Andrew and Sara were great! Communication both before and during the sit was excellent. As we were new to house sitters, and Sara and Andrew have a lot of experience, they were great at helping us get prepared. They arrived as scheduled and were very organized. While we were gone, they kept us posted on our pup and goings on with the house. We really appreciated how they dealt with a couple of issues that came up. We returned to a spotless house and a happy dog. We couldn't be happier with Andrew and Sara and we highly recommend them.

They have a variety of skills and experiences that made our country home with all it's "nuances and quirks" a place we could comfortably hand over to them. Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

All the staff are friendly and amazing and take such good care of Bella. I know she loves going there because every time we pull into the parking lot Bella gets so excited!! We love the report cards while we are out of town. Fetch Pet Resort goes above and beyond to take care of our fur baby! I highly recommend!!!
I was so nervous about boarding my fur babies as I was traveling out of the country for 8 days. Having a Rottie, it’s not just anyone that can handle and understand their temperaments. But what can I say.. Fetch Pet Resort was the best decision!! The staff was very professional and sweet and even sent me a “report card” and pictures of my babies. I felt at ease knowing that my babies were in great hands! Would highly recommend this facility!
After years of using Fetch as our boarding facility for our dogs, their customer service has gone so far down hill that I can no longer support their business. The last time we boarded our dog (just this past weekend) the girl who checked my dog in made promises that were not kept (ie. not doing the temperament exam when requested, not doing doggie day camp when requested, not communicating as requested, not communicating changes in procedure after years of taking my pets there, not giving treats that were brought for our dog) and after speaking to a manger only excuses were made. I was promised a phone call about the temperament exam and also promised a report card, never was I told that report cards are now an add on service. I would have paid for it but I was never told about it. If you are looking for a business that will take care of your pet and do what they say they will do, look elsewhere. They will promise you all of the things and then just tell you it was a miscommunication instead of being accountable.
We have been bringing our rescue dogs here for a few years and our dogs are taken great care of. Our dogs look forward and get excited to see their friends at Fetch.
We absolutely love Fetch Pet Resort! They truly love what they do, my Gumbo loves ALL the staff, the level of care and time they devote to all the pets is beyond outstanding! We’ve used them for both boarding and doggy daycare, and still use them OFTEN! The luxury suites are just the perfect size for our 67 lb Golden Retriever, we love the 24/7 camera access and the amount of time the dogs spend OUTSIDE of their kennel. Highly recommend!
My fur babies Duke and Prince were treated very well. It was the first time I had them boarded while out of town. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and compassionate. Great accommodations and activities. Also felt comfortable and knew they were in good hands, receiving report cards and photos of them daily. Thanks Fetch Pet Resort!
I have taken my dog to Fetch Pet Resort 4 tmes in the last 5 years. I left my 50 lbs health dog there for 17 days. He lost 7 lbs in that time. Noone said he wasn't eating. But they did ask me if I wanted to tip his handler.
I was happy taking our pet there up until One afternoon when I went to pick him up, I asked if my dog enjoyed his day? They Informed me that he was in boarding all day. I did not want him in Boarding as most times when I took him there he was placed in day care. They said the last time he was there he was growling and trying to bite other dogs. This happened because they tried to clip his toe nails earlier in the day. This made my dog very hostile and uncomfortable. I understand they wanted to keep everyone safe. My issue was the Management there neglected to inform me of the situation and did not communicate. They should have been honest and informed me of the situation. When I called them they gave me a very poor explanation and for this reason I’m not going back.They all need some proper training communicating with Dog owners. Very disappointing.
I am very thankful I found Fetch Pet Resort. My two fur babies love, love, love coming to the doggie day camp. All the ladies that work at Fetch Pet Resort are professional, kind, and helpful. I also get my animals groomed at this facility and we love their hair cuts. The groomer keeps a notebook of the names of the animals and the style of hair cut performed. I appreciated this because I was able to to explain how short to cut my animals hair for the summer.
They are always friendly the place is clean. I never worry about my pups when they stay.
