This was our first time using Trusted House/Pet Sitters and having Dee and Dave look after our 12yo Kelpie, Lexi was such a great experience!! From our initial phone call and messages before the sit, we straight away sensed Dee and Dave’s warm and caring personalities. We felt so much at ease leaving Lexi with them for the weekend. Lexi settled so quickly! and we know she was very spoilt with cuddles, lots of ball play (her fave) and company as they included her in their days. Dee shared some cute photos of Lexi over the weekend and kept us updated with her activities. We came home to a very content (and a little tired from all the spoils) pup 🐶🤗and a lovely clean home with linen done which wasn’t expected but such a nice surprise, thank you! The special gift we found on our return just melted our hearts ❤️ Thank you so much Dee and Dave. It was lovely to meet you and we and Lexi would really love you to visit us again when you can XOXO

Susie and Gary are a great sitting team! We left them to care for our home and pets for 6 weeks while we went to South America. It was the longest sit we had ever had so we were happy that we felt so comfortable leaving our pets with them. They arrived the day before our departure so that we could acquaint them with our pets, home and property. Our pets include a very senior dog so it was important for us to know that she would be in really good hands. We couldn't have asked for any better care for her and for all of them. Susie and Gary were very much in tune with our old girl and kept us in the loop as to how she was doing. I really have to stress that we were nervous to be leaving her for so long at her advanced age but once we met Susie and Gary, we felt completely comfortable that all would be well and it was! On our return, they met us at the airport with our car and we had a quick lunch and update as they were flying home later that same day. We arrived home and were met by happy and healthy pets and an immaculate house. I know they had to be up very early in the morning to accomplish this due to the time of our flight arrival so we truly appreciated this. We would recommend Susie and Gary in a heartbeat. As happy as our pets were to see us return, I think they are also missing them. They were their people for 6 weeks! These two are real pros at sitting and provide top notch care giving you a worry free vacation. Thank you Susie and Gary!

I wish I could give them a 10 star review. From the minute they walked in the door the dogs fell in love with them. They were so lovely. Unfortunately while i was gone there was a medical emergency with the dogs (no fault of Triv or Charel). They were amazing with the dogs. They went to the Vet with my sister in law, asked all the right questions of the vet, managed all the pill and kept me updated on their recovery. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. HIGHLY recommend them.

This is the second time we’ve had Dereta and Hugh as housesitters. They are a delightful, caring couple and they are very professional and conscientious. Again they did a wonderful job housesitting for us and taking beautiful care of our two elderly dogs . Our very needy poodle cross even bonded particularly well with Dereta. Communication was great with photos of them having a wonderful time. It was very reassuring knowing our dogs and home were in such good care while we were away. Rhia is an absolute pro when it comes to housesitting - if you are lucky enough to book her you will most likely pick up a few tips and tricks! Rhia is also very adaptable and relaxed - we had a big delivery arrive at the house while we were away and Rhia took care of it with grace and good humour. Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments.
