Heather was a pleasure to have in my home to care for my two dogs. She was interested in the fine points of their care, food, medicine, sleeping etc, with complete acceptance of their routine. Heather communicated with me daily about her day and her day with the pups, along with adorable photos so I knew what was going on at home. Before leaving, I went over a few household items, such as trash out days, yard clean up after the pups, etc. there was not an issue with following these directions. I travel alot for ski clinics, and there have been prior issues. But not at all with Heather. She was sweet and kind to me and the pups, let me know if there were food issues with the pups, if we were running low, or if one of my pups did not finish his food with medication. Also, Healther took immaculate care of my home. Sheets and towels were washed, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned. I appreciated her level of care, especially arriving home after a long travel day. I was able to come home to a perfect house, along with a thank you note from Heather. Also, Heather left me a de-brief text. Wonderful housesitter!!! I welcome Heather back next ski season....

Marla and Kurt are great caretakers and genuinely interesting, nice people. When we spoke initially Marla suggested she come in a day early to accommodate our way too early flight departure. This also gave us some time to get to know each other a bit and explain the “quirks” of our old house. While we were away, she kept us up-to-date with photos of the ‘kids” and informed us of service deliveries so we could ensure quick payment. We returned from a rather busy vacation to a clean home, sparkling pool, and happy “puppies”, as well as a loaf of French bread from our favorite boulangerie and some very special honey. These last two being over-the-top thoughtful. It is so nice to be able to go away knowing that you don’t have to worry about what’s happening at home! Marla and Kurt make that happen. Thank you both, looking forward to seeing you again.

Mike spend three weeks in Zürich taking care of Raya and Peanut. Both of them have been very well taken care of. Mike gave me regular updates and has left my place clean and in a very good condition. He organized himself well and I hope that he had a good time here.

Nadine was lovely. We had such a nice visit when she came to meet our cat, Annabelle. Annabelle warmed up to her immediately. She was interested in learning all about Annabelle‘s routine, & the various things I showed her throughout the house. I didn’t get to meet Jeanette, Nadine‘s friend, but I know that the two of them enjoyed Annabelle as much as she enjoyed them. They sent me cute photos, & I was relaxed, knowing that she was in good hands.

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.
