Susan and Jim took excellent care of our senior cat and home while we were away for a week. They took time before we left to come over and learn the details of the housesit; they asked conscientious and detailed questions and it was a pleasure getting to meet them. We were out of cell range for the entire duration of our trip, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves with total peace of mind knowing that everything was being well taken care of in our absence. We returned home to a clean and tidy house; Susan and Jim even laundered the guest room sheets and remade the bed before they left! Most importantly, our cat was clearly well-loved and cared for while we were away. We would welcome Susan and Jim back to sit for us any time!

Another great sit! No pets this is time, just our house. They took care of everything while we were away on an extended trip. We were lucky to be able to meet her before the sit and was great to see her interact with our pup Miso, she didn’t blink an eye at Miso’s high energy. Sue’s communication was great both before and throughout the sit, she sent photo updates and a quick question, and we felt reassured while away. The house was the same as we left it. We’d easily recommend Sue, she’s very sweet and took great care of our pup!

Jim was amazing! He was flexible and easy to work with. Sheilah was immediately comfortable with Jim and he kept me up to date every couple of days. My mind was at ease because he put Sheilah’s welfare above all. (This was noticed by some contractors who were on the property at the same time). I hope that he will come back some time to spend time here and take care of Sheilah.

Rhyss & Jean ware were amazing! Minnie was so well taken care of. Rhyss & Jean both took Minnie for 3 walks a day, she usually only gets 2 so this was a real treat for her. I was sent either a video or photo every time they walked Minnie. This I really appreciated. My home was cleaner when I got back than when I left. I so appreciated that after a long day of traveling and not getting in til after midnight. I also really appreciated that they walked Minnie late evening knowing that I would be home late. They are both amazing people that go well above to ensure that you and your pet are well taken care of.

I really wish there were more than just 5 stars for rating her performance and care. Sharon was absolutely a dream and Barklee just loved her. In fact, he is still kind of pouting and watching the door for her to come back! The house was very well taken care of and she went left it in even better shape than it was when we left! Would definitely love to have her stay again! So would Barklee!

Ally was great! We got to meet for a few minutes before I headed out and I felt super reassured that both Goose and my home were in good hands. My cat is picky when it comes to strangers, but he was comfy in Ally’s lap right away the first night! She communicated well and sent cute pictures while I was away. Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with. They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed. I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.
