Koreena was a nice person and good house sitter. I appreciated the time she spent with the cqts they were happy upon my return and i got almost daily photos and check in which was great. The house was clean upon return and she even washed my towels and sheets which I didn’t expect and appreciated. She was able to give my cats medicine and monitor their health, which was great. She monitored the cats well and would update me. The only small thing is she saw improvement and made the decision to stop a medication my cat was getting without discussing it with me (because she saw improvement in his eating and stool). I expressed disappointment, and she apologized however my cat regressed in improvement as a result. I would have handled it differently and kept him on the med or alternated days and just wish she would have run it by me before making that decision for my cat. Besides that I would definitely use her again and feel overall very happy with her care.

Cindy and Dan are real pros - absolutely wonderful! We feel really lucky that they saw our sitting request and pursued staying with Kona for our long 25 day trip. We had a zoom call while they were sitting in Asia, and felt confident that we could trust them with our dog and our house. Their communication before and during the sit was perfect and thorough. They sent us many photos and videos every single day of our trip, and indulged me in long exchanges about how much I love Kona. It was obvious that they gave her all the love during their stay too. Kona got to go on her twice a day ball walks in the national forest near us, and she got to go on lots of excursions with them as well. She's a lab, so we needed sitters who would exercise her multiple times a day. Cindy and Dan are athletes too so fulfilled Kona's need for movement. It was obvious that Kona was comfortable and she even seemed to be confused when Cindy and Dan left the house at the end. We are so grateful for the love and time they put into making it a great experience, and I hope they feel the same about their time in the Colorado foothills with Kona the chocolate lab. Elena is a fantastic pet sitter, she took care of our two cats for a week with much love. They were calm around her which means she made them feel safe. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Tom was the PERFECT pet and house sitter. I went out of town for a while after my dad passed, and I had a few pet sitters bail before he came in for the rescue. He cleaned up the messes and I came home to a clean house and VERY happy babies! My two dogs LOVED him. He is extremely reliable, clean, trustworthy and was incredibly caring to my dogs. I would have him back ANYTIME and HIGHLY recommend him!!
