I have boarded my two pups here and have had numerous nail trims and baths when boarded. I cannot be more pleased. My puppies are my heart and they really show care for them. I feel comfortable when leaving them here when I have to leave town knowing they are in caring hands.

We have been taking our cat AJ & puppy Walter here for about 7 months & won’t take them anywhere else! The staff is extremely friendly & accommodating. They get so excited to see the animals & you can tell they truly love their jobs. Our boys love going & as soon as we pull in the parking lot Walter gets so excited to see his friends at Home Away From Home! ❤️

Top notch all the way! The staff was awesome and when I called, (if you are familiar with other boarding facilities, this won't be lost on you) they actually answered the phone! And they knew my dogs by name and were able to give me a very specific report. Adjustments were needed for the comfort of the dogs, and they did what was best, no questions asked. Even at the onset they asked all of the pertinent questions to insure my dogs would have a great stay and my mind would be at ease. I appreciated the experience from start to finish and was happy to return from my vacation to relaxed dogs (as opposed to visibly stressed or frantic to go home pups). I also like that they don't nickel and dime you for basic quality of life features, as welfare of the dogs, including psychologically is at the forefront of the staff's mind. No one should have to pay extra for someone to walk your dog or expect a dog to be confined in an enclosure for the duration of a vacation🫣 Thank you all a million times over.😎

Everyone I've spoken to here has been really nice and helpful. I've taken my pup twice and she comes home tired but happy. Vaccinations are required. Reasonably priced fees for all of their services.

Ronin always enjoys her stay at home away from home. We boarded her somewhere else a couple of times but it was a struggle to get her out of the car. Now, we only use this place when we take a vacation. Ronin gets excited as soon as she sees her food bag getting packed because she knows exactly where she is going and enjoys her own little vacation here. Thank you Home Away From Home!

We recently boarded our pet Pitbull at home away from home and he absolutely loved it he had a bath and nail trim he enjoyed all the attention that was given to him. Great place to board kind and loving staff and owners thank you keep up the good work.

Amy and Rachel are the best. They always take great care of our fur babies. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs and are great with all of them. Several times we have needed last minute care and they have always been willing to help out however they can. It's been a true life line for my wife and I since we both travel for work often.

Amy and her daughter Rachel are amazing! My pups luv them soo much! My Pittie & Golden Shepard trust her and get soo excited when she cares for them. Thats why I will only trust her with my furbaby's! She really goes above and beyond! She sends daily updates and pics to put your mind at ease. Could not recommend Amy more! She is so sweet and kind and accommodating. She’s been taking care of my kitties for years and always takes the best care of them. One of my cats had diabetes and Amy took such good care of her and took care of her when her blood sugar was too low and she was having problems. It is always such a comfort for me knowing that she is taking care of them. Recently had Amy’s daughter Rachel take care of my kitty and she was equally as caring and sweet! I had to go out of town for 5 days and my little (big) fur baby kitty was so well taken care of by Amy. She treated my cat like he was hers. He needed pills twice a day and had to eat at certain times. She spent quality time with him brushing him, sending me pictures and texts (and notes when I got back on everything). I had such peace of mind with her. I have recommended her to 3 of my friends and will continue as she exceeded my expectations. She truly loves animals and loves doing this. There is nobody better for you to put your trust in.

We absolutely adore Amy! My pooch loves to visit and gets along great with the pack. She takes the dogs for daily walks, and always provides updates or pictures. Not to mention, Amy has over 11 years experience as a Vet Tech, so I feel at ease knowing my baby is in great hands.

Amy is absolutely wonderful as a not only a dog sitter, but makes it so easy to work with her! We have used her multiple times for our dog, Rosie and the process could not be any more perfect. She has convenient times to drop off and pick up; always ensures she has everything she needs for Rosie during her stay, and has efficient communication from the time we drop her off until picking her up. Each time we drop off Rosie to Amy’s care, Rosie is SO excited and feels very comfortable with us leaving her there. When we pick her up, she is always extremely happy and tired (from having a lot of fun at Amy’s house!) We used 4 Luv N Care Pet Sitting to visit & feed our dogs & cats while we were away for an extended weekend. The service was excellent. We were given updates on the status of our pets during our trip and returned to happy & healthy pets who seemed disappointed that it was us returning rather than the pet sitter who cared for them while we were away.

Amy is a top notch pet sitter. She is dependable, detail oriented, and most of all, has a way with animals. She has the skill and the knowledge to provide care for my sick and elderly cats! Katie and her husband did an exceptional job in taking care of our fur baby, Theo. 😊 It was our first time using Rover and our first time leaving Theo with a sitter, but it couldn’t have worked out better! Katie truly cares about creating a great environment for your pet and her daily updates showed us just how well Theo was doing in her home. 5 Stars! Fantastic Pet Sitting Experience I recently used Cozy Casita de Pets to look after my pets while I was away, and I couldn't be happier with the service! From the initial consultation to the daily updates, it was clear that they genuinely cares about animals. My dog, who is usually nervous around strangers, warmed up to them right away, and I felt completely at ease knowing my pets were in such capable hands. The daily check-ins with photos and updates really put my mind at rest. My cats were well taken care of, and it was obvious they were getting plenty of attention and affection. I especially appreciated that Ozzy was flexible and accommodating with my schedule. It’s such a relief to find someone who is reliable, kind, and professional. I will absolutely be using this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for trustworthy and loving care for their pets!

Ozzy and Katie are absolutely wonderful and my wife and I have used them multiple times. We had an emergency situation where our dog needed medical attention and they went above and beyond and took Aspen to the vet/emergency room twice. We were out of country at the time and they called us and kept us updated the entire time. We literally would not trust anyone else with our Aspen. She always comes home so happy and any time we drop her off she is so excited to see them. They even sent her home with the cutest paw print Christmas ornament!! We love Ozzy and Katie and we 100% recommend them for watching your pups!!! :)

This was my first time working with Katie and Osmin. They were fantastic with my puppy. They are reliable and flexible with timelines and kept me updated with information throughout the day. My puppy seemed super happy and was relaxed. I could tell he was played with a lot because he’s calm when we got home. Will definitely continue to book with cozy casita de pets!

Our dogs have stayed here now three times while we were on vacation and we will not take them anywhere else! We do not live that close to the facility, but they are reasonably priced and worth the drive. They are always well taken care of and Tail Waggerz sends us pics of our babies when we're gone. The second time our doggers were there was in the summer of 2024 and we had to leave them there 9 days. The length of time to leave them there was stressful, but we knew they were in good hands. Thank you Tail Waggerz!!

usually not the type to write reviews but tail waggerz has definitely earned 5 stars and I’d give them more if I could! When moving into a new house my dog (who has extreme separation anxiety) became extremely destructive at home, so that’s why we looked into tail waggerz and it was the best decision ever, my baby is taken care of very well as if he was their own and is now so excited and happy to go after being very scared in the beginning, we also brought him for boarding while on a family trip we couldn’t bring him on and there were no issues whatsoever, and also got pictures & updates! Our 1.5yr GSD is a high energy pup that was becoming destructive at home. While we were apprehensive to send him anywhere, it was needed on our long work days. The prices are amazing, the flexibility to drop him off at late notice is so appreciated. We are teachers who work nearby so the location is perfect. The staff, and owners are friendly and amazing & we truly appreciate them. We also recieve emailed photos during visits which we also enjoy. Our boy comes home tired and we are given clarity in knowing 1.Our home isn’t flipped upside down on longer work days 2. He is taken care of. I highly recommend TailWaggerz.

I have been taking my 4-legged child there for over a year. I love the management, the staff.On days (weekend s) he doesn't go. By monday,he is soooo excited to get there.He is like a kid that has never been outside. The owners have worked with me on short notice when he had to stay longet,or even over nite. Yes,this is the place to take YOUR VIP BABY!!!!

Draco had a great first day at doggy daycare! He is such a social dog and loves playing with other dogs. I knew TailWaggerz was the perfect fit for him as they allow interactive play for ALL dogs and do not stereotype breeds like some facilities do. They sent photos and were so pleased with how friendly he is with all the dogs. Safe to say, he was worn out when we got home! He can’t wait to go back. We will be using TailWaggerz regularly now for doggy day care and boarding! Staff is wonderful and so friendly. Your pup is in great hands here!

Tail Waggerz is the best. I was worried how our fur baby would do for boarding because it was his 1st time. They offered a meet-and-greet. That helped so much and I can tell they really care about the well being of our fur baby and the rest of the doggies there. We left our fur baby there and had absolutely no issues. He was so happy in the pictures they sent us. They also did a great job for grooming. I highly recommend this family owned business. Thanks to the owners and the staff. You deserve the 5 stars! We will definitely be back when we need it.

Dropped our dog off for a 2-hour stay and play for a boarding evaluation. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all, and we weren't offered a tour of the facility due to an apparent insurance policy, despite other places we've been consulting offering us a tour. The dogs are not separated by size, but by temperament. Our dog Penny, who has consistent trips to the dog park and has two chiweenie siblings she plays with at home, "attacked" two dogs sniffing her that "weren't as playful". The space that the dogs are in sounds very small, and like it can be overstimulating, and she was just thrown into general population which doesn't create an environment proper for dogs to meet. I understand that at the end of the day, dogs are wild animals so I would never say that it's impossible that Penny would be aggressive towards another, but the vague description of what happened is wildly inconsistent with her sweet and playful personality, along with her lack of aggression towards any other pups. The only new factor was this facility, which clearly isn't the right fit. We took her over to Pet Suites Stay and Play, where they welcomed Penny so warmly and is a standalone building allowing for more space to where the front lobby doesn't smell, we received a tour, there are different sized suites for dogs, an indoor play area, outdoor play area, and there is a temperament test, and they emphasize taking the process of meeting other dogs very slow to ensure they meet other pups on neutral ground and not under stress. Highly recommend Pet Suites Stay and Play on Potranco and Richland Hills if you don't get the right vibes or experience at Tail Waggerz. Dismiss me as the one crazy customer who goes against the grain of positive reviews this place has, and have a great day.

I really wanted to like this place because of it's glowing reviews (some are very outdated) however based on our interaction with staff I would have to abide by my one-star rating, zero if I could. Our greeting was " hello you're here for the meet and greet correct" , no excitement. It really is obvious that the employees don't want to be there or just maybe were having a bad day regardless it's not the way you welcome a potential new customer. I asked to see the facility and they would only show me pictures that they admitted are outdated and haven't been updated since renovations. Their play area from what they told me is smaller and has all the dogs put together big and small and so our dog was thrown into the situation without proper care and understanding of what a meet-and-greet should be. They told us she "attacked" other dogs with zero provocation, very outside her character. I asked to possibly see video bc I wanted to better understand what happened. She said the cameras "don't record" in the spot where it happened. We took her to a different location (same day) who explained the entire meet and greet process went over what that looks like, what it incorporates and how they like to make sure dogs aren't just thrown in with everyone off the bat. This can cause a dog to get overwhelmed and act outside their character bc of being overstimulated so fast with no buffer. TailWaggers also had a really bad smell to it and they do pride themselves on cleanliness however that was not apparent when you first walk in and in comparison to the place that we ended up taking her to that smelled really good when we walked in, we know it is possible just something that isn't a priority. In comparison the place we are taking her to was only $2 extra a night with her own suite and big play area for only big dogs and you get so many more amenities as well. Glad there are folks who enjoy this place however please do your research, explore other places and know that there are other options besides TailWaggers nearby that are more welcoming, more attentive and have more amenities for your pup for a similar cost.

Cannot say enough great things about Tail Waggerz! I’ll start with what we loved the most. We received email updates and pictures of our cat while we were away! The fit us in last minute, took excellent care of our kitty, administered his oral meds daily, very affordable and overall provided excellent customer service from beginning to pick up! Thank you and we will definitely use you again when we travel!

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time, in a row, that our pups have gotten some kind of upper respiratory infection after being boarded here. They are great people and love animals but I'm afraid a good clean or something needs to be done as it's not a coincidence that it's happened again. Im just being honest with my review as I am with all my reviews.

My fur babies always come back happy, healthy, and exhausted. Meaning they’ve played hard with other fur babies and had a wonderful time. There are always very happy tails whenever we pick them up. The price is competitive to other boarders in the area, but I trust PetSuites more than other boarders. We’ve had experiences where our boy went on hunger strikes when we’ve left and the boarder didn’t notice. He was skin and bones when we came back. With PetSuites, they text us at the first sign of trouble or if they have a question or concern. They don’t guess or wait to see if there is a problem. They are extremely proactive. I trust them completely.

Akira always has a great stay here. The staff is friendly and caring. They pay lots of attention to the pets in their care. Akira get so excited when we pull into the parking lot and doesn’t even look back when we leave her. She gets to play with puppy pals and live the life of luxury while we are gone. They do such fun things with them. My husband loves to check in on her with their live feed cameras. I have taken Akira here many times and it has always been a great experience. I also recommend splurging on a grooming session as well. They are amazing.

The staff are super friendly and the place is very nice & clean. My dogs appeared to be fine & happy to be home! I’d recommend this place and will return. Also, prices are reasonable for 2 dogs in shared space.

My pup loves going to petsuites. He has made friends and gets so much exercise playing with them. The staff is great. When we arrive he knows it.

Went on a trip and left Bruno for three days. Everyone was so sweet and helpful! He enjoyed every bit of his time there. Every time I reached out to them they were quick and extremely efficient. Our baby just loves daycare here. We are so grateful for everyone at pet suites !! Piper enjoys doing the enrichments with Nic and is excited to arrive every morning. I love this place!! Excellent service and super friendly!!! My dog Blue is an Autistic dog and she had difficulty staying at other places and she won’t allow anyone to trim her nails unless she’s under anesthesia, but in this place the groomer Sam and the bathing staff are amazing they are able to manage her and she doesn’t get anxious about it!!!

Love the pet suites for both day play and boarding. They are always a pleasure to work with and take very good care of our fur babies.

This is a great place To take your dog for Doggie day care. He had a great time by the time he got home. He was a little tired and this was his first time being a round others dogs, and he enjoyed it. Also, they have video that you can log in and see your dog all day, which is what I did great job. Convenient location for me to drop off and pick up dog. Knowledgeable staff. Great facility. The ability to watch my dog on camera while I work. I had friends tell me when you bring your dog home he is going to sleep because he will be all played out. I watched my dog play for almost 4 hours with a new best friend. I brought him home and he took two bites of food and quickly was fast asleep. He wasn’t prepared for all that fun. In addition, I took advantage of the bath and nail trim services, so Oreo was living his best life. Thank you Camp Bow Wow! Oreo can’t wait to come spend the week with y’all while my wife is in Italy for work next week.

I use day care services of Camp Bow Wow when I have an appointment in San Antonio. I know that Coco is in a safe, caring environment when I leave her there. The staff is great and the rates are very reasonable.

What a let down after Live Oak! Rocky point San Antonio smelled when we walked in, the rug at the door was filthy. There was nothing for enrichment in either Indoor area our two pups were in for their full day. When we picked them up, they smelled terribly and one was soaking wet. When we asked why one was wet we were told they had a leak and the outdoor turf was wet from the rain. Maybe don’t use those areas?? There was one indoor room that was empty all day. Staff is apparently unorganized because they didn’t even know which harnesses and leads were theirs. Leaving our furry children anywhere is difficult but unkept places like this one that don’t have any pride in what they do really makes it hard!

Friendly staff, answered my questions, made sure they got instructions right, worked well with my dog. Sadieseemed happy and well looked after!

This was our first time boarding our dog and the staff made us feel comfortable about it. We loved that we could check on her on the cameras. And we really loved that she got a report card. Everyone was so caring and that made a huge difference.

Before my visit to this dog boarding facility, I was quite apprehensive about leaving my pet in an unfamiliar environment with unknown dogs. My perception of dog boarding centers was not favorable, often likening them to less-than-ideal conditions. However, this perception changed dramatically the moment I stepped in and met the ever-enthusiastic Emily Hilger. Her warm greeting and vibrant energy immediately eased my concerns. Emily was incredibly patient and responsive to the multitude of questions I had, addressing each one with remarkable knowledge and enthusiasm. I was particularly impressed to learn about the well-structured schedule of activities planned for the dogs, reminiscent of a fun-filled camp rather than a mere boarding facility. The requirement of a 'meet and greet' session for all dogs was another aspect that greatly comforted me, especially considering my dog's high energy levels. Observing the pristine condition of the facility and the evident happiness of the dogs there further solidified my confidence. If Emily's vibrancy and dedication are reflective of the entire staff, I am convinced that Camp Bow Wow offers a positive and enjoyable experience for both pets and their owners.

Paisley and Marley had a great day at Camp Bow Wow! I checked the camera several times during the day, and all I saw was a bunch a happy tail wagging! She was so tired after her play day!

Absolutely Amazing! Handled our puppy with so much love and patience as he suffers from past trauma and takes a bit to warm up. Sent pictures, videos, and messages with updates on our puppy which made us feel so much more comfortable knowing our puppy was safe, loved, and being watched over. My dearest Mimi was well taken care of at Paw and Pet Resort. The care provided to Mimi was great. It was great to received pictures and videos updating me on how she was doing. My baby Pepper has separation anxiety and i had to book a SAME DAY boarding for 2 nights. Katie responded fast & was able to board my baby. She sent updates, pictures and videos. Pepper was able to run around and let out her crazy! I was worried about Pepper having accidents indoors but Katie assured me that Pepper would be let out frequently & so Pepper had ZERO accidents. When we picked her up, Katie gave us a cute little halloween goodie bag! We will definitely be booking with them again!

Katie was amazing when she was watching my 3 dogs. She sent me updates everyday on them as well. She was also very nice when we picked the pups up, even gave them a goody bag! Will definitely use her again!!

Our Diva loved her visits with Katie. She enjoyed playing with her fur baby Boba. I enjoyed getting picture and video updates during the day now I’ll feel good knowing I have someone to watch Diva, not only for daycare but boarding too since we travel a lot and it’s not always possible to take diva with us.

Paws and play resort was perfect for our dog Tucker!! I could tell he had so much fun and has been sleeping all day since coming home. We will definitely be using them again.

I absolutely love this place!!!! I've taken my yorkie/chihuahua mix here for grooming quite a few times, and they've been consistent with incredible service. I always use the online scheduling and someone always sends a text to confirm the next day. The process only takes 3-4 hours and doesn't cost anywhere near as much as we were paying anywhere else.

Everyone that takes care of the dogs here is absolutely amazing!! They treat them like they are their own and customize the accommodations based upon each dogs needs! Our Belgium Malinois and Basset Hound LOVE going to school aka doggie play once a week as we ask if they want to go see Ms Ashley! Could not recommend more to anyone that wants to share their dogs!! We couldn’t be happier with Hoff’s Hounds! After moving our Bernese Mountain Dog, Moose, from Petsmart (which we’ll never use again), we’ve been blown away by the care and attention they provide. They truly understand Moose’s needs, and his grooms are always stunning—he comes home looking and smelling fantastic, and it lasts! The staff greets him so warmly every time, and it’s clear how much they love him, which gives us such peace of mind. We also boarded him for a weekend, and he had an absolute blast! My little miniature schnauzer Gilley, has been going to Hoffs Hounds since early this year. We have experienced the most gracious people, the owners are delightful, Ashley who is the manager is so attentive and caring. Gilley loves everyone especially Jenny, oh my how she spoils him. We also have Gilley groomed there, Angela is his groomer, he looks remarkable after A grooming, people actually stop me to take a picture of him, seriously. Schnauzers have a very specific cut and she makes him look like a show dog. I am thankful we found Hoffs Hounds

Hoffs Hounds was phenomenal for my fur baby Pilot! I was extremely nervous about having her boarded while we were out of town, and they were amazing!! The whole way through they were extremely helpful and communicated with me very well. I love the fact that they have cameras so we could watch her play throughout the day. She had a BLAST and even made a best friend lol. They took great care of her and we will absolutely be back for day play and boarding if need be. She also received an exit bath and came home smelling fantastic! they even gave us a card letting us know how she did in the bath. there are no words for the appreciation we have for everyone working here and the environment they’ve created for our baby. Highly, highly recommend them!

Hoff’s Hounds is the BEST! I’ve been taking my puppy here since we adopted him. The staff are so sweet, the owner is often on-premises and knows my dog by name, and they wear him OUT at day play! He comes home happy and sleepy. Their groomers are also great, and we’ve even used their boarding services for some weekends away. Truly my go-to team for puppy care!

We absolutely love Hoff's Hounds. We have been bringing Rocky there for just about a year now. He's stayed overnight at least 30 nights and has done about 20 day plays. He is always very excited to go there and comes home exhausted from playing the entire day. You can tell the staff really love him and dogs in general. When he stays overnight we get regular pictures of him, they are very active on social media, and you can watch the dogs on their website, so they are extremely transparent. Prices are great, they are very flexible, and we just really enjoy going there. Book early, they fill up fast.
