Raphael was a fantastic sitter. He was very easy to arrange the sit with, and very organised sending us his arrival and departure times well in advance. He was great company for our cat Nim, and sent us nice photos of her playing with him while we were away. He also kept the house really tidy and even kindly put the laundry on when he left. We’d definitely be happy to ask him to sit again sometime.

Didn't get to meet Bob but seems to be a nice chap! Left the house clean and tidy and updated me about Gwyn if I needed him to. Gwyn did go missing to our old house whilst we were away, but she had done this on lead up to Bob's stay, hence us getting someone to sit just for few days (usually she'd be fine without sitter) but Bob helped go look for her. Favourite thing about Bob is he's an eco friendly traveller, so we're all supportive of that!

Well, what can we say... Regula has come back for the third time and hopefully more to come! So, I guess it says it all :-). A fantastic lady, with great regular communication, who won over our little Keira and took absolutely fantastic care both of her and our home. Add to this a dash of humour and you have a perfect combination! Thank you Regula. We obviously highly recommend her.

Marielle and Blanche are a guarantee. It was not the first time we had them and we cannot thank them enough again. They are very respectful, responsible and reliable sitters. Mila, despite her shyness, felt so relaxed and at ease that she was even laying down with M&B on the sofa, asking for caresses and being brushed. All this was documented with pictures and videos. Marielle has definitely an extra touch with animals and this helps a lot especially if you have shy mates. Our apartment was left perfectly clean, tidy and all the laundry done. Recommended 100%. Thanks a lot for your help and being our sitters.

Tatjana was a great house sitter. Very kind, reliable and immediately bonded with Skye. She kept the house very tidy and offered to clean even though she only stayed a couple of days. She is also very friendly, responsive and detailed-oriented. She communicated with me regularly. My mind was at ease knowing that Skye was in great hands. l'd definitely recommend her to others.

Tamzin and Dan were great house sitters. Tamzin had an unexpected death in the family so she had to return to the UK early, but Dan was able to stay until we were able to find someone else so that he could also return to the UK to support Tamzin. Dan was more than willing to stay until we returned (which was only two more days) but we were very willing to work out other care for that short period of time. They were very communicative with us throughout this process which we greatly appreciated. We would welcome them back anytime.

My husband, Sugar, and I were so thrilled with Kay’s sit. She took excellent care of Sugar (who isn’t always the most straightforward dog!), sent us plenty of photos/videos, and communicated very well with us before & during the sit. Additionally, she took excellent care of our apartment. We came home to a very clean flat with cookies left out, cleaning supplies stocked, and a very happy dog. We can’t thank or recommend Kay enough. We feel lucky to have had a sitter like her!

Marie came to look after Bruno and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. She was very communicative, kind and trustworthy and I could tell that Bruno was very happy, loved and calm with her. Although I really missed Bruno I could rest assured knowing her was being well looked after. Marie left the apartment clean and fresh and I hope she felt at home here. I would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking for an experienced, friendly and organised sitter and I would love to welcome Marie back in the future!

Photography and long walks - with a pup
Melanie took care of Lilli and Lulu, for a bit more than two weeks. While it was clear that Lilli and Lulu liked her and vice-versa, there were a few areas where our expectations weren’t fully met. She managed the dogs with more flexibility than I had anticipated, which resulted in them sometimes spending longer periods alone at home than I was comfortable with. Although our communication during this time wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate her effort adjusting the path after feedbacks. I believe this experience was a good lesson learned in following guidelines, securing communication and ensuring the dogs receive the attention they are used

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

This was the 3rd time that Jill sat for us. That says it all but please read our previous reviews. They all stand and Jill is one of the best and most reliable and loving pet sitters we’ve ever had. If you have a chance to have her in your home and caring for your pets, you will be absolutely delighted. We love her.

Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters.
Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge.
