Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. Emily kept me updated regularly with messages and even sent me adorable pictures of Izzy. These updates meant the world to me and helped alleviate any concerns I may have had about leaving Izzy behind. This was my first experience using zeewoi and I am so happy that I did. Matt and Lisa arrived right on time. We had a few hours to visit and for them to interact with my dogs before I left. It was obvious that they are real pet people. I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs in their care. I departed for my cruise knowing my furry family members would be safe and loved while I was away. For several days I did not have phone service, being at sea. But when I did get phone service Lisa had already sent updates and lots of pictures. My dogs were treated to car rides and lots of nature walks as well as walks around my neighborhood. I know they were treated very, very well. Upon my arrival at home there were yummy fresh baked cookies and a freshly cleaned home. All linens and towels had been freshly laundered and my home was left neat, tidy and clean. I highly recommend Matt and Lisa! You will not be disappointed and your pets will be in the best care possible. I cannot thank them enough for caring for my pets and home as if they were their own. I would not hesitate at all to have them back for future sits.

It was my first time using zeewoi so I was slightly apprehensive, but as soon as I heard from Kendra I knew both my cat and my apartment would be in safe hands. Kendra was great with communicating and coming back quickly, very friendly and clearly experienced with sitter jobs. Whilst staying at my place she sent me regular updates. Once I returned home the flat was spotless. I would highly recommend Kendra and I would certainly use her again. She’s great!

Kendra was a great cat sitter to Genepi and she truly is a cat whisperer. Genepi usually takes 4 days to make friends with a new person but she came out and made friends with Kendra Day 1! Kendra regularly sent wonderful videos and pics of Genepi purring happily. The apartment was neat when we returned and our garden was blossoming. Would absolutely ask Kendra to sit again and highly recommend her. Thanks Kendra!!

We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.

Sabre is a sweet, honest person who stepped up at the very last moment (after the prior sitter flaked out) to watch our dog and cat for 17 days. When there were a couple minor accidents, she informed us of them right away. One involved a burnt pan (easy to do if you’re not familiar with an induction stovetop) which she offered to replace. Sabre also washed the towels and sheets, and made up the bed before we got home. The yard was pooper scooped and litter box was clean. Pets seemed well-cared for. When she had to leave town for several hours one day, she made sure to arrange for our neighbor take care of the pets. Additionally, I appreciated how she didn’t assume that it would be ok to bring her cat. When we found out she was going to keep her cat in a kennel during her stay here, we told her she could bring him which worked out fine. Overall, I would confidently recommend Sabre to watch your pets and house.

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. We left a little worried about him, but Jenima took care of him really well and kept us informed. Cats love her! We definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!

Caroline is an amazing sitter ! We were far away, had never left our cat for such a long period of time and we felt really confident with her. She took great care of our cat Honey as well as she did for the house, pool and garden. She was even able to handle the end of the refection of the bathroom which was a last minute surprise… We felt Caroline was reliable and self sufficient. We had a great communication with her during our stay abroad. We even found many nice intentions when we came back from our vacations such as fresh fruits and bakeries for a nice and welcomed breakfast after a night in a plane ! We definitely recommend Caroline for your sittings and we will obviously call her back !

She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.

Chris was a fantastic cat sitter for our elderly and high maintenance kitty. Chris was the perfect combination of responsible and on top of her medication needs while also being calm and relaxed about her picky eating habits and the need to monitor her food and medication consumption. Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them.
