What to say about this fabulous mother-daughter duo.....? I'm pretty sure Tina Turner wrote a song about them....Simply the Best! Gail and Taylor are two awesome people who have the best energy and just love love love animals! My dogs got the royal treatment with these two ladies, so much so that Winnie is still sulking her aunties who love to spoil her are gone. :) They sent updates all the time, including pictures, which reassured me that the dogs were having fun and getting top notch care. If you ever come across these two ladies wanting to sit for you, do yourself a favor and book them! I hope they come back to sit for me again one day and I would welcome it in a heartbeat!

Tom & Lori were a godsend. I would leave a hundred and five stars if I could. We were away for 22 days and this is the first time we really enjoyed our vacation cause I knew everything was looked after included our fur babies. Toby and Lexi say hello and say big thanks for all the cuddles & love you gave them. When we got back everything was perfect. Thanks for watering the plants and keeping the hummingbirds fed. The house was also perfect when we got back. We hope you enjoyed all the sights and sounds Nova Scotia has to offer. Thanks again Tom & Lori....you guys are awesome! We could see from the first minute that she has a way with animals, and we felt completely confident that our cat was in good hands while we were gone. In fact, I was sure he would be disappointed to see us return! Sophia took amazing care of Grey Cat, who is fairly laid back but definitely set in some of his ways. Our house was spotless and Sophia gets the award for having put everything back exactly where it belonged. We are a lovely family, technologically advanced and very clean.
Tania and her daughter treated Brody and Dexter as if they were their own. We had a little confusion on when the house sit ended. Tania was loyal to her word and worked her schedule so she stay until the end of the agreement. She left my place more organized than when I left it. The dogs seemed sad the next day. I could tell they really enjoyed their time with Tania and her daughter. She’s a super sweet person and very responsible. I would definitely recommend her!

I really can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. It was the first time using this service and also leaving our current pets for that amount of time. Tim and Chris were so nice and personable from the very beginning of meeting them. They put our minds at ease immediately. They kept in touch with photos and updates daily, and our house looks exactly like it did when we left it. So I really couldn’t even ask for anything more. If you are a helicopter pet owner and have anxiety about leaving your fur babies (and home) during an extended vacation, then I highly recommend this wonderful couple.

Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Lyndsey and Jordan were wonderful pet sitters and house guests. They kept us informed of how our pets were doing and went above and beyond to care for them. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.
