This really eased our mind since this is the first time Beebs has been a solo dog and without us since going blind. The photos Haley sent showed her happy with tail wagging and seemingly not missing us at all! Haley even took her on her walks which can be daunting not knowing the normal routine. Haley left the house clean and tidy. That is very much appreciated coming home after 24 hours of continuous travel. We recommend Haley and would have her sit for us again.

Attentive. Dependable. Cat whisperer. I was away for over 1 week—so this was going to take some searching, for what I believed my boys needed. I have a senior cat that needed a little more attention. I met our sitters earlier via FB to discuss needs and logistics. And Dexter, Petey, and I met them before I left. . .they were a perfect fit for my boys from the start. After a few days, my cats were acting as though I’d never left. What a relief. I knew from the frequent communication—detailed texts, pictures, they were in great hands—doing what they do best—kicking back and enjoying the attention they were receiving as though it was me. By the end of their stay, I thought my cats were going to crawl in their bags and hitch a ride. . .if I didn’t get home soon!! I highly recommend these cat whisperers. If they returned to the area, we would gladly welcome them back for another stay.

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. My husband and I drove to Gadsden Al for a Funeral. So we had our dogs stay here for about 5 hrs. Our dogs were super tired after we picked them up. They played in fenced in play area, there is a kiddie pool for the dogs to play in, toys galore. They can go in and out of their area. Separate from the other dogs. So all are safe. They even board dogs as well. There is a grooming service if you request it. The staff love dogs and it shows!! Highly recommend this Doggy Day Camp!!!
Had to be in Georgia last minute and Cedar Ridge saved me! Not only boarded my two buddies but gave them a amazing time!! They groomed them and done their nails!! We will definitely be back! And I recommend them to ANYONE
So let’s get this straight…. I call up Cedar Ridge Pet Camp in Glencoe, AL. Request my dog be boarded as she has many times before. I recently (in June) heard the camp had been sold to new owners. I was wrong. So I call to get Dolly Anne boarded and got told by this sweet worker that there’s a note in my account to never board Dolly again because I spoke rudely to the owner… Here’s how it went down… we went and the owner who is CRAZY gets my dog out any time she wants, puts her dog with mine who eats my dogs food which is expensive food…and when this owner holds my dog, Dolly FREAKS OUT. Like screams and freaks out so bad. Well while we’re there, she gets dolly and is telling us about filing dollys nails - we politely decline services. Multiple times. She still proceeds to use a Dremel to file her nails and Dolly loses it. I about lose it. Jonathon has to tell me to keep it in. THEN, THEN they CHARGE US FOR THE NAILS!!!!! Jonathon is like NO we are NOT paying we said NO! So they put in her notes we cannot board there again. I wouldn’t had called them back had I known it was the same owner. She didn’t even send us a letter in the mail informing us of this decision. She has traumatized my dog every single time Dolly has been there. Her energy level is just crazy and Dolly has such bad anxiety that she can’t handle it. Dolly has to be medicated due to her anxiety. Which is typical for pups who had to be bottle fed as early as she was. But holy cow batman. Nice to know my name was ruined. Don’t use them. They are just crazy at Cedar Ridge Pet Camp, LLC
There are a few reviews on here that aren't accurate. Please don't let the unreliable reviews prevent you from making a reservation or an appointment with a facility that has employees and the owners whom do what they love to do and it is taking care of your furry family members... Once they walk through the door they become Cedar Ridges family members too and are treated with top notch care by the people that dedicate their time with care of your fur babies. Miss Watkins you have never been a customer at Cedar Ridge and are Slandering the facility due to people who you know who was Fired from the Facility.. ANYONE is welcome to come and tourour facility at anytime .. we would love to have you here ❤️
We will not be taking our animals back here. Paying for a once a day walk means that the rest of the time the dog was in the small kennel areas. Very loud. Concrete floors only. Just didn't feel like the comfort of the animals was the primary focus here. The girls were very nice.
Called for help on New Years Eve to board my dog for a last minute trip. Everyone was extremely helpful! They went out of their way to give me the best service. Very good to your pets also if boarding. Would recommend!
