away, we found Pet & Home Care online. We have been using their service for four months now and I don’t know how we lived without it. They are experienced, dependable, kind, and responsive. Thanks to Miranda R, Emily B, Tad B, Andrea L, Dorothy E and the rest of the excellent team, we never have to worry when we leave town. We especially love that they share updates explaining how their visit went and including photos our two buns. We will proudly continue to depend on their services for the foreseeable future.

Rylee and Tad provided outstanding, conscientious, and compassionate care for our animals. After each visit, they sent us a detailed notification with photos of all animals. One of our cats has to get insulin shots twice a day; for a year, we did not leave him in someone else's care for even one day. After experiencing Pet and Home Care's competent and caring service, we now feel confident that he is in safe hands if we have to travel.

I have 4 dogs and used to always beanxious about going on vacation and leaving them. I have been using pets and home care for over a year now and am always impressed by their service! They do a great job even with dogs that are elderly, reactive, or harder to deal with. They send pictures and reports about the dogs and follow the care instructions very well. I've had 3 different sitters in the last year and they always do an excellent job!

Was recommended to Pet and Home Care by Laureen’s Pet Sitting when she moved away. We used P&HC for the first time over the new year holidays. Jack and Jean took care of our three dogs, gave twice daily medications to one, and sent pictures with every update. This was the happiest our dogs have ever been when we’ve returned from a vacation. 10/10 pet sitting. Highly recommend and will use them again. ❤️

Choosing a place to trust with your dog can be extremely difficult. You usually know if you've made a good choice when you pick your pet up based on their behavior. You know for sure how it went based on how they behave if you try to take them back to that place. From his first daycare evaluation visit, our dog has shown nothing but absolute joy to go to stay with Pet and Home Care! He perks up in the car as soon as he realizes where he is and he runs right through the front door without hesitation and without looking back for me. We recently had our longest time away and he stayed 2 weeks. I was really concerned he'd feel abandoned (he was a rescue pup). I was so pleased when we picked him up and he was his usual happy self, not seeming to have even noticed how much time had passed. These folks are phenomenal and I am so glad we found them.

Pet and Home Care is a wonderful organization. They cared for my diabetic cat when I was travelling and now they take care of my dog when I'm away. Their care is excellent and I never worry when I leave my pets in their care.

From a management standpoint, Tiffany and Kira were easy to work with. They looked at our set up and made a few recommendations to meet our needs. They also adjusted our schedule, which saved us some money. Very pleased with their services and their rates are reasonable. They followed all instructions, left detailed notes and even sent cute pictures of one of our cats. They also contacted us with questions or concerns. Erica was outstanding. She was attentive, kind and affectionate with both of our cats. We highly recommend and would use her services again if she is available in the future. Thank you!

We feel so lucky to have found such a great service to take care of our beloved Goldendoodle, Charlie, as well as our home. Charlie loves everyone at Pet and Home Care who's taken care of her which includes daycare, a variety of grooming services, walks, really anything we've ever needed or wanted for our beloved pup. They are so sweet and caring with Charlie, I sometimes worry Charlie likes her PHC friends more than us! PHC has also provided excellent services to help clean and maintain our home. Our lives can get very busy, but Tiffany and Pet and Home Care have been a trusted and valued support system for us for years and have made all of our lives significantly better because we found them. My wife and I can be very particular and picky, so I can confidently say they are the best and couldn't recommend anyone more highly!!!

100/10 I cannot recommend On Call enough! I was always hesitant to leave my cat because he’s geriatric and requires medicine twice a day, but one meeting with Steven and Marly and we were good to go! They’re incredibly attentive, send me lots of updates (because I’m an anxious pet parent), and truly care for my cat while giving him everything he needs. I always recommend them to anyone in need of pet sitting services and will always reach out to them for as long as I live in Montgomery County!

We recently had Steven stay overnight to take care of our dog and cat, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his service. Steven was polite, professional, and, most importantly, great with our pets. He has long term experience and is a trusted resource for any pet sitting or dog walking needs. Steven stopped by for a meet and greet ahead of the overnight. Steven's friendly and courteous demeanor made us feel comfortable entrusting him with the care of our pets. He approached the job with a genuine love for animals, and he was flexible to make sure that the needs of our schedule and our pets specific personalities were met. Throughout his stay, Steven exhibited a high level of responsibility and attentiveness. We appreciated the regular updates and photos, which added an extra layer of reassurance. I highly recommend On Call Petsitting! Every time we’ve used them for cat sitting it has been a great experience. Antonio and Steven are very communicative and clear and Antonio always sends pictures and updates when he stops by to check on our cat. We appreciate their professionalism and responsibility when caring for our pet!

This is an outstanding Petsitting Company. I contacted them after an injury and they were able to respond and walk my dog that day. The dog walkers always arrived promptly or even early and communicated when they were on their way here. They were never late. And my dog Sasha just loved them. I could not be more impressed with this company. I don't know what I would have done without their help.

My experience with this business comes as both a petsitter, and a pet owner. Steven is highly and appropriately communicative with both his clients and his providers, making sure that everyone is on the same page and comfortable as possible. He prioritizes client needs and supports his workers with integrity and skill. Whether your furry family member has special accommodations needed, or not, every pet is met with love and individual care. I haven’t been able to take clients with MoCo since I moved out of the area, but would encourage sitters to work with them. I would highly recommend this business for your pet and house sitting needs, as well.

Randee and Steven have been nothing short of amazing! They have been so patient with my reactive pup-- constantly updating me on her progress and providing photos during her walk. My previous dog walking service left me with no service at a last minute notice, Not realizing I needed a backup my sister found On call pet sitting. They quickly did a meet and greet with my puppy dog and I had service the same week. There is great communication between the dog Walker and myself and a group text. Payment is easy. I do not have to worry about a last minute no dog Walker as I have a backup already in place. I use them on a regularly basis. Give them a call your Fur baby will be happy.

Desperate for pet care with less than a week before an extended family vacation, I contacted Stephen. He responded promptly and we were able to set up a meet-and-greet quickly. We had never used a pet sitting service before and were anxious about having a stranger taking care of our fur babies, but Stephen and Carla put us at ease right away. Carla's regular updates were super comforting and she included fantastic pics! My only concern is that now I think the pets like Carla more than us...😉

I used the in-home pet sitting service for my cat, scheduled through Steven with Antonio as my pet sitter. They both met me prior to the scheduled dates for a meet and greet, and during the scheduled pet sitting days, Antonio texted updates and photos for each visit. Very convenient service at a fair and competitive price, with reliable communication - definitely recommended.

My dog loves it here. What's not to love spending all day outside (if she wants to) or taking breaks on doggy couches inside. Gets super excited as soon as she realizes where we are going. Staff is terrific. Shares pictures and progress texts doing the stay. Highly recommend

The team and facilities at Dog’s Day are absolutely worth the drive from DC! From our dog’s initial evaluation, it was clear that safety for all the dogs was absolutely paramount to the Dog’s Day staff. And a very close second was fostering a fun, enriching environment! The staff is easy to get in touch with and sends photo & text updates during his stay, always showing him having an absolute blast, playing with other dogs, running around with toys, or perfectly relaxed hanging comfortably around the facility. Can’t recommend them enough for boarding and daycare!

I started sending my dog Kendall to Dog's Day Farm when she was around 6 mos old, and that was about 12 years ago! She was one of those crazy, full of supersonic energy, chocolate labs that just couldn't tire out. Enter Dog's Day. From day one at the original location to the present day at their current facility, I have been completely happy in every respect. My old dog and younger dog, Kacie, both love going to day care. The staff is great and very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have and they send THE BEST photos when they text me with an update on how my dog's day is going. Too bad we don't get photo text updates on our human family members while they're at work/school LOL. Last but not least, the owners, Matt and Kelly, are exceptional. They are so knowledgeable about dogs - training, handling, behavior, health, aging, etc.- that I feel so comfortable leaving my dogs there whether it is for day care or for boarding overnight. I seriously cannot think of one bad/negative thing about Dog's Day Farm. I am so grateful that I found Dog's Day Farm and that my dogs have been fortunate enough to have such a wonderful place from home to go to.

When the staff at Dog’s Day send me photos of Milk Man, he is always having a blast. He gets to socialize, exercise, and be loved on every time he visits the farm. Milky sleeps for the rest of the day (and then sleeps in the next morning) after his fun-filled trips.

So happy I found this place! Our pup, Nova has endless energy and wasn’t getting a chance to release all of her energy throughout the day. She’s come home and knocked completely out twice after visiting the farm, so I know she is getting plenty of exercise! The owners and staff are so friendly and communication is great. I hope my Nova can grow into the program as she just wants to be happy and free! This place is basically doggy heaven, I have no anxiety or worries having her at Dogs Day Farm.

This place should have been called Dog's Heaven Farm!! I cannot say enough good things about it!! After a bad experience at another doggie daycare, we needed a new place that better fit my grandbaby Penelope and would better meet her/our needs. Dog's Day is so awesome that I want to attend "daycare" with her!! (Do they accept volunteers to play??) As a first time dog G'ma (we never had dogs growing up, just cats) I was relieved that the dogs are "evaluated" and introduced to their new friends properly before becoming a member, and that aggressive dogs or challenging dogs could not attend for the safety of everyone! Today is Penelope's second visit (3rd if you count the evaluation/meet & greet) and she LOVES it!! We have never been able to give her the opportunity to run free in this kind of amazing outdoor environment, especially with other dogs! She even laid down with the others to rest at nap time on her 1st day!! (THAT'S how comfortable and safe she felt in their care!!) Their staff is Amazing!! (Shout out to Natalie & Sam N.!!) In the several months at her old place, I never once saw a staff member get down on Penelope's level to give her pets or cuddles, nor did they seem to like their jobs! (and they had a live video feed that I watched!) Penelope's mommy has been sharing the texts and pictures the Farm Staff are sending to her and it is crystal clear that they made the right decision to trust DD Farm with our girl! She looks so incredibly happy in every pic!! The price is VERY reasonable, and WELL WORTH the expense! They haven't needed it yet, but the Farm even offers a Pet Taxi if you are unable to drop off/pick up your lovebug!! I am so grateful that Matt & Kelly founded this place, it is absolutely PERFECT!! Penelope is one tired and happy girl, and if Penelope is happy, so is her Grandma!!

After hours of reading and searching for the perfect environment for my 8 week puppy, we thankfully stumbled into Dog’s day farm and, oh man, I am so glad we did! My puppy comes home so happy and tired out from her busy days of adventure at the farm! Whether that’s exploring or hanging out, I can see that this place is phenomenal and we’ll for sure become regulars! Thank you to Matt, Kelly, and staff for all being dedicated to our pups and striving to provide amazing care to them. It certainly is appreciated and it does not go unnoticed.

Our energetic dog runs to his hearts content at Dog's Day Farm, plays with other dogs and the kind "keepers", and is wonderfully happy and tuckered out when we pick him up. Our minds are at ease when our dog is staying and playing at Dog's Day Farm.

Take it from a choosy dog mom, this place is 5 stars. If you want a place where your pup walks, no runs in, to be be there and doesn’t even look at you to say “bye”, then this is it. I was looking for a place to take them that that seemed like home, if I’m leaving for more than one week. Cage-free 24/7 operations and daily updates with photos. My dogs LOVE this place. When they go in and could care less if I exist, you feel badly at first, but you know that they really enjoy it and you have no worries leaving them in the care of the staff for one day or 2 weeks. They come back tired, but still happy to see you. They definitely took advantage of the hour commute I made to send them there for boarding. Unfortunately, cage-free isn’t for every dog and it turns out that’s the case for my two. I’m brokenhearted, but that doesn’t change the way I feel about this place. Great place for dogs and they care.

We've been sending our pups to DDF for a couple years now - its a fantastic place! our 2 labs come back zonked!! On our latest stay, Murphy was having an issue with some recent stitches (potential rejection from her spaying surgery) - the staff sent me daily pictures monitoring its healing - on top of a daily pic of them running around like they were in heaven!! Kelly shared recent stories of other pups experiencing the same issue; it was soooo comforting knowing they knew exactly what to watch out for and were ready to act in the event she needed to go to the vet. Can't say enough about Kelly, Matt and ALL THE STAFF!! They always have a big smiling faces when we pick-up and drop-off (the dogs too!!). How can you not love seeing your little girls running around having such a great time!!

After having questionable experiences with previous pet sitters I was referred to Montgomery pet sitters. We have 2 cats, a bunny, and a gecko. We called MPS with short notice and they took care of our family exactly as we had hoped. David was awesome and sent us photos during each visit.

We have used Montgomery Pet Sitters many times over the years. Most recently was last year with our basset mix Howard. In fact MoCo Pet Sitters managed to train him to bring his toys back INTO the house from the yard, as evidenced by the photo they sent us while we were away. It's a great company, with lots of caring folks involved. Highly recommend!

My dog Duffy has been cared for by Montgomery Pet Sitters since we brought him home in 2014. We have used their weekly walking service, boarding and evening/weekend walks when we would be gone for a long time. Although Duffy generally loves everyone he meets, Montgomery Pet Sitter's long time employee and manager, Kris-is Duffy's most favorite human....ever. It really helps knowing that Duffy will see his favorite person and that the feeling is mutual. Kris goes out of her way to take special care of Duffy, and that makes me feel relieved and comfortable knowing he is being well taken care of. I highly recommend this company and they have really been there for us.

Montgomery Pet Sitters are loving and professional. My senior dog can’t walk very far, so they take him from his stroll. I like the extra care they give to my senior furbaby. I know he is pampered and always safe.

Bella is a sweet, older dog who is very discerning about people and unaccustomed to being without family members. She is usually wary of new people who walk her, but from the moment she met Kris- she was comfortable, anxious to go with her, and very happy to see her on subsequent visits. Kris is terrific about last minute walks, squeezing us in with little notice. She is so reliable, even braving winter weather for walks. We highly recommend her!

I am extremely appreciative of David and Montgomery Pet Sitters for taking care of my cats. I had hired Montgomery Pet Sitters to take care of my cats for two days over Christmas. Unfortunately my return plans were ruined during the Southwest Airlines debacle. I ended up getting stranded in Texas and was not able to get a return flight until three days later. During this time, David answered my calls, was extremely flexible, and made sure my cats were taken care of each day until I was able to return home. I am thankful that I didn’t have to worry about my cats during such a stressful time. I highly recommend Montgomery Pet Sitters.

Our pup suffers from high anxiety and takes a while to warm up to new people. Caroline has been absolutely wonderful and patient to meet and walk our dog. She is timely to respond and always on time for our weekly walks. Amazing dog walker and sitter!

We have been using Caroline/Spoiled Pawz for dog sitting and cat care for the last few years and she's wonderful! We have an anxious dog, but he is always happy to go into her home and never hesitates. She has a big yard and dogs are able to go in and out as they please. Caroline has been great with my two pups. They get excited when she comes to walk them. She is flexible with my changing schedule. She’s also been available to cat sit if I am away for an extended period. I trust her with my fur babies and home. I also appreciate the run down of what transpired during the day.

Caroline is amazing, I have a hyper, dog/cat aggressive 105 pound Doberman that she accepted without hesitation. My walks are easier because of the leash training that Scotty has received from her. I had surgery in December '21 and she walked him for 6 weeks straight, 3 x per day, early in the morning, noon and late at night while I recovered. Her dedication is tremendous, she is very trustworthy and I highly recommend her services!

I was skeptical about using a dog walking company at first but I thought that I would try out 'Barking Trails' after checking out their rates. I have to say that I was impressed at the professionalism that I experienced. They came out to meet and introduce the walker. Unfortunatley, we had to change our walker after 4 months because they were going back to college full-time but Barking Trails came out again to make sure the replacement was suitable. I have to say: wow! I did not expect this level of service from a dog walking company. Most of all, my 5 yr old dog is more obedient and seems happier than ever. I would recommend to anyone working a 9-5 line up an appointment with Barking Trails if you want your dog taken care of with a touch of class!
