This was the first time I had a sitter at my home. Unlike most members, I don't have a pet, but a large garden. I wanted my first sitter to have good reviews from others. Marcus had great reviews, so we spoke on the phone, and I eventually I invited him to sit for me. Marcus seemed like a great guy, but not much of a gardener. He didn't seem to follow my instructions, and I eventually had someone else come to water and pick the veggies so they didn't rot on the plants. I take much of the blame, as I just assumed taking care of a large garden was second nature. I need to write more detailed instructions in my welcome book, and research my applicants a little better.

I truly cannot even tell she was here and that made coming home after a long travel day so much easier. She was communicative every step of the way and provided daily updates on our cat with photos. Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

I could not have asked for a better first time sitter experience! Terry & Vinnie were absolutely wonderful people. They took stellar care of my beloved pets and my home. Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!

David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. I needed to board my dog for a weekend trip and the vet I usually board with was booked. Bobby took good care of my dog. He allowed me to drop off earlier than I would have at the vet as well as picking up on the weekend. I really appreciated that it was more casual and felt like my dog would be taken care at someone’s home rather than at a clinic where he might not get as much attention. Will definitely use Bobby again.
Bobby’s pet boarding was great! My fur baby was well feed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Bobby’s pet boarding to anyone who has a need and wants a safe and great place to leave there fur babies!
It was such a relief to be able to leave my 3 dogs at a home where they would get more attention and play time. They came back happy and I didn’t have to worry about them being well taken care of while I was gone! And the fact that they will pick up and bring back your pets is AWESOME!! Will definitely use them again!

I have 2 big dogs that needed to be boarded for 4 nights. My usual boarding place had no availability but Mr. Bobby accommodated our boarding in a fast, simple and very professional manner helping us boarding in less than 5 days. All was needed was a proof of up to date vaccinations and small amount of paperwork filled out online. During our trip to Texas, I asked Bobby about dogs' well being. He sent us a video of them with an update. As we attempted to return on scheduled day, we had to wait till next day because of a tornado storm. I texted Bobby and he allowed us to extend another night. We picked up our dogs without any issues. The process overall was a lot better than going through a vet clinic with boarding. I would recommend Bobby to all and will keep using his services every time!
I would recommend people to take their fur babies to Bobby. He done excellent with my fur baby and kept me updated anytime I messaged him. I will definitely be having him to watch her from here on out when we go on vacation.
Left our bully with Bobby for the weekend. He sent us pictures and reassured how happy our pup was during his stay. Very professional and caring. We opted for a bath before pick up which was a nice touch. Worth every penny!

If I could give 0 🌟 I sure would. Pls if you are looking to board your animals do research, ask questions, and check for yourself to see where and who will be tending to your animal. I left my Great Pyrenees at this place and it was the worst choice I've ever made for my girl. She was held in a crate and did not do well in it at all. The workers nor the owners never told me that things had gotten to the point they did I was told my dogs nose was raw where she was rubbing against the cage to get out. I wasn't told she has cuts and marks scratches cuts all over her face. I wasn't told to come after her. I was sent 1 pic of her I message every day n checked on her it would take hours before id even get a response. Just be careful who u let take care of your animals.
I HIGHLY recommend for boarding. I kept my dog there 3 days, and am completely satisfied. The ladies are so nice, and they accommodated all of my dog's several "quirks." 5 stars from me.
Do they deserve 1 star? Left my dog fir 5 hours. Had to call them to check that that had taken care of her. "Yes ma'am " . When I picked. Her up she had not been groomed at all. Not bathed, de shed, or nails clipped. Do they deserve 1 star?
I made a boarding appointment for my girls and was given a time to drop them off today. When I arrived the place was closed and no one was there or even answered my calls or texts. We had travel plans so I had to make other boarding arrangements for them. No one yet has even responded to offer any explanations as to why they were not there to receive my dogs. This is not a good way to keep or do business. I am very disappointed.
Great employees. Took all types of notes on my dogs health issues. He get ear infections if water gets in his ears so I think they put cotton in them but then didn't go back and clean them with a wet cloth like my previous groomer did. I'm not sure if they ground his nails either.
We took our yorkie and great Dane here to be groomed. Both turned out great and seemed happy when we picked them up. Our yorkie is typically difficult to groom, but still turned out great! Will definitely be using them again.
Connie is not only a highly talented, not to mention affordable, groomer... She is also the kindest soul you'll ever meet. Her love and compassion for not only the dogs but also their owners is a rare thing!
The groomer was late for my Zoom Groom appointment but compensated by removing the upcharge for the Zoom Groom. She handled my senior dog well and did a good job on his haircut. We will be back.
I took Rufio for a play day while I had a long work day. I misplaced my keys and could not find them in enough time to pick him up. They were very patient and helpful. He ended up being boarded overnight and they were very understanding.

What an awesome comfortable environment to leave your pet. My puppy stayed with Mrs. Brenda for a week over the Thanksgiving Holiday and he thrived while there. She groomed Milo very well during his stay so I know he felt pampered.
