Lauren is an incredible sitter. Her communication and organisation was excellent and she made us feel extremely relaxed the minute she arrived to care for Lilah. Lilah loved her time with Lauren and was a very happy and content soul on our return. Lauren kept us updated on a daily basis with lovely photos and information of what they had done on a walk - utterly charming and such a strong example of how evidently loved and well cared for that Lilah was. Lauren looked after the flat perfectly, leaving washed sheets and a super tidy space on our return. As if that is not enough, Lauren is a brilliant person who is super bright with a kind and considerate way about her. We cannot recommend her more highly!

I had a last minute trip come up, and was relieved Valerie was able to take care of my kitties in a pinch. I liked her immediately upon meeting her, and felt her great energy would be a perfect match for my shy kitties. As far as I could tell, Valerie took good care of the kitties while I was away. The communication was just okay. She eventually replied to my messages about this and that, but didn't really initiate or share little updates or photos of the kitties and how it was going unless I reached out first. When I came home, I discovered that an item of mine was missing and asked her if she had seen it anywhere, thinking I must have misplaced it before I left. She acknowledged she had taken it, but didn't actually apologize, incredibly, and then it was a real struggle to try to get it back or at least have her send a replacement. After much persistence and pursuit on my part and quite the runaround on her part, she eventually replaced it, but I was a bit taken aback by her blasé attitude about taking it in the first place and then casual avoidance to resolving the situation. All very surprising, and an unfortunate disheartening footnote to the petsit. All that being said, she left my house very clean and tidy, and the kitties seemed very calm and content when I returned.

Jewels was a wonderful housesitter. She looked after our dogs and pony superbly. She paid attention to detail and their welfare and they were all happy in her cares she also looked after our vegetable beds and pots and left the house looking great. Thank you Jewels.

Karen took excellent care of Zorro...He could not be happier! Since it was a long term sit and since it was during the summer, Zorro had a bad case of the fleas. His flea collar and frontline treatment was not working. After communicating with us, Karen took the initiative to take Zorro to the vet for treatment. When we got home Zorro was happy and flea free.

Seàn was an amazing pet and house sitter! He was super communicative and took amazing care of my dog Nala and cat Bruce. They were happy and loved while I was away- I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for the two little fur babies! He sent great pictures and checked in every day so I had nothing to worry about. On top of all that, he also kept my place immaculately clean and left my place in wonderful shape. We can’t wait to have him back to sit and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a sitter!

It was the first time we had left both our dog and our cat with a TH sitter and Kristi went above and beyond. My partner and I left our cat Mango in Lindsey's care for a month so that we could get married. We were going from FL to ME, so it was a long way from home. We were gone for a month. Picking the right houses sitter was important. We are so glad we picked Lindsey (and she picked us). From before Lindsey got on her plan to fly down, until she was back home again Lindsey was communicative, considerate and positive. We felt like we had a family member staying at our place and because of who she is, Mango and our home's well being was a weight off our mind during the wedding. Oh wow! Everyone should be so lucky to have Nicholas and Veerle watch their house and pets. These lovely people are pros! They communicated early and often, were super accommodating to some last minute changes (it was originally going to be only our cats to watch but we decided to keep the dog home as well so that added to the schedule and care needs) and they left the house spotless and all set up for another sitter who came in after them. We didn’t get the chance to meet because my departure and arrival times but I dearly hope I get to in the future because they were just great! I even heard how nice they were from My neighbors who say them out walking our dog. :-) They also sent regular pictures of the pets which look like pro-photography! Cannot recommend this couple enough! Your pets and house will be in good hands!

Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content.
