From the start, their communication was perfect—keeping us updated with just the right amount of messages and sending sweet photos of Tenny, so we knew she was in great hands. They were entirely self-sufficient and left our home in immaculate condition, which was such a gift to come home to. What stood out most was how much they adored Tenny—taking her on fun adventures to Greylock Glen and showering her with love and belly rubs. I would not hesitate to have Lindsay and Shayne take care of my house and pets. They were so kind and thoughtful, even brightening our return with a vase of sunflowers! Could not have asked for a better sitter than Amber! She was super organized, communicative, and clearly an animal lover. She watched our 3 year-old cockapoo, Gryffin, over a long weekend. Unfortunately, just before her arrival he was in an accident and had to take some medication. This was no trouble for Amber and she kept on top of his medication schedule and gave us updates on his behaviour and sent us photos regularly. Thanks so much for everything, Amber!

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. We cannot say enough positive things about Katie, her training style and obvious love of working with dogs. We have had lessons with Katie in home, at her center and at local parks. We love the convenience of the home sessions when needed and the center is wonderful and absolutely perfect for training. We love that she also has met us at parks as training them in an environment they have a hard time with was a game changer. Our pups have come a long way working with Katie and all of the things she has taught us so far have been extremely helpful in getting our girls to behave well. Very pleased with the care Katie and her crew gave to my 3 cats while we were away. Although It was a few months between first contacting her for pet sitting services, Katie was very proactive in contacting me by email closer to our departure date to inquire if there were any changes to the care my guys would need. I did inform her there were a couple of minor changes and she responded quickly by email. Also the day after the services ended Katie reached out to me to verify that we had indeed arrived home so that there would be no lapse in care. There was a written paper daily pet log that let me know how my 3 did while we were gone. I will certainly contact 4-Legged Friends Pet Services again. Thanks Katie and Alison!
Katie is the best sitter in town! I always feel safe when I leave my fur babies in her care. Not only does she also bring in my mail, but rotates lights and curtains per my request. Plus, there is always a log of visits filled with fun stories of what my babies have been up to! And I also take my dog, Dante, to her classes and he is such a well behaved boy now. Her training techniques are stellar and Dante always looks forward to visiting the "treat lady!" Thank you for all that you do and giving me confidence knowing my animals will be well loved!
I compete with my dogs in performance events and highly recommend Katie for any dog training classes. My puppy, Nibs, just completed puppy kindergarten in a positive, structured that gave him a great foundation for his future dog performance activities. In my opinion, my dog wasn't given the time to get situated with his environment. He was too stressed out to even begin learning commands. And unfortunately the trainer didn't see this and continued to teach the class with stressed out dogs.

We are very, very happy with Dogs R Us grooming services. We moved to WV in Dec 2022 and were lucky to find this groomer close to home with excellent services and great prices.
Tina is a wonderful dog groomer. She is great with the animals and is able to get them to calm down should they be nervous.
I took my dog to get groomed here twice. The second time was the last. The way they not only treated my dog but my grandmother was unprofessional. The guy rolled his eyes and was rude when my grandmother asked for my dogs papers back. My dog was left in a crate for hours after being told she would be ready at 12:15 and was dropped off at 9am. Her haircut was awful and I asked for a puppy cut on my yorkie. Never again will we be back, the way they treated my grandmother is an indication of how they treat animals. If I could give less than one star I would.
Great staff, super friendly and helpful! I got my 100lbs dog in and out in about 10 minutes for her nails and the price was much better than PetSmart! Taking her back to get fully groomed before Thanksgiving and will definitely use them moving forward! The shop itself is a neat old building right on main street. Great small-town, small business atmosphere when you know they take care of the dogs and owners! Highly recommend to anyone with a furry friend!

Great business! My only issue is in the past, I have had instances where my call wasn't returned (this was before COVID-19, for the record). Prices are very reasonable and services are quick. Quality is better than you'd find at a large chain business like Petsmart in my opinion. Definitely recommend.
My dog can be a bit obnoxious. He's a coon dog so the baying alone :). He doesn't like water, doesn't like his nails trimmed, but he loved his grooming here. The staff is wonderful and patient. We definitely found the best place!
