Beautiful Franklin, TN home backing up to Harpeth River
Introduction
Ben is a Nashville native with two boys (12) and (16) and Amy moved to the area over 2 years ago (will most likely be her communicating with you!). We travel a good bit for work and fun. We love to be outdoors and find all kinds of fun adventures to do together. Ben has lived in Franklin for almost 20 years and we love this charming neighborhood and town! Having someone watch our 3 year old Golden, and Amy’s cat while we travel is such a huge help. Coco is a mellow old lady and Charlie has added some life to the mix! Warning that Charlie may try and make herself comfortable on the king size bed with you! You will see our sweet old golden Haley mentioned in the reviews, we sadly had to put her down in July of 2024

We live in a wonderful neighborhood a few miles outside of downtown Franklin, TN. The house backs up to the Harpeth River and the screened in back porch allows for all kinds of solitude and comfort. The home has a fully finished basement for watching TV or playing games, and the master bed and bath are located on the main floor. Upstairs we also have a guest room with a queen bed and guest bathroom available. We recently remodeled the entire first floor too! Ben has lived here since 2012 and we have the most wonderful neighbors. We hope this relaxing setting can give you some much needed rest and time away.

Charlie needs to go out in the morning, afternoon, and night in the yard. No leash needed. She gets fed once in the morning and once in the evening. She’d love to go on an hike or walk with you but is also fine just running around outside the house with the neighbor dogs. She can be active or chill, the perfect dog! Coco has an automatic dry food feeder. She just needs wet food once a day, evening if possible, and her water fountain kept full.

Haley and Coco were both wonderful to be around. It was such a restful time for me to be able to relax in their beautiful home and to be outside in their backyard. Haley was super sweet and gave me no trouble at all as we went on short walks together. Coco kept her distance at first but warmed up fairly quickly and sought out night time cuddles as I was getting ready to sleep. I loved my time in Ben’s home and I’m so grateful for the opportunity.

We had a lovely stay with Haley and Coco this weekend! They are both such sweet and loving pets! Ben and Amy were very accessible to us if we had any questions and their home was very comfortable! They are located in a beautiful area that is close to Nashville. There are lots of trails for walking/running. And we found a very nice gym (Williamson County Parks and Rec) that was only $2 for us to workout! Would definitely stay again if they needed us!

I highly recommend this sit with Haley & Coco! Ben and Amy couldn't have been better hosts; they were easy to communicate with, organized, and left clear instructions for taking care of the pets. Their home is beautiful & comfortable, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. And I had the best time with Haley and Coco, two of the sweetest, gentlest pets you could ever hope to meet. I'd love to sit for Ben anytime!

Ben and Amy are amazing! Haley is amazing! Haley is easily cared for. You can spend lots of time , just loving on her. I cannot say enough good things, about this sit. The atmosphere of the home, is congenial and relaxing. The screened porch has everything you need, for reading, tv, and enjoying nature. The house backs up to the Harpeth River. Franklin has antique shops, malls, great restaurants, only minutes from Nashville. Thanks guys for inviting me to sit.
