Sara and her friend John (part of the time) did great job with our dogs and took good care of them, taking them on long walks and giving them love and attention. Sara is very kind and lovely, reliable and trustworthy. The communication with her was smooth form the beginning and during the sit. The dogs loved her, I could really tell when we arrived home and the dogs waited in front of the bedroom she stayed before she woke up. We got a little bit disappointed arriving home and the house has´t be cleaned. We and the dogs were super happy with Sara and highly recommend her!

It was a great pleasure for us to have Deanna and Kyle with us and to get to know them. From the beginning everything went absolutely perfect. From making contact, planning the stay, etc. it couldn't have been better. The house was of course left clean and in excellent condition. The cats were fine; the pictures sent were great. Our shy cat Schnurri also clearly felt at home. It is always important to us that our house sitters feel comfortable in our home and can spend wonderful days here. That obviously worked well too. This was the first time I had a sitter at my home. Unlike most members, I don't have a pet, but a large garden. I wanted my first sitter to have good reviews from others. Marcus had great reviews, so we spoke on the phone, and I eventually I invited him to sit for me. Marcus seemed like a great guy, but not much of a gardener. He didn't seem to follow my instructions, and I eventually had someone else come to water and pick the veggies so they didn't rot on the plants. I take much of the blame, as I just assumed taking care of a large garden was second nature. I need to write more detailed instructions in my welcome book, and research my applicants a little better.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

I can’t speak to the boarding side of things, but the front staff and the grooming staff are absolutely excellent. I dropped my Yorkie off in the morning and he was done in about an hour and a half. I have had such a hard time finding groomers who can give a proper “puppy cut” (a short terrier cut), and they knocked it out of the park! My Yorkie Benny also tends to be hard to work with (fidgety and anxious) but that wasn’t even a problem at Bing’s. The price was perfectly reasonable. I think it was around $50-$55 for a FULL groom for Benny, who is 4.5lbs. I have already scheduled his next two appointments, and I look forward to Benny building a relationship with the staff! The pictures are phenomenal. I have never been more happy with an experience in my life. My dog is always having so much fun. The time that is spent setting up activities for the pups to have fun is so refreshing. Love Bings!
We found Bing’s when our long time boarder had to close. I toured four different facilities and Bing’s was by far the best I saw. The staff is so kind and clearly loves and cares for each client. I know our dog is happy and in good hands when he visits, and I love receiving daily photos to see what he’s getting into!
This is the first time I've board with Bing's and definitely won't be the last. The folks there aren't just doing a job, they truly love your pets. I'm very impressed with them. Dude and Scruffy will definitely be back!
I highly recommend Bing’s Boarding if you want to know that your fur baby will be taken care of as if they were family. I’ve been traveling quite a bit this past year and my dog loves Bing’s where he’s hated going to the vet for boarding in the past. I get picture updates sent to me that let me know that he’s having a blast and isn’t cooped up in a kennel all the time. The staff are awesome and they truly love all of the animals that they care for. I will continue to use them because I know that Winston is being loved on while I’m away.
Bing’s has been like a second home for my golden doodle. She LOVES it there! They treat her like their own (very spoiled) dog. I highly recommend Bing’s to anyone looking for a great second home for their dog when traveling together isn’t possible
We have used Bing’s 2 different times now and both have been amazing! Our dogs come home extremely happy and well taken care of. I love that we receive pictures of them each day we are gone, it really helps me not worry so much. We will always use Bings from now on!
This was the first time ever boarding our little guy, Luke. Everyone was fantastic, and Luke seemed to enjoy himself. He was also groomed for the 2nd time ever, and they were very patient with him. His first experience elsewhere was not a positive experience, and when we picked him up, they were not very nice. I am so happy we we were able to board Luke there and will use them again in the future.
They took such good care of our pup for his first grooming. They were patient and gentle with him. They took time with me at the beginning of the appointment to pick out our dog’s style of haircut. We were very happy with his groom!
I was referred to Bings Boarding by a friend. We are very particular about our dog and I was willing to drive from Florence Al to board her at this facility. She has been there twice and the peace of mind I had was worth every minute and every mile. This was her second stay and she will go no other place. I received daily pics and texts letting me know how she was doing, playing etc. She was happy, therefore we were happy. Met the owner for a tour and then spoke with her on both drop offs, very involved owner and wonderful staff!

Just picked up my 5 month old puppy from Abigails after a two night stay. I can't say enough good about this place. Employees are very friendly and personable, the place is very clean with no dog or cat odors and the rates are very reasonable. I drive an hour to get there but it is worth every mile because I know my Gus is happy and well taken care of. Thanks for making my first boarding experience for him such a great one!
Had a great experience there! My puppy was so cut with his first summer cut! People were very nice and friendly and facility was clean and welcoming. 10-19-22 Second time there. Staff friendly, facilities sparkling, but after asking for a trim, not a summer cut, my fur boy was scalped! And I had to trim long tags off. Very disappointed with the groomers cut!
IF we could give more than 5 Stars, we definitely would! The owner & staff at Abigail’s are AMAZING! This is the 1st time we have left our baby with anyone so we were extremely anxious. They done an outstanding job at reassuring us she would be well taken care of. They are great to communicate with you during your pets stay & even post pictures of them enjoying their stay. They had our baby for a week while we were on vacation & we returned to a sparkling clean girl with freshly trimmed toe nails and a “princess” title! It was obvious she’d been loved on, played with and pampered!! If you’re looking for great care for your baby…Look no further!!! We will never even consider our Kona going anywhere but Abigail’s!! Our greyhound stayed at Abigail's when our family went out of town. They provided updates on how our fur baby was while we were away. They provided lots of love while she stayed. She enjoyed her stay and looks forward to staying at Abigail's again. I highly recommend!
Duke is very "special". He thinks he is a human & will tell you exactly what he wants! Well they listen to Duke!!! He comes back more rotten everytime he goes to see his "home away from home". We have been coming to Abigail's for almost 7 years!!
I would highly recommend Abigail’s Waggin Tails!!!! We love to go on vacation but hate to because Lucy has separation anxiety and it makes us sad to leave her. This was our 1st experience and they did not disappoint us!! They are super sweet people and they show all the animals lots of love!! They also have rooms with cameras where you can check on them anytime, which helps so much just to get to see them. If you are ever worried you can text them and they are very quick to respond. Also, very good about working around the needs of your pet!! Lucy loved it and made some sweet little friends while she was there🐶❤️We will definitely be using them again!!😊
This is my most FAVORITE pet place ever. My dog who usually does not like people, LOVES them all. He loves coming and playing with the other dogs for daycare, the staff take care of him so well. I feel like he is with his extended family when he is here.
