I needed a bed do to bugs it also became hard to sleep on do to it being uneven. Not only did I find what I was hoping for ; I found two bran-used mattresses both were clean an a huge savings to me. I search like every 4-5 days. I also see great tile , like 7 styles. I'm looking forward to that.

No perimeter safety fence. My dog was first put in a dirty run- like dirty bed and dirty water. When I asked to move him into a cleaner (still not clean) run the same dirty bed was moved over for him to sleep on Luckily I went to outdoor run to check it as the gate was completely unlatched Didn’t trust them to leash walk him with no safety fence and peacocks roaming around Glad it was only for day board while we were in the area… Please preview before committing to boarding here and make sure it meets your expectations

We were so blessed to find River Walk during our 10 day Balloon Fiesta stay in October. Sonia and her team were most accommodating to our early morning schedule. We would drop off our dog at 4am on our way to the field, and pick her up that afternoon after our flights. We felt very safe in leaving her there, with her own kennel and space to run free. The countryside location is lovely, and shady. The animals are well cared for. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming to us. Most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They took the best care of my dog and even had top star treatment. They shampoo and even trim nails plus they walked my dog like royalty.

This is my #1 choice for boarding my big, active dogs. Big outdoor runs with good shade. Surrounded by fields and farms, so there's lots of visual and scent-ual stimulation for my girls. Dog-loving staff, reasonable prices. It's like summer camp for the dogs.

Neon Dream has been taking exceptional care of my cats for over 15 years. I am so grateful to be able to call on them, and can relax and enjoy time away knowing my cats and home are in such trustworthy hands. Donna, Lauren, and the whole team have always been so loving to my cats, leaving detailed notes about their visits. Lauren went above and beyond recently when I shared that my cat would not eat any wet food after I tried to switch him to a prescription food. During Lauren's visits she bought a variety of foods to try based on her experience and found two that he would eat! I offer my strongest possible recommendation for Neon Dream pet sitting!!

I love Neon Dream. I’ve been working with them for years, and really trust them with my beloved cats. Donna, the owner, is great, and Kristina, my current sitter, is wonderful. She texts me pictures of the kitties every couple of days so I know all is well, and Neon Dream always leaves a sheet of notes so I can see when I get home how each day went. I love their professionalism and care. I love that they keep a copy of my key so they are ready even on short notice (though you should give them plenty of notice if you can, so they can schedule). They are patient with my exact dates fluctuating as I settle my plans. I would never go back to having friends watch my cats. Neon Dream is worth every penny of their very reasonable rates.

We've been using Donna & Neon Dream for frequent catsitting since 2013. We very much appreciate the care she and her people have provided for us. It's very easy to book petsitting online, and I love the little notes the sitters leave behind for us. Our three cats are always calm when we return, which is a good sign that they were well taken care of. Plus, I like that the sitters pick up the mail, bring in packages, change lights around, and do a little plant watering.

Donna has been taking care of our pets for many years. We really appreciate her care. Our mewtants are safe and secure when we're out of town. Neon Dreams is a shining star in Albuquerque. Wouldn't want anyone else to sit for us!

I have known Ms. Donna for 20 years and her service is beyond measure. Trust is a challenge and never did she or her crew make me feel doubtful about her care. My pets can attest to this as they love her when she cares for them as if they were her own babies.

When only the best will do. Spectacular ! We lived in Albuquerque 5 years, and we traveled alot before Covid, and they always did us right. We have used Avalon for years. In fact, they have been there through the entire life spans of our dogs(One has since passed and the other is an old lady). Avalon’s service is impeccable, they are beyond trustworthy, and my dogs loved them. They also provided minor house chores like bringing in the mail, watering, and placing the trash cans on the curb. We happily went on vacations knowing all was well in our home and with our pups. The only reason I can’t use them any more is because we are moving out of state.

Mendi has made travel stress free for me. Not only did she take great care of my cat during multiple trips, she also took care things around the house (packages, trash, etc) and made sure everything was secure when she visited. She was in constant contact with me during my times away. I highly recommend her!

There was no Anger as Falsely Claimed in the Company's " Response ". B. Mendi & other Pet Sitters have suggested other Sitters when they weren't available. I don't recall if I asked for a recommendation or a recommendation was volunteered. C. In the first instance I requested Pet Sitting 1 month in advance. D. I was not told of the details of Avalon's... unavailability until their response to my Initial Review. >> Other than Avalon...removing the Inaccuracies in their " Response " & a Signed Apology, the Discussion Is Over.<< Standing By My Objective Comments, W R ..10/20 Mendi hasn't been available to pet sit since 9/1. In this situation she needs to suggest another pet sitter !

I have worked with Avalon Pet Care for the last 2 years. They have helped me raise my Doberman puppy, Chief, since the day I brought him home. I can’t say enough about their dedication, reliability and commitment to the care of my dog and property. This was demonstrated by the sheer happiness Chief expressed when Mendi came to the house. I would highly recommend Avalon. Their rates are very reasonable and their service is top notch. They will love your pet like it is one of their own.

We have relied on Avalon to care for our home and pets for six years, and we have always been very happy with the service! Mendi cares very much for our pets and home, providing regular, reliable service and keeping an eye out for trouble. For example, Mendi noticed a developing ant infestation and water leak in our house and halted both issues before we returned home. We are always very comfortable leaving our home in Mendi's capable hands. We cannot recommend Avalon highly enough!

Mendi Walters of Avalon Pet Sitters is an excellent pet sitter. She has fed and taken care of my dogs while I have been out of town. Since my dogs are older and need medical attention, she provides them with their medications as needed, following directions from me and the vets. In addition, she puts them in the backyard twice a day, and cleans up after them. I have recommended her to others. She is responsible and has always showed up. She takes great care of my pets and takes the time to tend to their needs. Furthermore, she often makes small repairs around the house. She is readily available and easy to reach via. text or phone.

Mendi is wonderful with my pets and very responsible with my home. She stayed with my fur babies many times, and always takes great care of them. He always returns messages properly, and sends wonderful pictures while we are away. Highly recommended!

I have been using Avalon Home Pet Care Services for several years and am very happy with the care that they provide to my cats, who require daily medication. The care has always been reliable and conscientious, communication has been excellent, and availability has been outstanding.

After moving back to NM 7 years ago, I had the incredibly good fortune of finding Mendi. I couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter!! It is not easy for me to entrust the care of my cats to another person, but I can 100% rely on Mendi to care for my sweeties. She stops by twice a day without fail. Along with the kitty duties, she opens and closes window shades, brings in packages, will take trash bins out/in if needed. She even watered my garden a few times during the hot summer. Highly recommend!

I moved across country this year, and have needed someone to pet sit my tortoise a few times now. I've had him since I was a child, so it's important to me to find someone who has experience with terrapins, and where he could stay comfortable in his tank at home, as travel stresses him out. They've always been friendly and helpful, and I'm glad I've found their services.

Duck & Turtle is the first professional pet sitting and home care service that I have ever employed. Jarrett and Daniel were wonderful to my timid old, semiferal cat; they patiently developed a connection with her so now her circle of Humans Not to Fear is wider! Equally important was the immediate rapport they established with me—I felt very confident in leaving my home and cat in their care. The cat, the plants, my apartment, mail—my home even looked better than it did when I left—how did they do it? While I was gone, Jarrett kept me updated with emails and pictures of the old gal.
