The house was clean, our plants had been watered (thanks Tim!), and we were able to just come in and fall into bed. Ashley and Tim were flexible and so helpful. Would definitely have them back!

I would give Leann and Rachel ten stars if I could! They did such a great job with Winston. He's still shy around strangers but he warmed right up to them. They made the extra effort to take him with them for all their adventures around Berlin, which included public transportation, restaurants, and sights. I can tell he had a great time, as he loves being with people once he knows them. We got tons of pictures and updates, the communication was perfect. They also took the time to come a day early which gave Winston a chance to get to know them and it was lovely getting to chat with them without a huge time pressure. Genuinely wonderful people. Bonus points that the apartment was clean when we got home and laundry was started. I cannot recommend them enough! They are welcome back anytime.

Josh was a lifesaver! He stepped in when we had a cancellation and bonded well with one of our very skittish cats. He sent us daily pics and videos. Home was spotless when we got home after a long two days of driving…and even washed and changed the bedsheets. So appreciated! Highly recommend Josh…unless we need him. 😊

Rebekah and Matt were excellent! Very detailed, organized and clearly caring animal lovers. We were able to meet in person before we left town and they were thorough with any pre-sit questions or concerns. Rebekah sent photo updates of the pups on a regular basis so we could see our happy dogs. She notified us about a couple of possible health issues they might have been experiencing (thankfully all ok) but we very much appreciated the attentiveness and concern for them. Our trip was extended a couple of days so a friend stayed after Rebekah and Matt were committed for another stay but pics showed us a totally clean house, bed changed etc. Anyone would be fortunate to have them sit for their fur babies - thanks guys!

Tanya and Kevin are simply the best. They have sat for me before, and although it had been well over a year since my dog Lupe had seen Tanya, the connection was instantaneous. The pictures she sent while I was away will be treasured. The only downside to such great sitters is that for several days thereafter, Lupe appeared sad that they were gone. Oh well. PS - My house is better than when left it.

Gotta admit....we feel like we have new members in our family! Emily and her partner Justen where absolutely wonderful companions for our Skye Kitty. I honestly think she is still looking for them hoping they will stop by to play for a while! They took such amazing care of our home and garden. If Melissa and Hiten apply to care for your pet, snap them up quickly as they are truly 5 stars. We enjoyed spending time with them at either side of our 2 week holiday and they are both lovely and very interesting people. Crunchie was well looked after and we received the requested updates every couple of days whilst on holiday. She enjoyed her carers so much she opted to join them for a walk even after our return! You certainly will not be disappointed if you choose Melissa and Hiten and our house was extremely clean and tidy on our return. Our daughter Anna learned some new cooking tips from them too so always a bonus 😊Safe travels x

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.

Truly an amazing pet care service! I can't recommend them enough. I was gone for a week on vacation and Lorna was kind enough to watch my rabbits with soo much care and attention! Rabbits can be very skiddish animals and they stress very easily but she was so very attentive and wonderful with both of my rabbits! I got daily photos that they were doing well and she was able to follow all of my requests while showing my babies love! I highly recommend booking pet care/home care with Fetch!
Simply the best! Before we found Fetch! we took our menagerie to a nationally-known name-brand boarding facility. The pets don't really like boarding, pets sometimes catch new ailments they didn't have before, and we get the impression that the boarding facility is far more interested in money instead of pets. When Fetch! entered the picture, it was like the difference between night and day. The folks at Fetch! love critters, and vice-versa. Fetch! has taken away ALL anxiety about going on trips. We love the visit reports and photos. We know our pets are happy and receiving great care. We just can't imagine life without Fetch! Pet Care. Excellent service, 100% reliable, HIGHLY recommended.
Loren and Lestica at Fetch are AMAZING! They took exceptional care of my dog, Beaux, when I had to unexpectedly go out of town for a funeral. I was updated daily via an online journal and they also included pictures. The cherry on top? I had transportation issues on my way back and they were understanding and accommodated my need to extend the use of their services. Also, their knowledge of dogs allowed them to notice my doggie needed the attention of a vet (they even took him to a vet appointment for for me). If you want a company that takes care of your pet like it’s their own, Fetch should be your first choice.
I love Fetch! for many reasons! The caretakers are fantastic and very dependable. After every visit I am sent pics of the pets, packages that arrived, and the list of every task done. The emails also show a Google map of the time of their vehicle’s arrival/departures. The mail is brought in and plants I requested are watered. My conure throws seeds all over the place and they even vacuum it up! I am finally able to my enjoy my trips without any worries about home. Thank you!!!
My experience was excellent in every way! Lestica made everything go smoothly. She was very good with my difficult and very scared cat. I am truly grateful for her help. I am so glad I found Pet Taxi. I look forward to using it in the future.
Loren is truly amazing she's very helpful in all aspects from taking care of Cooper going above and beyond to help me understand the online application. Cooper really loves her and has grown to bond with her. He used to have anxiety she helped me figure out and how to coordinate the best time frames and amount time spent he personally would need. She even wipes his mucous off of his face from his allergies and gives him allergy medicine as needed. She takes him out for his bike rides, his stroller walks and his regular walk. Cooper really loves seeing her. I know that he's in great hands as she treats him as her own.

We used them for the first time this weekend and they went above and beyond. We have a senior dog with a minor rectum issue and when it prolapsed the Team took him to the vet for me while I was out of town and took care of my dog. They provided updates and really went out of their way to get him the proper care. The facilities, pricing and dog group play areas are all nice with lots of trees too! The dog suites all have AC and a backyard. I’ll use them again and again! Paperwork and parking also easy.
The staff here are so kind and friendly. They were also so patient with my dog, because I know she can be a had full. I would highly recommend this place if you need boarding or just to drop off for daycare!!
Dropped off 2 happy healthy dogs and picked up 2 happy healthy dogs! The owner was very accommodating when she didn't need to be. I felt great knowing that both my dogs would be getting a lot of outside time and excercise. Would absolutely trust them again with my animals!
I boarded my two foster dogs for 2 weeks, while overseas. Nice big kennel with an outside space. It was cold outside when I boarded them, but nice and warm inside the building. Happy dogs everywhere. The staff is great! Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again!
My dogs love it here. Everyone was so accommodating and patient. We just moved to TX so trying to get the dogs info was rough with all the boxes, but they were great. My dogs were happy to see us after a long weekend, but I could tell they didn't want to leave. Will be using them in the future. Plus, it helps that they are 5 minutes down the road.
I love the set up here. Climate controlled in and out patios, lots of trees and real grass. The owners are very dog savvy as well and they actually run the place. Prices are also very reasonable. 10/10
Terrible customer service. Called and booked reservations for my pet 8 days in advance and immediately emailed shot records to them for their file. Called to confirm that they had received said records two days prior to my dog’s check in and was told that all was good with his reservation. Was then contacted a few hours later by Lisa, “the CEO” of Woodlands Dog Suites - she told me that there was actually no room for my dog and that they would have to cancel his stay. I’m now left, 2 days before my plane leaves, frantically trying to find another boarding facility for my dog. This is very difficult to find as most locations are fully booked for the holiday weekend. When I asked Lisa why they booked my dog in the first place, she could not give me a clear answer other than her staff made a mistake and she offered no resolution. Her attitude was extremely poor. Mistakes happen but my dog has been on the schedule for a week and so to just now be notified that they “don’t have room” is unacceptable.
They took excellent care if a boy I saved from HCAS. He is hw+ and stayed 30 days during the holidays. They spoiled him rotten
We have used this place 2 or 3 times and I just booked another visit. They are awesome. My dogs come home clean (of course, I pay for the bath so I don't have to do it) and exhausted. After the first stay, they are excited when we pull up to drop them off. They seem to LOVE their stay!
We just stopped by to check it out. Our dog will be visiting this weekend for the 1st time and I am excited about. They were very helpful and knew all the dogs and temperaments as we walked through. I feel this will be a good new vacation home for my baby.
