We were looking for a place to take my 5 year old golden retriever so that we could go on vacation. She is not very socialized because we adopted her right before the pandemic. We set up a meet and greet to see how she would do with the staff etc. The staff are very nice and the building was very clean and modern. She did great with the staff but then she was just placed in a large room with a bunch of other dogs and she couldn’t handle it. It’s not their fault that she is so shy and scared but I didn’t like how she was just put in this room where she was obviously uncomfortable and just left to defend herself. She wasn’t attacked or anything but the other dogs were just all up in her face and she had nowhere to go to get space. They said some dogs can be this way and it gets better after time but I just felt really bad for her. I ended up taking her to another place where they keep the dogs separate and she was much happier. I don’t recommend this place if your dog is not socialized or scared of other dogs. If your dog is ok with other dogs, I would give them a try. I thought the place was nice and the staff was friendly.

I like the environment of Dogtopia and the employees are caring, friendly, and they keep the rooms clean. However, I can’t drop my doggies off for social interaction until after 2 PM when the whole day doggies are let out from their naps at noon. I just wished I could get a complete half day of doggy daycare for what I’m charged for.

Dogtopia is worth gold. I have a puppy who is the most challenging dog I have owned due to her having excessive energy and she has anxiety. She cannot sleep through the night unless I take her to Dogtopia. This includes when i take her to the dog park or puppy kindergarden she does not sleep through the night. On only our second time coming to Dogtopia, my puppy knew where she was and was extremely excited. I was told about another local place and when I called they were cheaper. However, Dogtopia screens the dogs for temperment and if a dog is not friendly from my understanding they do not stay. The other place keeps all dogs and just provides time outs. With my puppy already being anxious I want to be sure she only has positive experiences. It is worth the few extra dollars to bring her to Dogtopia. Also, they have events for the dogs on different days such as lick art, bubble baths, etc. The cameras help me keep on eye on my puppy and I am very grateful for Dogtopia.

Our dog Max loves it at Dogtopia. He plays hard and comes home exhausted (which says a lot for a husky). We appreciate that we can watch him on camera throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with our over-all experience at Dogtopial

I dont recommend going here because they mainly have the dogs pee anywhere inside and after taking my 1.5 year old dog there a couple of times she was peeing on the carpets in my house after never doing that since being housebroken as a puppy. So i spent a couple weeks and a couple hundred dollars including professional help to try to get the pee out of the carpet and have had to retrain her again. Everyone was super nice here and seemed to be good with the dogs however. Its just not a good business policy to have them pee inside but thats how they have it set up there. Was iffy about it off the bat and was told dont worry it wont make them pee inside your house caus its like the dog park here and obviously i should have not tried that because it was not true

Dogtopia is the best! They do so many fun activities for the pups and you can tell the staff really loves them! My dog gets so excited when we walk in that he forgets I exist and runs straight to the staff to go back and play! The onsite spa services are so convenient—I love being able to drop him off for a play day (or a weekend) and pick him up with a fresh bath! Having access to the webcam is great—I love being able to check on him and see him having a great time playing with his friends while I’m away!

This group of people love your animals! It's clear from the minute you walk in and they already know you and your pup after the first day. Great value, hours; care, socialization, services and exercise for Ruby!

Dogtopia is the highlight of Benard’s week! As soon as I say “do you want to go see friends?” He flies to the car and starts crying in excitement when we pull into the parking lot. I take him for a few hours once a week to be around other dogs and have no reservations in knowing he is being so well taken care of. All of the staff are warm, wonderful, and welcoming; the facility is clean and well equipped; and Bernard loves it. I cannot recommend them enough!

We love it so far, our dog loves to go and she, being a energetic ball of fur has had great experience being with other dogs. The price is good and we love the fact we can bring her for half days or full days. The people there are great and caring.

We love Dogtopia daycare. They have taken great care of little moose for the last year & he has made lots of friends in his time there.

Wonderful !! Experience.!!...Mandy and her husband are the Best people I have ever met who has a Doggie Spa and Boading Place for Your furry littlefriends... it was my first time with both my little doggies and I can tell they really loved it at Paw Palace. I would really recommend this place to anyone ..the owner went above & beyond to help me while I was in the hospital I had no car and her husband came to my house to pick them up for me and returned them to me when I got out., they even got there nails trimmed..Ìd say that really speaks volume for Paw Palace. Thank you all at Paw Palace !! ...

They did an absolute wonderful job on my F1B Mini Golden doodle Neveah. Very polite very clean place and loved on her so much. It was the first time she’s ever been to the groomer as she is still a puppy and is showing no signs of being afraid. I will definitely be taking her back and the price is Fantastic and affordable Thank You for doing such a great job on my baby girl.

Dog got kennel cough from here and I was not told about it when I got there or even after I left. My other dog that was at home got it too and now both are sick and a hefty vet bill.

The facility was beautiful and clean. We've boarded our pup there twice now and both times have been great experiences. Our dog, Jack, comes home happy and well taken care of!

First time coming here and it was an amazing experience for my puppy. They were so kind and nice to her and made her look adorable..I plan to be back with Ms. Brownie. Thanks again ladies.

This was our first time using a boarding facility. It was great to see that our Lottie was loved by everyone at Paw Palace as if she was one of their own. Lottie will be back from time to time so that she can visit with all her new friends. Thanks so much for the love you have for animals.

Mandy is the sweetest person that you can imagine. The only thing I would be worried about is not getting my dog back, because she loves each one as if they are her own. I honestly could go back to where the dogs are and be able to eat off of the floor it is so clean. The amount of time and effort that she puts into the business and your pet is wild. I can think of numerous times when I needed someone to watch my dogs and even when she knew that she was packed she would try EVERY way possible to try to make it work. She is such an amazing person! It’s up to you if you want to take your fur babies to someone that will leave them in a tiny cage the whole time or take them to Mandy and you will be assured they are getting snuggled and loved and exercise!

We love it at PPB! They are so caring and attentive to our boy! I never worry when he's there. Mandie is so easy to work with, and the rest of the staff is very friendly!

I was very nervous about leaving my dogs, Ruby (GSD) and Baloo (labadoodle) someplace. From the minute I walked into the door, I was reassured that they would be taken care of. The owner, and the worker connected with both dogs quickly. I could see that they were going to be very well taken care of while I was gone, and I was not disappointed. They sent me pictures, and updates on how they were doing while I was gone. I definitely recommend Paw Palace to anyone looking for an amazing dog boarding experience for their dogs. The prices are very reasonable, and not too expensive. Thank you so much for taking care of them while I was gone.

There's no other pet services l trust other than Alissa. My cat Stormy is not the friendliest. When I had no one to watch Stormy due to his behavior Alissa took the challenge. The first couple of days Stormy was not a fan and was very vocal about his mom leaving him. I got photos and updates everyday. When it came to me picking up Stormy I can't believe how well behaved he was. He was letting Alissa pet him and was even loving on her. I went on another trip not even 3 weeks later and Stormy gave no issues with Alissa this time around. She's truly worth it. The knowledge, professionalism, and love she has for all animals gives me the biggest peace of mind. I truly can't recommend this business enough.

I had a great experience with this place. I have taken my dogs to other places, but feel good about leaving them with Ken. He sent pictures, updates, and a report card home with both of my dogs when I picked them up. One of my dogs requires eye drops, so I was a little worried, but Ken put me at ease by messaging me to let me know how he did with the drops. This place feels like home, with couches for the dogs to lay on, and toys to play with. It is clean and they have free space to play outside. My dogs will be going here again.

It's so nice to know that your dog will be able to play and run around like when they are at home and not confined to a cage. They have a bed and couch and TV and toys all for the dogs. It was also nice to get pictures of our dog while away on vacation!

Absolutely awesome! Our dog has stayed there the last 2 years and our newest stayed there this year also while we were away on vacation and everything has always gone over very smooth. I highly recommend Big Dogs.

I used to take Vader when he was a puppy to this place and I love it! But I move to Florida and I haven't find a place like this one!

Great facility and experience all around. Easy check in and check out process at scheduled time. Very clean, friendly and super caring of our adult dog. We have used Thunder Valley many times and always have a great experience.

I boarded my 2 beagle girls here. I felt comfortable leaving them for 3 days plan on boarding here again. I personally loved the part where they are taken outside to get exercised. I also have one that needs her medication twice a day.

Thank you for taking on our little pack! It was their first time being boarded and they enjoyed it. It certainly eased our minds that they were safe and well cared for!! Absolutely awesome place!! Recommend to me by a friend 14 years ago. I have absolutely no complaints. Latecia goes above and beyond. About 7 years ago we moved an hour away. I still happily drive an hour to kennel my dog here.

First time ever boarding our German Shepherd and English Mastiff. Did our research for local kennels and so very happy we picked Thunder Valley. Pricing was amazing! Answered any question we had, facilities were well kept and our dogs came home happy and healthy!

This is the BEST kennel I’ve found. The dogs get to play outside with other dogs of similar size 3 times a day, which is unheard of at most kennels. They also have a special room for cats that has a window for them to sit in. My senior cat wasn’t eating at first and they tried different foods until they got her eating. Both of my “kids” came home happy and healthy! Will definitely use them again!

We boarded our two labs here while visiting family across the country. They were great about giving our older lab her medicine. Our dogs were in great shape and happy when we picked them up!

This was our first time boarding our dogs and it will be the last. The staff is very nice but I am so disappointed to find out our dogs were sick while in the kennel. They never called to inform us and didn’t even bother to tell us when we picked them up. They also gave medication without even asking or telling. If we would’ve known they were sick we could have scheduled a vet appointment but instead had to spend thousands of dollars going to an emergency clinic on a Saturday for an overnight stay to save both of our dogs lives.

My partner and I have been bringing our dogs here for 6 years or so. We adore this kennel -- and our dogs do too. They come home happy, not stressed. They are always excited to return, too! The space is so clean, and Latecia and the staff are kind and professional. You can tell they genuinely love dogs! We know our dogs are in the best hands while we travel, and that peace of mind is priceless. I am so so glad I discovered this place.

Thunder Valley is the best. My dog loves it there and looks forward to visiting. I would recommend this for boarding to all dogs large medium and small. I've never left my cats but I wouldn't hesitate if my cat sitter wasn't available.

Hattie’s was a HUGE lifesaver for me!! My dog was scheduled to be boarded elsewhere and upon dropping him off on my way to the airport it was in the middle of an active fire & I had to find a different place. On Sunday morning Hattie’s was the only one open and took him in with open arms!!! Hattie’s was amazing with taking my nervous phone calls to check on him while I was gone. He came home & crashed so he clearly had a great time! Will 100% use them in the future!!

My fur baby LOVES coming here to play while his humans are away. The staff is fantastic and take great care of all the doggies. He plays SO hard and always comes home tired, but ready to go back.

I really feel good about leaving my Sophie here. They take such good care of her and she gets to play and play with other dogs her size. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It's also clean and fairly priced.

We take our dog Memphis here quite a bit. All we have to say is Hattie's and she is running to grab her leash and harness. She loves it here both boarding and daycare! We can't say enough about this place. Between the friendly staff and all the tail wags, we recommend trying them out!

I don't like to board my fur baby often, but when I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else other than Hattie's. I have taken 3 of my dogs over the years to Hattie's, including our most recent fur baby who we adopted in 2023, as well as my 2 late beagles. The staff is wonderful with our little man, who has separation anxiety and sometimes gets nervous around other dogs (but he's improving!). You can tell they have the dogs' best interests in mind. The peace of mind that I get with boarding my dog here is worth every penny. And the mission of Hattie Larlham makes choosing to board my dog here, rather than other facilities in the area, a no-brainer. Keep up the great work, Hattie's!

Our dog Ruby loves going there and every time we do the staff loves on her. You can tell they love to take care of all the dogs there. They just had a dog Christmas party and got ice cream.

I called and the staff are super disrespectful and unprofessional. She told me she didn’t have time to inform me on the steps to take to enroll my poodle because she has “better things to do like take care of this overload of a dog show” when I I tried to say I’m interested she literally told me “we’re not interested go somewhere else” and hung up the phone. You guys definitely need better staff , and if you’re not interested in boarding dogs you should change your business.

We love bringing our puppy here to wear her out. Much more importantly, the pup loves it. We boarded the pup here a few times and she’s always excited to come back. And they love her too. She’s always met with open arms!

Wish I could give it a zero. My dog who has had zero issues with other dogs was taken for a temperment test. After less than 30 minutes, I received a phone call that they will not be able to keep her because of dog aggression. They claimed that in that 30 minutes, they had attempted 3-4 dog "rooms" with her. I'm going to bet there was zero chance for the dog to decompress during this short time. The woman who called said my dog was wonderful with people, but then in the next sentence said that she was fearful for her staff's safety with her. And then specifically mentioned my dog is bad with Goldens. So strange since my dog plays with a Golden down the street off leash. She has also gone to PetSmart pet training with zero issues with dogs and is boarded with other dogs when we are on vacation with no issues. This all leads me to believe that this business has no idea how to introduce dogs who may be a bit skittish to other dogs. If your dog is not a "perfect" dog, do not go here. Oh, and the staff member's demeanor on the call leads me to believe that my dog will have very little care unless I go get her now (which my husband is doing). She said they will basically put her in a room with water because of the danger she poses to staff. Absolutely unbelievable. I'm so sorry we drove 30 minutes for out dog to have somme time with other dogs.

Our pup had an excellent experience at Hatties! The staff are so friendly, professional and give you peace of mind. We got awesome updates when we checked in with them. Our Myles came home exhausted from playing with all of his new friends! Definitely recommend this place... its a step above the rest!

Our labradoodle had the best stay at Bright and Beautiful! The owners have an obvious love for animals and the facility is exceptionally clean. Our dog was happy and balanced when we picked her up. I highly recommend Bright and Beautiful in Carrollton. They exceeded our expectations!

Very happy to board our working line German Shepherds here. Super nice facility. Left our dogs in their care for the third time recently and will do so again the next time we travel and can't take them with us.

I brought my 5 month old labradoodle puppy here for an assessment. I was so happy with the staff, everyone is so kind. My puppy came home ready to take a nap. She had so much fun. She will be going regularly for daycare. Having an app to make reservations/ cameras to check on my puppy is awesome! Highly recommend.

Tucker loves the days he gets to go play at tails in the city!! He always has the best time there and knows right when we turn on the road that’s it’s located on.I trust very few people with my baby and I definitely trust them! They all know tucker by his name as soon as we walk in the door and they even have cameras you can spy on your dog to make sure they are having fun and playing!

Tails Inn the City is amazing! My dog Pete has pretty bad separation anxiety, but they are so patient with him and extremely sweet. I don’t worry about leaving him for doggy daycare because I know he is in such good hands. I love this place and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!!

Brought my dog in several times for daycare and never had any issues. However, I used their boarding services for a week and was disgusted. My dog has been socialized in different environments as I worked in vet med. I wrote out a letter outlining his behavior, items left with him, and directions for getting hold of me and letting my brother visit him. I called in a few times to check on my dog and was told he was doing well. My brother stopped to see him and was told he wasn’t allowed, even though I cleared this with the owner and staff before boarding! I picked up my dog a day early and found him to have lost 3lbs! His ribs were showing! He also had raw, bloody paw pads from licking. When I asked about this behavior and why this wasn’t brought up when I called I was told that he ate his food and that no one noticed his paw pads. All I can recommend is that the owner needs to train the staff better and take less boarders if it’s too hard to keep an eye on them. Now I have two dogs and have to find a new daycare/boarding facility, but now I’m paranoid that another facility will do the same as Tails Inn.

We have been taking our Golden Retriever to Tails for daycare/boarding for about a year now and they have been awesome. You do need to call well in advance and I often like to call and confirm our reservation shortly before our trip, but they have been great with our pup. He is always super tired from playing all week/weekend and we love that they offer webcam access so we can watch him play! Thanks, Tails, for loving our pet like we do!

We had a very positive experience with Tails R Waggin! We were in from out of town with our 10 mos old dog and had contacted prior to our trip to arrange for daycare. The staff (especially Sarah) were all very polite and helpful! They worked with us and made the registration process easy. Our dog was there the entire day and had a great time! The staff was great and the cost was very reasonable! Highly recommend using them if you can and we will next time we are in Canton!

Tails Inn the City is amazing. If you are looking to board your pup or just daycare this place is amazing. We have left our dog here for 2 several long vacations and both times he has been tired and happy when we have picked him up. We also use their daycare services which are especially useful in the cold winter months when we can't get him out to exercise as much. When I check in on him on the cameras he is always running and playing and the staff is always taking excellent care of our Bailey. They give our family the peace of knowing that they are caring for Bailey just as we would at home.

I've been taking my 2 year old German Shepherd, Annabelle, here for daycare for about 6 months now. She loves it here! She's always excited to come to daycare, and she's exhausted and content when I pick her up. She has a ton of energy and can be a lot to deal with, but we never have any issues here. It's a great way to get her energy out and entertain her while I'm at work. It's nice that they have cameras that let you check in on them too. The owners and staff are all friendly and professional. I feel like they really watch the dogs and care about them. Highly recommend!

Took my pup here today for an evaluation. The place was clean, fhe people friendly, and the way they discussed how the days and structure work here were amazing. Learning about this place was a welcome change to the routine. I am excited about this doggie daycare, and hope to be a member here. From the little I have seen of this place so far, I am extremely pleased!

This is a great place to take your dog for daycare. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. They have very flexible hours which is great when you are dropping off your dog before work. They have an app with video feed that allows you to check on your dog during the day. My dog runs and plays here all day and comes home very well exercised and very tired.
