The first words that come to mind are “Above and Beyond” - and that goes for everything. Reliability, communication, cleanliness, respect of my home, friendliness… and of course, dog care!! Elton is a recent revue adopted as an already well formed adult, hence he has his own timeline… He took to Den immediately, with Craig (and men in general) he has to observe and study them first… Craig understood this off the bad, and with neither fuss nor bother gave Elton his space. 2 days later I got a photo of Elton lying in Craig’s arms, tummy in the air… that says it all. To top off their wonderful skills they left gifts for all of us, even for the dogs. If you are lucky enough to have them sit for you, don’t hesitate. Wonderful, wonderful people 🙏🙏🙏 I can’t thank them enough!!!

I couldn’t of asked for a better first experience with zeewoi with Manuela. She helped us out last minute when a previous sitters’ plans fell through. She was kind enough to take our dogs on extra long walks, and to the dog park when that was not even an expectation, so she went above and beyond.  I could tell from the pictures that her two children were so kind to the dogs, and our dogs looked like they adored her children. Manuela made it so easy for Matt and I to enjoy our vacation knowing our dogs were in good hands. When we came back, our apartment was spotless, all of the laundry was completed, and Manuela left us a sweet surprise. We will definitely be in contact with Manuela and book with her at again.

I knew the minute I met Jess in person that she was a great fit for us. She is genuinely lovely, adored our dogs and took care of our home. She was very professional in her attitude to the sit, checked every detail and was in touch during our 10 day holiday, sending photos and keeping me informed of their welfare. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter unexpectedly needed to stay at our home and she and Jess hung out watching TV and sharing meals. Bryony said she wished she lived closer to her as she thought she was great! I have already asked her to sit for us on another occasion next year. Marie came to look after Bruno and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. She was very communicative, kind and trustworthy and I could tell that Bruno was very happy, loved and calm with her. Although I really missed Bruno I could rest assured knowing her was being well looked after. Marie left the apartment clean and fresh and I hope she felt at home here. I would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking for an experienced, friendly and organised sitter and I would love to welcome Marie back in the future!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Elaine was a welcomed sitter for Cyrus and Purrelli. I returned from holiday to find a very content relaxed dog and a happy fat cat. Purrelli doesn’t eat when he is stressed so seeing a little meat on him let me know he was content and happy :) My condo was left clean and in order, all communications were smooth and there was zero issues. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
