They provided daily updates and sent daily pics. Chipper is a relatively easy sit and we're glad that Nicole and Gino got to experience some of the Knoxville area in the short time that they were here. Nicole also took care of our plants, both indoor and outdoor, and kept the house spotless. If they are ever available for a future sit, then they are welcome back at any time.

On a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 as best) we would rate Maria and Lu as 12 or better. They should be the poster people for all house/pet sitters. They dealt with a difficult situation when the Koi began to spawn and left the house better than they found it. They seemed to enjoy their stay and our dog loved them. They even did extra chores above and beyond such as cleaning the BBQ, changing light bulbs, and organizing the garage. Communication was excellent and they even left several home cooked meals for us so that we would not have to cook on our first day back. We invited them back for another stay in August and they accepted. We feel that we not only found great sitters, but great friends that we hope to see often in the future.

Alisha and her daughter Kati were so amazing! They planned the sit as a mother/daughter writers retreat (I'm truly excited to read Kati's book!) They were able to come by the house before I left on my trip so I was able to give them the full tour - I really love when sitters make the time to do that. Oh! And get this! Alisha read my entire Welcome Guide before arriving which honestly blew my mind. During the tour, she asked about specific things that I mentioned in the Guide and we were able to cover her questions straight away. Alisha & Kati also showed up with all their food & supplies so they wouldn't have to leave to get them after arriving - that's so smart! Alisha says she does this so the animals are less stressed out. She really is a true professional. I ended up hanging out with them a little longer than planned because they were so awesome. When I finally did grab my bags to head out I noticed that Kati was sitting on the floor playing with my dog and cat - loved that! During the sit, Alisha gave me updates here and there - but I wasn't bombarded by them. They also were able to coordinate with us to plan the best departure time so the animals wouldn't be alone too long before Kenny and I got home. When we arrived home the animals were exceptionally calm and I swear the house was cleaner than we left it. All in all, they were the best and we would definitely have them back in heartbeat.

We were so pleased with the care Rachel provided for our pets and house while we were away for 3 weeks in the summer that we asked her to housesit for us a second time over a long weekend. She is very trustworthy and caring about the pets, sending reassuring photos and videos while we were away. The house was once again left in immaculate condition. One of our cats was having a problem with diarrhea, and she dutifully took good care of her. I highly recommend Rachel (and her family) without hesitation as a trusted house and pet sitter!

Animal lover excited to travel and meet new furry friends!
Kassidy is a blessing! It felt completely effortless communicating with her ahead of the sit. She went above and beyond by accepting to also take care of two kittens we were fostering. Everything went super smoothly. We were away for two weeks, with our wedding in the middle, and weren't always able to check our phones, but we were totally at ease knowing that our pets were in good hands while still receiving daily updates. We also received several pictures of our pup on the beach, looking like she was living her best life. Very happy with this sit and would happily invite Kassidy back!

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Heath spent a long weekend at my home taking great care of both dogs and the cat. He was able to help out on rather short notice, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in his care. I trust these good people with my 4 dogs. They treat us like family. All of my dogs have been previously abused and have issues. They recognize this and take special care to ensure they are well looked after and loved. I highly recommend them!
Best place to board your dog. The staff is great and they care about your pets. Our dog has a great time when he's there and have never experienced an issue or problem.
We contacted them and dropped our pet in less than an hour. It was Sunday and they closed at 12. Im glad they took our dog else we wouldnt enjoy our visit to Ellijay and Blue Ridge that much. We were charged $30 for an overnight stay which is affordable. Thank you for taking care of our Tsuki.
Such an amazing place for your pets. They wash your pets toys, blankets and beds before you pick up your fur babies, they will bathe them as well for a small fee and they are treated with love.
So grateful for excellent, thoughtful care of our dog while we’re out of town! You can tell the staff is really caring. It’s hard to leave our pup behind but we’re grateful to have such a great place to leave her when we must. They definitely have exceeded my expectations.
This place is adequate for kenneling your loved one. A little surprised at the minimal handover when I brought my pets into their facility the first time however, my pets seemed to be well cared for when I returned
My daughter takes her dog here and loves the place. I myself am grateful to them for when my daughter's car broke down there they let me stay there until about midnight till i was able to finish fixing it.
Great boarding facility! The dogs have spacious runs and a fenced in place to run and exercise. The staff is incredibly dog friendly and accommodating to their needs. Highly recommended if you are near Ellijay.
