Yammy was a wonderful sitter, and we were lucky to have her here. She and our cat Puccini clicked right away, and based on her frequent updates with photos to us I think Puccini sat on or near her every minute she was here😄! She was here for five+ weeks, and anything that came up needing attention she took it in stride and and kept us informed so we never had to worry about a thing. And when we returned the house was immaculate — if it hadn’t been for the pictures she sent we would hardly know she’d lived in the house for five weeks! We’d love to host her again, any time, and if she applies to sit for you you should absolutely grab her before someone else does.

Lilah loved her time with Lauren and was a very happy and content soul on our return. Lauren kept us updated on a daily basis with lovely photos and information of what they had done on a walk - utterly charming and such a strong example of how evidently loved and well cared for that Lilah was. Lauren looked after the flat perfectly, leaving washed sheets and a super tidy space on our return. This was our first time using zeewoi, and Gaby made us feel reassured about leaving our 2 dogs behind to travel. She spent most of her time with them and sent pictures every day. It is clear Gaby loves animals deeply, so we were very happy to know our dogs were not just being looked after, but loved on in our absence. She took the time to get to know their individual personalities and quirks and give the specific type of care and attention needed for each pup. One of our dogs can be shy and insecure and very attached to me, but Gaby earned her trust in a matter of hours. I had a last minute trip come up, and was relieved Valerie was able to take care of my kitties in a pinch. I liked her immediately upon meeting her, and felt her great energy would be a perfect match for my shy kitties. As far as I could tell, Valerie took good care of the kitties while I was away. The communication was just okay. She eventually replied to my messages about this and that, but didn't really initiate or share little updates or photos of the kitties and how it was going unless I reached out first. When I came home, I discovered that an item of mine was missing and asked her if she had seen it anywhere, thinking I must have misplaced it before I left. She acknowledged she had taken it, but didn't actually apologize, incredibly, and then it was a real struggle to try to get it back or at least have her send a replacement. After much persistence and pursuit on my part and quite the runaround on her part, she eventually replaced it, but I was a bit taken aback by her blasé attitude about taking it in the first place and then casual avoidance to resolving the situation. All very surprising, and an unfortunate disheartening footnote to the petsit. All that being said, she left my house very clean and tidy, and the kitties seemed very calm and content when I returned.

Erica watched my senior dog and cat for 12 days while I was traveling internationally. She was organized, responsive, and took excellent care of both my animals and my apartment while I was away. She sent me photos during the stay and my pets absolutely adored her. She has watched my pets before and I always trust her to take excellent care of them. Traveling internationally and leaving my pets in the care of a sitter always makes me a little nervous, since I won't always be immediately reachable. However, Erica's communication and obvious competency made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pets in her care while I was away. It's very obvious she adores spending time with the pets and caring for them. I came home to a clean apartment and very happy and healthy pets. I would highly recommend Erica for any of your sits!

Joanna and David were wonderful sitters for our dog Broderick and our apartment. Before starting to sit for us they took time to come and meet Broderick which we were very appreciative of. During their time sitting for Broderick we got great updates every day and wonderful photos of our pup, and they were very responsive whenever needed. When we got back home we found a happy puppy, healthy plants, and a spotlessly clean apartment - they had even taken the time to wash sheets and towels and left us a kind thank you note. We would have them sit for us again in a heartbeat!

Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!

Veronica House sat for us for a month. She cared for our two Dobermans and our cat. Veronica is so enthusiastic about animals. They immediately pick up on her joy and love for them. When some bold alligators made our dogs’ normal exercise routine unsafe, she was faced with the challenging situation of keeping two Dobermans with very different temperaments exercised and entertained in the height of Florida summer with its bugs, heat, and humidity. She met this challenge by taking the dogs for individual outings. She drove our young social dog to the dog park, finding the times when he would most likely have other large playmates and drove our socially anxious dog to the quiet areas of town for walks. This took a lot more time than our normal routine, but it kept our dogs safe and happy. A lasting benefit for us is that our younger dog, once a terror in the car, now rides much more calmly and our anxious dog, once fearful of what the car ride would bring, now happily hops in. Our cat was so content and well-groomed upon my return, it was obvious that she had been getting lots of daily attention, too. Veronica communicated with us on all the happenings with our pets and property every day. I came home to happy and healthy pets and a well cared for home. We feel so fortunate to have had Veronica as a house sitter and look forward to her sitting for us again.

I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!
So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.
Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙
Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!
Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!
I highly recommend this company not just as a dog trainer but for all your pet care needs. They do training, dog sitting, walking, and even cat sitting. They are highly experienced and had my aggressive rescue dog showing improvement after just a few sessions! I’ve also used their services when traveling. We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. So happy that my friend told me about Charlie’s cat sitting services. We hired Charlie and Daniela to come drop by the house and take care of our two cats and two tortoises. Daniela was SO SWEET and so professional during the meet and greet. We loved getting multiple videos and photos every day. The cats seemed really happy in the videos, and it was clear that Daniela spent time playing with the cats. Excellent communication from both Charlie and Daniela. I found Dogs On The Run on Yelp because we were visiting San Marcos for our wedding, and needed to find a dog handler for the day of our wedding. We were initially paired with another person, but because we planned our wedding two years in advance, circumstances changed and we eventually got paired with another person, Kelly. I am SO glad that happened, because Kelly was nothing short of amazing. From the very moment we met her, we loved her. She asked great questions, was very attentive to our dogs, gave us a background of her experience working with dogs, and also shared a little bit about her background and why she got into dog sitting with DOTR. She watched our dogs the week leading up to our wedding to make sure she was acquainted with them and that they felt comfortable being with her, and provided consistent updates to us through their stay. Even thought we provided a care sheet, she went above and beyond asking specific details on their feeding schedule, behaviors, and injuries. Fast-forward to our wedding day, she came right on time, and everything went off without a hitch, allowing us to focus on being present on our big day. The biggest kicker is that she was so memorable that several of our guests came up to us and gave unsolicited feedback about how kind she was, and how they enjoyed talking to her. I want to give my heartfelt gratitude to her and DOTR for making our wedding day so stress free. THANK YOU!
We had a great experience with Jeanice at Dogs on the Run! We were traveling to San Diego for vacation, and Jeanice was kind enough to come to our hotel to watch our pup on a few occasions when we had plans to be out for an extended period of time. Rene and his staff are excellent! My Munchee loves it here. This is the only place I use when we're in Los Angeles. The dogs get a lot of 1 on 1 attention from animal lovers in a safe environment. I can't wait bring her back next time we are in town. They also offer grooming. The location is super convenient. If your pet is your baby, you need to be going to Double Dog!

The staff cares so much and I’m always appreciative of the care and attentiveness they give to all the dogs in their care. They are incredibly flexible, always willing to work with your needs, and there is a live cam for you to check on your furry friends while they are staying over!
I’ve been taking my dog for daycare there since she was a puppy. She is now a happy 1 yo and loves it there and always gets excited when she knows we’re going back. I’ve also used they’re boarding services for up to 5 days at a time. The staff is very caring and the facilities are clean. I will continue to go back as I know my pup is being cared for and loved by all.
I got the "tour" of this facility and left my dog for one hour. I discovered through talking to the staff, that they are trained not to play with the dogs and they don't allow any toys. The small dog area had low light and all the dogs were just staring at me as if they were desperate for contact and to get picked up. Didn't give an impression of a happy place.
Love the design of the facility. Every thing looks clean and easy to maintain. It is convenient that they offer additional grooming services. It is nice to be able to check in via the webcam. This was the first doggie day care experience for my fur niece and it has been great!
The staff is very friendly with parents and dogs. I am very happy with the customer service and most of all the communication and cleanliness of the place. I highly recommend it! My dog enjoys coming here.
New owners are not the same - So sad for the pets… I hope they can prove me wrong and I will update my review as well as my opinion and keeping my Business there, but for now -we will see. My one and only Vacation is over mentally because I can no longer enjoy myself knowing my kid back home is not being treated how he normally is - clearly some ( but not all ) people who work here do not understand the precious cargo and how to deal with it or it’s overly protective parents… messed up experience, I’m Just so happy to get my baby back home soon…

Our dog loves this place. She is so excited every time we come and the entire staff knows her by name. It’s farther for us then other doggy daycare’s but has been worth the drive to always know that my dog is being well taken care of!
This is the third daycare I have tried with my dog and is, by far, the best overall experience I've had. I am never worried when he is there. I know he is safe and cared for (and getting belly rubs!). I trust they will call me when they need to, and they are seriously the only team that has gotten my dog to sit for grooming! The staff is so kind and the owners are very present. I appreciate so much that they have cameras (my first daycare did not and it was horrible in the end). I'm thankful every time I take him there and he is returned to me happy! I am so glad he has friends there- both canine and human. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without them.
Not great service lately, watching on live camera. My dog was running around among other dogs, in a room for hours. There was pee and poop on the floors, dogs were nervous and seem to be stressed. My dog was returned back with dirty poop covered paws and no apologies were expressed
Have taken their my dog for grooming there it was not expensive nice experience would take her there again always hear nothing but good things about them they have multiple dog treats you can buy and they also have flyers for love their treats for My Dawgs 🐾🙏💙🐾🙏💙 …
This has been by far the BEST boarding experience for my 2 fur babies! They're so kind, super easy & flexible when booking a stay. From the owner, Roland, to all of the staff members, my dogs feel loved and safe. I can tell from their moods when I pick them up. The location is always clean and I can monitor my babes, 24/7 on a web cam. This gives me so much calming relief when I leave them! I'm so glad a friend recommended them to me!
My dogs loved Pet Rush Inn! Why? Because they have a SAFE, enclosed environment to play non-stop, fun activities, loving attendants - almost better than home! The remote camera is also great when you are on vacay. Daycare and grooming can be a godsend! The owner, Rene, loves taking exceptional care of the animals in his care and it truly shows! My dogs gave it 8 paws up!
I love Pet Rush Inn! I first found them online when I tried to find a daycare for my new dog from the shelter, Belle. I was nervous because she has anxiety, but the staff handled her so well! She has opened up so much more and is more confident! The staff truly care about pets. They have been so great about tailoring to her needs and kept me posted about her when she was first boarded. I feel comfortable when my baby is in their hands. Special shoutout specifically to Kevin and Priscilla!
So happy we brought our dog Coffee and cat Moose here. They are so awesome with animals. So patient with dogs that have anxiety being around too many dogs - they gave her lots of human love instead. Moose was happy also. Highly recommend these guys! They treated our babies with lots of love!! I also loved they report card, photod and videos!!
I've been bringing my dog Jude here for just over a year now and I am so happy with the staff and facilities. We had previously taken out dog somewhere else which was good but when he comes home from here he is sooo happy. My dog suffers from median separation anxiety and kennel anxiety. When he first started going he wouldn't eat and shook so badly when we dropped him off. Now he loves the staff and runs to them upon arrival. They always make him feel safe and welcome. They really care about your pets and it makes me feel comfortable leaving my dog here.

Horrible , has no security in his backyard your dog can easily escape I left my dog with this guy a day before thanksgiving and after an hour of dropping her off he left the house and my dog managed to get out through his backyard my dog was lost for 28 hours in the cold after being hit by a car luckily she found shelter in a nearby restaurant where I went to pick her up I than rushed her to the hospital for a surgery after getting hit by a car that exceed over 2k This guy did nothing to help hasn’t checked up or anything please do not leave your dog with him if you love your furry friend keep them far away as possible
I have cannot say enough good about Happy Dog Sitting by Isaac. I have used his service for the past 3 years & could not be more impressed by the by the care, love , & attention he gives to his clients dogs. He is all around, a good guy, who goes out of his way to make certain all doggies needs are met & that they are safe & happy, including a trip to the dog park, where he is somewhat an ambassador or mayor. I feel secure in knowing how caring he is to all animals in general, meaning he has good heart.

ISAAC is awesome always takes care of my dog. Send photos daily so we can see our dog. Takes them to the park everyday. My dog is excited each time we leave her with him. Has a secure back yard so the dog can catch some sun :) Definitely recommending Issac

I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else. Loving care, great food, trips to the dog park are alll included. AND Isaac sends photos and videos so I can truly relax.!! Who could ask for anything more?
Isaac is the best dog(🐕) sitter we have used and the following are the pro/cons: Pro: 1) Takes our dogs to the small dag park every day - our dogs love it 2) All three of our dogs love Isaac to death and cry for him and are supper excited every time we drop them off or they see him at the dog park 3) Isaac owns his own dogs and the way he cares for them is impressive. He treats the 🐕 he sitts with the same love and care 4) Our dog love playing with Issac's dogs 5) Isaac took care of a dog from an owner who was dying of cancer - her last wish was for someone that really loves her dogs adopt it and he made that happen 6) Our dogs get lots of exercise and return exhausted 👍🏼 Cons: 1) Isaac spends lots of time at the dog park with the dogs especially when the weather is good

We had a great experience with LA pet sitting! Our pet sitter was Emily and she took great care of our two cats while we were out of town for the week. She sent us updates after each visit and it was great to know she was there keeping them company while we were gone. Communication and coordination was also super easy. We're planning to go out of town again soon and we'll definitely use this service again.
Thanks to Brooke and Dottie for clear, prompt communication during booking and great service while my husband and I were away. We came home to find our two cats (9 and 19 years) healthy and engaged. The mail was beautifully organized and easy to find, plants in great shape. I loved the daily updates. Even before we left town, my mind was at ease, but Dottie's cheerful communication with photos/videos made stress impossible. Already looking forward to our next vacation. We'll call on LA Pet Sitting again!
We had a wonderful experience with LA Pet Sitting. It was the first time we had ever left our cat for more than a night, so we were a bit nervous about the trip we were taking. Luckily for us everyone at LPS were so professional and understanding. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. I also love that it's a local business instead of an app. It gave me extra comfort knowing that this business has been in the area for a decade+, serving the community. I couldn't recommend it more. Brooke and Paulette, were fantastic.
I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.
Wonderful! I've used them a bunch of times. Totally flexible and highly communicative. They send the cutest pictures of our fur babes so we are comfortable while we are out and about.
Sinead was great! She cleaned up a couple of messes the kitties made, brought in packages, and wrote thorough reports on how each cat was doing every day. It gave us peace of mind while we traveled over the holidays. Getting to meet her a couple days in advance and show her around was nice too. Would definitely recommend LA Pet Sitting and Sinead!
I have been using LA Pet Sitting for years to take care of my three cats. All of the sitters I have used have been wonderful - reliable, personable, and caring towards my pets. They take time to sit with my cats and play with them, as well as to write detailed notes on their activities. I know my cats appreciate the extra attention, and I am relieved to be able to go on vacation and not worry about their welfare. I will continue to use LAPS, and I highly recommend their company to other pet owners, as their prices are reasonable and their staff is professional and dependable.
I've been struggling to find a good petsitter for my two boys for awhile. They hate all the doggy daycare centers and always come back stinking after their stays, so we were looking for someone who could come to our apartment instead. At first we were a little hesitant to have a stranger in our house and knew that our boys don't like strangers walking into the house without us present, but Eli was an absolute rockstar! Upon meeting him for our evaluation, we knew we could trust him. He's got such a lovely, calm, competent energy about him. He not only followed our directions perfectly, he took his time the first two days as our boys were scared of him. But he coaxed them and was so patient that eventually he won them over!! So so happy we have someone not only we trust, but our babies trust, to watch over them when we're gone! And the prices were extremely affordable! After LOTS of searching, really happy I found LA Pet Sitting!
Paulette is amazing. She asked questions that I didnt think of during the consult, she was locked in and super engaged. Her reports when I was away were amazing and comforting in their specificity. When I got home, my cats seemed like I hadn't been gone. They're cats, I know, but still--no one had missed a beat. Big fan of Paulette--she cared and took my cats' care seriously.
