Charlie is so helpful and takes the best care of pets. My cat Gnar gets so happy when she goes there and Charlie’s boarding is so helpful throughout the boarding process. I’m never worried about the safety of my cat with the updates and how well kept the place is. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things! It was very last minute and Charlie was able to take care of our cat with update videos and texts! She came to our rescue and took care of our pet at our home while we were away and even spent some time with her and gave her some good company. Charlie is very sweet and loves kitties! I’m excited to also set up boarding even when I’m not on a trip so my cat can socialize in a safe and clean environment. You can tell Charlie really cares about all animals and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of and safe. My cat is shy so I was concerned about leaving him while traveling. Charlie provided a safe environment where he could get comfortable, roam freely and make friends with other cats boarding with her. From the video updates I received, I could see that Rocket loved his staycation and highly recommend Charlie's Feline Services!

Charlie sent videos and photos each day and even gave me a personality profile check for my new cat as I get to better understand him. Staffed by the sweetest and most caring people, and our sweet little senior pup always comes home happy and completely tuckered out. They’ve been super accommodating when we’ve asked to make a last minute booking, and we just always know we’re leaving our dogs in good hands. I love the quality of service here. They have cameras in their play areas so that you want watch your dog playing with the others. They're good at matching dogs by their personality. Our puppy was still in the early stages of socialization, but I've been able to see him improve so much under their care. You can also see how excited all the dogs are when the staff interacts with them. It's easy to get a report card during the visit and they even include pictures and videos. They also do day care at a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use them again when we travel in the future.

Our dog loves this place. She is so excited every time we come and the entire staff knows her by name. It’s farther for us then other doggy daycare’s but has been worth the drive to always know that my dog is being well taken care of!

This is the third daycare I have tried with my dog and is, by far, the best overall experience I've had. I am never worried when he is there. I know he is safe and cared for (and getting belly rubs!). I trust they will call me when they need to, and they are seriously the only team that has gotten my dog to sit for grooming! The staff is so kind and the owners are very present. I appreciate so much that they have cameras (my first daycare did not and it was horrible in the end). I'm thankful every time I take him there and he is returned to me happy! I am so glad he has friends there- both canine and human. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without them.

Not great service lately, watching on live camera. My dog was running around among other dogs, in a room for hours. There was pee and poop on the floors, dogs were nervous and seem to be stressed. My dog was returned back with dirty poop covered paws and no apologies were expressed

Have taken their my dog for grooming there it was not expensive nice experience would take her there again always hear nothing but good things about them they have multiple dog treats you can buy and they also have flyers for love their treats for My Dawgs 🐾🙏💙🐾🙏💙 …

This has been by far the BEST boarding experience for my 2 fur babies! They're so kind, super easy & flexible when booking a stay. From the owner, Roland, to all of the staff members, my dogs feel loved and safe. I can tell from their moods when I pick them up. The location is always clean and I can monitor my babes, 24/7 on a web cam. This gives me so much calming relief when I leave them! I'm so glad a friend recommended them to me!

My dogs loved Pet Rush Inn! Why? Because they have a SAFE, enclosed environment to play non-stop, fun activities, loving attendants - almost better than home! The remote camera is also great when you are on vacay. Daycare and grooming can be a godsend! The owner, Rene, loves taking exceptional care of the animals in his care and it truly shows! My dogs gave it 8 paws up!

I love Pet Rush Inn! I first found them online when I tried to find a daycare for my new dog from the shelter, Belle. I was nervous because she has anxiety, but the staff handled her so well! She has opened up so much more and is more confident! The staff truly care about pets. They have been so great about tailoring to her needs and kept me posted about her when she was first boarded. I feel comfortable when my baby is in their hands. Special shoutout specifically to Kevin and Priscilla!

So happy we brought our dog Coffee and cat Moose here. They are so awesome with animals. So patient with dogs that have anxiety being around too many dogs - they gave her lots of human love instead. Moose was happy also. Highly recommend these guys! They treated our babies with lots of love!! I also loved they report card, photod and videos!!

Our dog has anxiety issues and needs a gentle hand. We didn't expect to find such a welcoming place for him to spend the day while we are at work. The staff learned our names within the first week. They learned our dog's behavior and worked to make him comfortable and happy. Now he drags us in! (And he's not just there for the treats)

Rene and his staff are excellent! My Munchee loves it here. This is the only place I use when we're in Los Angeles. The dogs get a lot of 1 on 1 attention from animal lovers in a safe environment. I can't wait bring her back next time we are in town. They also offer grooming. The location is super convenient. If your pet is your baby, you need to be going to Double Dog!

The staff cares so much and I’m always appreciative of the care and attentiveness they give to all the dogs in their care. They are incredibly flexible, always willing to work with your needs, and there is a live cam for you to check on your furry friends while they are staying over!

I’ve been taking my dog for daycare there since she was a puppy. She is now a happy 1 yo and loves it there and always gets excited when she knows we’re going back. I’ve also used they’re boarding services for up to 5 days at a time. The staff is very caring and the facilities are clean. I will continue to go back as I know my pup is being cared for and loved by all.

Love this facility and so does our pup! Diesel has stayed here several times already whenever we go on trips or have parties at our home. It's a stress free and relaxing place for him to be, and we are also at ease knowing he's in really good hands. Love that we can check up on him too using the live cams!

This is an excellent dog care facility owned and run by amazing people! We've used their day care, boarding, and grooming services for years now, and our dogs enjoy their visits there. We also love the fact that they have live feed video cameras in several places throughout so that you can "visit" your pup when you're away and watch them playing in the common area. I highly recommend Double Dog to anyone needing either day care or boarding services.

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful Anna Marie is with our pup, Lucy. She’s extremely knowledgeable about how to care for dogs, flexible with my timings, and just an overall pleasure to talk to. We recently picked Lucy up from a 16-day stay, and not once over that period was I worried about how she was doing. Anna Marie went above and beyond - she sent frequent photos and videos, brushed her out daily, worked on commands, and even took it into her own hands to figure out what food Lucy needed when she was being a picky eater. I am an EXTREMELY over protective Dog Mom to my 5 yo French Bull Dog Brodie. I have been searching for a dog sitter and trainer for him as long as I can remember, but I’ve never been satisfied leaving my fur baby until I found Happy Heart Pet Care. I will say I love to spoil my boy and only the best will do, however, this also meant he got away with a lot more behavioral wise then he should. So I needed to find someone knowledgeable that I could trust with my boy… I haven’t been able to find someone reliable that not only had the experience to help train Brodie, but that I felt comfortable trusting to care for him. Anna Marie checks all the boxes. She not only has helped with Brodie’s training, but I trust her to care for him as if he was her own. She is truly our dog nanny! Brodie loves Anna Marie and he has become such a better behaved boy since he was introduced to her training and care. Having a person who not only will train your dog, but love them the way you would is priceless. He respects her and she has a great relationship with my boy teaching him with obedience training and socialization. All the dogs she cares for are very well behaved so he has her pack to learn from as well. She also is a great resource for a number of suggestions and advice with regard to your pets health and well being. She is always the first person I call or text to ask any questions with regard to his health or needs, which is invaluable. She is one of the most kind and understanding people I’ve met in LA and I have no doubt I would ever find someone who cares or loves Brodie more as a trainer or dog nanny than her. Needless to say I highly recommend Happy Heart Pet Care. Your life will be easier with your dog if you use her, trust me!

So grateful to have found Happy Heart Pet Care--they are the best! I have an adopted pound dog who is super skittish (and bark-y) with new people and for the past 4+ years, has not been comfortable with other dogs. She LOVES Anna-Marie and Matthew and, after just three visits, she is already changing in wonderful ways--less skittish with new people and excited to play with other dogs, which I never thought possible. Anna-Marie is incredibly kind and accommodating, thoughtful about introducing new dogs to their environment, and thoughtful of skittish human owners, sending them photos of their happy dogs. I contacted them because of the consistently amazing Yelp reviews (a rare thing), without realizing they're on the west side of LA. My dog and I are way on the east side, but still travel there because knowing my pup is safe and happy with people she loves and who genuinely care is worth everything.

Matthew and Anna Marie are both so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about dogs. Their love for our 9week old Darcy is so heartwarming! I certainly had my concern leaving a young puppy with other people for a week, but Matthew and Anna Marie stayed very communicative. They also helped me on getting to know/adjust for a puppy. I could see Darcy was so well cared for through photos/detailed text updates. Truly appreciate their existence 💙

Anna-Marie took care of my 1 year old shih tzu puppy, Tater Tot, for almost 3 weeks while we were away. She was wonderful as she was very flexible with drop off/pick up times, and gave Tater Tot lots of love but also trained him! Tater is much more calm and well behaved now! He was brushed everyday, made many new dog friends, and enjoyed his walks. Anna-Marie updated us with cute photos and videos of him and we can’t wait to have him back with her again!

Where do I start? So thankful for Matt and Anna Maria. Matt has been a life saver with behavior modification with my sweet girl Cocoa. Cocoa is a hyper-vigilant rescue pit, with a few social challenges. Matt not only was able to with patience and professionalism, earn her trust, and help with her behaviors, he was also able to teach me, ways to manage when she and I are in the wild. He is very hands on, and teaches key fundamentals when handling a dog, and working with the world around them. I literally on multiple occasions have been able to handle situations without panic and stress due to Matt’s training. Cocoa also has been managing her stress better as well. You are equipped with the knowledge literally after just one session, the most rewarding thing is seeing the transformation in Cocoa. She has come such a long way. Happy Heart Pet Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

They are highly experienced and had my aggressive rescue dog showing improvement after just a few sessions! I’ve also used their services when traveling. We found Anna Marie on Yelp and trusted the good reviews she had- it was the first time we left our puppy with someone she didn't know and in another city. We loved Anna the first moment we met her, she was super kind, and you could tell she had a lot of knowledge and experience with dogs. We saw our puppy liked her from the very beginning and felt safe with her- we left her one full day and, when we picked her up, she was super happy and looked like Anna took great care of her. We absolutely adore Puppy Island! 🐾 Our dog, Archie, has been going there since he was three months old, and we are extremely satisfied with all their services. When he was a small, timid puppy, Anahit managed to find the right approach to him and introduced him to grooming. We are incredibly grateful to her. The entire Puppy Island team takes such good care of Archie, making him happier and more playful. We often bring him to daycare, and sometimes leave him overnight for a few days when we travel and can't take him with us. Puppy Island always sends us photos and updates about Archie while we're away, which is incredibly comforting. The team atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Archie loves going to Puppy Island. As soon as he realizes we are heading there, he eagerly runs in, greeting everyone with hugs and kisses. Initially, I was nervous about leaving Archie, but the Puppy Island team earned our complete trust. They also organize fun events, like for Halloween or Christmas dog parties, and they conduct wonderful photoshoots that we always participate in with Archie. I brought my Cane Corso, Sevo to Anahit for a de-shedding spa day, and it was incredible! Managing a big breed with such a thick coat is no small task, but Anahit handled it effortlessly. The de-shedding treatment worked wonders- Sevo coat looks sleek, feels soft, and there's noticeably less shedding at home now. She's so skilled and patient, making sure my pup was calm and comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her for anyone with large, heavy-coated dogs!

I’m so grateful for Puppy Island. I recently started a new job with long hours, and I was nervous about leaving my 2-year-old border collie, Luna, in daycare. She’s full of energy and needs a lot of attention, but the team here has been absolutely amazing. The first day, I got a call from one of the staff members just to let me know how Luna was settling in, which really put me at ease. They even sent me a photo of her happily playing tug-of-war with another dog. It was such a relief to see her smiling (yes, dogs smile!) and having fun instead of stressing out. One thing that really stood out was how they handled Luna’s habit of jumping up on people when she gets excited. After just a week of attending, I noticed she wasn’t doing it as much at home. When I asked about it, one of the staff explained they’d been working with her on “four paws on the floor” during greeting time. That level of care and training wasn’t something I expected, but it made a huge difference! If you’re someone who treats your dog like family, this is the place to go. It’s clear the team here loves what they do, and Luna comes home happy and tired every single day. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup!

The Hounds Club is great and I couldn't recommend it enough! The staff is very friendly, professional, and genuinely love your dogs. I feel very safe leaving my dog with them. A dog trainer I worked with recommended Hounds Club to me as a good place to help meet the needs of my puppy’s endless energy. I like that they assess all dogs who come through first to make sure they know how to best care for them. My puppy loves it there, is always excited to go and always tired and happy coming home. I feel really at ease and safe leaving her at Hounds Club for daycare or boarding. It’s a great relief to trust that my dog is in thoughtful and caring hands. Below is my pup getting picked up.

The staff at Hounds club was excellent with my pup! It was his first time at a groomers and they took extra care to ensure that he was comfortable with the whole experience. Upon picking him up, he was full of energy, ready to play and not scared at all. Elyana was great with his first puppy grooming and gave us great information and recommendations for my pup. Ben was very friendly and informative about the services offered. Great time here overall and will definitely be back!

I've been coming here for over a year now. When we get there, my dog rushes to the interior door that leads to the dogs, or greets anyone in the lobby. She loves this place. As do I. For Halloween this year, they had a costume contest. My pup did not win.

Our dog Baby Girl just had her first daycare at Hounds Club and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic - great parking, easy to get to, spacious and I love the windows inside where you can see the daycare area. We had tried another company prior and we weren’t thrilled with the experience and are so relieved to have been recommended Hounds Club, the difference was night and day. They were thorough with our dogs temperament test and the fact Ben got down on the ground to meet our dog and interact with her just showed how much they care. During her test how they brought out a dog one by one to hang with our dog was just another attention to care I loved to see. We had wanted to book a boarding the next day but he explained that with her slight nervousness it’d be best to wait and that dogs have to have a couple hours of daycare first before boarding, he was in tune with our dog’s best interests and it was certain things like that that were such green flags, it showed how much they care and pay attention to your dog and really want what’s best for them. We did daycare the next day rather than boarding and Baby Girl had such a fantastic time, I love that there are cameras to watch on the website. She came home so happy and tired. The other place we tried she smelled really bad when we picked her up. Overall I’m just very impressed by their whole operation, it’s all set up perfectly and the level of care is above and beyond. I have total peace of mind leaving our dog in their care

It was my dog’s first visit, and he loved it! He has been to previous day cares in the past, and he was always anxious when leaving. Whitaker Dog Day Camp is simply the best doggy day care in the area. Their professional staff and stimulating environment provide much more than just a place to park your pup when you're at work. Our dogs Ava and Peep are always excited to see their driver in the morning, and always return happy and exhausted. Peep especially has been transformed by his experience with the pack at Whitaker. He's an anxious Chihuahua mix who never liked anyone, but we really see his socialization developing! We are so excited to see more locations opening, so that more pet owners can experience the Whitaker touch!

I go to Paris very often and spend several weeks there. At this time, someone needs to take care of my dog. I used to just leave the dog to my friends, but I noticed that Ralph doesn't want to be there - he whines and tucks his tail every time. So I started looking for a good daycare. One friend recommend Whitaker Dog Day Camp. I was not disappointed - they have really great staff who love dogs and know how to take care of them. My Ralph is just happy, thank you!

I don't really trust different boarding facilities, because I had negative experiences in other places. Those employees were very incompetent and also behaved rudely. However, Whitaker Dog Day Camp really impressed me. This team is really very professional, my dog always comes home happy and tired because he plays with other dogs a lot. I also like the fact that the dog can be left even for a long time - I sometimes travel around Europe, this is important for me. Thanks a lot!

I have a chihuahua. I love my little girl, but I can't take her on trips with me - it's too stressful. So I need someone to take care of her. However, I was worried whether such a small dog would be able to make friends with large pets. But everything was perfect - I saw that my dog was having fun playing with other doggies. I have an old German shepherd called Archie who is developing neurological issues and because of that he needs help walking to prevent him from falling. He`s such a gentle soul and I really wanted to find the best dog boarding for him when I was visiting my family in another state. Jeremy from Whitaker Dog Day Camp took really good care of him, Archie was warmly welcomed to the daycareand got enough attention from the staff.

I am very thankful to Mark, Ethan and the team of Whitaker Dog Day Camp for doing a great job caring for our puppies (I have two). I was so worried to trust someone with them, thinking about all the things that can go wrong, about neglect and so on. But we`ve been bringing the pups to the daycare for almost two months now and always pick them up very happy and well-fed.

I like how organized the work in this dog care is - the staff knows how to work even with unsocialized dogs and quickly turns them into very friendly pets. This is exactly what happened to my boy - he is no longer afraid of strangers and other dogs. He even stopped barking at the neighbor's cat! I really like how they take care of my puppy. When I want to visit like my Annabelle, I can always check the updates. She is quite capricious, it can be difficult with her. But I see that she is always excited when Britt comes for her. I also have a flexible schedule at work, I am not always comfortable with the usual time. epi and his team are the very best. i love that they don't have just a big dog and small dog area like most doggy daycare facilities. they separate dogs into different packs every day based on temperament and rotate them between quiet, dark rooms for them to rest and the outdoor play area. my pup comes home tired and happy, but not completely exhausted at the end of the day.

We’ve been with Glendale Pet Resort for over 11 years. Our Champ loves coming here for play days and boarding. Epi and the staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Our dog loves this place and we are grateful to have it as an option to get some of her energy out while we work from home. It's affordable and reliable and the staff is super friendly. We highly recommend it.

I have been using this place for 9 years. My Riley Blue loves going there. As soon as we get close to the place, he gets so excited. Epi, the owner & staff are so great with all the dogs. ♥️

The only place I trust with my dog. They separate dogs by energy level and rotate them around as needed instead of just small and big dogs. The owner Epi is very knowledgeable and a nice guy. They also offer overnight boarding.

The place is great! My dog approximately has been going to the resort for about 5 years or more. The staff are awesome the owner Epi and his wife are great! The owner also trains dogs. Highly recommended. 😁

I'm really at a loss for how this place has this many good reviews. Everyone I talked to seemed high and could barely hold a conversation, let alone communicate with each other, and then they would act as if I was the one who was unprepared. My s/o picked my dog up the next day and had the same experience. They handed over my dog on a leash and he asked if there was anything else, they said no despite me bringing in half a bag of dog food. When I went to pick up the food the next day, (besides taking forever because nobody could figure out that simple task), they handed me back a bag with 10ish kibbles left. I don't know the experience my dog had since they don't have the dogs visible at the door, but he was sick for the following week. I'm not sure if they just share all the brand's of food among the dogs staying, or if they seriously gave my dog that much food in one night.

I love the owner Epi, he really knows dogs and he is reasonable and respectful. We're feel so blessed to know our dogs are being cared for just as we would.
