From her promptness to schedule a pre-sit call to her truly thorough tidying of our house, Stella was an amazing housesitter from start to finish!!
She read all the info we put together ahead of time, and asked for clarification on just a few things which made us confident that the pup and the house were in good shape :)
Stella was really gracious when we admitted to not having a coffee pot, and handling things calmly when there was an incident with street parking. 
Maybe most importantly though our dog Luke was calm when we came home. I think if future sitters are clear in their expectations around frequency of communication/photos and the dogs needs then Stella is the perfect person to exceed your expectations!

Theresa is a reliable and experienced pet sitter in addition to being great at keeping house! She was very accommodating in meeting me & the dogs in advance of our sit, which proved she is a true pet person: attentive to my dogs and eager to know how they should be cared for. She kept me posted while I was away & I returned to a tidy home & happy dogs!

David was a great sitter for our dog! It was just him for this sit. He was very communicative before, during, and after the stay. He visited the apartment before we left to meet our dog and talk with us, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident that our dog was in good hands. He sent us updates throughout the stay, and left the apartment in great condition. While our dog is on the older side, he can still be a handful at times, but David didn’t seem to have any problems. Would definitely recommend David for any future sit!

Brian was great and was my first sitter experience through TH to look after my two little dogs and one of them was a recent rescue I had for a month and learning new things and still training. Brian was good with communication, clear about his travel plans and we managed adjustments to him coming in early by a day. This was helpful for me to feel I can personally give orientation to my home and pets before leaving for a few days. Brian was also good with the hand-off to my next sitter when weather conditions delayed me. I came back to a tidy home and happy pets. Brian was calm with my new pup's minor furniture destruction. Thankfully I bought the warranty! I would recommend Brian to anyone and would consider him again for future sits!

Joe was an excellent sitter and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away, dealing with one of our pup’s surgery recovery, which was an unexpected circumstance just prior to our trip. We felt fully comfortable and were so grateful to know that all of our dogs and our home were in such good hands during his stay. Highly recommend!

Lori is the best of the best! I would recommend her 100 times over! Lori is great at communicating and our dogs were extremely happy. She was very attuned to our dog’s anxiety and did a great job making the dogs feel safe and loved. The house was spotless when we returned. Lori also had the job of taking care of my numerous plants. I have to say the plants look better when I got home than they did before I left😂 Lori has a green thumb. Lori is so kind and just a wonderful person. Wendy was the perfect dog sitter and house sitter for us. She managed our house  and dog and in such a caring a responsible way. Wendy was prompt with communicating with us and managed situations that arose professionally. Our house was spotless and our dog happy  when arrived home. Mikayla was a superb house/dog sitter for us for one full week. She was an excellent communicator, very quiet and tidy (respectful of the space) and best of all she quickly bonded with our big dog Mouse. This was our first experience with TH and we are very pleased. From the moment Rose arrived we knew she was the right sitter for our “kids”. Communication while we were away was great with pics of the dogs as well as text messages. Rose cared for our home and our “kids” with great care, she is very conscientious of your space. Extremely pleased with the care she provided to our “kids” and our home. We have another trip planned in a couple of weeks and are happy Rose will be staying in our home again. Angela was fantastic.  She came a day early to meet us and our dog Bella and to get the lay of the land and we so enjoyed meeting her and getting to know her!  She took care of our home and Bella with the utmost care and attention.  She was great to communicate with throughout the sit and we felt confidant being away knowing our dog and home were in such good hands! We returned to a clean house and she even prepared dinner for us!  It was clear that Bella was happy, well taken care of and very fond of her!!  We would definitely recommend Angela.
