The house is two double bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living room, small but lovely shower room and office. There is a studio/workshop attached to the house. Renovation finished 2017. The house sits in 5 hectares of private stunningly beautiful land. It is a simple contemporary design off grid house which is wonderful to live in. The land has all been prepared but there will be some weeding and watering to do. Other than that its a simple live. Closest town Tabua which is 6 minutes. Totally private but close to town. Stunning river beaches and masses to do in this friendly and very special place. This property is truly stunning. Internet is reasonable and provided. We are specifically looking for a couple with a car to house sit for us.

Wow what a sit! It was such a pleasure to sit for Will and Kitty. We felt so lucky to have the opportunity to stay in their beautiful home that has been renovated with so much love. They have EXCELLENT taste! The views and surrounding areas are stunning and we loved exploring the different river beaches. They welcomed our daughter Rina with open arms and were so thoughtful in making her (and our) stay one to remember. She was absolutely smitten with Neil; their friendly chatty cat and she took pride in calling him for "dinner!" every day. Will and Kitty left very clear instructions on how to care for their home and garden and we loved reaping the benefits from their herb garden. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

All fabulous. Amazing house (renovated by Will and Kitty with incredible skill and impeccable taste), stunning setting with acres and acres of wild land to wander in, great and chatty cat (Neil), excellent hosts who made us feel totally at home. It’s a very peaceful and beautiful place in which to unwind and relax and we loved our time there.

We had a fantastic time staying at Kitty & Will’s, surrounded by nature in the lovely company of Neil. He’s such a sweet cat, it was a real treat to have him around. The house is very cozy, comfortable and with an interior that reflects the creativity of the owners, with beautiful views and an outdoor heated pool that we enjoyed on many occasions. It was such a pleasure to meet our amazing hosts, they made us feel welcome right from the start, and we’re so grateful that we had the chance to stay for some days. We would love to come back if we would get the chance. Thank you so much Kitty & Will for your hospitality 😊

Our stay at Will & Kitty's place was an absolute pleasure & a pure tonic. The bonus part for us was Neil, who has the sweetest nature & a joy. The setting is tranquil & peaceful & we couldn't recommend this housesit enough. We found kindred spirits in Will & Kitty & they made our stay memorable.

What an amazing place this is to house and pet sit! I feel already a bit (not my) home sick. ; ) A little, comfortable house in which you can feel the love of the owners; Will build it (including the furniture) himself and Kitty has take care of the lovely colours. The views are stunning and an absolute joy to see everyday. They've planted several exotic plants (succulents!) which i enjoyed watering. I felt very safe at their place on my own and enjoyed the daily routines around the house which is off grid. I'd the pleasure to spend time with mister Neil who is an adorable and very good looking cat. Oh, and the little swimming pool... what a joy, especially on those hot days in august, especially after a walk on their land. THANKS a lot, dear Kitty & Will for having me spend time at your lovely place!
