We love Rich and Laura and we honestly couldn’t have gotten our dog with out their help! My husband and I both work long hours (8 and 12-14 respectively) and when we first adopted our 4 month old puppy, we knew we’d need help. I had taken the 1st 2 weeks off work in order to get him house broken and start some basic training and they were able to help foster his skills from there! They gave us recommendations on how often they should visit him to start since we had no idea what we were doing and our dog loved having their company! Always gave detailed reports of their visits and even gave us some advice when he got sick. Some of the cutest pictures I have of our dog is ones that they took! Since we moved out of Fort Wayne, we don’t use them any more but wish they lived where we do now so we could keep them!

I have used the services of TLC In-Home Pet Care several times over the last few years and I have been extremely impressed with the care they provide my cat Callie while I am out of town! When Callie was just 6 months old, we had a family vacation planned and I was nervous about leaving her on her own for long periods of time. My vet's office recommended TLC and I reached out to them right away. I really like that they do a meet and greet first so they can get to know your pet a little bit and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Another positive is that they hold different certifications, including ones in pet first aid and CPR. On top of all this, Laura and Rich are wonderful people and they really do go above and beyond when they come check on my furry loved one. Detailed notes about each visit are left for me at home, as well as on their online client portal. Pictures are often left in the visit notes as well. I can't recommend Laura, Rich, and the TLC care team enough! I have so much more piece-of-mind knowing the Callie is being looked after by a great team of people while I'm out of town. I look forward to continued use of their services in the future!

I’ve been using Laura and Rich and their gang for cat sitting since we moved to Fort Wayne from out of state several months ago. I’ve used them for several short trips of 3-7 days and for a 3-week trip over Christmas where they spent nights at our house. The care they provide for my two kitties is top notch, even with the one who isn’t especially friendly. They know just how to keep her feeling safe and loved! I absolutely trust them with my two kitties and in my home, and I highly, highly recommend TLC In-Home Pet Care.

TLC (Laura and Rich) are exceptional at what they do. We have been using them since we moved here and it has been a blessing having them care four our 2 (previously 3) fur babies in our home. You can tell they are animal lovers and they have always been respectful of our home. If you have never experienced in-home pet care, I would suggest trying TLC at least once. Not having to take our boys (dogs) to be boarded makes leaving less stressful. We know our boys will be together, safe, cared for exceptionally well, and comfortable in their own home.

I can’t say enough good things about TLC’s pet sitting services! It’s clear that they’re not just professionals but also true animal-lovers. My dog, Bella, as well as my four cats were truly happy animals when I got back home, they really took to Laura and Rich (whom also happen to be my In-Laws!!) They went above and beyond, updating me with photos through-out the week. They even took care of little chores around the house such as bringing in the mail. I returned home to happy animals and a well looked after home. If you're looking for reliable, compassionate, and exceptional pet care, look no further. My Mom passed away recently and we needed to leave the country ASAP. It was our first time availing services of a pet sitter and chose TLC because of the good reviews. We were not disappointed at all! For 2 weeks, Laura took care of our 2 feathered babies. Laura was amazing, gave us daily updates and pictures, very professional and trustworthy as well. Furthermore, the app makes it very convenient for payments, scheduling, instructions, etc. We most definitely will use TLC’s services again.

We have been using TLC for about 5 years for our dogs and birds. They always go above and beyond in taking care of our pets. I love the updates at each visit so we know how things are going while we are away. We had a dog that needed a lot of medications and they always did such a good job. Our pets adore them!

I can tell you that Rich, Laura and Emily have been an absolute blessing to us! It is the best feeling knowing we can go away and know our cats are being taken care of beyond measure! Every single one of them goes above and beyond in taking care of the cats and not only that but they pay close attention to details. They help sweep up the litter, bring in packages. We even forgot to ask them to take our trash bin to the curb and they wrote us and said we saw your neighbors bins at the curb so we took your trash down! Amazing ! Thank you all for taking such amazing care of Hank and Ivy and for always going above and beyond! Oh and their app is phenomenal and so easy to stay in touch with how our cats are doing! They send lots of pics too!

Laura takes great care of our pets when we travel. She also communicates regularly so we never have to worry and even send pictures. Our cat loves his visits and the attention he gets. Highly recommend!

Laura and Rich did an outstanding job taking care of our cats while we were on a trip. They were thorough, spoke at length with me to understand what care the cats needed, and followed it all up with incredible service. They left notes following each visit and sent us photos of our cats while we were gone, too! I highly recommend checking out TLC if you have pets that need to be visited while you’re out of town. Our cats were well taken care of and even the shy one warmed up to Rich and Laura!

Maggie and her team are phenomenal. They treat my girl with care and keep her coat perfectly cut each visit. They even track the length of her coat to be sure it's the length i requested (which i never would have done if they hadn't asked me to specify a length.) No eye nicks or mistakes in over 2 years. I also got helpful advice on dietary issues that cause paw licking, smelly ear solutions, and gland cleaning. Cuts are priced as low as the big box pet store, but come with professional, knowledgeable staff that take pride in their craft. If you are scanning reviews to see if Classical is the right place, the answer is ABSOLUTELY.

A Classic Touch is an amazing place to get groomed. I have a Standard Poodle Puppy that I purchased from the Owner herself, Maggie. The groomers have great knowledge on cuts for non shedding, special coat, or hypoallergentic dogs because of their poodle owning experience. They treat me, and the other dogs very well. Stanley is always happy to see the grooming girls and Maggie. In addition to being a groomer, the owner Maggie is an amazing poodle breeder. She brings something extra to the table with more advanced dog knowledge. Maggie and her team are good at what they do, listen to my input, care about the dogs, and always provide me with a happy and pretty Stanley. I like that Maggie asks me if I like the cut or if we need to change anything when I pick him up. She really cares about doing the job well and making sure the client gets the cut they're looking for. They are amazing at trimming his face and feet, and cleaning his ears. I've had issue with other groomers cutting his face and feet too short and uneven, and not cleaning his ears properly. Maggie and her team do it all amazingly well. They said he is a happy dog during ear cleaning and they actually will pluck hairs (in the ear) and clean ears. And his face and feet are smooth, even, and irritation free. Needless to say, they are awesome at keeping the dogs happy, working with dog owners, and doing a great cut. Moo

Love this place! Maggie is a SAINT and takes excellent care of my dog when I bring her in. The energy of the other groomers always seems very calm, perfect for dogs that may be a bit nervous going in! The only thing I don’t like is the feeling of jealousy I get seeing how excited my dog gets when she sees Maggie in the mornings!!

We take our shepherd here every 4 to 5 weeks for his nail trimming. Folks here are great! They know how crazy shepherds can get about their nails being trim and haven't banned us yet! We truly appreciate how kind and understanding they are to us and our big baby!

My first time ever boarding my dog for a vacation. I felt very comfortable leaving her with Maggie and her staff, following a strong recommendation from my groomer. She was well cared for and I'll certainly use this place again.

We went with our Frenchie (who HATES getting his nails clipped) and they did awesome! They were so quick, very understanding, and you could tell they are professionals at their job. We are so happy!

So grateful for groomers that know how to care for doodle matting! Great job on our dog Pyper!

This place took great care of my dog! They were friendly and kind, good with animals and they let me set a grooming appointment last minute. They did a great job with everything. This is a very basic place for dog boarding. They don't have any frills or added packages but they did a great job and I would go here again

In Fort Wayne, Indiana, I've found the best pet grooming service: Richlene Kennels!🙏🏻❤️ The care they provide to pets and the warmth they extend to their customers is exceptional. Our groomer, Casey, is uniquely dedicated, making each customer feel valued. She not only grooms our dog Max to perfection but also engages us in genuine conversation. Despite Max's hearty appetite post-grooming,(the main reason I have to rush home is to feed this little monster) the quality service he receives is worth it. I highly recommend Richlene Kennels for reliable pet grooming and boarding services, and I'm grateful for Casey and her family's commitment to excellence!

Love this place!! So courteous and kind. We never worry about our dogs when they board here. They are patient with our small dog, who gets very anxious. Beautiful, clean, and welcoming office.

We have used other grooming facilities in the past with mixed results. They do a great job here, prices are competitive, and they have a nice facility. You can tell they really like and know animals, and they ask a lot of questions about exactly how you want your pet groomed. We have also used their boarding facility once while on vacation and everything went great.

The staff at Richlene consistently provides courteous and friendly service. My dogs return home from their stay thoroughly content and relaxed, often sleeping for an extended period afterward.

I have been taking my boy Willy there to get groomed for about a year now. He loves going and he always looks great when they are done. When he goes and he always has to greet everyone and they take great care of him. I would highly recommend

Best groomers in town! I have been going to these lovely ladies for a year now and I couldn't be more happier. We have brought our dog here for 8 years and it’s the only place he comes back from happy. Wendy has also groomed him all 8 years and he just loves her. He runs to the door ready to get groomed. He has never walked into or out of the doors unhappy. The past owners were fine but the new owners are great and show care.

The people here truly love animals. The facility is clean! My pets love it here and are so Pampered. I do not have any worries when I have to leave them here. They have my complete trust!

Love this place for grooming and boarding my working dogs

Edmy and Craig are the absolute best. Stella has been with happy time pet care and love a little over two years now. Trying to find a great sitter for your fur baby is hard but Edmy and Craig made the process very at ease. They are very quick with pictures and updates. They truly love and care for your fur baby like their own. Every picture I receive of Stella she is smiling ear to ear. She very much loves going to see Edmy and Craig. I highly recommend happy time pet care and love to anyone who is in need of daycare.

Our two dogs have been going to daycare with Edmy and Craig for over 6 months. They provide outstanding service and we have the utmost trust in them. They provide detailed updates each daycare day by commenting on if they ate their food, how their business went, and how playful they were. They send lots of photos each time too. They provide reliable pick up and drop off of our fur babies, and they show them nothing but love. They even provided a thoughtful gift to each of our pups during the holidays, chosen based on their interests/personality. Our dogs are so excited to see Craig upon pick up for day care, and return home very happy every single time. They also have a deep knowledge of animal behavior and training, and have significantly improved one of our dogs abilities to socialize and play with other dogs. This is the best daycare service we have used so far, and we are truly grateful to have Happy Time Pet Care and Love helping care for our dogs!

We have been using Happy Time Pet Care for 2 years. I know my 3 baby’s are in great hands and well cared for. I receive text messages and pictures at the time’s I’ve requested each visit. I fully trust the team at Happy Time Pet Care not only with my pets but with my home. The team always finds the time for my baby’s and gives them the caring attention they deserve.

I love Edmy and Craig and how they take care of our 3 dogs. They take everything in stride from accidents to sickness and deal with it in a very professional and loving manner. They take care of my pets like they were their own. They have the keys to our house and I am completely fine with it. Will only use them, because then I will have a good vacation knowing my puppies and in very capable hands.

Edmy has watched our Bailey many times and she always gives her lots of love. Now Bailey has a sister and Edmy just watched both our girls and they enjoyed their time with her. We were new to the Leo area and in need of a pet sitter. We tried Happy Time Pet Care and Love after finding out that our neighbor had been using them for dog walking. We couldn't have been more pleased. They make the process of pickup/dropoff so easy, as well as booking visits, submitting payment and responsive communication. The best part though is that we knew our dog Boden was in such good care, as shown from the daily pics and followup emails detailing his stay. It definitely provided peace of mind knowing our pup was happy and Edmy and Craig became like his second family. Edmy and Craig have been a godsend for my Border Collie. I have been taking her twice a week for months now and she now has more exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation. She had been lacking it during the week while I go to work. If you are needing daycare for your dog, I would suggest talking to them about taking your pup!!

We have been taking our chocolate lab (Ellie Mae) here for 2 1/2yrs. Honestly I think Ellie Mae is sad when we come pick her up after work. She loves playing with her friends? We are greatful to have a trusted home for her when we go on vacation, and to know she is loved and cared for.

Edmy and Craig have been taking care of our fur baby - Ellie for over 2yrs now. Their home is a 2nd home for Ellie, she is loved and is so well taken care that she misses them when she comes back home. Edmy and Craig always send updates and pictures. They are very attentive to her needs and very understanding & accommodating. They give her meds and take extra care if she is not eating or drinking water. They are reasonably priced and are flexible with drop off and pick up times. Recently we had to leave her for a month and we got daily email updates with pictures. We could see how pampered she was :) As much as we missed her we knew she was in the best hands. We are never worried when Ellie is with them and cannot thank them enough to take care of Ellie like their own.
