Karen was one of the most organized sitters. She communicated regularly and did not hesitate to ask questions which we appreciated as it showed her concern for all of our animals. It was a lengthy sit of two weeks and she took amazing care of our home and animals. She was dedicated to making sure the dogs all had exercise and attention and successfully wrangled the goats even though she was sitting solo and had never tended to goats before. Mac, Nala and I were so lucky to have Bill & Stacy come and housesit for us. I had a lovely initial video call with them, followed by them coming round for an orientation visit the day before the sit started and they then took wonderful care of Mac and Nala. I had picture, video and message updates every day and they left the place spotless. I think what I particularly loved was that they knew cats and cat behavior very well and I felt like they cared so much about Mac and Nala. This gave me great peace of mind while I was away. This is a really lovely couple and I’m very grateful to them for being here. I hope there will be another chance for them to come again before long!

Did you know that amazing and perfection have 2 new synonyms? Yes, Erika Lynn and Manny are them! This was my first sit experience with zeewoi, and I was absolutely thrilled! My house was immaculate! I am embarrassed to say, I thought it was even cleaner than I left it! However, most importantly, their care for Phoebe was clearly evident!!! When I arrived home, I expected her to run to me with joy.... She didn't even care that I was home! It was like I never left, which was exactly what made the sit so perfect!!! I chose zeewoi to save Phoebe from the stress of boarding and travel, and I thought my only concern would be her anxiety over my being gone. Erika Lynn and Manny removed that worry ENTIRELY!! Phoebe is a dog who does not quickly or easily trust strangers and can be anxious in new situations. I was concerned how she would adjust to the transition of strangers in the house caring for her. Phoebe was so relaxed at my return! She was treated so well and so loved by them, that my absence was not noticed. Phoebe treated me as if I just returned from a quick trip to the store. No anxiety. No stress. They provided updates and stayed in touch. I would highly recommend them for any sit. zeewoi is blessed to have them as a part of this community. Natalie and Jewell were absolutely wonderful with our cats and home! A few days before the sit was to begin, I wrote to Natalie and Jewell that the last antibiotic treatment for our senior cat, Herbie, had not produced the desired results and that Herbie was still sneezing with a yucky dripping nose, and offered to let them out of the stay if they were so inclined. They said they would come anyway, and took great care of the cats and the house. They even left us yummy pastries from our local bakery. These two are a treasure!

Bonnie was back for her second pet sit and Allie acted like her long-lost friend had just returned after being gone for years! I thought Allie’s tail was going to wag right off. Her welcoming bark was endearing as the two reunited. Flash even started eating out of her hand… another special, first-time experience. Daily pictures and videos helped me to know just how well cared for Allie and Flash were throughout my trip, giving me that piece of mind that I normally don’t have when hiring a sitter to walk Allie twice per day – it was a completely different experience for both of us! Bonnie also made sure my place was even cleaner than it was when she arrived! Bonnie is welcome back anytime to sit for Allie and Flash.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

I take my dog to their Enrichment Daycare program twice a week and my pup has a blast! Highly recommended for anyone looking to socialize their dog with other dogs or if you just need some alone time without your pup.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about CBY and their amazing staff. I have been taking my golden retriever Stella to their facility every week for daycare for over 3 years and have also used them for grooming and boarding as well. The staff is so friendly and personable, always excited to see Stella and greeting her by name. They truly do treat every dog that walks through the door as if they were their own—with great care, respect and love. I always have peace of mind when I am away knowing that she is there. There is no one more trustworthy!
I got my falcor groomed here last week. He was a mess when he went in but the ladies here did an amazing job fixing him up and making him look handsome. It was Affordable and they were absolute sweethearts. I definitely recommend them.

Pedro is an excellent dog walker. I have recommended him many times to neighbors and friends without hesitation. He is very attentive, reliable, and caring. I have a senior dog that Pedro has been taking care of (because a great dog walker does more than just walk your dog) for the last four years. He is incredibly patient and loving as she begins to slow down in her golden years. I’m grateful everday I leave the apartment knowing Pedro will be there to exercise and spend time with my beloved dog.
I couldn't be happier with Pedro and Hot Paws Pet Care. My pup can be a bit of a handful so I was a bit nervous about finding a walker for her, but I knew from the moment I met Pedro that she would be in good hands! Pedro is *obviously* a dog-lover and has a lot of patience. He is also extremely communicative and reliable; he has NEVER not shown up for a walk and has never canceled on us. It is SUCH a relief not having to worry about my dog while I'm at work! I also always receive text updates about the walk, which is great. All I know is that my dog absolutely adores Pedro. BOTTOM LINE: You can't go wrong with Hot Paws Pet Care. P.S. While Pedro is our every day walker, I have met two other walkers with Hot Paws Pet Care and both were great, too! It was important to me that my dog could expect the same walker every single day, which Pedro accommodated, but for two days during which Pedro was out of town we had sub walkers. Pedro was gracious enough to give plenty of notice about his trip AND set up a time for me and my dog to meet the sub walkers beforehand to make sure everything would be good. We had Pedro dog-sit our 2 dogs at our wedding recently at Wave Hill in the Bronx. He was TREMENDOUS! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter. He was amazing to work with and such a great guy. He took phenomenal care of our dogs (1 big dog and 1 little dog). The dogs were honestly upset to be leaving his care at the end of the night. Pedro was a class act. He dressed incredibly well and was such a pleasure to work with. We were so happy we found him!
Pedro has been taking care of our Jack Russell since 2013 and she absolutely loves him. Since Pedro has been with us, we've noticed a reduction in our dog's anxiety around other dogs (and even people), and he and Vincent have always demonstrated a genuine care for her well-being. Pedro and Vincent have been walking my large, lazy dog for nearly 2 years. He is professional, flexible and easy to work with. He is always cheerful and pleasant and really cares about our dog. Our dog can be quite resistant to getting off the couch to walk during the day - especially in the summer or if it's raining - and Hot Paws can always get him happily out the door. They are awesome and a real asset to the neighborhood!
I hired Pedro to take care of my GSD while I was working out of state. Pedro did an excellent job taking care of my pride and joy. He promptly gave me updates every time he completed a walk and kept me up to date on his mood. I even got to FaceTime with my dog which I think help put both our minds at ease. The Hot Paws Pet Care team is amazing!!! Pedro has been walking my cockapoo Gigi for a few years now and she absolutely adores him! He’s so loving, playful and understanding with her! We have been bringing our pup to Ruff Club for close to 4 years now! The staff are amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely loving toward our dog. She absolutely loves going there, and it’s clear they treat her like their own pet. Leaving her to go to work is always tough, but knowing she’s having a blast and getting such great care makes it much easier. The daily updates and photos are a nice touch and keep us in the loop. My pup loves this place! He gets so excited from the moment he realizes where we are headed and can't wait to get in the play space when we arrive. The staff makes drop off and pick up seamless and easy AND sends me cute pics of my dog while he is there! He comes home happy and exhausted. I'm so grateful to have a safe place to drop him off for a day of play and fun!
Ruff Club is warm, personable, dependable, and flexible. I don't know what I would do without them! They will pick up and drop off, which lets me be a lot more independent to meet up with people after work. Dropping him off is always a great way to start the day as someone will be yelling my dog's name. I looked at other doggy daycare places in the area, but ruff club was more personal. I can never move out of the East Village because we could never leave Ruff Club!
LOVE the Ruff Club! My dog Mila, who's an anxious girl, grew to really love it there too. Sam and every employee really love all the pups that come through here - you know that your baby is in good hands. Was heartbroken to move out of the neighborhood, it will be hard to beat my experience here! Could not recommend more!

A while back, I tried another daycare for their weekend hours. It wasn’t a match because they made it pretty clear they didn’t love the fact that she’s an energetic big(gish) dog. My dreams came true when Ruff Club recently started offering weekend hours!

Words can't describe how grateful I am for Ruff Club and the incredible team working there! They have the friendliest dog experts on staff and a clean, roomy and fun space for the dogs. I drop off my dog knowing he'll have a fun-packed day playing safely with the other dogs, most of whom are regulars and all friends :) The team takes such great care of the dogs, and I appreciate that they provide relief walks, can serve meals, and send regular photo updates. My partner and I were struggling to find a good option for boarding our dog. Jennifer was responsive and and caring when coordinating boarding our pet. Her and her team made us feel comfortable through out the process and felt comfortable through out the week we were gone. Our dog loved her dog sitter and we plan on using them any time we’re out of town, going forward. Couldn’t recommend her services more highly!
My wife and I have been using Jennifer for about a year now since we have moved to NYC. She is absolutely fantastic with our cat Louie and we never have to worry while he is in her care. He is very shy around most people but always comes out for Jennifer! She keeps you informed with updates and pics each visit! It makes traveling so easy!! Jennifer took amazing care of our precious treasure while we were away for 3 weeks. She made sure that our cat was fed, brushed and especially played with. While we were away, she stayed in contact with us and sent us many pictures of our cat and had answered all of our questions. All in all she was incredible with our cat and I definitely recommend her to others!
Jennifer took great care of our furry baby, which is an American Akita! She handled perfectly our dog’s big personality and size! NY tails is great for walking! Our yorkie Zoe absolutely adores her walker Camila. Booking is easy through the app and Camila or the other walkers are communicative every day. I love NY Tails I send my dog Blue there for boarding anytime I go out of town, and they do an amazing job with all their dogs. I can see the excitement rise with Blue as we get closer to their location because he loves it there. Their updates on their Instagram stories are so fun to follow along with, and the backyard is really nice. Blue always comes home from boarding absolutely pooped from all the play with other dogs which is great. I trust them completely, and so glad I found them for my pup. Highly recommend for anyone!

As a frequent foster parent, I rely on their services to help me keep my fosters comfortable during the day and socialized. NY Tails has been reliable in providing visits for my cat for almost a year now. The employees who stop by tend to send pictures of my cat in a group chat when they visit (every pet owner's favorite) and provide a brief status update. I feel comfortable going away knowing someone is checking up on her. There was an issue with the NY Tails payment portal where the total charge it stated for requested services was not matching the amount I was actually being invoiced which was greater in several cases. Upon flagging this, Jessica, one of the coordinators, was exceedingly responsive and helpful in addressing the concern. The payment portal has now been updated to reflect accurate pricing details. I really appreciated how receptive NY Tails was to my feedback and how quick the team was to address it. Great customer service! It's worth taking note of the website to be aware of additional charges that may be applied for early/late and weekend visits. These are very clearly stated on the website, but don't appear on the payment portal/may not be factored into final pricing. It's also worth noting that, at least for cat visits, visit times are structured within a 4-hour timeframe (to allow flexibility for the person visiting to work the visit into their schedule). The 4-hour time period begins 2 hours before and ends 2 hours after the time you select for the visit within the payment portal (Dotimely). For instance, if you select 9am, the person visiting may come any time between 7-11am. This isn't very clearly stated, so it's worth taking note of this to avoid any charges that apply for visits before 9am and after 6pm.
NY Tails is fantastic! They really care about the dogs and our dog loves being there. As soon as his special collar goes on, he knows he’s going to Tails and pulls us the whole way there. We also love that they have a private outdoor space so the dogs are able to get some fresh air and sunshine, weather permitting.
NY Tails is a hidden gem for UES pet owners!! Every walker and daycare employee has treated my dog like their own - and he adores them! Any time he sees someone from NY Tails he gets so excited - we are so sad to be moving! The team is professional, communicative, friendly and so caring - they really love the dogs like their own. Plus prices are affordable - and it’s easy to request a last minute walker if you are going to be out and your dog needs some love! We used the daily walking services and daycare/puppy sitting on a regular basis - I’m so glad I found them and so sad we are moving away and can’t use them anymore!

NY Tails walked my dog Pablo every weekday for about a year and they were always extremely professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They truly love animals to boot! Juliana and then Amanda were my dogs primary walkers and they were both wonderful and would write me notes about funny (sometimes naughty) things my dog would do during their time with him every day. I could tell that they both genuinely cared for Pablo and his well being and treated him as their own. I would recommend NY Tails to any dog owner in Manhattan!
Would give 6 stars if I could. Treated our dog Sadie like family for four years and were always reliable. What more could you ask for? More detail—> We used NY Tails with our dog Sadie from the day we adopted her at 7 weeks old until just a week ago when she was a week shy of 4 years old. Sadly, we moved outside of NY Tails' area and had to find new dog walkers. But NY Tails is amazing. Everyone there treated Sadie like their own dog and we couldn't have been happier. The owners Kira and Paulo are excellent and the team is responsive. Sadie had two main walkers over our 4 years: Mally and Vivian. Both were beyond amazing and caring for Sadie. We trusted them 100%. We also occasionally used the day care service and had similarly great interactions. Always got picture updates and were sure Sadie was well cared for. In short, we used NY Tails for 4 years, had two walkers, and used the day care. I feel we know them very well and we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy and reliable dog walker/daycare. A+. Seriously. We miss them.
We have been using NY Tails for daily walks for about 2 months, and have only wonderful things to say. They are very professional and the prices are fair. But most importantly, we completely trust our walker. They aim to give you the same walker each day, and they really build a relationship. Our walker, Pronthip, is so kind and loving--our pup is always sad to see her go (I can tell because we receive a picture at the start and end of each walk). I feel comfortable leaving our dog home while we work because I know she will have an amazing walk with Pronthip during the day. She takes wonderful care of our Juni! NY Tails makes communication and scheduling easy. We also have used them for boarding, and that has been great as well. They clearly love the dogs and take great care of them. We feel so lucky to have found NY Tails--it had made our lives and our dog's life so much easier and happier!

In July we went for our vacation to Canada and America, while visiting NYC with our dog we were looking for daycare. City Tails NYC responded quick on our request by email. Our labradoodle Mick was very welcome so we had our hands free to explore the city that never sleeps. Mick had two great days and the staff took very good care of him, we are thankful. We send both our dogs to City Tails regularly. The staff is amazing - Joel and his team send regular updates to us and really care about our dogs (we'll often run into Joel and his staff on the street and both of our dogs will get incredibly excited when they see someone from City Tails). They are also excellent with overnight visits. We couldn't recommend City Tails enough.
Our dog, Tofu, has been a client of City Tails for years for his weekly daycare visit and sleepovers when we are out of town for weekend to multi-week trips. We know Tofu loves his visits because he gets some pep in his step on our walks over and pulls us to City Tails when we get close. Sometimes he doesn't let us take him home! Joel and his team are very attentive and we trust the team to take care of Tofu! We love the photo updates as well, especially the holiday photoshoots! Thank you City Tails!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joel and his entire staff. Not only are they always willing and able to work with my unpredictable schedule, they also always put me at ease when I leave my dog here knowing she is in the absolute best care as if my dog was their own. I have been taking my dog to City Tails for day care and overnight boarding for several years now and the only thing I have to worry about is if my dog wants to come back home with me! I have a Border Collie / Aussie mix (read a HIGH energy handful) and the staff is constantly engaged, providing many daily updates, photos, and videos during her stays. The dogs are taken out often and get ample socialization with, not only the other dogs, but with the staff too. This is not always the case at other at other facilities in the city, or out of the city for that matter. I just recently had to board my dog for an almost 2 month stay and I would never think twice about boarding my dog anywhere else after such a positive and stress free experience. Joel and his staff truly love what they do and it shows in how they care for all the dogs that are under their care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
It actually pains me to write this review as when you find a hidden gem in this city, you want to keep the secret to yourself and only tell friends and colleagues looking for the best of the best and trust your recommendations... but that would be a disservice to Joel and his team that run City Tails as they are not only the most reasonably priced daycare/boarding center in the village, they truly make your dog feel like family! She is always excited to go "see her friends" and I feel no guilt having her board for a week as I know she is having the time of her life - and all the pictures I get daily prove it! I also have a hectic and spontaneous work schedule that involves last minute trips and changes, and the staff is always accommodating and understanding to my needs - no words of appreciation can be said to explain how grateful I am for that. We (and our dog) love City Tails and we honestly couldn't have a dog in Manhattan without them. They have great hours that accommodate working professionals and the staff are always so kind and attentive to our dog's needs. We especially appreciate the text updates with pictures throughout the day, and have never had any issues with overnight / weekend stays. Definitely would recommend if you have a dog in the west / greenwich village.
After being called back to in-person work much earlier than expected during the pandemic last winter, we were so incredibly lucky to find Joel & the City Tails NYC crew. Zephyr attended 3-5 days/week throughout the winter & spring, and boarded for three nights in June. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and environment at City Tails NYC. In a city where family-owned and neighborhood businesses seem to be disappearing, City Tails makes owners and dogs feel like they are a part of the family. I received several photos and videos each day of Zephyr at day care, as well as updates on his mood/behavior. He could not WAIT to go each day which, given that he has some pandemic-puppy attachment issues, is truly saying something. If you're looking for a safe place for your pup where he or she will be cared for and comfortable, look no further than this amazing business.
We have had the absolute best experience with City Tails. The family feel was there from the moment I requested more information online and got a phone call from Joel the owner. The Bass family has poured so much love into City Tails that it feels like much more than a daycare. Last week Michelle saw Louie walking on the street and stopped us to say hi- it just means so much to know they care. My dog Louie (check him out below smiling at daycare) absolutely loves going and has the best time. Joel sends us pictures and videos of him playing and it always makes my day. It’s clear that all of the staff treat him like he is their own dog. I use the service where they bring Louie home for me sometimes, which has been a life saver on numerous occasions. The communication with Joel is so easy and he is incredibly responsive. The facility is always sparkling clean. We did Louie's puppy classes with Kate Perry Dog Training at City Tails and it was really great that they have that partnership and Louie got early positive associations with the space. This place is just the best! We love City Tails and would highly recommend it to all!

My dogs love TMAB. Every time I say “let’s go to daycare” they get so happy that I can tell for sure they have a good time there. They already did daycare, boarding, grooming and training sessions and I don’t have nothing to complain. I love the fact we have access to the camera and receive multiple pictures during their stay. I have tried other dog daycares but TMAB definitely got my heart.
We had to find a place last minute as we were from out of town, the communication by text was excellent, staff was responsive which helped alleviate our anxiety for leaving our furbaby for the first time. The play area was inside and not a big place from what I can see - would have been nice to have an outside space but considering where we were, I get it. Loved the web cam access to check in on our dog. He really missed us being gone so didn’t really interact with other doggies but the staff tried to pay attention to him, which warmed my heart. Thank you!
Huge fan of TMAB! I was pretty anxious about taking my pup to daycare for the first time. I had a lot of questions! The staff at TMAB was very helpful, and thoughtful. The facility is very well run. I received multiple photo updates and Oliver came home very happy and tired :)

Danielle did an amazing job grooming my pup! He’s 9 years old but everyone thinks he’s a man adorable puppy because of her work. The whole process was very easy, all handled digitally through the Paw Partner portal. Reasonably priced for Manhattan ($120+tip for a full groom and bath). My only complaint is the path to the business from the exterior entrance feels a little strange going down a nondescript hallway, thru a bunch of doors into the basement. Otherwise, everything was very clean and professional and I’m a happy customer who would return!
Throw Me a Bone has been great. When we got stuck out of town with multiple flight cancellations, they made sure our dog's stay was extended each time with just an email. The least stressful part of that ordeal was making sure our dog was taken care of.
I've been taking my dog here for grooming, daycare, and boarding for the last 6 months and they have been nothing short of amazing. My dog is always super excited to go back and starts whining to be let inside the facility as soon as we get there. Everyone that works here is super nice and really my dog's demeanor around them tells me all! Highly recommend.
Great place, and always reliable. We have boarded our dog there many times. Even when we forgot to click submit for the online reservation, they still took in our Rafa spontaneously. They share daily pictures and a report card too. Always fun to see daily pictures while we’re away - the kids love it. Thank you Throw Me a Bone!

We have been using Paws on Pine since September of 2021. They were highly recommended by the doorman in our building. Heather, the owner contacted me immediately after I submitted my request and was super friendly, walking us through the process and explaining the care all their staff take with their foster pets. Mike was assigned as our personal cat sitter. From Mike’s first visit it was immediately apparent that he loves animals from the many photos he sent us of each of our cats. We could see right away how happy they seemed. Mike takes the most amazing photos of our fur babies. We told him that he should go into the pet photography business. We cannot say enough about how comforting it is to see our babies so happy while we are so far away. Mike also provides detailed texts prior to and during his visit – reporting on their food intake, bathroom habits, and how well they played during that visit. We believe that Mike genuinely loves his job and after a year and a half, we could not be happier with him and Paws on Pine. As a level 8 Google reviewer, I take my reviews seriously. I wish I could give Paws on Pine 10 stars; they are that good, and reasonably priced for all they offer.
I’ve been using Paws On Pine’s services for over 3 years - Mike has looked over my cats during several trips, and has also done overnight sitting with both my cats and dog. I’ve never had anything but incredible experiences, always receive pictures and good communication, and always find my home just as I left it. Mike has even gotten to see my cat family change over the years, after two of our senior cats passed away and we got two new kittens - all the cats have loved them! Paws on Pine is seriously amazing! Heather and her team walked my baby boy Ronan for several years before I moved to Brooklyn. I wish they did service in Brooklyn because everyone I had after them paled in comparison. They were always super reliable, incredibly responsive to emails/texts and really went the extra mile for the pets they cared for, taking plenty of fun pictures so that you know your little fur baby is being taken care of. I have recommended Paws on Pine to everyone in the area who needs pet care services. Heather is one of the most sought after dog walkers in lower Manhattan (and a great person, too), and I am so glad that we met when I needed a poop bag! Heather & her Paws on Pine team are absolutely incredible, they truly are animal lovers who treat your pets as if they were their own. We have worked with them for over 2 years consistently. We started using Paws on Pine when our puppy was 10 weeks old for puppy play dates before he had his shots to go outside. Then we graduated to walks and have used all of the services at this point (walks, play dates for a few hours, overnight stays). Every aspect in working with Paws on Pine has been extremely professional, personal and so easy. Heather is super responsive and easy to communicate with, scheduling walks for the week have been so simple and we've never run into an issue with not having coverage. We love the fact that our dog walks with the walker alone, he has formed a very special bond with our walker (Jennifer) - she is like a second puppy mom to him. We get a text every day with photos and updates on the walk. At times when our dog was acting a bit off Jennifer even notified us right away so we knew the situation. That level of love and care that Paws on Pine has for the pets is truly amazing. We feel 100% comfortable and safe whenever our dog is with Paws on Pine and we have had zero issues or complaints across our 2+ years with the team. The greatest doggy day-care and boarding option we have ever used. Everyone at Priceless is phenomenal. Our two dogs (who are both quirky) LOVE visiting here. I have to avoid walking on that side of the street when I walk to the park or they try to pull me in! Hector, Nathalia, the whole crew are really great. They're incredibly responsive, easy to deal with, and communicative. The environment for the dogs is really welcoming and my dogs get really excited when they meet another dog they've seen at Priceless. Dogs get great personal attention. When we bump into some of the dog walkers on the street when they are on their way to or from work, they immediately recognize our dogs and give them big hugs! Staff is very kind and welcoming. They have different environments and atmospheres for the temperament of different dogs.
I’ve been using Priceless since 2012. We have three dogs and Priceless has never failed me. Given that these are animals and all kinds of things could go wrong even in the best of care, it is pretty amazing that we have had all good experiences and our dogs are happy to go and spend time there. We use them for half-day and full-day daycare, as well as short term and occasionally longer term boarding. They are super user-friendly and life in our house would be much more challenging without them.
Once they told me they walked my dog 11-14 times a day because of his energy levels. My dog developed hot spots in between his paws. And why are you walking dogs on the hot pavement in the summer? The owner has deplorable social skills. The office manager, is a liar who has a real attitude problem. I can say a lot worst, believe me.
They take care of my dog so well! It's like his second home. He absolutely loves it! Also, my Shiba Inu is very particular (doesn't really like a lot of humans) but he jumps for joy when he sees the staff members at Priceless Pets!
I’ve never had such terrible customer service at any business than I have had here. I’m a helicopter dog mom and thoroughly research everything and found this place. My pups did a meet & greet and were approved, I sent vet records, provided boarding dates. They cancel on me the day before my trip and said I had to bring my dogs in for daycare services before they can board, but this was NOT mentioned at all in my several phone and in person interactions with them. The owner suggested I bring them in for a 2nd meet and greet only to call me 15 minutes later and say that my dog snapped at the dog walker, even though they had been walked previously by this daycare and approved and are both daycare dogs all their lives. The owner did not greet my dogs when we arrived, ask my name, introduce himself, talk to me with respect, explain anything, absolutely nothing, basically rushed me in and out the door. When I picked my dogs up, they didn’t even have my dog’s collar on correctly and it popped off! If you didn’t want my business, that’s fine, but treating people with a little human decency and respect would go a long way.
