Julia was an amazing house sitter and dog sitter! She sent me photos and updates every day, she took my pup Jordan on long walks and gave him the love, care, and patience that he needs. She was so easy and comfortable to communicate with and she left the house so clean and tidy for when I came back. Definitely recommend her!!!

Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!

Joe and Casey were very easy going and reliable. We organised the sit way in advance with a video chat and we had adequate communication leading up to the sit. We handed over the house and animals after a fairly swift explanation of everything. Being experienced sitters Joe and Casey didn't need us to over explain anything (hopefully they felt the same) and we could see very quickly that they were animal lovers. They asked us how much communication we needed whilst away and we said "no news is good news". So we received just the right amount of updates along with the most adorable photos and reassuring words about all the animals. It was clear that they quickly understood the character of each of the animals. We forgot to mention that Tipper likes to dig dirt beds around the garden which creates quite a mess and it was obvious that these were kept under control. The garden and pool were well cared for. We enjoyed a relaxing couple of weeks away knowing that the animals were being loved and the dogs definitely looked for Joe and Casey when we arrived home. Our pets, home and garden were well respected and cared for and we would not hesitate to invite Joe and Casey to sit for us again.

From her promptness to schedule a pre-sit call to her truly thorough tidying of our house, Stella was an amazing housesitter from start to finish!!
She read all the info we put together ahead of time, and asked for clarification on just a few things which made us confident that the pup and the house were in good shape :)
Stella was really gracious when we admitted to not having a coffee pot, and handling things calmly when there was an incident with street parking. 
Maybe most importantly though our dog Luke was calm when we came home. I think if future sitters are clear in their expectations around frequency of communication/photos and the dogs needs then Stella is the perfect person to exceed your expectations!

Diane and Les were excellent pet and house sitters. Jet was a very happy dog when we returned and Diane had shared many photos of their days together while we were away on holiday. The house was very clean and tidy when we returned and some milk , bread and sweet treats had been left for us, which were very welcome after our 2 long flights home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diane and Les as sitters for your home and pets, everything was done to a high standard and Jet was happy in his usual environment , which is all we wished for. Evan and Maria were fabulous. They are experienced sitters and it shows in their independence. They sent regular updates, but not too regular and were totally self sufficient. Most importantly both the house and dog were perfect when we returned home.

Stephanie was fantastic! Very organized and left our house sparkling clean. She also sent daily pictures/messages which we loved receiving. She took great care of our dog and our house. One of the best sitters we’ve had!

Lori is the best of the best! I would recommend her 100 times over! Lori is great at communicating and our dogs were extremely happy. She was very attuned to our dog’s anxiety and did a great job making the dogs feel safe and loved. The house was spotless when we returned. Lori also had the job of taking care of my numerous plants. I have to say the plants look better when I got home than they did before I left😂 Lori has a green thumb. Lori is so kind and just a wonderful person. Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. 
Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!
