Jeanette watched my 17 year old cat for 5 days recently. 2x a day w/ medicine in a pill pocket. I am so pleased with the care and love given to my old girl during my absence. I received thorough descriptions, pictures and videos during each of these visits. Jeanette even brought wet cat food treats for her to try when I mentioned she wasn’t enjoying her current wet food, which she loved. The entire experience was so easy and comforting while I was away and would recommend Jeanette and her team to ANYONE looking for any care for their furry companions. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful and I would utilize her services again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for everything Jeanette!

Jeanette did a wonderful job the few times I had her care for my cat. Within only two visits she was able to coax my stranger-wary cat out from under the bed for pets and playtime. Communication was frequent and I received several cute pictures each day I was gone. If I ever move back to the Columbus area, I would book through Fur Star again in an instant!

I used Fur Star Pet Care for the first time last week when I went on vacation. I was nervous because my cat had never been left alone for an extended amount of time - I was gone almost 9 days. Jeanette provided excellent care for my cat, who tends to be particular about what kind of food she eats. Jeanette was patient and even experimented with combining two flavors of food together. Every day I got a detailed message about how she was doing, including multiple photos (I don't know how she takes such great photos, but what a talent!), how the "bathroom" was going (absolutely no issues there), and what progress had been made with my cat's level of comfort with her. By the end of the week, my cat was purring, playing a little, and eating fine, both regular food and treats. Jeanette also brought in my mail for me which I really appreciated and turned my living room lights on and off since I had lost my light timer. Also, the rates are very reasonable for the service provided. I can't say enough good things about Jeanette and Fur Star. What great service and I will most certainly use them again!

Fur Star Pet Care is a fantastic pet sitting service that I’ve been using for a few years for my cats. Jeanette is a wonderful sitter who genuinely cares about the cats. She sends several pictures every day she visits and provides very thorough updates. She has gone above and beyond for me many times when problems come up. For example, she has helped the cats stay warm when my heat went out and attempted to fix my sink when she noticed it was clogged. I can’t say enough great things about Jeanette and her business. I highly recommend her service if you are looking for a pet sitter

Jeanette has been taking care of our two cats whenever we go away since we moved to Columbus a year and a half ago. She has come to feed and play with them many times (including during one long research trip), and they absolutely love her. We have used lots of pet sitters in the past, and Jeanette is by far the best person we’ve worked with. We always come home to a clean apartment, watered plants, collected mail and packages, and, most importantly, happy cats. 100% recommend.

Absolutely the BEST in-home pet care you can get! I've had them come in to take care of my cat a few times while I've been traveling, and they do an amazing job of making sure my little girl has everything she needs, and then some! Daily updates, pictures of playtime and snugs, even an extra treat or two! I cannot give enough praise to Fur Star!

Jeanette has taken care of our two cats for three years. They have truly developed a special relationship, and I always feel confident that they will be well taken care of when we leave town for a couple of days or even weeks. Jeanette knows their personalities and treats them with great kindness. Recently when my wife and I had our first baby, Jeanette made sure to be available around the unpredictability of the event, and we knew we would find two happy cats to greet our new baby. And, we love getting the updates and pictures twice a day!

I love Fur Star! I have 2 cats (1 with diabetes who requires insulin injections) and they take great care of them when I’m away. Each visit is documented (including with pictures) and they update you on everything they do during the visit. The website is really easy to use to book appointments and to communicate with the owner, Jeanette (who is awesome!), if any questions come up. If you are looking for a pet sitter, Fur Star is wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Finding Fur Star to care for our cats has changed our lives - I know that sounds hyperbolic but it's true. The values that these ladies have when it comes to pet care is remarkable. They truly treat our animals as if they were their own! Directions are followed without fail and they always find ways to go over and above. I never would have thought I'd find peace leaving my animals to anyone outside of family but I have! Their sense of humor in the photo updates they give is such a fun sprinkle on top of already amazing pet care. Love them to pieces!

Jeanette at Fur Star truly loves my pet. I feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. She follows the schedule exactly the way I had written out. She sent me lots of photos and the GPS map of the walks. Great experience using their services and I highly recommend.

Allowed me to board my dog (8days) at the very last minute! First time ever boarding my dog as he has separation anxiety so i definitely was nervous at first but after meeting Stacia i immediately felt relieved. Stacia was awesome with our pup! This was our first time doing Rover, so I was nervous about leaving Emmett with someone I found online but Stacia made me feel better as soon as we dropped him off and seeing how much she loves animals. She sent update videos/pics every day, so I felt good about everything the whole time! Emmett had a blast and we will definitely use her in the future!

Stacia was extremely attentive and loving to our pup. She sent pictures often and let us know how he was doing each day. We will definitely use her services again!

Very detailed and easy going

Wow! I am blown away by the level of service given to both clients and their pets by Hands N Paws. I had cat sitter plans fall through last minute and I was recommended this great group of people by my neighbor who uses their dog care services. Luckily, Hands N Paws provides services for both dogs and cats! Not only did they fit me into their schedule on short notice, but each of the pet carers did amazing at sending daily entertaining reports and pictures of my little, furry best friend; I looked forward to those every day. Benny, Tori, Allison, Olivia and Theresa, thank you all so much for the superb level of care you showed my girl. Even if she hid a lot and wasn’t a great hostess. While away, I felt so much comfort knowing Hands N Paws was watching over my sweet kitty and giving her great, personalized care. Such a treat working with this company. Hands and Paws is incredibly detailed and meticulous in their care for your pet. They have been so patient when our new puppy has had accidents in her crate and have cleaned her and her crate up so well. They play with her, feed her, and give her so much love. We love knowing she gets her midday break, and she is so happy with all the Hands and Paws crew in the pictures they send. Money well spent!

I recently switched jobs which required more frequent in office time. Hands N Paws has been a wonderful service for me and my pups and has helped remove some of the stress with the transition. The team members are very meticulous on following instructions and they have always arrived within the requested window of time. They also send a detailed update and pictures after every service. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will continue to use them to take care of my fur babies.

Hands N Paws truly was the best decision for having our cat, Snickers looked over during the Holiday’s. We received a very detailed report on how the visit went, and even were left some treats for when we returned home. The pet care tech Rebecca, did very well following our notes on how to best take care of our distinguished gentleman. Snickers can be a bit shy, especially with meeting new people. But from the pictures we viewed, it was as if he had made a new friend! Couldn’t have had a better first experience with the company, and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs their furry friends looked after!!

If I could give more stars, I would! Benny and the team at Hands and Paws have been amazing. They treat our pups with so much love and care. They leave detailed notes from the walks and take the sweetest pictures of our dogs. Would highly recommend them!!

My husband and I recently got a four month old puppy and we were very nervous to leave her alone for the first time while I was away and he was working. Thankfully we came across Hands N Paws and I tell you the experience I had from start to finish was amazing! Benny did such an amazing job making us feel comfortable with their company and staff as well as going so in depth with the website/app. I appreciate how detailed they are from letting me know when the walker is on their way to the notification of when they get through my door. I love how they left such a detailed journal with photos of my pup and how well she did on walks. It was such a comfort to know that everyone we welcomed into our home to take care of our dog treated her as if she was their own. I cannot recommend Hands N Paws enough and I am so happy to know I’ve got a company to use whenever we have to leave our pup behind.

I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service, attention to details, and the flexibility of the folks at Hands N Paws. I really appreciated their willingness to follow my instructions to a tee and allayed my anxiety about being away from my pets by updating me and sending me messages when they needed to ask or clarify something. They are very professional, but are also accommodating and very patient and gentle with my dogs. I highly recommend their service and would work with them again in the future.

Let me first say that I am so thankful to have found Hands N Paws!! In the past, I have used other pet sitting services but it was never sustainable or reliable and my pets did not respond well. I have done a lot of pet sitting and farm sitting myself so I know how difficult it is to find the right help. I started to search other pet services and found HnP. Their attention to detail coupled with the amazing communication and one on one care they provide is out of this world. Not to mention the incredible app they have to stay on track!! We LOVE Doggie Daycare Center!!!! Both our dogs have been coming here for daycare and boarding since we moved to cbus, 4 years ago. Our dogs consider the staff it!! Both dogs love coming here and we enjoy how tired they are after a day of playing with all the other pups. The prices are fair and they keep the dogs UNCRATED all day!!! The facility is clean and has an outdoor/indoor area. I don't know what we would do without Doggie Daycare Center.

They are so kind every time we go and they are great about keeping the dogs active. Our dog is always ready to sleep when we pick her up.

Our pup has been visiting Doggie Daycare Center for just over a year. Dear friends of ours recommended it as truly phenomenal, and they were not wrong. The socialization has been fantastic, and it's easy to see the genuine love that the staff has for dogs. We've used daycare as well as boarding and grooming. Communication is excellent - we cannot imagine a better place.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I was traveling for work, and brought my dog with me, but she needed daycare during the day while I worked. My dog can be rather shy and attached to my hip, but she loved it here! She would get so excited the minute we drove in the parking lot, and run straight to the back without me. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The facility was very clean, safe and organized. I wish this daycare was in my hometown, because I would bring her here all the time. I feel so lucky to have chosen this spot to care for my dog. The report card and Instagram updates were a delight!

My dog's get so excited to come here. They love it and the staff! Updating after three years: the dogs still love it but I love the place even more. My dog was diagnosed with epilepsy and they are able to take care of him including all the medications and reactions during the seizure. It's very reassuring to take my dogs to a place that can take care of them so well and that genuinely care about my dogs.

Our pup loves Doggie Daycare! He finds similarly energetic dogs to engage with and loves the staff. I feel he is always well cared for, and I appreciate the updates from the team.

We have bringing our dog here for the past 3.5 years and I cannot say enough good things about this place. It's a place where your dog truly gets to run around with other dogs all day. Our dog always comes home tired from a full day of play. They have an indoor and outdoor space. I love their hours and the fact that they are open on the weekend. It's great that we can board him there when we're going out of town (and for only $10 more than the daycare fee), so we know he's still able to run around all day only in the kennel at night. It's nice to know he's not cooped up all day like at some other dog boarding places in town. We've never had trouble with boarding filling up and are always able to schedule it when we want. Plus he LOVES the people there. He is normally afraid of other people, but he has gotten to know the staff and is always excited to see them. You can tell the staff genuinely loves the dogs. The owner turned over a couple years and the new guy is really great. The other reviews that mention a lady are referring to the old owner. Finally- about parking- we used to be able to use the parking spaces in the lot next to the building, but a competitor doggie daycare opened next door and won't let them use those spots anymore (even though they have an entire other parking lot and don't really use them). So you either pop into the loading zone just out front, or park in the parking lot of the dialysis center next door which is just a short stroll to the entrance.

My recently-adopted, 6-month-old shy/anxious puppy loves this place. That says a LOT about how great this daycare is run. We have test-run a few daycares throughout Columbus and in other states, and there were always too many dogs, not enough staff members in the play areas, and my pup was always too overwhelmed without much space for her to get away from the action. After her first day at Doggie Daycare Center, I knew this was the place for her. She was confident, happy, and also tired from playing all day. I appreciate that this daycare isn't a huge business with hundreds (if not thousands) of clients that capitalizes off of them, like a popular one in Columbus that we tried but didn't work out... I'm sure people know which one I am talking about. It is rare nowadays to find honestly-run businesses that care about your wellbeing and aren't just trying to make a profit. I feel like my dog is well-cared for, the staff pays close attention to her and her needs, and they take my personal requests seriously so I can ensure my shy dog has the time of her life. This daycare was a recommendation to me by two friends, and now I see why. I would recommend this place a thousand times.

The groomer was so darn nice and really cares about the dogs she is working with! Our giant breed has arthritis and was very matted from a year of cancelled grooming appointments due to covid. She did a great job with him and worked with me to get a future appointment scheduled so that we can stay in too of his bathing and grooming. After all that, the price was super affordable too! We found our lifetime groomers for Bear and l future pups as long as she is there!

Picked up my baby and he looked as if he hadn’t been fed in days!!!! Then they tried to charge me for food without telling me that they changed their policy and they weren’t feeding him anyway. This is unacceptable.

My dog, Stevie, absolutely loves it here. I was nervous at first about day care since she is a little shy, but she has done great. She runs in the building with her tail wagging at drop off and is happy to see everyone. When I pick her up I can see her being loved on by the staff through the window. Stevie always seems to be in a great mood after daycare! I can tell the staff members truly care and give Stevie the attention she needs and we’re thankful for them! They also have so many add on options to choose from, whether it be treats or grooming, etc. We will definitely use them for all of our daycare and boarding needs.

My first time using this service, but had no reservations about leaving my pet or the level of attention he would receive. My dog has not had direct contact with many other dogs, so it was a great opportunity to have him in the monitored group sessions. Very good service that's priced just right. The nice people at the desk made it easy to drop my pet off, so I could get on my way. I'll use this service again! I do recommend a pet wash just before picking up your pet.

We recently boarded our cat Trixie from 2/12-2/20 while we were on vacation and we were very very pleased with the boarding experience (Trixie included). The staff is very professional and super sweet. You can tell that they really love our fur babies as if they were their own. We had never boarded our cat before so we were a little anxious but the staff is totally fine with you calling daily or as many times as you'd like to check in on your baby. They even sent me pics and videos of Trixie on her one on one's and in her suite. If we ever go on vacation again, we will be boarding our cat there again. First time leaving the pup at somewhere in the Columbus area. The business came highly recommended, but as any pet owner, I was nervous. They were very accommodating to give a tour to see the facility before we chose to use them. We liked the staff and cleanliness, so we decided to board Lonzo during our business trips. While gone and obviously worried about him, I called in more than once for a check-up, and the staff was very willing to provide details on his wellbeing and daily activities. I would highly recommend this establishment.

My pups have so much fun at PetPalace Airport. The staff takes such good care of them too.

Pet Palace always gives Bentley extra loving and care. He never minds coming here. He’s always very excited to see Tina the groomer and she does such a fantastic job.

Everything was great up until pick up. We planned a trip for 1 day and chose pet palace to use for our 1st time. At check in we upgraded to the royal suite and confirmed $86 for 2 dogs. We dropped off Saturday and asked when do they close and when can we pick up. We were informed close at 7 pick up by 6:30. We wanted to confirm pick up to determine when to drive back from our trip. When we arrived the following day at 6:30 were then charged for 2 nights due to a day being added if dogs were picked after 2 PM. If we knew that we would be charged a second night after 2 PM we would have stayed longer on our trip. We paid the total but, mentioned we were not aware of this and made no fuss. A sweet person with curly hair said they would wave it since there was a miscommunication. Everything was fine until…….. an unpleasant person with neck tattoos basically called us liars and gave us a snarky “That will never happen again!” comment. My feedback…. 99% of the staff was friendly and the place is nice for boarding. They even went out of their way to resolve our miscommunication. But, unfortunately due to the person that made the snarky comment… you’re right “it won’t happen again” because we won’t board there again.

I really liked this place, first time going there. You walk in and it smells and looks clean. The groomer was nice took pics of the cut I wanted. She did a great job with my pup that looked a mess. Will return.

My dog Galaxy has been going to Homedog’s for 5 years. I have so many wonderful things to say about the owner, staff, trainers, facility, and training opportunities, but I’ll focus on one for this review. My dog and our family has greatly benefited from Homedog’s philosophy of meeting each dog where they are, working on training while also maximizing the environment to help dogs be successful in it. One of the trainers even Zoomed in to one of my dog’s Vet appointments to more fully collaborate on his care. That is some serious dedication to their Homies! We love Homedog’s and are so grateful for their incredible staff.

Working at Homedog Resort was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The owner and staff genuinely care about every pet that walks through the door, going above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable and at ease. The attention to detail, compassion, and dedication to each animal’s wellbeing is incredible. They treat each dog like family!!! As someone who worked closely with the team for 2 years, I can confidently say that Homedog Resort prioritizes the health, safety, and happiness of every dog in their care. Whether it's calming a nervous pup or providing endless playtime for an energetic one, the team does it all with love and professionalism. If you're looking for a place where your dog will feel at home, I couldn't recommend Homedog Resort more highly, both as a former employee and a dog lover!

I've sent 3 dogs to Homedog regularly since moving to Columbus and consistently been impressed. They've handled two energetic Vizslas and a shy rescue with the type of care that only comes from a staff who LOVE dogs. As an added benefit, I get to enjoy evenings after work with a tired, velcro Vizsla!

My pup, a GSD, loves this place. Be it for boarding or daycare, he is never hesitant to go. He has developed wonderful relationships with the trainers. Other than being with his “parents”, this is his favorite place to be.

While Charlie had some experience boarding with his old owners, this was the first time I’ve had to board him. He’s definitely the nervous type, and they did such a great job with him! I’m also apparently the nervous type, but Homedog did a wonderful job fielding my questions up to and during Charlie’s stay. It put my mind at ease to be able to check in on pet cams and see that my boy was okay. Though I live out of town, I will definitely use them if I bring Charlie down when visiting family!

Homedog Resort is top dog! Lame cliche but yes, it’s true. We brought our neurotic but loving rescue hound mix to them and they worked their magic making him feel comfortable and happy. They offer Big Dog and Small Dog Play and the boarding is SO nice. I always have guilt thinking of my dog crates in a lonely weird place while I’m on vacation but not here. They have private actual rooms for the dogs. You can board your own fur babies together if you wish and they use rooms according to dog size and number. They’re open on weekends letting the dogs play and feel some normalcy away from home. They are organized and efficient and the staff is great with the animals. We have our vet out of state and they worked with us for proof of vaccinations etc to make sure our pupper, and all the other dogs are safe. They have a live cam to watch your dog as well. I love it here!! We won’t be back in until August but I can’t wait for my dog to go back and have a great time again!

My dog was attending Homedog's puppy school since he was 5 months old and he recently graduated then transitioned to open play when he turned 8 months old. He goes twice a week and he loves it! I'm glad he's more dog savy because of it. Greg, the owner, does all the training and he's very knowledgeable. There are courses you can enroll your dog into to get them even better trained. My American Bulldog mix puppy has been through one already and he's enrolled into yet another. Each course is affordable about $30 each plus you get a discount if your a member. Rates have recently gone up for open play to $28 a visit for twice a week or $224 a month for a recurring subscription. It's a good experience overall but 4 stars because their administrative abilities lack at times. You have to pay attention with the subscription when an extra week occurs within the month because you've got to add it in since the subscription is for 4 weeks at a time. Also they lose track of paperwork often. I think an inner office manager would do them some good. I've learned to trust them but can't understand why they don't seem to understand that that's a learned thing and not a given. Still the best dog daycare in town in my opinion.

Love them. They are so great with all the dogs and quick corrections. My dog only goes once a week but that little bit of time and exposure to a pack has made him a better behaved dog at parks and on walks etc. Recommend highly!

My dog and I love Homedog and all the homies! My dog is a rescue and has improved so much from her time at Homedog. We love daycare and the private trainings are tailored and flexible for our specific needs. The entire staff has been great with both of us. My dog and I have learned and grown so much. Great place to take your dog for daycare and(or) boarding. I have been using HD services for over 2 years and haven’t experienced any issues. My dog attends daycare a couple times a week and absolutely loves it. Have also used boarding and training services 💯. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great location, offers a variety of services 🐾🐾

Pablo’s Pals is fantastic. They are professional, compassionate and extremely attentive. When we go away and have to leave our precious cat we do not have anxiety. They are detailed oriented and deeply caring. We cannot say enough about this amazing company! Excellent, truly exceptional!

We love Pablo’s Pals! Susan and her entire team are fantastic. My pup Bandit looked forward to his weekly walks. Scheduling is a breeze and Susan was always responsive and helpful with last minute requests. All the walkers/carers are friendly and give you updates and photos post visits. The photos were fantastic and I’ve framed a few! John was our main walker and Bandit would be so excited anytime I said their name. Sadly we moved out of the area, but if we ever move back we will be calling the team back! 🐾

Pablo’s is fantastic! We have been using them for over four years and they are completely reliable; they have never missed a scheduled visit. They take care of our dogs when we go on vacations, often a week or longer. They have also been available to watch the pets for spur of the moment activities. We have two dogs and two cats, and they love Susan, Andrea, and Tristina. One of our dogs has a fear of men and they go out of their way to accommodate his needs. They keep us up to date on the pets with photos and notes for each visit, which is really nice. They will also water plants, bring in mail and packages, and they let us know if there are any issues with the house.

For six years, Pablo's Pals has provided me with excellent home care for my pit bull Samantha, whenever I've left town. The service sends emails confirming that every visit has occurred, along with frequent photos as proof that my pet remains alive and happy, which allows me to enjoy vacations worry-free. Susan and Pablo's other pals do care deeply about the welfare of animals, and in emergencies, have moved heaven and earth to make sure that Samantha the Pibble was well-cared for. I highly recommend this service.

First, I should have done this review a while ago. There are not enough stars for the folks at The Doggy Den. My dog would have daycare here when we lived in Columbus and he had a blast while at daycare. He would always come home tired! We moved out of state over a year ago and recently returned for a visit. I contacted the folks at The Doggy Den and asked about daycare. They were amazing and understanding of the reason for our visit. The Doggy Den was able to take my dog back for a couple of days. I am super grateful and highly recommend The Doggy Den!!

My dog Bella went here for bathing,doggy daycare and onboarding. She has been around multiple dogs and she enjoys playing!! Literally will play until she drops! One of the individuals who works there also has a dog and daycare and to my understanding they did not get along. I was not provided with the details and I was informed that Bella would not be a good fit. I followed up to receive more information and was not provided with anything more than we do not feel this is a good fit. I spoke with my vet, Dr. Beer (he's at Care Pet clinic in Olde Town East and phenomenal by the way and always patient with Bella who is excited to see him!) who actially likes doggy den and is familiar with my dog since she was 8 weeks and he was higly suprised. Due to her being lovable and a bursts of energy. This was a new place for Bella and I think just like people take time. Dogs take time to get comfortable with new places. Bella did demonstrate some anxiety but in my opinion that is normal especially with new people and new dogs. But who am I? I am just a social worker. I think the transition wasn't very professional but it happens especially within smaller businesses. I would've appreciated more information and specifics so that I could better assist my dog and find a better fit. Due to traveling a lot she was previously staying with Doggy World who does an in home boarding and we have never had any problems but when this option closed I began to search for other options. Bella was at the Doggy den approximately 2 months. I was highly upset when I was informed my dog had been caged for most of her stay and I am sure this is why she was anxious!! Bella roams free and has not been caged in almost 2 years and especially to be left for a period of time. I understand time outs are necessary but as I stated little information was provided and I was already feeling a little iffy due to feeling like Bella was caged during doggy daycare one day due to her being ready to leave with lots of energy still. Not like her usual self ready to relax after a day of play. So when she called and said she didnt think it was a good fit. I left work to go get my Bella.

Last Wednesday my dog, Trace, was hurt while under the care of “The Doggy Den” When I picked him up, he had a visible limp. He appeared to be uncomfortable. Nothing was said to me so I assumed he was simply tired but decided to keep an eye on him. On Thursday morning, I woke up to him crying while walking to his water bowl. His limp was worse. He would only walk about 5 feet and need to lay down. He refused to come to me, even with a treat. I called a friend who advised me to keep an eye on him and see if he gets better throughout the day. Around noon the same day I remoted into my security cameras and found him in the same condition as before. I tried calling doggy den to see if something happened that I was unaware of. I was told every single manager was busy and was assured I would get a call back. By 2pm I remoted back in to him a dozen times but this time he would not get off the couch. He would not get up. I left work and had it set I was taking him to an ER vet. He did not greet me at the door like he normally does. He still did not move from that couch. I had to carry my 75lb dog to my vehicle and lift him in the back. While waiting on X-rays I texted someone at his daycare asking if there are safety issues that I was not made aware of. What they advised me is disgusting. They have also sent a video of the owner himself kicking a dog. Trace has a soft tissue injury. It is the equivalent of a sprained ankle. He is on pain meds and is to Rest for 2 weeks. It is not as severe as a break. But is damaging. I still had not received a call back from doggy den and my calls were now going unanswered. I FBI’d into getting the owners personal cell phone number. I have included texts, videos. I have audio recordings that will not upload. This company, and the owner himself has questioned IF trace was hurt at all. I didn’t not wake up and decide to spend $1k at a vet suddenly. I cannot fake X-rays. He doubted my texts/calls and has refused to show me camera footage from the day in question. He is only offering snippets of what he feels applies to me. I am not driving across town to look at snippets on your phone. If I go there, it will be with a subpoena to review all 10 hour of footage. If you have ever met Trace, you will quickly learn how lovable and playful he is. He will run outside 24/7 if you allow him to. He does not run out of energy. It will take him days of constant playing to exhaust him. This is something that should have been quickly picked up on. This should not have gone unnoticed. This company is to not be trusted. If you are in the Columbus area, I would highly advise you go ANYWHERE else.

Our dogs have been coming here since Kris first opened. No kennel/prisons, just lots of love and fun for every dog. When our beloved Henry died, they even made us an album of his days with them. I can’t imagine taking our pups anywhere else.

We have checked out several dog daycares throughout the city and we love the Doggy Den! The staff is great! We feel good knowing our beloved fur baby is well taken care of during each visit. They have a safe outdoor area for the pups to play. Hanz has been going weekly to play with his friends for over a year and half. We are grateful to have a trusted place for our pup to play. Bad

This is an awesome place. The facility is super clean and the staff genuinely cares about your dog. It's more than money for them, it's a passion. If you want to feel safe and secure about the care of your pet this is the place!!

Started taking our two pups there last month. They both are very excited when we pull in for drop off and are exhausted when it comes time to go home. Highly recommend , the staff is excellent!

What a great place for grooming!!!! Unfortunately, our groomer passed away this year. He had been our groomer for 30 + years. Our 14 year old Bitzi (toy poodle) loved being with him. We tried a new groomer and Bitzi was not happy! She would shake and fought us when leaving her. We were told about Doggy Den from an acquaintance. We took her in to meet them and she took to them right away! Made an appointment! She went for her appointment and we were so please and so was Bitzi!! Recommend them very highly!! 5 star place! They really care about your furbabies!

My pup had her first ever day at day care today and I’m not sure she could have been happier (please see the attached first day photos)! When I walked in to pick her up, it was a different set of workers from when I dropped her off, but when I said my pups name they immediately said, “oh she is so precious …” so I thought it was sweet that they knew exactly who she was! They were so kind and understanding about her being a little anxious for her first day, and told me about how they’ll let her hang out by herself to get used to the sounds and smells, and slowly introduce more dogs one by one until she’s warmed up to the pack. I was also surprised by how inexpensive it is! We immediately did the new camper special and can’t wait to go back!

I love Camp Bow Wow and most importantly so does my dog. Indoor area as well as outdoor area divided up by ages and sizes good hours good staff good place. Most importantly when he gets home he's pooped!

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. We love the all in one pricing that includes all day play in day care when boarding our pup. And of course the app and cameras! Being able to sneak a peak at all the fun is comforting while we are away.

My son has taken his dog here for a very long time. I never had been there until yesterday. Very nice place now I know why his dog, Obie loves going there so much. Nice to know that he is taken very good care of! He is a very special dog to all of us, including"Grandma"

We’ve been bringing our dog to day camp at the grandview location for a little over two years and check in on the live cams. The last few times she went, we haven’t been impressed with her experience. First off, this location is always booked up/full so you’re lucky if there’s availability just for a half day. When we can finally get her in, there’s way too many large dogs crammed into such a small space and there’s no room for the dogs to run around and play whatsoever. We’ve noticed other “play areas” are completely empty at those times so why are the areas not opened up to give the dogs more space? The whole point in bringing our dog to day camp (and I’m sure it’s the same reason for other owners) is so she can get out of the house and burn some energy, play, etc. The next issue we’ve had is that our dog is scared / doesn’t know how to go through the curtain panels to the outdoor area, so in the 6 hours she’s there she’s not able to go potty. Every time we pick her up she runs outside and practically pees on the sidewalk. We’ve asked twice that one of the workers could show her how to go through the curtains or kind of walk her through them (since owners aren’t allowed in the area). We watched the live cams those times we asked and that did not happen. The people who work there are always very friendly toward us and our dog, but we’re a bit disappointed in the last few experiences.

I am very impressed with how the staff really gets know dogs personalities and cares for them!

I have used CBW multiple times and always had a happy dog at the end of a stay! Love seen by my dog on the webcams. The one time there was a questionable interaction between dogs the manager called me and was very transparent and apologetic. I’ve never second guessed having a trustworthy place to board my dog!

My girls love coming to camp! I like that I can check on them through the pup-cams during the day and they come home happy and tired! We have them bathed regularly at camp as well and the shampoo they use smells great. Kathy, the manager, was so accommodating when I needed to plan to bring the girls at an unknown date around the birth of our child also. The only thing I would love to add to their experience at camp is camera options for the overnight facilities and dog beds or raised cots for the play areas. One of our girls is a giant breed and approaching her geriatric years and we worry that so many hours standing on concrete without the option of a comfy bed will force us to limit her camp days soon. Overall, I trust the staff and have enjoyed our time at Camp Bow Wow Grandview.

My dogs love camping at Camp Bow Wow and I love the fact that the staff is very thorough - ensuring that my dogs are safe and happy during their stay. The cameras located throughout the facility also provide extra peace of mind while we watch our dogs having fun with other dogs and enjoying their stay. Absolutely LOVE All Paws Retreat. I moved to Columbus & have 2 dogs and no where I looked provided the services or had the community that All Paws Retreat has. Alec met my dogs for the first time and they instantly loved him & I was so comfortable leaving them there. They all treat my boys like their own every single time & update me on every thing. One of my dogs has a sensitive stomach & they keep an eye on that for me & let me know as soon as they know if he’s going through one of his spells. Since my dogs are psycho they even help me get them in and out of my car without hesitation, or me having to ask. Tara, the trainer, trains my basset hound & sends videos and updates of his progress. The employees are always so so nice & know my dogs’ names as soon as they walk in, and my dogs love them all ❤️ I will never go anywhere else with my dogs.

Thank you All Paw Retreat for taking such great care of our fur babies! We loved being able to see them playing with their furry friends on the video cameras. Our little ones were worn out from their overnight stay, but the staff was so friendly and kept us in the loop on how they were doing. We felt totally comfortable leaving our pups in their care. And to top it off, we even received pictures and report cards 😄 of them during their stay and grooming. We will definitely be bringing our pups back to All Paw Retreat and highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you for everything!

They did such an amazing job on my little rescue dog! He was in desperate need of a grooming after he was found wandering the streets. So happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this place! They took great care of him and they were able to fit us in!

All Paws is everything I wanted in a daycare for my dog Evie. This is my first time taking a pup of mine to daycare and i was so hesitant and nervous at first. But after going the first day, I will never go anywhere else. The staff was so kind and understanding about my worries (my girl is a clumsy tripod and i was worried about other dogs being too rough and jumping on her) and they fit her with the perfect play group. I love being able to see what she is doing and I love the photos the staff takes of her, they are always so cute and silly. The price is affordable and they also offer so many add ons to give your pup one on one time and offer fun activities. Right when i walk in, they remember Evie and always give her the best welcome. Highly recommend!

My family can’t speak highly enough of All Paws. Our dog is silly and adorable, but also mischievous, and at times stubborn and moody. We didn’t think he could fit in anywhere after a negative experience with another daycare. When we brought him to All Paws they welcomed him with open arms and found him a friend group he thrives with. I knew they were special when we got a text on vacation that our boy was having a rough day and being removed from play group. We were afraid it was a repeat of his last experience until we received photos of him enjoying one-on-one enrichment time with the staff and getting absolutely loved on. They know each dog’s strengths and weaknesses and find a way to meet them where they are at each day. His “rough days” are few and far between after training with Tara who made an incredible difference in his behavior at daycare and at home. He lights up when it’s time to go “see his friends” at All Paws and we couldn’t ask for anything else.

All Paws truly is a second family for my dogs. We have been taking them there for 4+ years, and get as excited for "daycare" as they do for "walks"! Their facilities are top notch, their rates for boarding and daycare are fair, you can watch your dogs on livestream, get the best daycare photos, and you cannot beat the staff. They made a point to get to know my dogs as well as I know them, and truly treat them as their own. If you are looking for a top notch team to give your dog the same love you do, look no further than the team at All Paws!

We are very picky with dog daycares and All Paws Retreat checks all the boxes. They have several rooms, outside areas, wonderful staff, and a really nice environment among the dogs. They know our dog well and seem to know their dogs individually. We feel great with him there and enjoy watching him on the cameras and seeing his report card with several photos in the evening after a daycare day! He absolutely loves it there and we feel great about what he’s learning, the fun atmosphere, and his safety.

First time in for spa services. I’ve tried for years to be consistent with at home nail trims but I finally decided to leave it to pros. The online process takes a minute but now they have all the info on my two terriers which makes me feel confident that they truly want my dogs to be safe and happy! We went for nail trims and sanitary cuts and were in and out in 10 minutes and the dogs were not stressed at all. Even picked up their favorite Nylabone chews which was a bonus! We will be regulars from here out

I have 2 needy pups that don't particularly love daycare, but it is inevitable some times. Today was their intro day at All Paws, prior to the dogs entering a play group we met with the manager, Alec. After discussing my pups behaviors and spending some time with my dogs, he decided which group would be best for them. He was very infomative regarding how the daycare runs and offered reassurance about managing my pups (and my) anxieties. He updated me by text about halfway through their day and gave me more info when I arrived to pick them up. At pick up, they gifted us a cutie little bag with their picture and a ball/treats! The customer service/marketing appears to be top notch. My only concerns are the play group my babies were placed in does not have an outdoor potty area or potty breaks. Which means they just poop and pee as they please in their play area. My youngest puppy tends to have accidents after extended stays when he isn't offered potty breaks. They also informed me they only provide 1 staff for up to 35 "tea cup" dogs. While my babies did just fine today, I know they would prefer more human interaction during longer stays. At this point, All Paws appears to be a fantastic option for doggy daycare.

I took my puppy for his first day of daycare today and he had a BLAST. Alec was so welcoming and informative and i definitely felt like I could trust them with my pet. I also love that there are webcams where I can watch my pup play; and they also take pictures during the day! Already made my reservation for tomorrow! — Updating this because I just picked up the happiest pup from daycare. We have been coming weekly since Feb and Moscow adores it there, to the point he sits and whines at the door if anyone accidentally says daycare instead of spelling it out. We go for grooming, daycare, and boarding and they truly are the best. No matter what here’s there for, I feel so comfortable leaving him in their care, and I know they love on him like their own. Also, obsessed with the daily pictures, whoever takes them, know that you make my day every single day. Can’t say enough good things or recommend enough!!!! Breanna brought my 2 dogs to and from my wedding and stayed the night with them afterward. She was absolutely incredible!! My dogs are my babies so I’m always so nervous leaving them with anyone, but I felt comfortable with Breanna from the beginning of our meet and greet! She safely transported our dogs, took great care of them, and provided lots of photos and updates. I’m so grateful that we got to have our dogs with us on our wedding day. She was also helpful in getting them to pose for pictures. We’ll definitely be contacting Breanna for any pet sitting needs in the future, I’d highly recommend!!

Breanna is such a gift! We met her early in my pup's life, and she's been so patient both with crazy puppy behavior but also with my constant worrying about her. She "gets" my doggo, she has so much fun when Breanna visits, I think they have the same playful nature. When my dog was injured and we had to be away, Breanna provided a safe and calm visit and gave her plenty of love and calming pets. I love the reports and pictures of their activities together, it makes being away so much easier. She's also taken some beautiful photos of my dog that are truly frame worthy!

Breanna is amazing ! We have a Lab which weighs 120 pounds, a cat and chickens. She sends the best pictures of Thor, I can tell he is having so much fun. We allways have peace of mind when we go on vacation and know that everything is taken care of. Bree is the best fit for Thor and us.
