Introduction
We are a large family of 7 who live in the Broad Ripple area. Our home is spacious, comfortable and very well situated. It easily sleeps 7. Gorgeous place to get away to, to feel at home away from home. We have 2 friendly gorgeous dogs and 4 hens. We have a large fenced in yard in a quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to the restaurants and amenities. Beautiful walks along the river and canal, access to Monon Trail , cycle trails and close to Marrott and Holliday Parks.

We are based in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis in a beautiful 3 bedroom home which was recently renovated. The open plan layout and fact everything is on one level makes the house feel cosy yet spacious. The large yard gives plenty of space to play with a lovely patio and fire place. The wraparound deck is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon chats. We are in a very quiet street with parking in front and easy access to restaurants and shops just a short walk away

We have 2 beautiful and friendly dogs. One is a retired therapy dog aged 14.5, Tuli, and one is a 7 year old Great Dane x Labrador, Belle. Both are very gentle and kid friendly and love to go for walks and have cuddles. They only stay in the living area, not bedrooms and don’t go on the furniture and are well behaved. We would need them walked at least once a day, fed morning and evening and let out regularly for potty breaks. Please pick up dog poo from the yard daily. Chickens need to be fed, watered daily with oyster shell added and meal worm treats sporadically. Let chickens out each morning to range freely and clean coop tray out daily with complete change of bedding weekly. Please feel free to cuddle at will and give food treats. Please refill water and food before closing into the coop at night.

We had a great time staying at Jules and Randy’s place in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis. The house was beautiful and nicely located on a quiet street in one of the nicest parts of the city. The two dogs, Tulli and Belle were sweet and very well behaved. We had our two young grandsons over to visit and the dogs were gentle and good company. We have only positive things to say and highly recommend this as a Trusted Housesitter stay.

This was a lovely sit in a lovely home with lovely animals. Belle and Tuli are both darlings—sweet, friendly, well-behaved, low-key, and super easy to care for! The weather was cold so I didn’t spend a lot of time with the chickens, but they were very easy to take care of—just be aware that you will need to be home at some point in the evening, to shut them away in their coop area before sunset. I enjoyed hearing their gentle clucking chatter while feeding them or checking for eggs. Their home is in a great walkable neighborhood with lots to see and do. Jules was great with communication and responding to any of my questions/concerns. Recommended!

Had a wonderful stay. The dogs are great. They're so sweet and loving. They're precious creatures. Really enjoyed taking them for walks every day. Chickens were fun to talk to and watch. They have a lot of personality. Their home is lovely, instructions are clear, and the air fryer was awesome. Everything was great.

We were so happy to spend the week with Belle and Tuli. Both dogs are low maintenance and happy for pats and walks then to chill out in their happy place. The chickens gave up plenty of eggs and the Guinea pigs seemed happy to see us when we’d pop in to visit. The home is so comfortable, Jules was very welcoming and made us feel at home. I’d recommend this sit to anyone looking for a great neighborhood to explore and pets to keep you company. We’d love to come back!

She was very prompt with her planning, very reliable, kind and gentle and loving with all our animals and polite and respectful of our home and ourselves.
