Long Time Pet Owners Seeking Short Term Adventures
Susan and Jim took excellent care of our senior cat and home while we were away for a week. They took time before we left to come over and learn the details of the housesit; they asked conscientious and detailed questions and it was a pleasure getting to meet them. We were out of cell range for the entire duration of our trip, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves with total peace of mind knowing that everything was being well taken care of in our absence. We returned home to a clean and tidy house; Susan and Jim even laundered the guest room sheets and remade the bed before they left! Most importantly, our cat was clearly well-loved and cared for while we were away. We would welcome Susan and Jim back to sit for us any time!

Another great sit! No pets this is time, just our house. They took care of everything while we were away on an extended trip. Sabrina did an excellent job, taking care of our 2 dogs. She visited our home and immediately connected with our girls. The dogs also responded to her and loved her attention. She asked a lot of questions about the dogs, their personalities and routines. Sabrina kept in touch via texts and photos with regular updates. We were lucky to be able to meet her before the sit and was great to see her interact with our pup Miso, she didn’t blink an eye at Miso’s high energy. Sue’s communication was great both before and throughout the sit, she sent photo updates and a quick question, and we felt reassured while away. The house was the same as we left it. Mattho was super communicative, thoughtful and took really good care of George and Fendi. We were going out on a staycation in the city for a couple of days so we weren’t too far from home, however we’re really comforted by how thoughtful Mattho was in his communication and updates. George really warmed to him quickly - Fendi was a little shy but would have warmed up with more time. We received photos regularly and Mattho left the apartment super clean with a lovely card and some delicious leftovers from local restaurants. Highly recommend him!

Seàn was an amazing pet and house sitter! He was super communicative and took amazing care of my dog Nala and cat Bruce. They were happy and loved while I was away- I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for the two little fur babies! He sent great pictures and checked in every day so I had nothing to worry about. On top of all that, he also kept my place immaculately clean and left my place in wonderful shape. We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Laura came across the country to sit for us. She arrived a day early and from the moment my pets met her our Lokie was smitten. We have one shy cat Luna and she was out and about on the first night. Laura kept us updated and shared her Adventures as well. We do live in a small hideaway of a town so seeing that she was able to enjoy herself was nice. We returned to a clean home, laundry done also, and very content pets. Lokie was sad for a few days as he missed his friend. We would recommend Laura as a sitter to anyone and would have her back again. 5 plus stars. ⭐

Tonya was great and filled in after our other sitter had to cancel. She was very self sufficient and navigated acclimating herself to everything since she arrived after we left. She gave thoughtful updates on my cat and I could tell she really enjoyed her, so that means the world to me! She left the place immaculate and we will certainly have Tonya back!

Cat and Paul were wonderful sitters - our cats were contented and calm when we returned. And the house was spotless. Plus Paul mowed our entire yard including the back meadow - what a surprise! We very much enjoyed visiting with them as well and getting to know them. Highly recommend :)

Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!
