Sharon was an excellent sitter who I knew was taking great care of my two dogs while away. She walked them, was a clean guest, and sent regular pictures and updates. I’d recommend her to anyone.
Our dog loved Angela, as did we! She was friendly, efficient, handled our large, happy bernadoodle effectively and with love...we could not have asked for a better dog sitter and would be happy to have her back.
Brian is awesome - he is simply the best pet sitter and house sitter that we have EVER had and we've had a bunch. He is experienced, thoughtful, respectful, loving, appreciative, helpful, enthusiastic...the list just goes on. Started with our initial call - it was our first sit with zeewoi and he immediately instilled confidence in us in how he talked about his experience and how he saw his role. In the pre-planning, he had great questions for us and helped us to get organized. He was thorough through the instructions, came in a day early to make sure he understood everything about our house and our dog and then followed through on everything. He even drove us to the airport and picked us up on the return. Along the way we were gone, he sent us pictures and kept us updated - always making us feel good about being away and knowing Jorge and the house were in great hands. We had workers coming to fix a fence while gone and some other activity at the house - he was helpful, available, and willing to do whatever was needed to be done. He was self-sufficient and when it came time to leave, he had everything organized and cleaned at the house - he left it in better condition than he received it. We would love to have Brian sit whenever we are away (and in fact will invite him and hope he says yes!) - any one would be lucky to have Brian as their house and pet sitter.
Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. We had a lot of fun and we already miss you sooooo much. I'm really looking forward to see you again in some monthes.
Piper was a wonderful sitter and I would definitely have her come again. My dog .Winston loved her and was very happy while I was gone. When I returned home everything was orderly and clean, she changed her bed and washed all the towels. I totallly recommend Piper to sit at your home.
Ryan is a great house and pet sitter and I definitely recommend him. He took excellent care of my apartment and my dog for peace of mind when I was away. He is professional, friendly, and experienced.
Dede (Duha) is definitely one of our top house/pet sitters so far! The moment we met I knew she was the perfect fit for us. She is the most loving, caring and responsible sitter one could wish for! She send us regular updates of her daily adventures with Kenzie and Ginger and we could not have felt more at ease. I know for sure that our dog fell deeply in love with her and misses her much. We hope to invite Dede back into our home soon! Five stars all the way!!
Oh my Goodness! Where to begin. Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy! What more can you ask for, right? Well with Linda you get all that and more. Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia. The house as spotless as we left it, maybe even better! Even the porches were clean! Linda is a genuine treasure and our recommendation would be 10 stars if there were that many!!
Melissa and Chris are amazing. We are very picky about our dog sitters, and we chose them because they have been doing this for a long time and track your wants and needs carefully and follow through with utmost care and integrity. They offered to come the day before we left to meet Winnie so that we could rest in that she would trust them and connect to them. Honestly, we would hire them as our only dog sitter all of the time if we could. I cannot thank them enough and say enough good things about them. They also took very good care of our house and plants.
Veronica House sat for us for a month. She cared for our two Dobermans and our cat. Veronica is so enthusiastic about animals. They immediately pick up on her joy and love for them. When some bold alligators made our dogs’ normal exercise routine unsafe, she was faced with the challenging situation of keeping two Dobermans with very different temperaments exercised and entertained in the height of Florida summer with its bugs, heat, and humidity. She met this challenge by taking the dogs for individual outings. She drove our young social dog to the dog park, finding the times when he would most likely have other large playmates and drove our socially anxious dog to the quiet areas of town for walks. This took a lot more time than our normal routine, but it kept our dogs safe and happy. A lasting benefit for us is that our younger dog, once a terror in the car, now rides much more calmly and our anxious dog, once fearful of what the car ride would bring, now happily hops in. Our cat was so content and well-groomed upon my return, it was obvious that she had been getting lots of daily attention, too. Veronica communicated with us on all the happenings with our pets and property every day. I came home to happy and healthy pets and a well cared for home. We feel so fortunate to have had Veronica as a house sitter and look forward to her sitting for us again.

The doctors and staff at Little Creek are the best. They go out of their way to get to know your pets and that makes a huge difference. Special kudos to Sarah who takes special care of my long haired cat, Cotton. Love This clinic!
Dr. Shannon has always taken the very best of care of our fur babies. She is warm, caring and extremely responsive to our needs. I highly recommend Little Creek Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a first-class team of professionals who love what they do!
The staff at Little Creek are so very kind and also knowledgeable. They will be my pets new vet going forward. Thank all of you for your concern for my pet. We both felt taken care of and y’all had been thorough. I highly recommend.
Dr Shannon or Dr Kelly sees my dog Lulu almost immediately if there is a problem. They re caring as well as competent. They advise me as to the best treatment for Lulu. Both the vet and other members of the staff were very upset when my other dog Josey passed away. Not only do I trust Dr Shannon and Dr Kelly, I am also impressed by their staff. I am handicapped and someone always bring my blind Lulu in and out of the office for me. Lulu is blind and they are all very patient with both of us. I am so pleased that a friend recommended Little Creek to me. I could not ask for a more compassionate group.
I love this clinic. They're very helpful and work with you in regards to giving you the cost before anything is done.
We always receive amazing care by staff, Dr. Shannon and Dr. Kelli. They are always really thorough in their examinations and will follow up to make sure our dogs are back to good health after receiving care. Anyone looking for a new vet clinic would do well choosing Little Creek.
The entire clinic staff are wonderful. They take such loving care of the animals. My senior dog is almost 18 and for almost all of his life Dr Shannon has taken care of him. I can always count on professional care and great advice. And the perfect mix of professional honesty and empathy in helping us make decisions for our elder, furry family member.
I wouldnt recomend taking your pet here. I took my puppy here on Wednesday since he wasnt eating or anything and he kept throwing up. They said it could be a blockage so they took him x-rays. Then, explained how he couldnt have a blockage because he had nothing in his stomach, and there was no need for surgery. So they sent us home with some medicaton. My puppy started getting worse everday, and by Saturday it was so bad that he couldnt even walk and was unactive. We took him to another ER, where they said he needed x-rays, were they found something in his stomach, and said he needed surgery to remove it. Mind you it was so obvious in the photos that he had something and she told us it had been there for weeks, so i dont understand how this place told us he had nothing, and whats so weird is that in the x-ray photos this vet took, he didnt have anything in his stomach. Right now my dog just finished surgery, and hes in the hospital recovering, I regret taking him here because they practically stole money from me. I want to tell everbody my experience, so yall are more careful to where you bring your pets. This place should care more for the animals bought to them.
Dr Shannon She is and was great!
We absolutely love Little Creek veterinarian hospital! They are truly the best from the front staff to the people in the back!!! They are all so nice and make you feel so welcomed and wanting to help you with anything possible while you are there. Dr. Kelli is our favorite she is so awesome with all SIX of our babies!! She always knows how to make our babies feel comfortable while they are there and she make their experience enjoyable! She is always so fast to get back to our emails if we have any questions about something going on. Dr. Kelli will forever be part of our FAMILY! I don’t know what we would do without all of them! Thank you for all y’all do, y’all are the best!!
I take my dog here for daycare a few days a week and he is always *so* excited to go. While normally timid around other people, he wags his tail and eagerly rushes in when we arrive. When I pick him up, he's relaxed and clearly well-exercised. Mid City Animal House has multiple enclosures for dogs of different sizes and energy levels. Their staff are friendly, responsive, and clearly care about the animals. I'm really grateful to have found this business and I think my dog is too! Be sure to make reservations for daycare or boarding well in advance of holiday weekends. There are packages available for 10 or 20 visits for an overall discount.
I was anxious about boarding my 2 pups for their first time, but based on their reaction upon my return, it’s obvious that they really enjoyed their stay! They were happy to see me, but obviously relaxed and not stressed in the least. The reservation process was a breeze, and communication was smooth. We have another reservation upcoming and I feel confident that they’ll be in good hands again.
I can tell that this facility is well run and the staff care about the animals and care for them well. However, I’m giving this review to caution anyone with a particularly anxious dog considering this doggy daycare. They don’t really have the space to let dogs be alone for an adjustment period. My dog has separation anxiety and has done ok at another daycare (in Alabama, unfortunately)— but they had a separate yard for the dogs who needed a bit of space, and several staff— one of whom sat with my dog for a long time until he was calmer. This facility doesn’t really have the capacity for that (they only have one small yard space and two staff when I was there), and I don’t blame them for it, but it might be worth exploring other options if you have a pup who needs an adjustment period! They were understanding about our dog’s anxiety but we had to come get him after only about 15 minutes because they didn’t have the space/capacity to let him be on his own or in a quiet space for long and he became too worked up for them to safely keep him there. Again, reviewing to give information, not to talk down about this place. I’ve worked in a few doggy daycares and understand limits on space and staff! I appreciate the effort they made to make my boy comfortable, it’s just also up to me as a dog owner to find a good fit for my big scared dummy, and caution others with similar pups.
Everyone that works here is so incredibly nice, helpful and you can tell they really love their job and enjoy taking care of dogs. The first time I brought our pitbull puppy here I was under a ton of stress because my mom had just had a medical emergency and I had to fly to MI at very last minute notice, I called less than an hour before they closed, I got them the vaccination information from my vet and dropped our puppy off right before close, but the girl I spoke with on the phone (Chelsea, I think?) didn't rush us at all and even mentioned that there was no need to rush because they would be there for a bit anyways closing up. Overall this place is wonderful, and our puppy loves playing with the other dogs!
Our dog Mac stayed for three nights, and I think he loved it! I was a bit weary leaving our 1 y/o pup for the first time, the staff were courteous and supportive! There was a slight miscommunication about our friend picking up our dog for us, but it all worked out! Thanks for taking care of our Max! Hope he wasn’t too much of a handful :)
I usually don't write reviews but I have to say that out of the three boarding places I have taken my dog, Winston, I have enjoyed Mid City the most. It's always refreshing to know that the people that work here truly care about your dog. These people at Mid City do!! I am most comfortable taking my dog here and look forward to future boarding visits!
Such a great place, felt more like leaving my pet with a friend than a daycare. Also I have fluffy white boy dog and hate when he gets cut like a girl. The owner asked a lot of questions to ensure he came home looking his best. I am so please with his cut and the level of care my pet receives at mid city.
Took my chiweenie here for day care and to say for a night while visiting and he came back so relaxed and happy and exhausted from playing! The vibe here is great and he came back to us clean and without any sort of “dog kennel” smell. The people working here are nice too.
We moved from New Orleans this last weekend and it was hard to say good bye to Cali and Mid City Animal House for us and our pup, Macy. She has been going there since she was a puppy five years ago. Cali and her team always made last minute accommodations for our crazy schedules and Macy would always run up to the door ready for her stay. Before Macy we had an elderly poodle mix, Sadie, who spent her days cuddled up behind the desk when she was under the weather. Truly a home away from home for both of our dogs. Thank you!!
We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to board our dog on the days that we wouldn't be able to keep her with us. We inquired on their website and Cali immediately contacted us to set up the appointments. They did a great job with our dog Molly. Highly recommend!
We love Pawlins!! Duke loves to go there and every time he leaves his tail is always wagging. We use them for their grooming services and day sitting. We love being able to watch him on the cameras while we are away. We recommend Pawlins to our friends and family all the time!
Gizmo loved it at Pawlins. We live in a Travel Trailer and sometimes site electric is very questionable. In NO this is definitely the case. Pawlins gave us the the peace of mind to know our fur baby was safe and cool in the hot weather while we enjoyed a day out in the French Quarter. They are awesome.
Today was my dog’s first interview and she spent a half day there. I found the facility clean, the staff courteous and ultimately my dog was safe. I watched her throughout the morning on the webcam. My pet also needed a vet analysis to update her records and it was convenient she could go right next door to the veterinary hospital affiliated with Pawlins.
My first experience with Pawlins was today getting my Yorkie groomed. Leonard did a phenomenal job! I will be a regular. The facility was so impressive. And the staff was kind and gentle with my sweet girl. I HIGHLY recommend!! 🩷 …
Everything was done timely, professionally and courteously. Our Bichon, Jake, has never looked better. Ashley did a great job.
The staff was very nice and friendly. I dropped off my cat for a 7 day stay. The place was very clean and didn’t smell at all like cats (or dogs for that matter). The report cards they sent were very cute- it included a picture and a little note “from the cat” like “meow, I’m doing well…” I’ve added pictures they sent me. It was easy to coordinate the cats stay, and drop off and pick up were seamless. The cat was clearly well cared for while there. They even washed the blanket we dropped him off with.
Our buddies board their dog here. So when we had a last minute trip, we decided to try it instead of a pet sitter. It was great! the staff is super communicative (particularly when our pup was shy at first and a little intimidated), very easy to reach and the videos of play time were great. We also liked the rates. Would board here again
I’ve really debated whether to leave this review but it seems necessary. We have brought our dogs to Pawlins twice for grooming. One time was without incident, but this second time is too horrific to go without comment and warning for other dog owners. We dropped the dogs off for grooming on Saturday, receiving a call from the groomer shortly after saying that they had caught some of our senior dog’s tail fur in the nail grinder and he had yelped, so he needed to be looked at by the vet. We were understandably worried but it sounded under control. When the vet called us to update, the severity of the injury was much more significant than previously disclosed and they were undecided if they would need to amputate a portion of his tail to rectify the issue. We were SHOCKED! Still are. How does this happen at a standard bathe and groom appt to a 15 year old dog!!!? Whom we are very concerned will not survive the anesthesia required for an amputation surgery???Currently we are waiting for the vet to decide whether the surgery will be necessary, and it has been 5 days since he was maimed by the groomer at Pawlins. To add further insult to this terrible injury, No one from Pawlins has called us to ask how he is doing? To inquire about his health? He is unable to bathroom outside properly because of the tail bandaging. He barely moved for all of Saturday and Sunday upon returning home after the trauma and honestly we thought it was the end of his life. I’m appalled that we haven’t received any calls or efforts from Pawlins, as to how we are coping with the multiple vet appts he now has scheduled due to their negligence? We both have to take time off from work to get him to these appts and as a single car couple an offer of ride assistance or for him to be treated at a vet facility closer to our home would have been greatly appreciated. I’m just in shock that this could, and did happen, and am losing sleep about the possibility of my senior dog needing a major surgery. I wish we had never brought them there and hope that other dog owners take note of the warning. Edit after owner’s response: Laure, you have our number, you do not call, you have my email, you’ve sent no message. You have chosen to reach out to us, for the first time as the owner of the establishment that maimed our dog, 5 days after the fact, and only in a response to a google review. So I will call that out for what it so obviously is, an insincere and performative apology. Thanks for the 50$ to Uber and your public declarations of compassion. As well as kudos to y’all for covering the vet bills for the INJURIES your staff and negligence caused!
We love Pawlins! Friendly staff and great facilities. Our pup loves going and is always well taken care of.
Can not say enough good things about Pawlins. I have been to other places and they all smelled really bad. Pawlins keeps their facility very clean and sanitized not to mention my pup loves going to play with all her friends. Every person is so nice and professional and friendly. Lucy, my dog also gets groomed here and they always do an amazing job on her. I highly suggest and recommend this place for all your fit babies needs.
I noticed my dog's smell was bothering me, so I decided to schedule an appointment at Mary Mac's. I'm a Black woman who tries to support Black-owned businesses, and a friend recommended this one. I took my dog there in July, but I wasn't that happy with the choppy haircut he received (see photo). However, the owner seemed good with my dog. When I tried to schedule the next appointment on Mary Mac's website, I couldn't select a date, so I called instead. The assistant booked me for September 25 at noon, the perfect time to drop off my dog at Mary Mac's and get back to work. On the day of the appointment, I made it home from work at exactly 11 am, allowing me enough time to grab lunch and pick up my puppy. When I arrived at the salon, I saw the owner, Courtney, talking to someone. After letting my puppy use the potty, I was ready to head inside. I opened the confirmation email on my phone and was eager to have a clean and cozy puppy. I was considering setting up recurring appointments every two months to avoid any last-minute rushes. I headed up the stairs. “I called you.” Courtney said and stared back. “I’m sorry?” “I called you. Your voicemail is full.” She explained that she couldn't groom my dog that day for personal reasons. “We been calling you.” She looked me up and down “I swear I didn’t get it.” “Mmmmhmm. You need to answer your phone.” I glanced down, scrolling through my call log. “You one of them people with a bunch of texts, huh?” She said. Her hands at either hip. “I am.” I tried to maintain my kindness and calmness. It was true. I am. Maybe, I missed it. Things happen. “How about tomorrow?” “I can’t leave work again.” “Friday?” “Work.” I returned to my car. My dog sat beside me, smiling, with his hair covering one of his eyes. I checked my call log but found no texts or calls from her or the Mary Mac number. Was she lying or mistaken, or was it all just a miscommunication? I’d call her. I looked up her number and gave her a call. “Are you sure that was me? I don’t see any calls or texts from you.” “My assistant and I. We both called.” “What number did you call?” “(xxx) xxx-xxxx.” “That’s not my number. It’s one digit off.” She paused. “Who made the account?” “Huh?” “The account is self-registered.” “I called to make my appointment. She took my number and email.” “But the account is self-registered.” I paused. Self-registered? Ma’am, be flipping for real. I resolved myself to get my money back and take my business elsewhere. “What happens to my $20 deposit?” “I’ll be a credit.” “I won’t get it back?” “No refunds. We don’t do refunds.” I couldn’t even get my money back for their mistake. Let me at least share my experience, I said. I won’t be going back to Mary Macs. They emailed me to confirm my appointment. (See photo.) Why not email me to cancel it? I called the number they said they called but the voicemail was full, and the name didn't match mine. They won't return my deposit. Their policy clearly states that all deposit monies will be refunded in case of cancellation initiated by them. (see photo). Make it make sense.
MaryMac’s services are both perfession & personal, she takes the time to connect with both the pet and their owner. My dog Snoball have come to love and trust her.
Lestat LOVES Mary Mac's dog daycare! Never seen him so excited as when he arrives. He has made several friends here, and they play hard. I appreciate the daily report cards with photos and descriptions of his day. The daycare is next to a quiet public park, which allows him walks during his stay. If he could, my pup would give this place 10 stars!
Ms. Cortney is the best. She adjusted her schedule to accommodate our grooming appointment in the midst of Hurricane Francine. Though there were several dogs in care that day, she was extremely patient with getting those out in a timely manner as the weather brewed and I’m sure parents were as busy and anxious doing hurricane preparations. She also boarded him for half day as well complimentary due to schedule adjustments on both ends. Our Ollie was visibly anxious this time around and though given medication, wasn’t able to calm down for his usual cut, so Ms. Cortney did a shave down in his best interest. He looks and smells great for our “hunker down”.
Courtney is absolutely the best! She is so attentative and kind to the dogs. She sends pictures and a report card of the doggies every day. I had my Chihuahua stayed there for a week and he was such a happy puppy! I will recommend MaryMac's anytime!
Our dog Suki always loves spending the day with everyone at MaryMacs. She is so happy and tired when she comes home. She has such a great time you can tell. The crew goes above and beyond to make events special for people who have dogs not children. They understand we love our dogs the same and they give them the same care you would expect for your children. I’ve raised 6 so I know the difference. They are wonderful.
MaryMac’s Doggie Retreat is just that…a wonderful place for dogs to “relax and rejuvenate.” Courtney is amazingly awesome with the services she provides and how she and her staff interact with your canine. It’s comforting to know that you are leaving your dog in the hands of caring professionals. This is Deuce’s second visit (boarding) and it will not be his last. He has already met some great new friends. Thank you Courtney for all that you do and continue to do!
They’re fantastic! Flexible on adjusting Jax’s assessment date, asked all the right questions before taking care of him and clearly let my answers inform the way they treated him. When I brought him back ten minutes after leaving (because I forgot something), he couldn’t wait to get back inside. Thank you so much y’all, what a relief that we found the right spot 😌
I brought my service dog Chloe to MaryMac’s Doggie Retreat for daycare. The moment we walked in the door we were treated like family. My Chloe was not used to other people. But she was shown love instantaneously. Needless to say, Chloe loves going to MaryMac’s Doggie Retreat so much that I am using one of the affordable packages, and I don’t have to worry about my house being in shambles when I get home from work. The location of MaryMac’s allows easy access on and off the GNO bridge.
I love MaryMacs! I know my dog is in good hands with the owner Courtney, and the rest of the staff. My dog loves it there, and they send cute doggy pics throughout the day 10/10
Sarah's Pet Care has been taking excellent professional care of my two rascals since 2015, and I can always travel with genuine peace of mind knowing that the dogs are in capable and compassionate hands. Every employee has shown great …
Sarah is wonderful! She is super knowledgable about animal behavior, but also compassionate with her human clients as well. I knew the first time we met her company was the right choice for my dogs, Benny and Emma. Hannah is Benny & Emma’s primary Pet Expert, and they LOVE & ADORE her!! She provides timely updates and pictures about her visits that help calm my nerves and make me laugh. Sarah and Hannah understand my dogs’ needs without judgment and treat them as if they were their own fur babies. I trust them completely and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a pet sitter!
I have older dogs and in-home care is much better for their overall health and wellness than the stress of daycare. Sarah's Pet Care Revolution has been a godsend to me. The staff are well trained and professional and they are all animal lovers. For peace of mind when you have to be away from home, I highly recommend them. The update emails and photos of each visit bring me great comfort knowing my girls are safe at home being looked after by the best.
I have been using Sarah's Pet Care Revolution since moving to New Orleans in 2015. They have been such a pleasure to work with. I have had 4 different sitters over the years and they have all been remarkable and loving with my pets. Most stay employed for a while, so your pet really develops friendships with their caretakers. I know my pet and home are in good hands when I travel which is about 60% in my job. Peace of mind while I travel means the world to me and they provide this every time. Highly recommend!
We have been using Sarah's Pet Care Revolution services since January 2015. Not only using her services for short 2 day getaways, but also for a longer 2 week stretch. Regardless in which service, the results were excellent. They communicated with us with photos and narratives at every visit giving us reassurance that all was well with our dachshunds. Sarah's Pet Care personnel are trustworthy and caring professionals. We will continue to ask Sarah for her services anytime in the future without hesitation.
We have been working with the devoted animal care experts at Sarah's Pet Care Revolution for six years and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Sarah's dog walkers are thorough and conscientious and have always taken superb care of our two large aging dogs. When we are out, we can always count on Sarah's dog walkers to keep our canines safe, happy and feeling loved, and to alert us of anything unusual that they might observe. We have come to think of them as great resources for any canine issues that might arise and value their expertise. When we're out and about, we get a thoughtful, descriptive message describing the walk and their interaction with our pets that day. The messages let us know that our dogs were indeed walked, so we can relax, and they come with pictures that are so awesome I have often thought of making a photo book of the collection. But, of course, the most important thing is what our dogs think of Sarah's Revolutionaries, and their opinion is true love. They look forward to seeing Sarah's dog walkers and seem to view them as their own special friends. When we get home, our dogs are relaxed and happy from the visit. And, a word to any pet owner who is considering working with a dog walking service: it's a terrific thing to do to always know that you have pet care options when you need them. I started working with SPCR when I injured my knee and was on crutches just as my husband was heading out of town for an extended period of time. Life happens and it's nice to know that you've got a team to support you when you need help. And you will not find a finer team than Sarah's Pet Care Revolution.
I would only trust Sarah’s Pet Care to care for my two dogs when going out of town. My husband and I have two small breed dogs, both moody with other dogs and wary of strangers and one in need of daily heart medication so it can feel overwhelming to leave them in the care of others. Luckily we came across Sarah’s Pet Care and we were able to go on a trip out and of the country without a feeling of fear. Sarah’s Pet Care gave us daily texts with updates and videos/ photos of our dogs and we even utilized their sleepover option so someone was their to comfort our dogs on overnight stays. We are very particular dog owners and our pets are more like our kids, we really felt cared for and confident with the staff at Sarah’s Pet Care stepping in for us while we were away.
I have used Sarah's Pet Care Revolution for 5+ years, and they have always been incredibly professional, proactive and taken wonderful care of my two cats. I get daily updates with pictures, training visits when a new caretaker comes on board, and they even ensure that there is an evacuation plan for my cats if we're traveling during hurricane season. I recommend them to everyone - they are fantastic!!
We've enjoyed having Sarah's Pet Care Revolution watch our cats for the past 4-5 years. We love their environmental mission and also receiving updates and photos while far away from our beloved furry faces! Everyone on their team is so friendly and lovely.
We love Sarah's Pet Care Revolution! All the people there are wonderful and truly care about your pets! We use them regularly to watch our cats when we are out of town. They provide daily updates on how the kitties are doing and they provide several ways of communicating with them during your trips. We have also used them for basic obedience training for our dog when we first rescued her from a shelter. Our dog was a bit skittish and afraid (as you can imagine coming out of a shelter situation), but they worked with us and her- and now we both have better manners! I highly recommend Sarah's Pet Care Revolution for all your pet care needs. Four paws up!!
We recommend Dogtopia to all of our friends! The canine coaches are personable towards us and so loving towards our puppy! We have peace of mind sending her to Dogtopia, whether it’s for daycare or for an overnight stay, because we know she’s in great hands. Thank you Dogtopia!!! 🙏🏼❤️ …
First of all, Kevin the manager is extremely professional and the whole team at dogtopia is perfectly talented at what they do. I've been taking my dog Sabbath for about 2 months and I have absolutely no complaints and I'm a picky person. They have even activities for the doggies !! From arts and crafts to bacon bubbles I know Sabbath is in good hands. I have the top dog membership which is super affordable considering I'm taking him almost everyday even on the weekends. I would suggest getting a membership. It's extremely worth it. Sabbath comes home tired from playing all day with his friends. I highly recommend this daycare.
They’ve been quick to respond to all requests and treat animals with the kindness and love you would expect. As a small side story: I ran out of coolant one day and I hiked bike to the facility to ask for help. One of the kind employees gave me her bottle of coolant free of charge. Great employees in a loving dog atmosphere!
I was pretty nervous about my pups first day at Dogtopia. As soon as I walked through the doors, my nerves were put at ease. Everyone is so nice and makes sure to answer any questions that you may have. Willow was nervous for her first visit but when I picked her up she was a happy pup. They were so patient with my Willow which I appreciated the most. Definitely will be back!
Reason #1: my pup (Mirabel) is thrilled to go every time Reason #2: Boredom destruction is gone Reason #3: the people there are always happy to see Mirabel Reason #4: the offer boarding and spa services too Reason #5: it's affordable in time and money So those are my top five reasons. Been taking the pup there for daycare for 7 months and it's been a really good experience so far. Good hours and nice people, and the pup gets to socialize with a whole bunch of other pups all day. My only gripe is that it has an off putting smell. So dogtopia day is bath day, too.
Finn has been coming to Dogtopia for around 2 years for daycare, spa, and boarding. This was my first experience with a doggy daycare and I would recommend them to anyone looking for one. He got a few nicks and cuts when we first started daycare and I was always satisfied with Dogtopia's communication. I'd get a call and a text with pictures prior to pick up so I knew what to expect. I have given up trying to cut nails at home because Finn becomes a wriggly worm but Dogtopia says he gives them no trouble so they must be doing something right! His nails always look great. Kevin and the team have gone above and beyond multiple times to accommodate Finn who is NOT an easy dog to board. I've very much appreciated the extra communication when he was having separation anxiety, as well as their patience when Finn plays the escape artist. Whenever I have had a billing issue, I can bring it up at the front desk or send an email and it's promptly resolved. Nearly every employee greets Finn with such enthusiasm it's as if he is their personal dog.
My puppy, Buster, loves Dogtopia! On days he does not go, he whimpers and cries and tries to follow us out the door. He gets so excited when we’re on our way over. We can barely contain him when entering the building. The staff is amazing and I know Buster is getting wonderful, loving care while there.
I recommend Dogtopia to anyone who will listen! Everyone on the team is an animal lover, that is very important to me. My Beau gets excited before we even pull into the parking lot. Beau has learned how to socialize with other dogs and has tons of fun. If you are on the fence about Dogtopia, do it. I promise they do not disappoint.
My dog and I love Dogtopia! The staff know each dog personally and clearly love what they do. Dogtopia is fairly priced, reliable, clean, safe, and fun for your dog. My dog sprints to the playroom as soon as we walk in the building!
I love Dogtopia and so does my dog Ivy. I can always trust the people that work there with her. She is always so excited when she gets to go and is exhausted when she gets home from playing all day. I love that I am able to check on her on the camera. I love all the pictures and activities they do as well.
Mary is AMAZING!! She saved my butt when I returned to NOLA with my newly adopted rescue and had to return to work the next day. I was a stressed out mom and she put me at ease. She sends me daily updates and photos of lulu and after 4 days of her being there, lulu is like, “peace out mom, see ya later 😂!!” highly recommend!! We love Aunt Mary….
Pup-Bunny Paradise has great service at reasonable prices! Mary took care of my two cats during two trips and I already scheduled two more. I was able to add time onto each visit for Mary to play with my young kitten - there were no major chewing incidents while I was gone so my kitten definitely got her energy out! I received photos and updates after most visits which I appreciated. I'm able to request service online which is very convenient but Mary is also quick to respond to texts. I'd definitely recommend if you need a pet sitter in the CBD!
A few years ago, while planning an international trip, we were nervous to hire a pet sitter for our 2 dogs. We have a senior chihuahua mix and another dog who can be a runner and they had only ever stayed with family when we went out of …
Our Suki girl is well taken care of by Claudia and Pam from Nola Happy Tails Pet Sitting! She loves her potty breaks and playtime. They have helped make our days less stressful knowing Suki is not home alone for extended periods of time while we are away at work and school. I highly recommend Nola Happy Tails Pet Sitting!
Both of my Beagles love being take of by Nola Happy Tails! Being that they were both rescues, regular boarding wasn’t an option we liked for our dogs. Clyde (and Milo before him) gets the best attention to his every whim from Claudia and her crew. I never have to worry about how he is being treated - when we go on vacation, Clyde is on vacation too with Nola Happy Tails! Even when one of the dogs was on meds, that was all taken care of according to instructions. Claudia makes great notes about what we like to feed him, what treats we allow, if he has a favorite toy or blanket , all to make sure they have the best time with her. When he gets dropped off, he cries when Claudia leaves! That shows you how much he is loved by her. She takes such good care of her clients the animals get spoiled. Be aware that sometimes your pet may like going “on vacation with her” more than being home with you! I would recommend her to anyone with a dog, cat, bird, rabbit pig, chicken…she loves them all, truly a special person! 🥰
I can't recommend Claudia and her team at Nola Happy Tails Pet Sitting enough! I was nervous about leaving my two dogs and cat for a week, but Claudia’s experience (she’s a vet tech and has worked with many different types of animals!) and thorough notes at our meet-and-greet put me at ease. They sent frequent photo updates and were always quick to respond, which was so reassuring for this nervous dog mom. Huge thanks to Claudia and Lori for the peace of mind! Five stars!
I couldn't be happier with the care and attention my pups receive from Nola Happy Tails. From the moment we met, it was clear that Claudia genuinely loves animals and understands their needs. My babies love when their “dog nanny’s” come to visit. Throughout the entire period they (Claudia, Pam and Shelly) keep me updated with regular messages and photos, which puts my mind at ease knowing my pups are in good hands. They go above and beyond, ensuring my babies are not only fed and walked but also engaged with playtime and lots of affection. When I come home, my dogs are happy, healthy, and well-cared for. I highly recommend Nola Happy Tails to anyone in need of a reliable, compassionate, and professional dog sitter. They truly have exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely continue using them in the future.
Claudia & team are amazing!! They care for my dog, Stella, like she was their own. So glad we found Nola Happy Tails, they’ve exceeded expectations!!
NOLA Happy Tails takes the BEST care of our dog. Claudia and Shelly go above and beyond on their visits and we love getting pictures and updates when out of town. I recommend NOLA Happy Tails to anyone who wants the best for their pet.
Claudia did a great job watching over our pets for the Thanksgiving weekend. Regular updates, affordable pricing, and everything had been taken care of when we got home. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Nola Happy Tails is a top dog company when caring for our pets. They are beyond purrfect in every single way. Sometimes I think my pets purrfur them over our family. They walk, feed, sit with them, care for our pet with a disability, no pet is to large, to small or to hard for Nola Happy Tails. We are very particular about who cares for our pets, our pets are our family. Nola Happy Tails Pet Sitting is the only place we call when we need an extra hand or Care for our babies. Here are all the babies who are cared for by Nola Happy Tails 🐶🐈
Happy Tails were great! They took care of my elderly pups while I attended a family wedding out of town. Both pups had meds & a routine they were happy to support. Claudia & Shelly came to my home, fed my dogs, administered meds, let them potty, and took Trevor on a walk. They sent photos with updates each visit. I was able to have a stress free vacation with family. They were great with the dogs, very kind. I’ll definitely call them the next time I need dog care.
