If they had any questions, they would just ask, and they took care of everything that was needed while we were traveling. We loved having Duha sit for us. Communication was excellent and she needed little guidance after the initial walk-through. Both cats took to her immediately and really missed her when we returned. Duha even navigated some contract work outside the house when workers that we had been waiting on showed up unexpectedly. All in all, we had a great experience and would love to have Duha back any time.

I would not hesitate to have Lindsay and Shayne take care of my house and pets. They were so kind and thoughtful, even brightening our return with a vase of sunflowers! Helen was great. When we got home Sugar was as happy as can be. Helen communicated during her stay and the house was clean and organized when we got in. She made sure Sugar was okay during the fireworks and with an issue we had with a beeping alarm. I also appreciated that she asked specific questions ahead of time to make sure we covered all the details.

Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing.
