Our Fetch Dog Sitter, Sue, is extremely reliable, personable, and I can tell she genuinely cares very much for the pets and clients she works with. I appreciate how well she communicates about our dogs' needs and the services she provides. From the start, Sue has been flexible with schedule changes and has been extremely accommodating. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our pups (adult/senior) are taken care of while we are away at work. We are extremely happy with her service thus far and highly recommend her to others. Cheers to NO more ACCIDENTS!!!

Becky took great care of our dog and three cats. She even sent us pictures and texts while we were gone. It was nice "seeing" that our loved ones were doing just fine while we were gone. Sue was also very accommodating and patient as my husband and I finalized our exact needs for the day of our arrival home. She changed our invoice three times and never complained. Excellent customer service!Thank you, Fetch. This was our first time using your service, but it will not be our last.

Using Fetch was a great decision. Pandora was the perfect fit for my dogs. I was able to take a vacation without worrying about my dogs being well taken care of. This was my first time using Fetch so I was interested to see how my dogs acted when I got home... they were happy and it was as if I was just at work. This is a much better solution than the stress of a kennel.

Fetch Pet Care provided excellent care for my 2 cats in late June of 2018. My pet sitter came every day at the time requested and texted me after every visit as to how the cats were doing. She obviously liked the cats and looked after them well, plus was careful of my house and brought in the mail. And Fetch was able to provide service on short notice. Five Stars.

Fetch! is a huge relief for my busy family. They are so flexible & helpful. We use their service on days we work long hours. Our sitter Becky is the best! She is so patient and good to our two young, crazy dogs. She lets them out for half an hour to go potty and wear off some energy. She has a lot of experience with dogs and it shows! She's worked for us for over a year and we are always so pleased. Becky & the fetch team are always willing to work with our sometimes changing schedules and making some last minute adjustments. Becky sends us updates on how our boys are doing and it was especially helpful in the beginning when we felt so guilty leaving them home. The boys really love her and we do too! I have nothing but great things so say about them!

Jill has been my petsitter for almost three years, and she is amazing. My furry babies adore her, and to them, she's Auntie Jill. I've never had a problem with any of the sitters, and I feel absolutely confidence in Sue and her staff. This is a great company providing a much-needed service. Fetch is the best, and so are Jill and Sue!

You know your fur family is content if when you get home they are chilling and relaxed,happy right? We had an amazing sitter Patti, stay with our fur family of 4 + fish. With special instructions left for feeding times, pills, shots etc. she was awesome!!! Sent us daily texted kept us informed how they were doing. We will definitely be calling on her again and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Thank you Patti for everything!!!!!!

We cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with Fetch Pet Care of McHenry County and their associate Pandora, taking care of Ali for the few days we needed someone to care for her. Pandora was well prepared upon meeting with her, taking copious notes on the routine that Ali is used to, to ensure that there is little to no disruption and to make her visits as seamless as possible. I will always go to Fetch! Worth every penny! I was able to visit my son in California and not worry about my 2 kitties and 2 birds!!! Jill was my babysitter. She texted me every day and even sent a few pics! It was like having a good friend at my house!

We have used Fetch for our cats and lucked out with Jill as our sitter. Our cats love her and bonded well with her. We adopted a 7 year old cat 6 months ago, and when Jill came to meet her, Pearle would not come to me, but when Jill called her, Pearle went right to her!! I knew we were okay to go away right then!

Fabulous care for your furry fuzzballs. We take our goofballs for training and I thought that was impossible. This kennel has been in the same family for many years. They also sponsor Boxer Rebound, a not for profit shelter for boxers. While the boxers are there they are trained so that they are successfully rehomed to new families. Wonderful kennel, training facility and caring staff.

A two dog night. I have brought all of my 4 German Shepherd dogs here over the years and they have always been returned to me with care. I feel confident leaving my precious pups with Lucky-E kennels and will do so again when the need arises. Thank you guys for watching out for my doggies.

The puppy obedience training classes here came highly recommended from our veterinarian. We have enjoyed the 2 courses that we have attended and will be signing up for a third. Knowledgeable trainers and a great group of people. We also have attended the day care on several occasions, And been pleased with the care for our dog.

This place is awesome. Prices are great with top notch care. THey even bathe your pup with a stay that is 5 days or longer. Highly Recommended

I love Lucky E Kennels. I have used them for boarding my dogs since 1995. My fur babies are well cared for, and they love staying here. My dogs and I have also attended dog obedience as well as agility training at Lucky E. Always a positive and fun experience.

I drive thirty minutes to take my dogs here for boarding. Unfortunately I sometimes travel over a weekend and so it’s important to have a place I’m comfortable with. I’m pretty picky when it comes to a kennel because I like to know my babies are being taken care of and it makes traveling less stressful. Lucky E has been the perfect find. The staff is so friendly and I never feel bad calling to check on the dogs - the first time I took them there, they were responsive and it really eased my nerves. They do a great job and you can tell they pay attention to your dogs while they are staying there. I only wish I lived closer so it was easier to drop my boys off when I travel! I highly recommend this place! They always come home zonked out like in this picture because they get all their playing in!

what a fantastic place to train your dog. I have rescued dog for many years and always brought them to Lucky E My dogs learn so so much and respect for listening to us . The staff are so wonderful and can teach you to have your dog obedience for years to come. My son is 12 and our dog respects him and us from there training techniques. Some shy away from the milk carton technique which does not hurt the dog but helps them in many ways. We only had to use it twice and now our dog is very obedient. also they really have true respect for you and your dog.100% Great Place to take your Dogs.

Our dog is 14 years old and has stayed at many kennels. When we picked him up from Lucky-E, he was hands down-the least stressed he has EVER been. Normally, his skin and fur are a mess (whether one day or a week); he gets super stressed all the time. He spent a weekend here, and when we picked him up, one would never know the difference. His skins/fur were the same as drop off, he didn't stink of anxiety...just incredible. I wish we lived closer and could have him stay at this kennel every time we traveled. Highly, highly recommend. What a great place for dogs.

Very friendly, warm, helpful, and truly caring. Family owned. I've been taking my dogs there for classes, to be boarded, and during the day for doggie day care for the past 12 years. Very reasonable prices. My aunt and uncle used to drive all the way from Oak Park(2hr and 20min round trip) because they had tried multiple places prior and this was the only place that their dogs were excited to go to, came home happy, exhausted, and never ended up sick . Everyone that works there loves dogs and you can rest assured that they will treat your dog as if it is one of their own.

I’m hesitant to post this review because I really don’t care to deal with this company anymore, but ultimately I felt I needed to share my experience. I fully expect the owner to respond to this with some sort of defense that blames me for having unrealistic expectations. Let me first be very clear that I was entirely upfront with the owner and sitter in regards to the care that was needed. It was a special circumstance where my newer kitten needed to remain isolated in order to prevent possible spread of worms to my other cats. I indicated as much as possible he needed to be in his room with his litter box when the sitter left. I made it very clear if the sitter was not comfortable letting him out it was perfectly fine to leave him in his room for the duration of the weekend. When I expressed my concerns to the owner prior to the stay, I was met with something along the lines of this isn’t our first rodeo and we’re professionals. The first night the sitter came to feed them, she left the door open and my kitten ran out. The sitter then lied about it and the owner tried to blame me for not being clear enough in my instructions. I left multiple written pages of instructions, pictures of each cat, and I let them know that I had cameras so they would be recorded during the visits. I have footage of the sitter entering the room, leaving the door open a crack for some reason, and my kitten across the room taking 60 seconds before deciding to bolt from the room. It was clear based on the sitter’s reaction this was unintentional on their part. The sitter was unable to isolate him again for the duration of the stay. Without going into much more detail I found this service to be untrustworthy and unreliable. I was appreciative that the owner refunded me for the last visit after the sitter forgot (or received miscommunication from the owner), they were supposed to come for one last check in. I spent much of my time on my trip having to deal with the multiple mistakes made by this company and often having to defend myself to the owner who was not customer service oriented in most cases. I do not recommend them for cats. Maybe they’re better able to handle dogs. I’m grateful my cats were fed and the litter boxes were cleaned but when I got home I found my kitten had been chewing on electrical wires that were plugged into an outlet. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable using their service in the future.

We just used Kat's service for the third time and we couldn't be happier that we found this company! It is apparent that our cat was well cared for. It is amazing to be able to go away without worrying about our best buddy 🙂 The staff did a fabulous job keeping us updated with texts, images and detailed notes upon our return. They even cleaned up when he got sick which is above and beyond! Their service is exceptional and the owner is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this company enough. You will not be disappointed.

Kat and her team are great! Dog walk, vacation care, etc. I've used her many times. During one of my vacations, my cat had an asthma attack and the sitter was able to give him his meds and provided daily updates. They saved m y vacation!

We have been using A Happy Pet for almost 7 years now I think, and they have been nothing but fabulous! Kat, the owner, is so accommodating, nice and easy to work with. She makes working with them so easy and enjoyable. We have had different people walk our dog throughout the years and they all have been awesome. I've been home many times when they have come to walk our dog and I see how excited our dog gets to see her walker arrive, so I know she is getting taken care of very well. We humans and our dog love A Happy Pet and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone to care for their pet.

This was our first time using A Happy Pet or any professional pet sitter. We could not have been happier with the service. We needed daily visits for guinea pigs, which generally do not handle change well. They did great during our absence and were in great spirits when we returned so I they were well care for. We have boarded our dog for extended period of time, and could not be happier with the choice we've made! Our dog is extremely social, and does not take solitude or being locked up well. That was one of the factors in our decision to use A Happy Pet. He got so much more! Human contact, constant companionship of other pets, Kat and even her kids! Pause for pets is incredible. They go above and beyond every time. I have been using their services for at least 5 years, multiple times a year and have never had any issues and have always had incredible 5+ star 🌟 service. Susanne the owner is always accessible if my needs change. The rest of the staff is incredible with extra attention to detail. The fact that all the employees have been with the company for multiple years is also a benefit as my kitties get to know and trust them.

I’ve been using Pause for Pets since my pup was 6months, she’s 2.5 now! I could not recommend them enough! Leigh, Amanda and Suzanne are PHENOMENAL. They give my dog plenty of love and attention, always go above and beyond my expectations. I have a random schedule, where at certain times of the year I need a weekly/bi-weekly walk, and other times I don’t. They’ve always been great at accommodating my schedule. You will not be disappointed with their service!

Sent my dog, Sparkle, there Saturday and when I got home the first thing I noticed was the nick so close to her eye. That made me check her ears one was clean and the other wasn’t. When I called them on Monday no let me make it right just a we don’t clean the ears unless asked. Well then why clean one and leave the other and since this was not her first trip her ears were always clean. I guess I need to find a more compassionate groomer for my sweet girl.

Updating our review: We hired Pause for Pets to care for our two dogs while we were away on vacation. They took care of all the walks, care and feeding, including overnight stays at our home. We have used Susanne’s dog walking service for several years, but this was the first time for extended stays, and they did a wonderful job. It was nice getting reports with photos throughout the day of what our pups were up to, including a final good night post. We returned home to find our girls happy (not having to be boarded in a strange environment), the house thoroughly neat and clean, and the yard free of poops. Not an easy task considering mild temps, rain, and a really muddy yard. We enthusiastically recommend Pause for Pets for any of the services they offer! Pause for Pets pet care has been a great blessing to us and our two dogs. Susanne and her team are consistent, reliable and allow us to go about our workdays without worrying about our dogs being cared for. The website is super easy to use for scheduling, payments and to access the daily reports with photos we love to get. We’ve been using Pause for Pets for quite some time now and give them our very highest recommendation!

Susanne, Leigh, and Cody really put my mind at ease while we were away. This was our first time using pet sitters - we usually board our dogs, but due to our place closing and one of our dog's requiring more TLC, we opted to find a pet sitting service. Right away when I spoke with Susanne, I felt Pause for Pets was professional and thorough. I met with a few other companies but ultimately chose Pause for Pets because of my initial conversation with Susanne and my gut feeling of their reliability and the level of care they'd be able to provide. My gut wasn't wrong! I love the portal Pause for Pets uses - it allowed me to enter in as much detail as I needed regarding our home and our pets. I was also able to see the daily journal entries with information about each visit, along with photos. Next time we need pet sitters, Pause for Pets will be my first call!

This was my first time ever having to leave my dog in the care of someone and I am so glad I found pause for pets!! It was pretty short notice but Susanne was able to accommodate my requests and went above and beyond. I never worried about being gone for the weekend after seeing the level of care she gave to my dog butters. The portal they have is amazing and you can see each visit along with pictures! Susanne is extremely caring and it’s obvious she loves what she does. I will no doubt be using Susanne in the future! Thank you for caring for butters we appreciate you!

We rented out the pond for our dogs to play, they had a blast! It was so clean and the owner is so Nice and helpful! I will definitely be back , thank you for a great time!

We've been dropping our dogs off with Kathy for years! Her and her staff are amazing. I know nobody is going to treat Evie & Green Bean with the level of care they get here. Love this place!

I have been bringing my dogs to Gypsy Glen K-9 Kastle since 2014. My dogs spend several long weekends and week long visits every year. I know they are treated with love, kindness, and are in safe hands with people I trust.

We have been taking our fur baby to Gypsy Glen for 7 years since we adopted him. Kathy has given numerous tips to keep our dog happy and healthy - from natural dog treats, exercises to training instructions. Given Kathy's background of training K9 for police and fire, our dog is always better behaved when he comes home. We trust Kathy to keep up with the same level of discipline we give our dog. Kathy has been generous with samples of treats and food items so our dog can try different things before we purchase them. The staff is also very conscientious about making sure that the fur babies are in good health when they stay at Gypsy Glen so all other fur babies don't get sick. We always have to provide proof of yearly vaccinations, which gives us peace of mind that our dog is safe from potential life-threatening illnesses.

I wish I could give more stars. It is wonderful to find a place that loves and protects dogs. Kathy the owner spent a lot of time with my dog, a big muscular pit bull type mix who did NOT want her long claws clipped, was afraid to be someplace new. Kathy was so patient and kind, my dog eventually realized she was being helped, but first put up a big fight. Kathy knows, understands, & loves dogs. Gypsy Glen was created for the mental, physical benefit of the dogs in her care. I trust them completely, and there is no higher recommendation than to be able to feel that way.

Kathy was so wonderful with our dogs, both rescues with kennel anxiety. They were very much at ease when we dropped them off and picked them up. The facility is clean, and Kathy and her staff are very attentive. They don't just make sure the dogs are fed and let out - they truly care for your pet as if they were theirs. We will not take our dogs anywhere else!!

I have been bringing my dog to the kennel for at least 5 years Our dog has high anxiety and he is ALWAYS happy to see Kathy and stay at the kennel. He starts to get excited the minute he sees the kennel. I would HIGHLY recommend boarding at the kennel,

My experience with Kathy dates back almost 30 yrs ago. I purchased a black Lab from her. The dog was a beautiful & VERY HEALTHY pup, he just loved to run & had a big mind of his own. I had kids in diapers & this dog would sneak out all the time & just go run. Kathy worked with the dog & I for quite sometime, to try to get him to come to us. He literally would hear his name & run. We worked for months to no avail. She bought the dog back from me, spent 3 more years training him to sniff out Arsenic fires. The pup moved to Tx, to live his life with the Chief of the Fire Dept. Funny thing he’d still run, but all they had to do was start the car & he’d come back! Lol My point is..... How many breeders invest 3 years into training a dog that failed obedience classes 3x & give you your money back for the pup & the classes! Kathy was one of the most ETHICAL DOG BREEDERS around. I would not hesitate to bring my pup to her!!!

We have a 8 year old shep/dane mix who can be quite a handful. Our pup has been full of anxiety as long as we can remember, but Kathy has always gone the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. She gives him an extra large kennel (when available), she puts up a sheet to make sure he can get worked up from seeing other dogs, she even notices things hot spots and tends to them if needed. Kathy is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our boy has a happy stay. He is always excited to get to Gypsie Glen K9 Castle, but more excited to come home. Just the way we like it! Gypsie Glen K9 Castle is the ONLY boarding facility I would trust my dogs to.

very knowledgeable dog owner/trainer. very professional. They have more than 50 acres of land devoted to animal care and boarding. Kathy is very experienced with german shepherds, and has actually started "Police K-9" and "Search and Rescue" programs for a few different local cities/counties. Easy to work with and very accommodating.

Our pets are our children and we cannot say enough positive things about our recent experience at Bark n’ Town and the wonderful team of people who created such an incredible atmosphere for our high-maintenance boy Alfie. He’s a three-legged gentleman with a lot of separation anxiety and quite a troubling past so he requires a little extra love and attention. We took him to daycare to get familiar with the people and then proceeded to board him for several nights while we were on vacation. The staff was communicative, timely, honest, and detailed which put our minds at ease. With how precious time off is, this meant so much to us! Upon our arrival to pick him up, we noticed smiles for miles on Alfie’s face as he was excited to greet me but seemed like he didn’t want to leave. He was leaning in, ready for belly rubs and smiling while looking up at Bev and Jess. This was so heartwarming to see and the only confirmation that we needed as we believe dogs don’t lie. Their body language is so telling. We have now found our new home away from home and will be coming back! We highly recommend this facility for all of your dog's needs for peace of mind while away. I’m conflicted about this review, because really there is nothing wrong with this place in terms of safety or physical wellbeing of your pets, and they seem to have systems in place to ensure routines and safety. but it is far from a pet resort or spa. Do visit before you book. I made the mistake of booking a trial night and paid the non refundable deposit in advance, had I visited in person I would have known this was not going to work for my high energy young vizsla. The building has about 60 kennels lined up on two long concrete corridors. The kennels open up to another indoor kennel (about twice the size of the main kennel), and the dogs get to use this extended space twice or three times a day (I forget), plus a couple on leash bathroom breaks, so the outdoor time or any stimulation is very limited. When I called to inquire, the owner said they are a pet resort and are located on 12 acres so I thought the pets would benefit from having all this land, but really they mostly use the pebble covered fenced in boxes outside for quick outings (15 minutes once/twice/three times per day depending on how much you are willing to pay). The dogs also don’t interact with each other for safety. I asked if I could get pictures every once in a while (I would have used them for a two week trip), and the owner said it would be 9.99 per picture, since manpower is expensive. I was shocked to hear this. I dropped off my pup for a trial night but ended up picking him up the same day because I knew I wouldn’t use them for longer stays (I got charged the full boarding fee but oh well). While I was picking up my pup, I saw two dogs having their 15-min interactive time outside, and there didn’t seem to be much interaction or playing. The dogs kind of sniffed around the pebbles while the minders were standing by or looking at their phones. I’m sure this place is fine if your dog is older or otherwise doesn’t need a lot of exercise or interaction, and is fine to be in a kennel for most of the day. This place didn’t work for us.

Bark 'N' Town is a great place to bring your pets for a stay when you go on trips! We highly recommend them to anyone in need of boarding a pet. The premises is maintained very clean and orderly. The staff was all kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to take care of our dog, Chippy. Chippy was happy to see us, but we could tell she had a good time with her visit!

Bailey and Zeus have had no issues in this establishment. Everyone is nice and friendly. Both of my dogs are a handful and are big dogs, so Kudos to everyone for being able to handle my boys.

I am so happy to have found Bark 'N' Town! The staff is not only extremely friendly but super accommodating to your pets stay. My somewhat nervous/skittish 4 year old pittie, Piper, was a little hesitant at first but on our tour Jessica and all the other staff members we interacted with really adhered to Piper's needs and took everything at her pace. I could tell that these people were "dog people" and not only really understood what Piper needed to feel comfortable but wanted to make her feel comfortable. Piper recently got back for a 4 nights stay at Bark N Town - I was able to call and get updates on my girl to ensure she was doing well. The staff was always able to answer all of my questions and truly seemed excited to care for Piper. We will definitely be returning for boarding and are looking into daycare for the future as well. 10/10!

I wish I could leave a million stars! I chose Bark ‘N’ Town because I was nervous about my dog staying in a large kennel with other dogs because she has a bit of anxiety. They took my dog in for our wedding weekend and I can tell they took great care of her because she was walking with them so calmly when we returned. The staff was wonderful and willing to answer any questions I had. I DEFINITELY recommend Bark ‘N’ Town if you ever need to board your dog.

Friendly staff always willing to answer questions. Our pup had no problems boarding there and was happy to come back again. We'll be considering their daycare service as well.

Love this place! We have been here for both grooming and boarding and our dog never is sad or upset when we drop her off. She is always happy and in a wonderful mood when we pick her up. They definitely put the pets first and make sure they are communicating clearly with their customers.

We boarded our small dog for a few nights over memorial day weekend and had no issues. The staff was super friendly and answered any and all questions. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for boarding services.

I was a new client to this place and I will say Sarah went above and beyond my expectations. she did a great job with my dog and it even took less time than it usually does. my girl didn't seem stressed out like she usually does when I picked her up. I will definitely be going back and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was very friendly.

My dog and I love fire spirit doggy day care! The employees take the absolute best care of the dogs and they roam free and have so much interaction and play time! It’s a wonderful place for a dog!

This place is fantastic. We recently got a puppy who has a lot of energy who loves coming here. She gets to play all day with many dogs. The staff is amazing and so accommodating to our dogs needs. They always have time for last minute baths and nails. The are extremely friendly and my dog loves them. They are relatively cheap compared to other places and offer many different packages. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my dog. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place for their dog to make friends and release energy.

Our pup loves going to Free Spirit Doggy Daycare; she practically sprints from the car to the back to go and play. The people who work here are all wonderful, you can tell they truly love dogs and are passionate about them. Tricia did our pups evaluation and we knew right away that we would be bringing our pup here on a regular basis based on how friendly and welcoming she was. She answered all of our questions and I loved that they not only did a people evaluation with our dog, but a dog evaluation with her to make sure she was comfortable and the dogs all got along. We love that we have the ability to watch the dogs play on the tv screen, they always look like they are having a blast. Highly recommend bringing your dog here if you’re looking to burn some energy or your pup loves other dogs and wants to socialize.

They took great care of my dog. He hurt his paw playing with the boarders and free spirit called me to tell me. After discussion they took him to the vet to get checked out. He was fine just a bruise. They kept him separated so he can heal. 3 days later I picked him up and he was fine back to normal. I totally recommend FREE SPIRIT. Thank you for great service.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Leaving my dogs is never easy...but Free Spirit makes me feel much better about it. The staff is always SO friendly!! I am able to call whenever to check up and they tell me exactly what my doggies are up too. All the staff seems very knowledgeable as well. They have helped one of my dogs socialize with other dogs better, as she was not so good at this to start with. Great knowing they are in good hands!

If you are looking for a safe healthy environment to board your fuzzy, I highly recommend this location. My fuzzy always acts wild and crazy when on a leash. I took him here for a few days and he completely loved being with a pack of dogs. The staff made us feel super safe about having him their and catered to our peculiar needs for our fuzzy.

I called last minute and they were able to get my 2 boxers in quickly. Great job on grooming and my dogs were at ease immediately with them, which does not always happen. I am impressed and will be using them regularly. Pricing is very reasonable.

Irina loves going to doggy daycare at Free Spirit. The facility is so clean, smells great, and the staff is wonderful and very friendly. Cage free daycare. I love to see my dogs to play with other dogs freely. Price is reasonable. We have sent our dogs there from time to time for over 3 years. Wish they could have discount or pass packages for boarding.

We've been bringing our dogs here for the past year and a half. The facility is very clean, and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It really says something that our dogs literally jump out of the car and pull on their leashes trying to get inside. They love it here!

My dog is the love of my life and this company understands that and is the best thing that has happened for my baby. They are reliable, loving, and trustworthy. I met Karen on a second visit and knew that I could trust the Bright Star team with our cats. The website to set up our account, pet details, schedule visits & input our home info was easy to use and navigate. Payment methods were straightforward with competitive rates. I was provided with an app to download on my phone where I could communicate with the team and get updates, as well as manage my account. While we were away - one of our cats proved particularly difficult and the Bright Star team went above & beyond to ensure he was taken care of, as well as our other cat who was less shy & finicky. Each sitter provided a detailed report after each visit via the Time to Pet app letting us know how our cats were doing, complete with pictures. I asked A LOT of questions while we were away, and the team were patient & responsive to answer them all. I trusted Anita, Nick & Karen with my cats and our home and would 100% recommend them for pet sitting services.

They are reliable, trustworthy and most of all caring towards our animals. They provide photos and written updates after every visit via their customer portal which also includes emails. Bright Star Pet Services are the best! They are very thorough, kind, and go above and beyond with their care. Receiving the daily updates, along with pictures taken daily of our pets, eases our minds while we are out of town. During our last trip, our flight was canceled due to weather, and we needed a last minute emergency visit of our pets. They immediately contacted us back and promptly went to check on our pets. Jessica has been taking care of our dog for over a year and a half. We interviewed several dog sitters in the area, none compared to Jessica! She had an instant connection with our dog and she was very trustworthy. She has adapted to our ever changing schedule and is more than willing to be flexible. Our dog just loves her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Terri was an absolute blessing. We have two puppies and didn’t want to board them anywhere so found Terri through Google and upon first meeting her ended up talking for about two hours. She came three times a day while we were gone and always shared throughout the day how our pups were doing and sent us pictures. Terri was an excellent house and pet sitter for my 12 year old Westie over the course of 11 days last week. Terri took great care of our three Golden Retrievers and our home while we were on vacation. We really appreciated the updates and photos we received from Terri throughout our trip, as it allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. I was relieved to find Terri after booking a trip. She took great care of my two special needs cats. They stayed with her and her pet family. Terri kept in contact, sending me photos and letting me know all was well. I will definitely ring her the next time I travel.

If I could give Cedar Dale Pet Resort more stars I would! This weekend we took our 9 month old poodle mix in for her first trim ever! From Amanda the groomer to the staff upfront, everyone was so welcoming! Amanda took her time explaining everything to us as this is the first dog we've owned needing to be professionally groomed. She was wonderful with Lucy! The upfront staff was also wonderful with helping us with all of our questions! Prices were also very resonable! I would definitely recommend and we will be back! I recently had both of my puppies in for a bath and a stay at the boarding facility. Not only was it a great experience for myself but for my puppies as well. I feel that the caretakers are top-notch. I was greeted when entering the facility, and felt comfortable leaving my puppies with the staff. I particularly love that my pups had play time in the play yard, not just locked in a cage the whole time like some of the other establishments I have been to. The stay is not the cheapest around, but considering the attentiveness of the facility staff, also how happy and clean my puppies were when I picked them up, I would say it's worth every penny. I would highly recommend boarding/daycare and a bath service to anyone in need of a reliable, quality option.

My dogs home away from home! EXCEPTIONAL service!! The staff is sooo amazing. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and accommodating i literally cant say enough. You can tell the staff really loves their jobs. Our Fred just LOVES going to daycare to play with his friends plus they have all these fun add ons like meatball monday or taco tuesday. These dogs are truley in heaven here 🐶🥰 Prices for all the services are super fair and reasonable too. Highly recommend :)

My jack russell loves going to doggy daycare here! My pug also visited the groomer for the spa treatment, including a pineapple mask. Very clean & well run operation.

Our dog Tipsy loves the “pet resort” - every time we mention “pet resort” he starts wagging his tail and running for the door!! They even have treats of the day like meatball Monday and taco Tuesday!

His smile says it all, my dog loves Cedar Dale and all of the staff too! Gourmet Pup Cups & Sunday Brunch. Fun Parties and events not only for daycare dogs but for boarding dogs too. They had a Doggie Easter Egg Hunt that was free and open to the public this year. Their grooming department has added fun spa packages with things like doggie facials too. There are so many reasons to love Cedar Dale Pet Resort, don’t believe it- stop in and someone will give you a tour! It’s a shame that people will post obviously false negative reviews and even make fake profiles to hurt any small business. Go see for yourself, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Shady business practices. I canceled my boarding for my dog well within the proper time window and was told my refund would be returned. The charge was never credited back. When I inquired as to why they said they only do credits for future visits. They said it’s on their website but I didn’t go through their site. Just booked over the phone as we had been there before. New owners. Beware! Put a stop credit charge against them.

Went to lake Geneva to camp. Needed a place to watch my dog while we went on a lake tour. Ended up with two days of doggy daycare because we had to reschedule the lake tour due. My dog loved it. They were very helpful over the phone when I called ahead to schedule the first day and emailed her vaccination records. They were also kind enough to add another day of doggy daycare in the spur of the moment. Will use again when we vacation here.

Local Review: I use Cedar Dale Pet Resort on a weekly basis utilizing their Daycare Services for my 1 year old Australian Shepherd while I work. Chance has been going to Cedar Dale for about 4 months now, 5 days a week and absolutely adores it. Every morning, he eagerly awaits going into daycare for a day of fun filled activities and attention. Being a high energetic dog, he requires extra activity and you can tell his time at Cedar Dale does just that. Every one of the staff members at Cedar Dale are pleasurable in nature and treat each one of their customers with respect and a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend using Cedar Dale Pet resort for all of your furry friends needs. They do a fantastic job with grooming services as well! 10/10 would recommend on my side!!
