We are a large family of 7 who live in the Broad Ripple area. Our home is spacious, comfortable and very well situated. It easily sleeps 7. Gorgeous place to get away to, to feel at home away from home. We have 2 friendly gorgeous dogs and 4 hens. We have a large fenced in yard in a quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to the restaurants and amenities. Beautiful walks along the river and canal, access to Monon Trail , cycle trails and close to Marrott and Holliday Parks.

We are based in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis in a beautiful 3 bedroom home which was recently renovated. The open plan layout and fact everything is on one level makes the house feel cosy yet spacious. The large yard gives plenty of space to play with a lovely patio and fire place. The wraparound deck is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon chats. We are in a very quiet street with parking in front and easy access to restaurants and shops just a short walk away

We have 2 beautiful and friendly dogs. One is a retired therapy dog aged 14.5, Tuli, and one is a 7 year old Great Dane x Labrador, Belle. Both are very gentle and kid friendly and love to go for walks and have cuddles. They only stay in the living area, not bedrooms and don’t go on the furniture and are well behaved. We would need them walked at least once a day, fed morning and evening and let out regularly for potty breaks. Please pick up dog poo from the yard daily. Chickens need to be fed, watered daily with oyster shell added and meal worm treats sporadically. Let chickens out each morning to range freely and clean coop tray out daily with complete change of bedding weekly. Please feel free to cuddle at will and give food treats. Please refill water and food before closing into the coop at night.

Sitting for Jules was an absolute dream sit. The home is beautifully renovated, and Tuli and Belle are absolute dolls! The house is in such a quiet, upscale, cozy neighborhood and we had lovely walks every day. Perfect location to explore the rest of Indianapolis too. Jules was a great communicator, left great instructions, and I would love to sit for her again!

What a lovely and fun experience we had taking care of Tuli and Belle, and the fish! Jules and her family were super hospitable and great to communicate with. Jules left a good list of instructions to follow (nothing complicated) and tips on neighborhood parks to visit, and kept in good contact. We were lucky enough to spend some time with Jules and her husband Randy and they even made us dinner upon arrival! Tuli is a sweetheart and one heck of a smart dog. She likes to chill out during the day (mostly under the dinner table), but also loves to be pet and fussed over - quite a character! Along with Belle, she keeps a watchful eye over the neighborhood squirrels! Belle is a complete love and she enjoys every second of her morning and evening walks along the canal, riverfront, and through the neighborhood -- Tuli would join us once a day but for a much shorter period of time. The fish are easy to t, as is the garden which is beautiful with lawn areas, tree shade, flowers, and veggies. Their home is spacious, clean and comfortable, and has fantastic deck areas to sit and relax outside with the dogs and watch all the birds. You may even hear and see the Canadian geese fly over. The neighborhood is charming with architecturally interesting houses and gardens, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and there are numerous parks and walking/bike paths. We highly recommend this sit, and would return to care for Belle and Tuli in a heartbeat!

She was very prompt with her planning, very reliable, kind and gentle and loving with all our animals and polite and respectful of our home and ourselves.
