Mirielle was great with our cats, one of whom has special needs and the other one is a scaredy-cat. By the end of her short visit, the scared one got within a foot of her, which is remarkable. The most complicated part of taking care of our cats was keeping their food separate, which she did. When I got home, the cats were glad to see me, the house was all in order, and all was well. What more could I have asked?

Dominik was probably the best pet sitter I have had (out of 10+). He was very flexible and gracious (when I changed the sit), a great communicator and very responsive. He kept my house clean and followed directions to the tee. Dominik asked if it was OK to take my dogs for runs, which he then did every day of the sit. A+ sitter. I hope to have Dominik again soon.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!

Tammy is wonderful. We have an older dog from Save A Life down south who has always hated being groomed. She lets us hold him and does a wonderful job. Very caring. Highly recommend.

Pet palace owner Tammy is a real sweetheart. She loves animals; I never hesitate to call her when I to leave my 3 dogs with her for extended periods of time. They always receive the best of care. Tammy is very flexible with me on drop-off/pick-up times and last minute bookings.

I had brought my dog here to be boarded for about a week while we were on vacation around christmas. when I came through the front door to drop her off the place was old and dirty from what I saw standing in the front entrance area and you could see through to a dark back room where I assume the dogs were because that's where she walked my dog to. she didn't allow me to say goodbye to my girl and she also stopped me from going back to where my dog would be kept so I wasn't able to actually see where my dog would be staying for a week or in what conditions she would be living, that really bothered me. if I'd had time and wasn't leaving right after dropping her off I would have found somewhere else for her to go as I was not pleased with that. when I picked her up she was so distraught and did not seem herself. the lady handed me her dog bed and said " sorry she peed all over her bed but I didn't notice". WHAT ? you didn't check and had my dog sleeping in her bed covered in piss for a week. (i had to throw it out). I was so angry and couldn't wait to get her out of there. all that I can assume from this horrible experience is that my poor dog was stuck in this dark, disgusting and cold room for a week. it was clearly traumatizing for her. ever since then my dog has serious anxiety about things she never had prior. I would never bring my business there or recommend this place.

I have taken my Bella there for 10 yrs of grooming,nothing fancy just a bath and a clip and nails.always have had total good exp.her kennels are on the back side,they have Windows it's not dark or dreary,outside is fenced in and concrete.its alittle messy in the back at first but just mostly dishes that are washed and stacked and customers dog foods.tammy is a sweetheart and always friendly and she works alone,she is busy busy every time I'm there.

Every dog is in a separate cage, the place is clean, has AC. The place was never closed in the more than 10 years I've been using it.

I’ve been taking my fur babies here for almost a year… I couldn’t ask for better care for my babies… My dogs are treated just as I would treat them… they even get to sleep with them at night like they do with me… lol that was a big concern of mine as they have slept with me since both were 8-9 weeks old, and they are now 6 and almost 7… the dogs aren’t kept out in a kennel all day and night like some boarders do… this was a big issue I had when I first inquired where my dogs would be kept while I was gone, and was told inside their warm home if that is what I wanted… my babies are loved so much by the whole family… I would recommend these guys 200%…
Jess trained my springer spaniel. Better yet she showed me how to speak dog! I learned soooo much in my six weeks training that I can now see where others are going all wrong with their pets. If you leave a pet with Jess because you are going on vacation …you can enjoy your time knowing your pet is a part of her family while you are away. Highly recommend.
