Chantal is an experienced pet sitter which was important to us. Our cats were happy and relaxed when we arrived home and our home was clean with everything in place. It was so refreshing to have someone respectful that you can trust with your pets and your home. We had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning but Chantal kept us informed and we worked it out. She seems to be a busy lady but followed through on her commitment. I would have preferred a few more pictures/communications about the cats specifically, but the trip was a short one so it was not a problem. We could see from what she sent that the cats were comfortable with her. We highly recommend Chantal and would invite her again to sit for us.

Charlotte is one amazing lady! If there were more than five stars I would give them to her. She is organized, clean, tidy, caring, communicative, trustworthy and loving. She absolutely loves our goldendoodle and treats her like her own dog. She has become part of our family! I can not say enough about her!!!

Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. Emily kept me updated regularly with messages and even sent me adorable pictures of Izzy. These updates meant the world to me and helped alleviate any concerns I may have had about leaving Izzy behind. It was clear from the moment they walked through our door that Emily and Lyssi genuinely cared for animals. They quickly formed a special bond with Izzy, and it was heartwarming to see them interact. I could tell that they treated Izzy as if she were their own, providing her with the attention, love, and care she needed. Upon our return, I was overjoyed to find our home in impeccable condition. This was my first experience using zeewoi and I am so happy that I did. Matt and Lisa arrived right on time. We had a few hours to visit and for them to interact with my dogs before I left. It was obvious that they are real pet people. I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs in their care. I departed for my cruise knowing my furry family members would be safe and loved while I was away. For several days I did not have phone service, being at sea. But when I did get phone service Lisa had already sent updates and lots of pictures. My dogs were treated to car rides and lots of nature walks as well as walks around my neighborhood. I know they were treated very, very well. Upon my arrival at home there were yummy fresh baked cookies and a freshly cleaned home. All linens and towels had been freshly laundered and my home was left neat, tidy and clean. I highly recommend Matt and Lisa! You will not be disappointed and your pets will be in the best care possible. I cannot thank them enough for caring for my pets and home as if they were their own. I would not hesitate at all to have them back for future sits.
