Megan was dependable, communicative, friendly, and over all a pleasure to interact with. We had great communication and I felt very comfortable entrusting our animals to her. Tara and Michael were fantastic with Sparky & Joey! Both cats even felt comfortable and happy enough to lie on their backs with their bellies exposed, which is a great sign of trust. Tara and Michael sent photos every day, which I loved, and left the house in great condition. I highly recommend them!

Daniel was really nice and took great care of my babies. He gave me updates throughout the sit and made me feel at ease knowing he was taking care of my kittens. Would love to host you again.

Bill and Marsha were great - they changed my AC filter and shower head, raked the lawn, left flowers and cookies for Valentine’s Day! They sent pics nearly every day and were in contact often. Couldn’t have asked for better sitters.

We were delighted when Ann and Michael applied for this housesit after having taken care of our dog Sam during a previous sit. We took Sam with us this time so it only involved looking after the house and garden while we were away. We felt confident leaving our house in their hands since they did such a great job last time and as expected we returned to a clean and tidy home. They have our highest recommendation!

I would have Jessica back to look after my dog anytime! My dog was so calm and relaxed when I got home and had clearly had a lovely time. She can be quite reactive with other dogs but Jessica dealt with this easily. My flat was beautifully clean and tidy when I returned. She is also very lovely, kind and calm; exactly the sort of person you want caring for your loved pets. Thank you Jessica 😊

Portia was a joy to have in our home and caring for our dog. She was conscientious and made sure our dog received consistent exercise and companionship. We came home to a happy dog and a clean and tidy house. Portia is trustworthy and I recommend her as an excellent zeewoi.

Adrienne is such a warm, fun, outgoing lady. She took wonderful care of Harley & Rusty, walking them at least twice a day. She definitely bonded with them. She sent pictures & kept us updated while we were gone. Adrienne seemed to enjoy her time here (taking lots of pictures). She met many of our neighbors & their dogs. It was nice she came a full day ahead of time so that we could show her around The Villages, especially getting around in our golf cart to restaurants, grocery stores, an entertainment area & swimming pool. After driving Adrienne around in the golf cart the day she arrived, my husband had her drive the golf cart the next morning before we left so she could get familiar with driving it. She did struggle with finding her way around in the golf cart after we left, even though we left maps of The Villages & told her about The Villages app with GPS. Because she was uncomfortable getting around in the golf cart, she asked a neighbor to help her & he took her to get groceries. We feel bad that she wasn't able to find her way around while she was here. We've labelled the light/fan switches in the house. Some of the switches (indicated with a red dot) control lights that are on a timers and we informed Adrienne about the meaning of the red dot. She must have accidentally manually turned off the living room light that was on a timer and didn't realize it, so it was dark in the living room. We typically leave out extra light bulbs in case one goes out. Well, we forgot this time to leave them out & of course, a bulb in the guest bedroom went out while we were gone. But Adrienne was self sufficient & used the lantern I left. Upon our return, she indicated she didn't contact us to find out where extra bulbs were because the lantern worked fine; so glad she found a solution! The only downside of this sit was the cleanliness of our home upon our return. Our dogs primarily stay in the enclosed lanai & they go outside through the lanai door. When they come in from outside, dried grass comes in on their paws (especially when it's damp outside) so we're totally understanding about grass in the lanai. However, there was a lot of dried grass in the house, especially the kitchen. When I mentioned it to Adrienne, she said it must have come in on her shoes because the dogs had not been in the house. Also, something had run over in the microwave & hadn't been cleaned up so I had to clean the microwave before I could use it the night of our return. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Adrienne did wash the guest bedroom sheets before we came home, but she stayed the night of our return & slept in the bed again (she said she only sleeps on the very edge of the bed so the other side was clean for the next people using the guest bedroom). We really liked Adrienne & she was excellent with our dogs, which is the most important thing! We would ask her to sit for us again with our expectations of home cleanliness.

Our cats love Gigi. She is a superior communicator. She shares pictures of the cats with us while we are away, which my wife loves. Gigi takes great care of our home as well, which is a nice bonus and unlike other sitters we have used. She's a gem.

It was clear from the first moment I met Grace off the train that she was going to be a great housesitter. She and the dogs just loved each other and she gave them wonderful long and stimulating walks plus lots of attention and cuddles when back at home relaxing. Her approach is very professional as pet/housesitting is what she does. I especially liked the way she double checked important things to know (that she had already read in the Welcome Guide) just to be certain that she would get it right. As I do with all my sitters, we spent some time together before and after the sit and that was lovely..she is a woman who is thoughtful, very genuine and full of integrity as well as being great fun to be with. She is a person who truly cares about animals, humans and the world. I recommend her most highly and hope we may meet again
