Karen took excellent care of Zorro...He could not be happier! Since it was a long term sit and since it was during the summer, Zorro had a bad case of the fleas. His flea collar and frontline treatment was not working. After communicating with us, Karen took the initiative to take Zorro to the vet for treatment. When we got home Zorro was happy and flea free.

Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.

Cung was a wonderful cat sitter and housesitter and we would happily invite him back again. He was excellent with our cats and sent plenty of photos, and also left the house impeccably clean. We had to come back a day early and so we got to spend some time with him which we enjoyed as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Florence is everything you want in a cat sitter! We have two cats that need a lot of human attention. One takes multiple medications twice a day and they both are used to eating on their own schedule and having people around so it is always very important to us to find a pet sitter that will be spending a lot of time in the apartment and that doesn't mind being very attentive. We were able to meet Florence before our trip and felt 100% confident that she would take great care of our cats. Florence is comfortable giving medication, she sent us photos and updates and left our apartment spotless. We were so happy that we had her come back the following week when we went away again for a short trip! We will definitely contact Florence again whenever we travel and hope that she is available!

Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!

Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content. Jose was a wonderful pet/house sitter for us recently. We highly recommend him. He was wonderfully reliable and responsible and took such good care of our two pets. On short notice Jose drove down from Grass Valley to the East Bay for a bit of a quiet get-away while working a really hard job teaching online. We know how hard that is firsthand and partly why we needed our own get-away for a last-minute backpacking trip. We have a recently rescued pit bull and a rescued cat that we're still introducing to each other to make sure the dog doesn't eat the cat (as he seems to want to), and the cat doesn't blind the dog (as she would if he tried to eat her). That might be more background than is needed in a review but Jose made us feel comfortable about everything because of how conscientious and responsible he clearly is. We could tell when we talked to him that he was genuinely kind and eminently trustworthy. We are very grateful and hope Jose was happy with everything too because we know what a value his care was to us. Jose truly deserves any and all house-sitting gigs that strike his interest. Ours was not the easiest and he was amazing. Get him if you can.

We have used Fetch- San Gabriel Valley for multiple trips over the past year. They have given two of our cats medication as well as providing excellent kitty over all care. Tom and Daniel are great. They even checked our 6 foster kittens and mom for a day while we went Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Rhoda is beyond content, and I get to love her guilt free knowing she’s had an amazing time with Tiger.

Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!
So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.
Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙
Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!
Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!
I highly recommend this company not just as a dog trainer but for all your pet care needs. They do training, dog sitting, walking, and even cat sitting. They are highly experienced and had my aggressive rescue dog showing improvement after just a few sessions! I’ve also used their services when traveling. They send updates on the pup and make sure he is very well taken care of. Highly recommend them!!
We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. We saw our puppy liked her from the very beginning and felt safe with her- we left her one full day and, when we picked her up, she was super happy and looked like Anna took great care of her. We had a great experience with LA pet sitting! Our pet sitter was Emily and she took great care of our two cats while we were out of town for the week. She sent us updates after each visit and it was great to know she was there keeping them company while we were gone. Communication and coordination was also super easy. Thanks to Brooke and Dottie for clear, prompt communication during booking and great service while my husband and I were away. We came home to find our two cats (9 and 19 years) healthy and engaged. We had a wonderful experience with LA Pet Sitting. It was the first time we had ever left our cat for more than a night, so we were a bit nervous about the trip we were taking. Luckily for us everyone at LPS were so professional and understanding. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. I also love that it's a local business instead of an app. It gave me extra comfort knowing that this business has been in the area for a decade+, serving the community. I couldn't recommend it more. My husband and I are quote OCD about our pet care. We basically left a booklet with detailed instructions to care for our four fur babies. These instructions were emailed to our sitter directly so she can review and ask questions before our time away. We couldn't be happier with the services Julianne provided for our pets. I was truly happy with her services and my four cats seemed happy too! I loved seeing pictures of my cats looking so happy and playful. Two of my fur babies have high anxiety and one is mildly feral, but she gave them their own space and allowed them to warm up to her on their own terms. Our oldest cat, 18, has separation anxiety and doesn't like being alone, so I really appreciated the extra attention and care she gave to him. He is also on a prescription diet but loves to sneak up on my other cats' food bowl. She was very vigilent and assured he stuck to his own bowl to prevent advancement with his kidney disease. I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.
Wonderful! I've used them a bunch of times. Totally flexible and highly communicative. They send the cutest pictures of our fur babes so we are comfortable while we are out and about.
Sinead was great! She cleaned up a couple of messes the kitties made, brought in packages, and wrote thorough reports on how each cat was doing every day. I have been using LA Pet Sitting for years to take care of my three cats. All of the sitters I have used have been wonderful - reliable, personable, and caring towards my pets. They take time to sit with my cats and play with them, as well as to write detailed notes on their activities. I know my cats appreciate the extra attention, and I am relieved to be able to go on vacation and not worry about their welfare. I will continue to use LAPS, and I highly recommend their company to other pet owners, as their prices are reasonable and their staff is professional and dependable.

I cannot thank Jeanette and Matt enough for watching my dog while I was away! They sent me updates and pictures every day when I didn't even request to. They are very accommodating and great with my dog who has anxiety. I love how much space they have in their home and the nice yard they have.

This is Cyrus's home away from home. We recently lost our other dog, Peter, and Cyrus was showing some separation anxiety (totes new), so we took him to Ruff Haus instead of our usual house sitter. Cyrus had a great time with the other dogs, and the humans too. I got daily pics or videos. They even washed him when his feet got a lil dirty! I have only praise for Ruff Haus!

If Michelin stars were given to Doggie Daycares, this place would have 3! They are a family-run business with a huge backyard, they offer pickup and drop off, and they take special care of my dog-selective dog. Paola and Daniela have become crucial in my day-to-day routine as a working dog mom, and are an immeasurable part of Hudson’s overall health. It is a huge weight off my shoulders to know that she is being lovingly cared for when I’m at work: fed, pottied, and exercised. Plus, they have the resources and space to keep her safely separated from any potential negative encounters, which is a rarity in LA. As a traveling dog owner who has experienced daycares all over the country, I can honestly say they are the best of the best. And who doesn’t love cute pics of their pets during the day? Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough about Paola and her crew. Being a first time doggy day car mom and just moving from Virginia, i was on a time crunch with starting work and I was very nervous about leaving Sammi with strangers. Paola made time on her Sunday for a meet and greet which put me very much at ease. She and all of her crew are welcoming! Drop offs and pick ups are a breeze and they are so accommodating to my schedule! They send photos throughout the day and seeing my happy smiling pup playing with her furriends all day makes me an extremely happy dog mama and is such a relief that she is in great caring hands and is not alone! They play outside all day in the yard, not in a warehouse like other places I looked at and Sammi stayed in the house when she boarded for a weekend. Communication is great and I highly appreciate the little reports I get at the end of the day of how she played. I highly recommend!!!
I’ve been taking my husky there for over two years for daycare and boarding. They are THE BEST!! Huge yard and trees for shade, trampoline, and an actual home, so when you’re boarding your pup, they won’t be sleeping in a lonely cold cement box. And they are given so much extra love and affection. There is so much love, attention and care put into the environment and the work they do. Bonus-they also offer local pick-up/drop-off on weekdays. I do not trust my furry best friend with anyone else! They also have that magic ability to take the best pics of my dog where she actually looks at the camera!
We’ve been taking our two dogs to Creature comfort for almost 3 years!!! This place is doggy heaven! The play areas are amazing and both Penny and Henley LOVE chasing each other around the giant trampoline that is built into the floor in the main play area! The staff is so wonderful and really attentive to the special needs of our pups! We’d never send them anywhere else!!! #PenHen
We had such a wonderful experience boarding our 5 year old rescue, Teddy, for the first time at Creature Comfort BnB! Daniela was so wonderful from our first conversation. The yard is large, secure, and clean - check out their Instagram to see how happy the dogs are playing in it! They answered all our questions and sent pictures and updates of Teddy (see a couple of them here) throughout his stay. He is much more into hanging out with humans than dogs, but he made some new dog friends and he was so at home. They provide plenty of one-on-one attention to each dog that you can’t get at a larger facility. And they literally open their home to your dog which lets them have a more comfortable experience - like at night when our little guy hates being alone, he got to cuddle with the other dogs and humans! We have no complaints, and Creature Comfort BnB is top of our list for future daycare and boarding :)
Absolutely the best doggy day care and boarding. It is such a relief to have my dog so well taken care of, whether it’s for a single day, or a two week trip. Daniella and Paola are the best and truly love each and every pup. The dogs have a lovely, secure yard to play in, are always well-supervised, and have indoor rest breaks when boarding to avoid overstimulation. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have found Creature Comfort!
This is the best place for your pet!!! We call it summer camp for our dog! She is so loved and cared for. We give Creature Comfort 10 STARS!!! The staff feels like family and our pup always comes home with a twinkle in her eye, a smile that is as wide as wide can be and happier than ever. I absolutely love Creature Comfort Bnb. I love it so much that I drive from Culver City to take my dog there. I started taking my mini goldendoodle here in the summer of 2022. I was in bind and needed a dog sitter for a last minute trip. I searched around on Rover, but after hearing some horror stories, I was reluctant to use one for this trip. My dog can be very timid, and feared that she might end up with a sitter on Rover who was in it for the money and didn't really enjoy pets. While at the dentist, one of the technicians mentioned that she knew of a place that she'd found, loved, and trusted. She very generously put in a good word for me and the rest was history. Paola, Daniela, and their family take excellent care of my dog, Violet. They even helped her socialize and start playing with other dogs. I know they treat her well because whenever we arrive, Violet hops out of the car and runs in. They are always flexible with my busy and unpredictable schedule and I love their daily update photos of my smiling pup. If you are looking for a safe, loving place to bring your pet, a place where you can vacation with piece of mind, bring your pet to Creature Comfort Bnb. You won't be disappointed.
We love taking our fur baby, Kimchi, here. They always take the very best care of her and we are worry free while she is there. Lots of other happy dogs for her to play with, and always comes home happy and ready for a nap. They also are good with her specific meal and meds routine. Easy to communicate and coordinate with. 10/10 highly recommended.
Creature Comforts is a hidden gem! Paola and Daniela took wonderful care of our dog! After many failed dog sitters, we finally found the perfect place. Communication is great with pictures throughout the day. Creature Comforts is our new go-to. Couldn’t ask for more!

I can’t say enough good things! It was very last minute and Charlie was able to take care of our cat with update videos and texts! She came to our rescue and took care of our pet at our home while we were away and even spent some time with her and gave her some good company. Charlie is very sweet and loves kitties! I’m excited to also set up boarding even when I’m not on a trip so my cat can socialize in a safe and clean environment. You can tell Charlie really cares about all animals and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of and safe. My cat is shy so I was concerned about leaving him while traveling. Charlie provided a safe environment where he could get comfortable, roam freely and make friends with other cats boarding with her. From the video updates I received, I could see that Rocket loved his staycation and highly recommend Charlie's Feline Services!

I wish I could give 100 stars, Marc and Lori have become like family to our mini Aussie Pepper, and for our dog it’s like going to camp not a kennel. There are no cages, just two dog lovers with a nice house and yard for your furry friend, steps away from an off leash dog park, that they visit frequently. The cost can’t be beat and the quality of service is top notch- they handle special dietary needs, and are always around to supervise the dogs, and Pepper plays with other dogs all day and has a blast. They have an early drop off time at 9am and a late pickup time available, and do both overnight rate or discounted day only rate. They send pictures and video of the dogs day. We love these folks and the freedom they give us to go on adventures that don’t allow dogs from time to time.
Sarah did an excellent job watching my goldendoodle for a few days, I was updated throughout each day with photos and Sarah was very responsive with any questions I had. Sarah provided more than adequate amounts of exercise and stimulation for my energetic dog through long walks, playing fetch, and playing with chew toys inside. My dog was in healthy and happy shape when I picked him up and I would gladly board with Sarah in the future!!
We are very pleased to have found a private home with a cage free pet sitting environment. Marc and Lori are attentive, interact with the dogs, take them to the nearby dog park, and send us photos of the dogs interacting and having fun. We also feel comfortable leaving our two dogs with them during vacations. Additionally, theprices for pet sitting and boarding are reasonable.
Sooo happy to find such a great place to board my cat and dog. It's a private home and totally cage-free. The sitter is really great! I was really nervous about leaving them but they we're really well taken care of, actually they we're totally spoiled because when I came back from vacation to pick them up, they didn't want to come home! I recommend 100%. Absolutely the best dog boarding and cat boarding ever!
I recently moved to the San Fernando Valley and my experience with leaving my cat in Mona's care could not have been better. She is very accommodating and cared for my cat like it was her own. The rates are affordable and she's reliable when it comes to texting updates and always replies promptly. Very professional, safe, friendly, and overall I was extremely pleased.
